Description

【0001】
【0009】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to cosmetics containing a novel ingredient derived from the squid's internal organs, which has not been used in the past. The present invention relates to a cosmetic contained therein and a method for collecting the viscous substance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When squid lays eggs, the eggs are wrapped in a colorless and transparent jelly-like material. This jelly-like substance accumulates as a raw material in the ovarian gland before laying eggs, which is used in laying eggs. Conventionally, the squid containing gland containing the squid's ovarian gland has been discarded with little use, and has been used only slightly as a paste or as a food ingredient for Chinese cuisine. Utilization of the jelly-like substance accumulated in the ovarian gland has never been studied, and no extraction or purification method has been known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention aims to pioneer a new use of the squid's ovarian gland, which has never been used before. It is intended to be developed as a raw material.
[0004]
[Means for solving the problem]
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, it becomes possible to extract the ovarian gland by treating it with alkali, and the extract is a colorless and transparent viscous substance, and this viscous substance is excellent as a raw material for cosmetics. Thus, the present invention has been completed.
That is, the gist of the first invention of the present application is a cosmetic characterized by containing a viscous substance extracted from a squid egg gland solubilized with an alkali and extracted as one of the raw materials. The gist of the second invention is to solubilize the squid egg gland with alkali, add alcohol and neutral salt to the obtained viscous solution to form a precipitate, and filter the precipitate by filtration. And collecting the squid follicle egg gland extract.
The ovarian gland is a relatively large internal organ located at the center when the belly of a female squid is opened. This internal organ becomes large at the time of spawning, and weighs about 50 g for mica and about 20 g for squid.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
There are no particular restrictions on the type of squid that can be used in the present invention. , Squid, purple squid, squid, squid, squid, octopus squid, dossica, sylvia squid, squid, squid, squid, firefly squid, sodica, daioika, etc.).
The collected ovarian gland is directly or dried, and the ovarian gland is put in an alkaline solution to solubilize the viscous substance contained in the enveloping egg line and then extracted. The alkaline solution used is an inorganic salt having a hydroxyl ion such as NaOH or KOH, and the pH of the solution is preferably 12 or more. If the pH is lower than this, the solubilization cannot be performed sufficiently. Specifically, a solution of about 0.1 to 1N can be used. It should be noted that mucin (viscous), which normally exists as a mucous substance in a living body, undergoes β-position elimination and decomposition when extracted with alkali, but in the case of this viscous substance used in the present invention, β-position removal occurs. Since no separation occurs, it has been found that a reduction treatment using NaBH 4 or the like conventionally performed to suppress β-position elimination is unnecessary.
The temperature at the time of the alkali treatment is preferably from 0 ° C. to around room temperature. If the temperature is lower than 0 ° C., the solubilization hardly proceeds, and the extraction efficiency is low. If the temperature exceeds room temperature, the viscous substance is decomposed, which impairs the properties as a cosmetic raw material. Although the treatment time depends on the concentration and temperature of the alkaline solution, the solubilization and extraction are completed by the treatment for 1 hour to 10 hours.
[0006]
By adding an alcohol solution and a neutral salt to the solution after the solubilization and extraction, the extracted viscous substance can be precipitated. As the alcohol solution to be used, an ordinary organic solvent such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, or isopropanol that precipitates a glycoprotein can be used. For example, a 50 to 60% ethanol solution or the like can be used. Further, a precipitate of the extract can be obtained by adding a neutral salt such as NaCl to the alcohol solution. The precipitated viscous substance can be collected by centrifugation, filtration or the like.
The neutral salt that can be used is not particularly limited, and a water-soluble neutral salt such as KCl and Na 2 SO 4 can be used in addition to NaCl.
[0007]
The resulting precipitate was easily dissolved in water, and the intrinsic viscosity of the solution was measured. The solution had an intrinsic viscosity in the range of 30 dl / g or more. The obtained viscous substance is a glycoprotein composed of about 35 to 38% of protein, 62 to 65% of carbohydrate, and other components, and is expected to have a molecular weight of about 1 to 2 million.
[0008]
The viscous substance obtained in the present invention is colorless, transparent, odorless, has a high viscosity, and has effects such as moisturizing, wetting, thickening, emulsifying stability, emulsifying aid, skin conditioning, skin protection, lubrication, and improving touch. Can be done. Specifically, basic cosmetics, lotions, lotions, creams, serums, packs, base creams, foundations, lipsticks and other skin cosmetics, shampoos, rinses, hair liquids, hair creams and other hair cosmetics, etc. More specifically, it can be used by formulating it in cosmetics for rough skin in winter, rough skin due to drying, skin care after shaving, hair washing, hair dyeing and perming.
[0009]
