Description

【0001】

When the oil outlet of the valve mechanism 8 is forcibly opened and oil is supplied to the oil receiving container 10 and the oil level in the oil receiving container 10 reaches the outlet 12 of the valve mechanism 8, the fuel supply tank is opened. The supply of oil from 3 stops.
[0006]
Therefore, the supply of fuel from the fuel supply tank 3 is started each time the fuel in the oil receiving container 10 is consumed and the oil level is lowered. By this repetition, the supply of fuel from the fuel supply tank 3 to the oil receiving container 10 is automatically performed.
[0007]
Next, when the fuel in the fuel supply tank 3 is consumed and the fuel needs to be replenished, the fuel supply tank 3 is taken out from the tank storage part 4 of the combustion equipment main body 1 so that the valve push-up pin 11 is separated from the valve mechanism 8. The valve mechanism 8 is closed by bringing the valve body 8b into close contact with the discharge port 12 by the built-in spring 8a, thereby preventing the fuel from flowing out of the fuel supply tank 3. In this state, the fuel supply tank 3 is inverted, the fuel supply cap 9 is turned upward, the fuel supply cap 9 is loosened, and the fuel supply tank 9 is removed from the fuel supply port 7. Then, after replenishing oil from the oil supply port 7, the oil supply cap 9 is screwed again, attached to the oil supply port 7, and mounted on the combustion equipment main body 1 in reverse, so that supply to the oil receiving container 10 is started. It is.
[0008]
In other words, in the conventional operation of attaching and detaching the fuel supply tank 3, the fuel supply tank 3 is lifted up to above the combustion device main body 1, and is attached and detached from above the tank storage section 4.
[0009]
As described above, in the conventional configuration, when the fuel supply tank 3 is attached to and detached from the tank storage section 4 of the combustion equipment main body 1, the load is small when empty, but the fuel supply tank becomes full by replenishing the fuel. When the tank 3 is mounted in the tank storage section 4 of the combustion equipment main body 1, since the weight is increased, the tank 3 is lifted to above the combustion equipment main body 1 and moved laterally right above the tank storage section 4 to open the opening 4 a. It is necessary to set down the tank inside the tank storage unit 4 while adjusting to the above, which is the biggest burden on the user.
[0010]
In particular, in recent years, the fuel supply tank 3 has been tending to increase in capacity, in order to reduce the number of times of refueling from the convenience of use and to save the trouble of refueling. For example, if the fuel supply tank is 9 liters, the weight of the fuel supply tank itself and the weight of the fuel together exceed 10 kg.
[0011]
Also, from the viewpoint of space saving of the installation of the combustion equipment main body 1, the form of the combustion equipment main body 1 is longer than the horizontal one, and the fuel supply tank 3 is lifted in the tank storage part 4 above the combustion equipment main body 1. It is becoming more and more difficult to attach and attach.
[0012]
In addition, the mounting work of the fuel supply tank 3 requires lifting the fuel supply tank 3 to a position directly above the tank housing part 4 and away from the body in terms of the posture of the installer. Particularly, a short person or a weak person, such as an elderly person or a woman, is extremely burdened, and the work of attaching and detaching the fuel supply tank 3 every time refueling is troublesome.
[0013]
Furthermore, when the capacity of the fuel supply tank 3 is increasing and the fuel supply tank 3 is filled with fuel to a full amount, the fuel supply tank 3 cannot be lifted above the combustion equipment main body 1 or the burden is large. Some users use the fuel by putting it halfway into the fuel supply tank 3 for reasons such as excessive fueling. As a result, refueling work must be performed frequently, which increases the tank capacity and reduces the number of times of refueling. There is a method of use contrary to the manufacturer's intention to omit the use.
[0014]
Further, the fuel supply tank 3 housed in the tank storage unit 4 and fitted with the oil supply port 7 in the receiving port 10a of the oil receiving container 10 is in a state of being independent in the tank storage unit 4 as shown in FIG. Therefore, if shock or vibration is applied to the combustion device main body 1 for any reason, there is a possibility that the combustion device body 1 may become unstable.
[0015]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to reduce the burden of attaching / detaching the fuel supply tank to / from the combustion equipment main body at the time of refueling, and to ensure the storage of the fuel supply tank. According to the above-described embodiment, the fuel supply tank housed in the tank housing is attracted by the magnet which is the tank holding means provided on the surface other than the surface of the tank housing covered with the opening / closing door, and the vibration, impact, and the like are burned. Even when the fuel supply tank is added to the apparatus main body, there is no fear of the fuel supply tank falling down to the opening / closing door side, and it is possible to prevent the opening / closing door from being opened carelessly and detaching the fuel supply tank from the tank storage section.
[0026]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the oil combustion machine according to the first or second aspect, wherein the tank holding means for holding the fuel supply tank mounted on the oil receiving container includes an opening / closing door for opening and closing the tank storage portion. In this configuration, the fuel supply tank is held so as to be tilted to a side different from the side.
[0027]
According to the above-described embodiment, the fuel supply tank housed in the tank housing and mounted on the oil receiving container is held by the tank holding means at an angle different from the opening / closing door side of the tank housing, and is subjected to vibration, impact, etc. Even if the fuel supply tank is added to the combustion equipment main body, the fear that the fuel supply tank falls down to the opening / closing door side is surely eliminated, and the careless opening of the opening / closing door can prevent the fuel supply tank from being detached from the tank storage section.
[0028]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an oil fired heating machine which is an oil fired machine of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0029]
(Example 1)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an attachment / detachment structure of a fuel supply tank portion of an oil-fired heating machine according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a main part half showing an installation state of the fuel supply tank. FIG. 4 is a front view of the fuel supply tank, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view of a fuel supply cap of the fuel supply tank.
[0030]
In the figure, a rectangular combustion equipment main body 21 is for heating a room by burning oil as fuel and blowing out hot air that warms air from a louver 22 at a lower front portion. Then, the combustion equipment main body 21 is provided with a cartridge type portable fuel supply tank 23 for supplying oil below the combustion equipment main body 21 from the lateral direction (including the horizontal direction) of the right corner portion of the combustion equipment main body 21. The fuel is temporarily installed in a tank storage portion 25 located above an oil receiving container 24 for temporarily storing the fuel as shown by an arrow, and is detachably installed in the oil receiving container 24.
[0031]
That is, the tank storage portion 25 is provided in the vertical direction at the right corner in the combustion device main body 21 and has open openings facing the upper surface, the right side surface, and the rear surface of the combustion device main body 21. An opening / closing door 26 which can be simultaneously opened and closed is provided on the back plate of the combustion device main body 21 via a hinge (not shown) so as to be rotatable in the lateral direction as indicated by an arrow. Further, the tank storage section 25 provides a predetermined gap h between the upper surface of the fuel supply tank 23 mounted on the oil receiving container 24 and the upper surface of the opening / closing door 26, and when the combustion equipment main body 21 falls over for some reason, By moving (shifting) the fuel supply tank 23 from the oil receiving container 24 by the gap h, a valve mechanism (described later) of the fuel supply tank 23 is operated and can be closed.
[0032]
Therefore, when replenishing oil, the fuel supply tank 23 pivots the opening / closing door 26 toward the rear side of the combustion device main body 21 to open, and lifts the fuel supply tank 23 from the tank storage portion 25 by the gap h with the handle 27 provided on the upper surface. When the fuel supply tank 23 that has been replenished with oil is installed in the tank storage part 25 after the valve mechanism is closed and the oil supply tank 23 is installed in the tank storage part 25, the fuel supply tank 23 carried by the handle 27 is removed from the open tank storage tank. The container 25 is carried from the lateral direction and moved laterally right above the tank storage unit 25, lowered into the tank storage unit 25 by at least the gap h, and installed on the oil receiving container 24.
[0033]
The fuel supply tank 23 handled in this manner is vertically long as shown in FIG. 3 in order to reduce the number of times of refueling during use and to save labor, and to reduce the installation space in the combustion equipment main body 21 from the convenience. It is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and has a handle 27 on the upper surface and an oil supply port 28 for supplying oil at the center of the lower surface. Reference numeral 28a denotes a screw portion provided on the outer peripheral portion of the fuel supply port 28, and 29 denotes an oil amount window for checking the amount of fuel in the fuel supply tank 23.
[0034]
Reference numeral 30 denotes a fuel filler cap removably screwed to the screw part 28a of the fuel filler port 28. The screw part 30a provided on the inner surface of the fuel filler cap 30 and the screw part 28a of the fuel filler port 28 mesh with each other. Reference numeral 31 denotes a valve cylinder having a plurality of through holes 31a integrally provided in a fueling cap 30, and a valve mechanism 32 is provided therein. The valve mechanism 32 is provided between the refueling cap 30 and the valve cylinder 31 and includes a valve body 34, a valve seat 35, and a spring 36, and opens and closes the discharge port 33 of the refueling cap 30.
[0035]
Reference numeral 37 denotes a cylindrical receiving port mounted on the upper surface of the oil receiving container 24. A refueling cap 30 of the fuel supply tank 23 is fitted therein, and a valve push-up pin 38 for opening and closing the valve mechanism 32 is projected in the center of the bottom. Numeral 39 is a tank holding means for fitting the oil supply cap 30 to the receiving port 37 of the oil receiving container 24 and holding the self-supporting fuel supply tank 23 in the tank storing section 25, and is a tank storing section other than the surface covered by the opening / closing door 26. The fuel supply tank 23 is formed of a magnet such as a permanent magnet provided on the surface of the fuel supply tank 25 and is held in a self-standing state by adsorbing the outer surface of the fuel supply tank 23 on the side opposite to the door 26.
[0036]
In the above embodiment, the operation will be described. First, when the fuel supply tank 23 is mounted on the receiving port 37 of the oil receiving container 24 with the fuel supply cap 30 facing downward, the valve push-up pin 38 causes the valve body 34 to oppose the spring 36. Pushing up, the closed state of the discharge port 33 of the oil supply cap 30 by the valve seat 35 is released. Thereby, the fuel in the fuel supply tank 23 is supplied into the oil receiving container 24 through the receiving port 37 and is stored up to the oil level of the discharge port 33 of the refueling cap 30.
[0037]
When the oil level in the oil receiving container 24 is reduced by consumption by the burner (not shown) of the combustion equipment main body 21, air enters the fuel supply tank 23 from the discharge port 33, and the fuel is supplied by the air replacement action. The fuel in the tank 23 is supplied into the oil receiving container 24. This repetition keeps the oil level in the oil receiving container 24 constant. When the fuel in the fuel supply tank 23 decreases to the end of the fuel supply cap 30, that is, to the discharge port 33, the supply of the fuel is continued from the plurality of through holes 31 a provided on the outer peripheral portion of the valve cylinder 31, and the fuel supply is continued. The fuel in the tank 23 will be almost exhausted.
[0038]
Next, when the fuel in the fuel supply tank 23 becomes empty, the opening / closing door 26 is opened, the fuel supply tank 23 is taken out from the tank storage section 25, and the fueling cap 30 is removed from the receiving port 37. At this time, since the operation of pushing up the valve body 34 by the valve pushing-up pin 38 is released, the valve body 34 returns to the original state by the spring 36 and closes the discharge port 33 through the valve seat 35. Keep in condition. Then, the removed fuel supply tank 23 is carried to a refueling place, the refueling cap 30 is removed from the refueling port 28, and refueling is performed from the refueling port 28 by a siphon pump or the like.
[0039]
That is, since the opening / closing door 26 that opens and closes laterally from the vicinity of the upper portion of the oil receiving container 24 is provided in the tank storage section 25, when the opening / closing door 26 is turned laterally, the upper surface of the combustion device main body 21 The three sides of the tank storage portion 25 on the right side and the back side are opened, and the empty fuel supply tank 23 is slightly lifted (at least the gap h or more) with the handle 27 to be fitted from the receiving port 37 of the oil receiving container 24. It can be removed and moved laterally and taken out of the tank storage section 25.
[0040]
When the fuel supply tank 23 which has been replenished with fuel is mounted on the oil receiving container 24, the fuel supply tank 23 carried with the handle 27 is moved in the lateral direction of the open tank storage part 25. , And moved laterally right above the tank storage part 25, lowered into the tank storage part 25 by at least the gap h, fitted with the oil supply cap 30 into the receptacle 37 of the oil receiving container 24, and finally opened and closed the door. 26 is rotated in the horizontal direction to cover the tank storage section 25. Then, the fuel supply tank 23 accommodated in the tank accommodating portion 25 is adsorbed by the tank holding means 39 and held in an independent state.
[0041]
Therefore, it is not necessary to lift and mount the fuel supply tank 23 carried with the handle 27 as in the prior art to a position above the combustion device main body 21, and even if the fuel supply tank is full and full of fuel, the user can use it. It is possible to easily perform the attachment / detachment operation to the tank storage section 25, and the usability can be improved.
[0042]
Further, the opening / closing door 26 that opens and closes from the upper portion of the oil receiving container 24 to the tank storage portion 25 opens the right side and the rear surface of the tank storing portion 25, so that the oil receiving container 24 is close and faces obliquely upward. The upper surface of the oil receiving container 24 contaminated with oil or dust can be easily cleaned, and the operation of removing the fuel remaining from the oil receiving container 24 in the storing operation of the combustion equipment main body 21 after the end of the season. This can be easily performed through the receiving port 37 from the right side surface and the back surface of the opened tank storage portion 25.
[0043]
Further, when the fuel supply tank 23 is mounted on the oil receiving container 24, a predetermined gap is provided between the upper surface of the fuel supply tank 23 and the upper surface of the opening / closing door 26, which is the upper surface of the opening of the tank housing 25 of the combustion equipment body 21. h, the fuel supply tank 23 moves from the oil receiving container 24 by the gap h when the combustion equipment main body 21 falls down for some reason, and the valve mechanism 32 is displaced from the valve push-up pin 38 so that the valve mechanism 32 is closed. Therefore, the fuel in the fuel supply tank 23 does not continue to flow out, and safety can be improved.
[0044]
Further, the tank storage unit 25 is provided with a tank holding unit 29 on the surface of the tank storage unit 25 different from the side of the opening / closing door 26, and is attached to the receiving port 37 of the oil receiving container 24 by the suction action of the tank holding unit 29. Since the self-standing fuel supply tank 23 is held, there is no fear that the fuel supply tank 23 will fall down to the opening / closing door 26 side even when vibration or impact is applied to the combustion device main body 21, and the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing door 26 is changed. Even if the opening / closing door 26 is opened carelessly, the fuel supply tank 23 does not come off from the tank storage portion 26, and safety is ensured even if the opening / closing door 26 is inadvertently opened.
[0045]
(Example 2)
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a configuration for attaching and detaching a fuel supply tank portion of an oil-fired heating machine according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. In the present embodiment, portions having the same configuration and operation and effect as the portions described in the first embodiment of the invention will be denoted by the same reference numerals, detailed description thereof will be omitted, and different portions will be mainly described.
[0046]
In FIG. 5, when the fuel supply tank 23 is mounted on the oil receiving container 24, the fuel supply tank 23 is tilted and held on a surface of the tank housing 25 of the combustion device main body 21 on a side different from the opening / closing door 26 side. A projection 40 is provided on the upper surface of the oil receiving container 24 located on the door 26 side. Therefore, the cylindrical receiving port 41 of the oil receiving container 24 also has a surface on the side where the fuel supply tank 23 attached to the oil receiving container 24 by the protrusion 40 is different from the side of the opening / closing door 26 of the tank storing portion 25 of the combustion equipment main body 21. Is mounted on the upper surface of the oil receiving container 24 so as to be held inclined.
[0047]
In the above embodiment, the configuration of the tank holding means 39 of the first embodiment is realized by another configuration. That is, when the fuel supply tank 23 is mounted by fitting the fuel supply cap 30 to the receiving port 41 of the oil receiving container 24, the protrusion 40 on the upper surface of the oil receiving container 24 located on the opening / closing door 26 side has the fuel supply tank 23. As shown in FIG. 5, the fuel supply tank 23 is tilted to a side different from the opening / closing door 26 side of the tank storage unit 25 as shown in FIG. A part of the tank rests against the surface of the tank housing 25 and is held.
[0048]
Therefore, even if the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing door 26 is set to the horizontal direction, there is no fear that the fuel supply tank 23 falls down to the opening / closing door 26 side even if vibration or impact is applied to the combustion device main body 21 for some reason. The safety can be ensured without the fuel supply tank 23 being detached from the tank storage part 25 due to the opening of the fuel supply tank 26.
[0049]
In the first embodiment, a magnet is used as the tank holding means 39. However, the magnet may be configured as in the other second embodiment, or the fuel supply tank fixing means and the tilting means may be combined. The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the embodiment but may be of any configuration as long as the objects and effects of the invention are achieved.
[0050]
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the tank housing portion 25 is opened on the upper surface, the right side surface, and the back surface of the combustion device main body 21, but one side excluding the upper surface of the combustion device main body 21 or the combustion device main body 21. If the upper surface and either the left or right side surface or any two surfaces of the rear surface or the front surface are open, the same operation and effect as in the present embodiment can be expected. It may be a left or right corner of the main body 21 or another location.
[0051]
Further, when the tank storage portion 25 has the above-described two-sided opening, the opening / closing door 26 is also turned in the lateral direction to cover two open sides or one open side surface.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the fuel supply tank can be attached to and detached from the oil receiving container from the lateral direction of the combustion device main body without lifting up to above the combustion device main body, and the usability can be improved. Can be stably held in the tank storage section.
