For example, when the user uses the ironing device 30, the ironing device 30 can be placed on the base 10 by using the free time (for example, when the user puts in order clothes), so that water can be supplemented in time, the time is saved, and the use requirement of the user is met.
When the water replenishing container 20 needs to be replenished with water, a user can detach the water replenishing container 20 from the base 10, the water replenishing port 21 and the water inlet 11 are disengaged, the water replenishing port 21 and the water inlet 11 are in a closed state, and the water in the water replenishing tank is prevented from flowing out from the water replenishing port 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the refill container 20 may be provided with a container outlet valve 24, and the container outlet valve 24 is used for opening and closing the refill opening 21 so as to control whether water flows out from the refill opening 21. The base 10 may be provided with a first normally closed valve 15, the first normally closed valve 15 being adapted to open and close the water outlet 12, and the ironing appliance 30 may be provided with a second normally closed valve 38, the second normally closed valve 38 being adapted to open and close the water filling port 32. Taking the container outlet valve 24 as an example, the container outlet valve 24 may directly open and close the water replenishing port 21, or may open and close a passage communicating with the water replenishing port 21 to open and close the water replenishing port 21.
When the refill container 20 is mounted on the base 10, the container outlet valve 24 may open the refill port 21. The second normally closed valve 38 and the first normally closed valve 15 can open the filling port 32 and the water outlet port 12, respectively, when the ironing machine 30 is mounted on the base 10. Therefore, the water in the water replenishing container 20 can flow into the water storage cavity 31 through the water replenishing opening 21, the water inlet 11, the water outlet 12 and the water filling opening 32 to replenish the ironing machine 30. In a state that the ironing device 30 is separated from the base 10, the second normally-closed valve 38 and the first normally-closed valve 15 can close the water filling port 32 and the water outlet 12 in time, so as to seal the water in the water replenishing container 20 and the water storage cavity 31 and prevent the water from leaking.
In some embodiments, the container outlet valve 24 may be manually closed to prevent water from leaking through the refill port 21. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the container outlet valve 24 may close the refill port 21 normally, in other words, when the refill container 20 is separated from the base 10, the container outlet valve 24 can automatically close the refill port 21, manual closing by a user is not needed, water leakage is less likely to occur, and the refill container 20 is more convenient to assemble and disassemble. In the state that the water replenishing container 20 is mounted on the base 10, the container outlet valve 24 can open the water replenishing port 21 so that the water replenishing port 21 can communicate with the water inlet 11, and the container outlet valve 24 is easy to open, and does not need to be controlled by other conditions, so that the container outlet valve 24 is more convenient to open.
According to the steam ironing device 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, the water replenishing port 21 can be normally closed through the container water outlet valve 24, so that the water replenishing container 20 is sealed and is convenient to disassemble and assemble. When the refill container 20 is mounted on the base 10, the container outlet valve 24 opens the refill port 21 to communicate the refill port 21 with the water inlet 11, and the container outlet valve 24 has a simple structure and is convenient for opening the refill port 21.
In some embodiments, the steam ironing device 100 further comprises a power cord 50, and the power cord 50 may be provided in the ironing portion 302 without occupying space in the handle portion 301, which is advantageous for maximizing the volume of the water storage chamber 31. When a user holds the handle part 301, the interference of the position of the power cord 50 to affect the holding can be avoided, and the potential safety hazard caused by the leakage of the power cord 50 can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the base 10 may also have a storage location that can store items (e.g., power cord 50, batteries, chargers, etc.) so that the space within the base 10 can be fully utilized.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ironing device 30 may be provided with an air hole 33, and the air hole 33 communicates the water storage chamber 31 with the outside. When water is injected into the water storage cavity 31, the gas in the water storage cavity 31 can be smoothly discharged to the outside through the air hole 33, and the air pressure balance in the water storage cavity 31 is maintained, so that the efficiency of water flow entering the water storage cavity 31 is ensured; when the ironing device 30 irons the clothes, the external air can enter the water storage cavity 31 through the air hole 33, and the air pressure balance in the water storage cavity 31 is maintained, so as to ensure that the steam output from the ironing device 30 is smooth. In addition, the air hole 33 may be higher than the water replenishing opening 21, so as to prevent water from leaking out of the air hole 33 due to the difference of water level when water is added into the water storage cavity 31.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air hole 33 may be higher than the water storage cavity 31 so that the water storage cavity 31 can be filled with water. And the volume of the part of the water replenishing container 20 higher than the air hole 33 is smaller than or equal to the volume of the water storage cavity 31, so that when water is added into the water storage cavity 31 by utilizing the water level difference, the water in the water replenishing container 20 is lower than the air hole 33 after the water in the water replenishing container 20 enters the water storage cavity 31, the water level is effectively prevented from rising continuously to reach the air hole 33 after the water replenishing container 20 is filled with the water, and the water is prevented from overflowing through the air hole 33.
In some embodiments, the air vent 33 may be provided with an air outlet valve and an air inlet valve, the air outlet valve is used for exhausting air in the water storage cavity 31, and the air inlet valve is used for allowing outside air to enter the water storage cavity 31, so as to prevent impurities such as dust from directly entering the ironing device 30 through the air vent 33 and affecting the normal use of the ironing device 30. For example, in some embodiments, the air outlet valve and the air inlet valve may be one and the same valve, in other words, the air outlet valve and the air inlet valve share one valve, which can reduce the structure and facilitate the weight reduction of the ironing machine 30.
In some embodiments, the steam ironing device 100 further comprises a button 40, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the button 40 may be disposed in the ironing portion 302 without occupying the space of the handle portion 301, and in the embodiment where the water storage cavity 31 is formed in the handle portion 301, the volume of the water storage cavity 31 is maximized, the water storage capacity of the ironing device 30 is increased, the service life of the ironing device 30 is prolonged, the number of times of adding water is reduced, and the ironing is more efficient. In addition, the button 40 can be disposed on a side of the ironing part 302 facing away from the base, so as to prevent the button 40 from being touched by mistake when the ironing part 302 is supported in the accommodating groove 22, and to facilitate the matching between the ironing part 302 and the wall of the accommodating groove 22, thereby improving the installation stability of the ironing device 30.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ironing machine 30 may include an ironing body 303 and a water storage container 304, the ironing body 303 is provided with a steam generating device 34 and a water pump 35, the water storage container 304 defines a water storage chamber 31 for storing water, the water storage container 304 is connected with the ironing body 303, a top wall of the water storage chamber 31 is provided with a water supply opening 311, and the water supply opening 311 is communicated with the steam generating device 34. When the ironing device 30 irons the clothes, the water pump 35 may drive the water in the water storage chamber 31 to flow out through the water supply opening 311 and further flow into the steam generating device 34, so that the steam generating device 34 is operated to generate steam to iron the clothes.
It should be noted that in some embodiments where the ironing device 30 comprises the ironing section 302 and the handle section 301, the handle section 301 may comprise a portion of the ironing body 303 and the water storage container 304, in other words, the ironing body 303 may comprise a portion of the ironing section 302 and the handle section 301. Of course, in other embodiments, the ironing body 303 may be formed as the ironing portion 302, and the water storage container 304 may be formed as the handle portion 301, so as to maximize the volume of the water storage container 304.
The water reservoir 304 may be removably connected to the ironing body 303 in order to facilitate cleaning of the water reservoir 304 and maintenance and repair of the ironing machine 30. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water storage container 304 and the ironing body 303 may be connected through the clamping groove 61 and the clamping protrusion 62, so as to achieve assembly of the water storage container 304 and the ironing body 303, effectively prevent the water storage container 304 from falling off, have a simple structure, are reliably connected, and facilitate disassembly and assembly of the water storage container 304 and the ironing body 303, and clean the water storage container 304.
As shown in fig. 2, the water storage container 304 and the ironing body 303 can be connected with the plurality of clamping protrusions 62 in a clamping manner through the plurality of clamping grooves 61, so that the ironing body 303 is limited outside the ironing body 303, the clamping protrusions 62 are reliably connected with the clamping grooves 61, and meanwhile, the number of the clamping grooves 61 and the clamping protrusions 62 can be reduced, and the ironing is more convenient.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ironing body 303 is further provided with a temperature sensor 36, and the temperature sensor 36 can be used for detecting the temperature of the water pump 35, so that the steam ironing device 100 can control the working state of the water pump 35 according to the temperature detection result. When the temperature sensor 36 detects that the temperature is too high (for example, the water pump 35 pumps water in the liquid storage cavity to cause the temperature to be too high), the water pump 35 can be powered off through the temperature sensor 36 or through the action of the control panel, so that the purpose of protecting the water pump 35 is achieved, and the safety of the steam ironing device 100 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a water supply pipe 312 may be disposed in the water storage cavity 31, one end (e.g., the upper end shown in fig. 1) of the water supply pipe 312 is connected to the water supply inlet 311, and the other end (e.g., the lower end shown in fig. 1) of the water supply pipe 312 extends to the lower portion of the water storage cavity 31, so that water in the water storage cavity 31 can be completely discharged, and the growth of mold due to residual water in the water storage cavity 31 during long-term use can be avoided. In addition, can also be equipped with in the delivery pipe 312 and filter to the water that flows into steam generating device 34 from water storage chamber 31 filters, filters aquatic impurity etc. ensures the purity of water, avoids impurity etc. to block up steam ironing device 100's inner pipe, has improved steam ironing device 100's life, makes user's use experience good. According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ironing device 30 is provided with a distance sensor 37, the distance sensor 37 can detect a distance between the ironing device 30 and the base, and when the distance sensor 37 detects that the distance between the ironing device 30 and the base is smaller than or equal to a preset distance, the steam generating device 34 and the water pump 35 can stop working according to a detection result of the distance sensor 37, so as to protect the steam generating device 34 and the water pump 35, avoid a safety hazard caused by heating the base, and improve the safety of the steam ironing apparatus 100.
In some embodiments, the distance sensor 37 may be disposed at a side of the handle portion 301, and near the upper end of the handle portion 301, to detect the distance between the handle portion 301 and the seat body; or the distance sensor 37 may be provided on the bottom surface of the handle section 301 to detect the distance between the handle section 301 and the side surface of the housing. Therefore, the ironing device 30 can be prevented from working when being placed on the seat body, and the steam generating device 34 and the water pump 35 can be prevented from stopping working because the distance sensor 37 detects the hands of the user by mistake.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, at least a portion of the refill container 20 may be made of a transparent material, so that a user can observe whether to add water into the refill container 20 and whether the refill container 20 is full of water. And the wall of the refill container 20 close to the base 10 may be a prismatic structure 23, so that when a user looks from outside the refill container 20, the features inside the base 10 may be weakened to prevent the user from seeing the internal structure of the base 10, and the viewing angle is optimized to make the appearance of the steam ironing device 100 more beautiful.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the wall of the water storage cavity 31 may be made of a transparent material, so that when the ironing device 30 is used or water is added, the water level of the water storage cavity 31 can be checked conveniently, whether water needs to be added or water is added completely can be determined in time, and the use requirements of users can be met.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the base 10 is provided with a first driving member 16, and the first driving member 16 is used for driving a container outlet valve 24 to open the water replenishing port 21. First drive member 16 may be a water connection having a hollow passageway, and a side wall of first drive member 16 may be provided with water inlet 11 (e.g., water inlet 11 may be a notch provided at an end of the side wall of the water connection). When the water replenishing container 20 is installed on the base 10, the water pipe joint can abut against the container water outlet valve 24 to drive the container water outlet valve 24 to move and open the water replenishing port 21, the water replenishing port 21 is convenient to open, water can flow out of the water replenishing container 20 through the water replenishing port 21, and the water pipe joint can enable the water replenishing port 21 to be kept in a normally-open state, so that the water can flow out in time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the refill container 20 defines a refill cavity 25 and a refill channel 26, the refill cavity 25 is used for storing water, the refill channel 26 is communicated with the refill cavity 25, an outlet of the refill channel 26 is formed as a refill opening 21, an inlet of the refill channel 26 may be disposed adjacent to a bottom wall surface of the refill cavity 25, so that water in the refill cavity 25 can rapidly flow out of the refill container 20 through the refill opening 21 under the action of its own gravity, and is beneficial to completely discharging water in the refill container 20, the refill container 20 may be formed into a suction-type structure, and thus, it is avoided that mold is bred due to residual water in the refill container 20 during long-term use.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the refill container 20 may include a container body 27 and a mounting seat 28, the container body 27 has a refill chamber 25 and a mounting hole 272, the mounting seat 28 is disposed through the mounting hole 272, and the mounting seat 28 defines a refill passage 26, the refill passage 26 is communicated with the refill chamber 25, water in the refill chamber 25 may flow out through the refill passage 26, the container outlet valve 24 may be mounted on the mounting seat 28, and the mounting seat 28 may fix and protect the container outlet valve 24, and facilitate the disassembly and cleaning of the container outlet valve 24.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sidewall of the mounting seat 28 is provided with an inlet of the refill passage 26, the container outlet valve 24 is provided in the refill passage 26, the container outlet valve 24 may include a first blocking member 241 and a first returning member 242, and the first returning member 242 may be stopped between the top wall of the mounting seat 28 and the first blocking member 241 to drive the first blocking member 241 to block the refill opening 21 (i.e., the outlet of the refill passage 26), so as to achieve automatic closing of the refill opening 21, prevent water from flowing out from the refill opening 21 during loading and unloading, and facilitate loading and unloading of the refill container 20.
In some embodiments, the first blocking element 241 may be wrapped by a sealing adhesive layer, so that when the first blocking element 241 closes the water compensating opening 21, the sealing adhesive layer can be in sealing contact with the edge of the water compensating opening 21, the sealing effect of the water compensating opening 21 is better, and water seepage is effectively prevented. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the water replenishment port 21 may be provided with a first seal 71, and the first seal 71 may be capable of sealing contact with the first block piece 241 to seal the water replenishment port 21.
In addition, the first sealing member 71 can also be in sealing contact with the container body 27 to seal the gap between the mounting seat 28 and the container body 27, in other words, two-point sealing is realized by one sealing member, the structure is simpler, the cost is lower, and the sealing effect is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mounting hole 272 may include a first hole section and a second hole section having different inner diameters, the inner diameter of the second hole section is smaller than that of the first hole section, so that a step surface is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole 272, the mounting seat 28 may be inserted into the first hole section, and the mounting seat 28 abuts against the step surface, and the step surface and the first hole section may limit the mounting seat 28 in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, so as to prevent the mounting seat 28 from shaking when being mounted on the container body 27, and ensure stable mounting. The lower edge of the mounting seat 28 may be plugged with the first sealing member 71 so that the first sealing member 71 is in sealing contact with the inner circumferential surface and the step surface of the first bore section and with the outer surface of the first blocking member 241. In the embodiment where the first driving member 16 is a hollow joint, the first sealing member 71 can also be in sealing contact with the outer peripheral surface of the hollow joint when the hollow joint is inserted into the water replenishing port 21 to drive the first blocking member 241 to open the water replenishing port 21.
In some embodiments, the upper portion of the refill container 20 may be provided with a water filling opening to facilitate filling water into the refill container 20, and the refill container 20 does not need to be removed to fill water, so that the water filling is convenient and quick.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the upper portion of the refill container 20 may be provided with a container air inlet valve to introduce air into the refill container 20, so as to keep the air pressure in the refill container 20 stable and facilitate smooth water outflow.

at least one part of the ironing device is suitable for being inserted into the accommodating groove from the side opening, the positioning part is matched with the positioning matching part to fix the ironing device under the state that the ironing device is installed on the base body in place, and the water filling port is communicated with the water outlet in a butt joint mode.
2. Steam ironing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that one of said positioning portion and said positioning engagement portion is a positioning slot and the other is a positioning pin adapted to be inserted in said positioning slot.
3. Steam ironing device according to claim 2, characterized in that said positioning pin is retractable in a setting direction, which is different from the direction of insertion of said ironing device.
4. Steam ironing device according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises:
the resetting piece is connected with the positioning pin so as to apply driving force for driving the positioning pin to extend out to the positioning pin.

The steam ironing device according to claim 4, wherein the top wall of the water replenishing chamber is provided with an outwardly recessed mounting groove and a cover sealing a notch of the mounting groove, the positioning pin is telescopically inserted through the top groove wall of the mounting groove, and the restoring member is connected between the cover and the positioning pin.

Steam ironing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that a wall of the receiving slot is provided with a guiding portion and the ironing machine is provided with a guiding engagement portion, one of said guiding portion and said guiding engagement portion being a guiding slot and the other being a guiding projection movable along said guiding slot, at least one of said guiding projection and said guiding slot extending in the insertion direction of the ironing machine.
7. Steam ironing device according to claim 6, characterized in that said housing tank has a tank bottom wall provided with said positioning portion and tank side walls opposite each other, at least one of said tank bottom wall and said tank side walls being provided with said guide portion.
8. Steam ironing device according to claim 1, wherein a first normally closed valve is provided at the water outlet, a second normally closed valve is provided at the water filling opening, and the first normally closed valve and the second normally closed valve are engaged with each other to conduct the water outlet and the water filling opening when the ironing device is mounted on the housing,
the inserting direction of the first normally-closed valve and the second normally-closed valve is the same as the inserting direction of the ironing device.
9. Steam ironing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises:
the handle part limits the water storage cavity and is provided with the water injection port;
the ironing part is arranged at the top end of the handle part, and at least one part of the ironing part is inserted into the accommodating groove and is provided with the positioning matching part.
10. Steam ironing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that said seat comprises:
the side part of the base is provided with the water outlet, and the top of the base is provided with a water inlet communicated with the water outlet;
a water replenishing container arranged at the top of the base, provided with a water replenishing port and limiting the water replenishing cavity and the accommodating groove, the water replenishing port is communicated with the water inlet,
