Abstract
【構成】 入力データは、長さ分離/符号化装置310とリセット装置110に供給される。装置310は、出力データをデータパッカー316に供給し、高/低の優先順位データをデータ制御器312に供給し、更に別のデータをトランスポートヘッダ発生器314に供給する。パッカー316からのパックされたデータと発生器314からのヘッダは発生器320により合成される。装置310、発生器314、パッカー316、合成器320のリセット状態はリセット装置110からの出力信号R1−R4により制御される。段階的リセット解除シーケンスは、有効データがデータラインを通過しているのを感知されたとき始まる。

ビデオ信号に応答して、符号化されたビデオ信号データを発生する手段(410)と、
複数の信号処理要素(413,414,415,416)を有する信号処理手段(412)であって、該信号処理手段は、前記符号化されたビデオ信号データに応答して、前記符号化されたビデオ信号データのセグメント化されたトランスポートブロックを発生し、該セグメント化されたトランスポートブロックは、パック化されたデータのグループと、該グループのうちの関連するグループを識別するヘッダとを備えており、前記複数の信号処理要素は、リセット状態のときには通常の信号処理が禁止され、他方、該リセット状態が解除されているときには該通常の信号処理を行う、信号処理手段と、
前記信号処理手段に結合されており、前記複数の信号処理要素のうちの所定の要素が前記リセット状態を呈するようにするリセット手段(110)とを含んでおり、
前記リセット手段は、予め定められた非同時的なシーケンスに従って前記所定の要素を前記リセット状態から解放し、これにより前記所定の要素は、該予め定められた非同時的なシーケンスに従って、前記通常の信号処理の禁止が順次解除され、前記通常の信号処理が行われることを特徴とするビデオ信号符号化システム。

Claims (1)
- ビデオ信号に応答して、符号化されたビデオ信号データを発生する手段と、
複数の信号処理要素を有する信号処理手段であって、該信号処理手段は、前記符号化されたビデオ信号データに応答して、前記符号化されたビデオ信号データのセグメント化されたトランスポートブロックを発生し、該セグメント化されたトランスポートブロックは、パック化されたデータのグループと、該グループのうちの関連するグループを識別するヘッダとを備えており、前記複数の信号処理要素は、リセット状態のときには通常の信号処理が禁止され、他方、該リセット状態が解除されているときには該通常の信号処理を行う、信号処理手段と、
前記信号処理手段に結合されており、前記複数の信号処理要素のうちの所定の要素が前記リセット状態を呈するようにするリセット手段とを含んでおり、
前記リセット手段は、予め定められた非同時的なシーケンスに従って前記所定の要素を前記リセット状態から解放し、これにより前記所定の要素は、該予め定められた非同時的なシーケンスに従って、前記通常の信号処理の禁止が順次解除され、前記通常の信号処理が行われることを特徴とするビデオ信号符号化システム。
