【従来の技術及びその課題】
一般に室内向け観葉植物の栽培用土は真砂土をベースにピートモス、バーミキュライト、腐葉土、堆肥を混合して植物を鉢に植え込み固定して栽培しています。殆んどの植物は輸入物で根が裸で送られてきます。小鉢等は固定が容易だが、中鉢(高1m)、大鉢(高さ1.5m)の樹高のある植物となると、培養土で鉢内におさえて植え込む際に、根茎を固定するのが困難なものが多く、発泡スチロールのかたまり等で根の部分を固定しますが、作業が非常に困難で、手間がかかりすぎる。また培養土を突き固めるので、植物がスムーズに生育ができず、8ヶ月から10ヶ月の生産日数が必要です。
鉢の重量も中鉢で約10kg、大鉢で約15kgもあり、生産従事者も40歳代くらいまでが限度で、汚い、きつい、危険という3k産業と言われ、後継者が育ちにくいといった現状です。これらの問題点を解決するために発明された植物自在棒固定鉢。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
観賞用植物の中鉢、大鉢の植込みの際、固定棒を鉢内に止まり木上に固定して植物を入れ、根茎を固定帯で固定棒に固定してから栄養素、微量要素パックを鉢底に入れて培養ウレタン屑を鉢内全体に入れ込み上蓋をして完成する。鉢内にしっかりと根茎が固定されるので活着と生育が早く生産効率が非常に良い。また、ウレタン培地ですから水耕栽培で管理ができ、清潔な室内観葉植物が提供できます。また、ウレタン培地は軽量で、一般の大鉢重量の平均15kgに比べ本発明のウレタン培地の場合、全く同じもので平均3kg。従来のものに比べ、平均5分の1の軽さです。このような点から栽培作業の効率も数倍良くなり、高齢者や身体に障害のある方でも充分に作業に従事することができる。軽量のため流通が小ロット単位で全国へと流通ができ、従来の流通経費の約3分の1で済みます。本発明は鉢内の植物を簡単に固定すること。軽量培地で水耕栽培を可能にし、それによって生産流通から消費者までに安価かつ安全に商品を届けることを課題とした発明である。

【問題点を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するためには、図1に示すように鉢の四方面に2つの固定穴を複数設けて上下自在に図2の3の固定棒を図5のように差し込み、3の固定棒を1鉢の両外側から4の固定キャップで接着止めして強く固定し、図6のようにして複数の7植物を3固定棒に5の固定帯でしっかりと止めてから、軽量培地を鉢内全体に注ぎ込んで完成させ、水耕栽培をすることができる。

【作用】
現在、市場流通している中鉢、大鉢の大半は、熱帯地方の路地で数年かけて栽培されたものを堀り上げ、土を洗い落としてから、水の蒸散を防ぐ為に切り口をロウびきしたものを輸入して鉢植えにし、ハウス栽培をして出荷しますが、植物を植込む時に、鉢内で根茎を固定するのが困難で手間がかかり、完全に固定することが出来なかった。本発明では簡単に固定でき、活着と生育が早く、生産効率が良い。固定が完全であるから軽量ウレタン屑でも水耕栽培ができ、流通が産地直送で新鮮かつ良質な鉢植物を小ロットでも全国へ配達できるという複数の作用がある。

【実施例】

【発明の効果】
