[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described prior art, there is a concern that business negotiations are not always performed at a timing desired by the customer, and that sufficient customer satisfaction cannot be obtained.
In other words, although it is likely that a customer usually wants to start a business negotiation immediately when accessing a retailer's terminal, in reality, the retailer's sales staff always stays in front of the terminal. Since the access status from the customer is not checked, it takes a long time to check the access status of the customer, and it takes time to prepare the communication line even after checking the access status. Will be waiting.
As described above, if it takes a long time to wait from the point when the customer accesses the store to the start of the remote negotiation, the customer may feel that the negotiation is not being performed smoothly and may feel dissatisfied. It is desired to eliminate the problem.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to provide a product purchase support system and a product that can minimize the waiting time from when a customer accesses a store to the start of remote negotiations. A computer program for a computer for a purchase support system.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following as a solution. That is, in the first configuration of the present invention, a virtual showroom for simulating the in-store situation is provided for each store, and the image of the virtual showroom of the store accessed from the customer terminal is transmitted via the network. A product purchase support system that provides to a customer terminal and enables remote negotiation with a seller terminal at the store in response to a request from the customer terminal,
When an access to the virtual showroom of an arbitrary store is detected from the customer terminal, the access information is notified to a seller terminal of the store corresponding to the virtual showroom accessed from the customer terminal. I have.
According to the first configuration of the present invention, when the access to the virtual showroom from the customer terminal is detected, the access information is notified to the seller terminal of the seller. The access information can be confirmed without delay, the seller can quickly prepare for negotiations, and the waiting time from when the customer accesses the virtual showroom can be reduced.
[0007]
According to the second configuration of the present invention, the seller terminal is configured to be able to confirm an access status from the customer terminal after the access information is notified by the notification unit. is there.
In the remote negotiation, the seller can confirm the specific request of the customer after the start of the negotiation, for example, a product which the customer is considering purchasing, a purchase condition of the product, and the like. Since a confirmation time corresponding to each request is required until an answer is given to the customer's request, the customer is kept waiting during that time.
According to the second configuration of the present invention, after the seller is notified of the access information to the seller terminal, the seller can check the access status from the customer terminal using the seller terminal. It is possible to grasp the movement of the customer and, for example, the customer's demands such as what kind of product they are interested in in advance to some extent. The waiting time of the customer during the negotiation can be shortened.
[0008]
In the third configuration of the present invention, the merchandise purchase support system is configured such that a seller of a store corresponding to the virtual showroom accessed from the customer terminal is connected to the customer who accesses the virtual showroom of the store. Until it is detected that correspondence with the terminal is possible, it is configured to restrict the display of the interaction start operation unit that enables the customer terminal to interact with the seller terminal.
When a customer accesses the virtual showroom, the seller may not be able to immediately take a hand due to other negotiations. In such a situation, even if an inquiry is made from the customer terminal, the seller cannot respond to the inquiry from the customer until it is available, and the customer is left unattended during that time.
According to the third configuration of the present invention, the seller of the store corresponding to the virtual showroom accessed from the customer terminal can deal with the customer terminal accessing the virtual showroom of the store. Until the customer terminal is detected, the display of the dialog start operation unit that allows the customer terminal to communicate with the seller terminal is restricted, so that the customer terminal receives an inquiry request such as an inquiry while the seller cannot take the hand. Can be regulated in advance, and it is possible to prevent customers from waiting.
[0009]
In the fourth configuration of the present invention, the detection is performed based on the response information received from the seller terminal in response to the notification from the notification unit, and the detection is performed based on the received response information. When it is detected that the seller can respond to the customer terminal based on the response information, the display restriction of the dialog start operation unit is released.
According to the fourth configuration of the present invention, whether or not the seller is available is detected based on the available information from the seller terminal, so that the available status of the seller can be reliably confirmed. Thus, the restriction on the display of the dialog start operation unit can be appropriately released.
[0010]
In the fifth configuration of the present invention, the merchandise purchase support system is configured such that a seller of a store corresponding to the virtual showroom accessed from the customer terminal is connected to the customer who is accessing the virtual showroom of the store. When it is detected that correspondence with the terminal is possible, a virtual seller corresponding to the seller who has become able to correspond is displayed in the virtual showroom.
According to the fifth configuration of the present invention, the seller of the store corresponding to the virtual showroom accessed from the customer terminal can deal with the customer terminal accessing the virtual showroom of the store. When a is detected, the virtual seller corresponding to the seller who has become available is displayed in the virtual showroom, so that the customer can have a sense of presence as if they were actually talking at the store. .
[0011]
In the sixth configuration of the present invention, the merchandise purchase support system may be configured such that at least a customer of a store corresponding to the virtual showroom accessed from the customer terminal accesses the virtual showroom of the store. Until it is detected that correspondence to the terminal is possible, a reception unit for receiving information from the customer terminal is displayed on the customer terminal, and the information received at the reception unit is transmitted to the seller terminal. It is configured to contact you.
When a customer accesses the virtual showroom, the seller may not be able to immediately take a hand due to other business negotiations. In the meantime, if no inquiry or the like can be made from the customer side to the virtual showroom, there is a possibility that the customer may wait a long time in a situation where nothing can be done.
According to the sixth configuration of the present invention, at least the seller of the store corresponding to the virtual showroom accessed from the customer terminal can handle the customer terminal accessing the virtual showroom of the store. Until is detected, a reception unit that can receive information from the customer is configured to be displayed, so that, for example, a message such as a request to contact later can be made, and the customer can wait for a long time. Can be prevented.
[0012]
In a seventh configuration of the present invention, when a change is detected in the access information from the customer terminal, the notification means is configured to sequentially notify the seller terminal of the change in the access information.
The seller needs to periodically monitor the seller terminal in consideration of the response to the customer accessing the virtual showroom, but this is inefficient because the seller's other services are affected.
According to the seventh configuration of the present invention, since the change of the access information from the customer terminal is sequentially notified to the seller terminal, the seller does not regularly monitor and does not miss the access change of the customer. It is possible to respond to customers at appropriate timing.
[0013]
In the eighth configuration of the present invention, the notifying unit notifies the number of customers accessing the virtual showroom to the seller terminal or notifies the number of customers accessing the virtual showroom according to the number of customers accessing the virtual showroom. The number of seller terminals is configured to be changed.
It is necessary to monitor the virtual showroom in order to quickly respond to customers who access the virtual showroom, but it is inefficient to monitor all sellers at all times.
According to the eighth configuration of the present invention, the number of customers accessing the virtual showroom is notified to the seller terminal, or the number of customers accessing the virtual showroom is notified according to the number of customers accessing the virtual showroom. As the number changes, it is possible to change the seller corresponding to the number of customers who are accessing the virtual showroom, so it is possible to respond quickly to the number of customers while suppressing the decrease in seller efficiency. Can be made possible.
[0014]
In the ninth configuration of the present invention, a display that can be commonly viewed by each seller is arranged in an actual store separately from the seller terminal,
The merchandise purchase support system is configured to simulate the virtual showroom on the display.
In the case where the seller terminal is a stationary personal computer in which the seller terminal is fixedly installed, the monitoring of the customer in the virtual showroom requires the seller to periodically check the terminal, which is not efficient. There are also situations where the seller cannot go to the terminal for confirmation, such as during negotiations.
According to the ninth configuration of the present invention, a display that can be commonly viewed by each seller is arranged in an actual store separately from the seller terminal, and a virtual showroom is simulated and displayed on the display. Therefore, the seller can check the access information of the customer without going to each terminal.
[0015]
In the tenth configuration of the present invention, a virtual showroom for simulating and displaying the in-store situation is provided for each store, and an image of the virtual showroom of the store accessed from the customer terminal is transmitted to the customer terminal via a network. A computer program for a computer for a product purchase support system that enables remote negotiations with a seller terminal of the store in response to a request from the customer terminal,
The computer for the above product purchase support system
A step of detecting that the customer terminal has accessed the virtual showroom of any dealer,
When an access to the virtual showroom of an arbitrary store is detected from the customer terminal by the procedure, the access information is notified to a seller terminal of the store corresponding to the virtual showroom accessed from the customer terminal. And the steps to be performed.
According to the tenth configuration of the present invention, when the access to the virtual showroom from the customer terminal is detected, the access information is notified to the seller terminal of the seller. The access information can be confirmed without delay, the seller can quickly prepare for negotiations, and the waiting time from when the customer accesses the virtual showroom can be reduced.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the waiting time from the time when a customer accesses a store to the start of remote negotiation can be shortened.
