Abstract
【解決手段】 押出し機ヘッド12は、重合材料の少なくとも1つのストリップを形成する際に用いられる。押出し機ヘッド12は、流れ入口端部16と流れ出口端部18とを有するフローチャネル14を含んでいる。分流器40、42が、押出し機ヘッド12のフローチャネル14内に取外し可能に固定されている。分流器40、42は、固定機構46によってフローチャネル14内の所定の位置にしっかりと保持されており、フローチャネル14の流れ出口端部18において重合材料流の所望の速度プロファイルを実現する必要に応じて、取り外し、形状・外形の変更が容易に行われることができる。

Claims (3)
- 重合材料の少なくとも1つのストリップの形成に用いられ、
押出し機ヘッドと、
該押出し機ヘッドと組み合わされ、流れ入口端部と流れ出口端部とを有するフローチャネルとを有する押出し機ヘッドにおいて、
前記フローチャネル内に設けられ、少なくとも1つの孔が貫通して延びている分流器と、
前記分流器の前記孔を通って延びて、前記分流器を前記押出し機ヘッドの前記フローチャネル内に取外し可能に固定する少なくとも1つの留め具と
を有することを特徴とする押出し機ヘッド。 - 重合材料の少なくとも1つのストリップの形成に用いられる押出し機ヘッドを製造する方法であって、
流れ入口端部と流れ出口端部とを有するフローチャネルを前記押出し機ヘッドに組み合わせることと、
分流器を、前記押出し機ヘッドの前記フローチャネル内に取外し可能に固定することとを有する方法。 - 前記の固定ステップは、
前記分流器を貫通する少なくとも1つの孔を形成することと、
前記分流器を前記押出し機ヘッドの前記フローチャネル内に取外し可能に固定するように、固定機構を、前記分流器の前記孔を通って延ばすこととを含む、
請求項2に記載の方法。
