Description

【0001】
【0025】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cotton warp knitted fabric having a thin and soft stretch property, and more particularly to an elastic warp knitted fabric excellent in wearing feeling when used for girdle, brassiere, sportswear and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, elastic warp knitted fabrics used for innerwear, sportswear, and the like are knitted with a 10/23 knitting structure using a non-stretchable yarn made of a spun yarn such as a synthetic fiber multifilament or cotton yarn. A tricot 2way having a half structure obtained by combining the ground structure with a knitting structure of elastic yarns 12/10 is often used. When the non-stretch yarn is a synthetic fiber multifilament, the fabric is thin and stretchable, and although it has excellent fit when worn, it has poor moisture absorption and poor water retention when sweated when worn, There was dissatisfaction when worn as a product.
[0003]
Also, when the non-stretchable yarn is a spun yarn such as a cotton yarn, for example, it has excellent hygroscopicity, but because the yarn is thick, the fabric becomes thicker, and the fabric surface has fluff and nep peculiar to the cotton yarn. Was generated, which was unsatisfactory in appearance.
[0004]
For the purpose of eliminating these, the front side is made of synthetic fiber, the middle side is made of synthetic fiber, and the middle side is made of elastic yarn. The back cotton 2WAY organization has been developed. With this structure, the outer surface of the fabric is clean and excellent in moisture absorption, but the fabric is thick, and therefore, there is a problem that the fabric lacks comfort for shorts and girdle applications.
[0005]
Also, in order to make the fabric thinner, a back cotton satin net structure or a back cotton triconet structure in which an elastic thread is inserted may be used, but these are used in consideration of the bursting strength, tearing strength and dematcher stability of the fabric. Therefore, the fineness of the elastic yarn is usually 155 dtex to 470 dtex, and it has a considerably high power and is suitable as a hard girdle but not suitable for shorts and light girdle. Further, when the elastic yarn has an insertion structure, there is a possibility that the elastic yarn may come off when worn, and there is a concern about the stability of the quality.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is a cotton knitting elastic warp knitted fabric having a thin and soft stretch, which is not uncomfortable to sweat when worn due to containing cotton, and is excellent in soft stretch with a thin fabric. The purpose is to provide a warp knitted fabric that does not affect the outer garment nor feel cramped. The warp knitted fabric of the present invention has a stretchability obtained by arranging a non-stretchable yarn made of synthetic fiber in the front mat, a stretch elastic yarn in the middle mat, and a hygroscopic fiber yarn containing cotton in the rear mat. An elastic warp knitted fabric is desirable. It is not preferable to change the arrangement of these fiber yarns because the non-stretch yarns of the front yarn and the elastic yarns of the middle yarn can have a unique clean appearance and stable elastic characteristics unique to the synthetic fiber on the fabric front side. .
[0009]
Also, if the absorbent fiber containing cotton is not used in the back material, it is not possible to exhibit the moisture absorbing performance of cotton on the skin side when worn as a product, and it is not preferable because the sticky feeling when sweating is not obtained. . Further, it is not preferable because a soft texture unique to cotton yarn cannot be obtained.
[0010]
The non-stretchable yarn made of synthetic fiber as referred to in the present invention means a synthetic fiber yarn represented by polyethylene terephthalate, nylon 6, nylon 66, acrylic, acrylate, etc. It is preferably a yarn.
[0011]
The elastic yarn referred to in the present invention is an elastic fiber yarn obtained by spinning a polymer composition mainly composed of polyurethane. Known polyurethanes such as polyether-based, polyester-based, and polycarbonate-based polyurethanes can be used. Such a polyurethane can be obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate, a polymer diol and, if desired, a low-molecular polyfunctional active hydrogen compound. Examples of the polyisocyanate include 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1,4-phenylene diisocyanate, 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, 2,6-tolylene diisocyanate, naphthalene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, and 1,4-cyclohexane. One or a mixture of diisocyanate, 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate and the like can be used. Among them, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate is preferable. The polymer diol is a substantially linear polymer having a hydroxyl group at both terminals and a molecular weight of 600 to 7000, for example, a polyether such as polytetramethylene ether glycol, polypropylene ether glycol, polyethylene ether glycol, and polypentamethylene ether glycol. Polyol, copoly (tetramethylene neopentylene) ether diol, copoly (tetramethylene-2-methylbutylene) ether diol, copoly (tetramethylene / 2,3-dimethylbutylene) ether diol, copoly (tetramethylene / 2,2- Copolyether polyols containing two or more alkylene groups having 6 or less carbon atoms, such as dimethylbutylene) ether diol, adipic acid, sebacic acid, maleic acid, itaconic acid, and maazeline , Malonic acid, succinic acid, glutaric acid, suberic acid, dodecanedicarboxylic acid, β-methyladipic acid, hexahydroterephthalic acid, etc., and one or more mixtures of dibasic acids and ethylene glycol, 1,2-propylene Polyester polyol or polyetherester diol obtained from one or a mixture of two or more glycols such as glycol, 1,4-butanediol, 1,6-hexanediol, neopentyl glycol, 1,4-dimethylolcyclohexane, etc. Any polyol such as polylactone diol and polycarbonate diol can be used.
[0012]
The hygroscopic fiber yarn containing cotton as referred to in the present invention is not limited to cotton alone, but also, for example, a cotton covering yarn obtained by covering a synthetic fiber on cotton, a mixed yarn of cotton and a synthetic fiber or another natural fiber, or a composite yarn. It contains yarn and the like.
[0013]
The thickness of the warp knitted fabric obtained in the present invention is desirably 0.7 mm or less. If the thickness of the cloth exceeds 0.7 mm, unpleasant sensation occurs when worn, and it becomes difficult to move, which is not preferable. Also, when this warp knitted fabric is worn as inner shorts or girdle, a step is formed between a worn portion and a portion other than the worn portion, which is not preferable because it becomes visible from the outer garment. More preferably, it is 0.6 mm or less.
[0014]
The warp knitted fabric obtained in the present invention preferably has an elongation force at 50% elongation of 250 g / 2.5 cm or less. The stretching force at 50% elongation means the stress when the knitted fabric is stretched by 50%, which is correlated with the stress applied to the buttocks cloth in the sitting position when actually worn, for example, when sewing on a girdle. I have. If the stretching force at the time of 50% extension is greater than 250 g / 2.5 cm, a feeling of pressure is felt in a sitting posture, which is not preferable. More preferably, it is 200 g / 2.5 cm or less.
[0015]
The warp knitted fabric of the present invention preferably has a tear strength of 700 g or more. If the tear strength is less than 700 g, it is not preferred because the tear strength tends to be increased when worn as a product or when sewing a warp knitted fabric. However, in order to increase the tear strength, it is not preferable to use an extremely thick yarn to form a thick warp knitted fabric. Therefore, the tear strength may be 5000 g or less. (1000gf = 9.8N)
[0016]
In the warp knitted fabric according to the present invention, the non-stretchable yarn of the front mat and the stretch elastic yarn of the middle mat are arranged in a full set, and the two yarns are atlased in opposite directions over 3 to 4 wales by one stitch. It is desirable that the knitting structure is formed by knitting one course at a time while reciprocating in a knitting method, and inserting the hygroscopic fiber yarn containing cotton from the backside with 0 to 1 wale. If the non-stretchable yarns are not arranged in a full set, irregularities appear on the warp knitted fabric surface, and a uniform appearance cannot be obtained, which is not preferable. If the elastic yarns are not arranged in a full set, it is not preferable that the elastic yarns are not provided because the elasticity is lost.
[0017]
In the warp knitted fabric of the present invention, it is preferable that the non-stretchable yarn and the stretchable elastic yarn are knitted one by one while reciprocating in an atlas knitting method in directions opposite to each other over three or four wales with one stitch. If the non-stretchable yarn and the stretchable elastic yarn are knitted one course at a time in the opposite direction over only two wales by one stitch, the warp-knitted fabric tends to tear, which is not preferable. Also, it is not preferable that a single stitch swings over 5 wales because the horizontal step is tightly formed and the appearance is deteriorated. Further, if the non-stretchable yarn and the stretchable elastic yarn are knitted while reciprocating in the atlas knitting method in opposite directions by two-swing, it is not preferable because the warp knitted fabric becomes thick.
[0018]
The warp knitted fabric of the present invention preferably has a knitted structure in which the hygroscopic fiber yarns containing the cotton of the backside are inserted with 0 to 1 wale. If the hygroscopic yarn containing the cotton of the bait is inserted over two wales or more, it is not preferable because the cloth becomes thick.
[0019]
In the warp knitted fabric of the present invention, the non-stretch yarn of the front thread is a synthetic multifilament yarn of 22 dtex to 78 dtex, the hygroscopic fiber thread containing cotton of the rear thread is 70 dtex to 140 dtex, and the stretch elastic thread is 22 dtex to 78 dtex. Desirably. If the non-stretchable yarn of the front sack is less than 22 dtex, the rupture strength of the fabric is low, and the fabric is easily broken when used as a product, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 78 dtex, it is not preferable because the cloth becomes thick. More preferably, it is 33 dtex to 56 dtex.
[0020]
If the stretch elastic yarn of the present invention is less than 22 dtex, it is usually doubled in the process of fabric production, so that it becomes substantially 10 dtex on a knitting machine, and the yarn becomes difficult to see, resulting in poor workability. On the other hand, if the heat treatment is applied in the post-processing, the stretchable elastic yarn breaks during the processing, or the wear durability as a product is deteriorated. If the stretchable elastic yarn exceeds 78 dtex, the power of the fabric becomes too strong, and the abdomen and buttocks are compressed when worn as a product, which is unfavorable because the texture becomes worse.
[0021]
When the moisture-absorbent fiber yarn containing cotton of the present invention is less than 70 dtex, the yarn strength is extremely low because of a spun yarn in the process of fabric production, and the yarn breakage in the warping and knitting processes is increased. It is not preferable because it interferes with sex. On the other hand, if it exceeds 140 dtex, the dough becomes too thick, so that the desired thin dough cannot be obtained, which is not preferable.
It is more preferably from 88 dtex to 118 dtex.
[0022]
The warp knitted fabric in the present invention desirably has a burst strength of 2 kg or more. If the burst strength is less than 2 kg, it is not preferable because the product tends to break when worn as a product. However, in order to increase the burst strength, it is not preferable to use a thick warp knitted fabric using a thick yarn, so the burst strength may be 10 kg or less. (1kgf = 9.8N)
[0023]
The warp knitted fabric in the present invention is a warp knitted fabric in which a non-stretchable yarn made of synthetic fiber is arranged in the front mat, a stretch elastic yarn is formed in the middle mat, and a hygroscopic fiber yarn containing cotton is arranged in the rear mat. The non-stretch yarn of Osa and the stretch elastic yarn of the middle Osa are arranged in a full set, and the two kinds of yarn are reciprocated in the atlas knitting method in opposite directions over 3 to 4 wales by one stitch. It is preferable that the yarns are knitted by courses, and the hygroscopic fiber yarns including the cotton of the back sack are knitted while being inserted with 0 to 1 wale. If stretchable elastic yarn is used for the front side, the stretchable elastic yarn will appear on both the front and back surfaces of the product.
[0024]
In addition, when hygroscopic fiber yarns containing cotton are respectively arranged on the front side, the yarn needs to have a knit structure in terms of the structure, which is not preferable because the fabric becomes thick.
