Description

【0001】

【0070】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a configuration for attaching and detaching a cartridge tank in an oil-fired machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. 10, 11, and 12 using a tank of a combustion heater. As shown in the figure, a fuel supply port 2 for supplying fuel is provided at an appropriate position in a tank body 1, a fuel supply cap 4 having a valve mechanism 3 is attached to the fuel supply port 2, and an end face 2a of the fuel supply port 2 is provided in the fuel supply cap 4. The oil supply port 2 is kept open and closed via the valve mechanism 3 by sealing with the sealing surface 3c. Then, when the device 3 is set in the tank storage section 6, the valve body 3 b is pushed up by the valve push-up pin 8 provided in the oil receiving tray 7 by placing the oil filler port 2 downward and placing the oil receiving tray 7 on the oil receiving tray 7. When the valve mechanism 3 is forcibly opened and the fuel in the tank body 1 is supplied to the oil receiving tray 7 and the oil level in the oil receiving tray 7 reaches the discharge port 9 of the valve mechanism 3, the fuel from the tank body 1 is discharged. Supply stops. Then, when the fuel in the oil receiving tray 7 is consumed and the oil level decreases, the supply of the fuel from the tank body 1 is started again. By this repetition, the supply of fuel from the tank body 1 to the oil receiving tray 7 is performed.
[0003]
Next, when the fuel in the tank body 1 is consumed and replenishment is required, the tank body 1 is taken out of the device 5, the valve push-up pin 8 is separated from the valve mechanism 3, and the valve mechanism 3 is moved by the built-in spring 3a. The valve body 3b is brought into a closed state by bringing the valve body 3b into close contact with the discharge port 9, thereby preventing the fuel from flowing out of the tank body 1. In this state, the tank body 1 is turned over, the oil supply cap 4 is turned upward, the oil supply cap 4 is loosened, and the oil supply cap 2 is removed. After the fuel is supplied from the fuel filler 2, the fuel filler cap 4 is attached to the fuel filler 2, and the device 5 is reversely mounted again, so that the supply to the oil receiving tray 7 is started.
[0004]
When the tank is mounted on the device 5, that is, when the tank is mounted on the tank storage portion 6 of the device, the tank is lifted up to the upper portion of the device and mounted from above the tank storage portion 6. When the tank is carried, the handle 10 is held and carried (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional configuration, when the tank 1 that is full of fuel after refueling is mounted on the equipment, the weight of the tank 1 is very heavy, and the largest load and the maximum load when the user refuels. Has become.
[0007]
In particular, in recent years, the capacity of the tank 1 has been steadily increased in order to reduce the number of times of refueling and to save time for refueling. For example, if the tank 1 is 9 liters, the weight of the tank 1 itself is about 2 kg and the fuel of 9 liters is used. Is about 7.2 kg, which is about 9.6 kg. If the fuel is put into the tank 1 just below the filler opening, the fuel exceeds 8 kg, and the total weight of the fuel and the tank 1 exceeds 10 kg. The weight of the equipment 5 is equal to or greater than the weight of the tank 1 excluding the tank 1, and the capacity of the tank 1 is 9.5 liters or more than 9 liters. In addition, from the viewpoint of saving space for installation, the form of the device 5 has been increased in a vertically long form than in a horizontally long form, and some of the forms have a higher height. The task of lifting to the top and mounting it is difficult.
[0008]
In order to mount the tank 1 on the device 5, the tank 1 must be lifted above the tank storage portion 6 of the device 5 away from the body, and the burden is large. It was difficult for weak people, such as the elderly and women. In particular, if the tank 1 is filled with the fuel to its full capacity, the tank 1 cannot be lifted to the upper part of the equipment 5 or the burden is large. Since the heater is used in the winter, there is a problem associated with increasing the capacity of the tank 1, such as causing back pain when holding a heavy object in an unreasonable posture.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to improve the usability of a user by allowing the tank 1 to be mounted on the device 5 without lifting it up to the upper portion of the device 5. Things.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an apparatus main body, an oil pan for temporarily holding fuel, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped tank which is detachably mounted on the oil pan and supplies fuel to the oil pan, and a longitudinal section of the tank. A fuel supply port provided at an appropriate position on one end face in the direction, and a tank storage portion for storing the tank, wherein the tank storage portion has an open portion on any two or more of the upper surface and the side surface or the rear surface or the front surface. When mounting the tank on the oil pan, the tank can be mounted from a substantially horizontal direction, and the tank has a first handle disposed on the upper surface and a second handle disposed on the side of the tank corresponding to the opening. It has a configuration.
[0011]
According to the above invention, since the tank storage portion has an opening on any two or more of the upper surface and the side surface or the rear surface or the front surface, when the tank is mounted on the oil receiving tray, the tank can be mounted from a substantially horizontal direction. As a result, the tank can be easily attached and detached without lifting, and the usability is improved.
[0012]
Further, even if the tank is filled with fuel, the fuel tank can be mounted without lifting, and the user does not have to lift the heavy tank in an unreasonable posture, so that there is no worry about lower back pain or the like.
[0013]
In addition, if a tobira that opens and closes from the upper part of the oil pan is provided in the tank storage part, the user holds it from above the tank when lifting the tank, so it is easy to use unless the tobira is added to the top and side surfaces or the back side of the equipment body. If the opening is added to the upper surface of the apparatus main body, the number of doors becomes two or more, and the attachment and detachment of the tank becomes a two-action operation, which deteriorates usability and complicates the configuration. However, since the open portion of the tank storage portion of the device main body is configured to have any two or more of the upper surface and the side surface, the rear surface, or the front surface of the device main body, the tank can be attached to and detached from the oil pan with one action. , The usability is increased, and since the tobira is not provided, the usability is further increased without disturbing the attachment and detachment of the tank.
[0014]
In addition, an opening that opens and closes near the top of the oil pan is provided in the tank storage area, so that the top of the oil pan that is contaminated with oil or dust can be easily cleaned. Can be easily extracted from the oil pan.
[0015]
Further, since the first handle is provided on the upper surface of the tank and the second handle is provided on the side of the tank on the open side facing the open portion of the tank, the second handle can be carried when carrying. As a result, the center of gravity of the tank can be brought closer to the center of the user's body and held with one hand. In other words, since the center of the body of the user and the center of gravity of the tank are close, the user can hold the tank lightly. Also, even if the tank is long, it can be held sideways, so the distance to the floor can be increased, The possibility of lifting and holding is also eliminated.
[0016]
In addition, when the tank is placed for refueling the tank or when the tank is set in the equipment, the tank can be turned over with the second handle, so that the turning operation can be easily performed. , The usability is improved.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The oil-fired heating machine according to claim 1 of the present invention includes an apparatus main body, an oil pan temporarily holding fuel, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped tank detachably provided on the oil pan, and supplying fuel to the oil pan. An oil supply port provided at an appropriate position on one end face in the longitudinal direction of the tank, and a tank storage portion for storing the tank, wherein the tank storage portion has an open portion on any two or more of the upper surface and the side surface or the rear surface or the front surface. When mounting the tank on the oil pan, the tank can be mounted from a substantially horizontal direction, the tank has a first handle disposed on the upper surface, and a second handle is disposed on a tank side surface corresponding to the opening. It is configured to be installed.
[0018]
And since it has a structure which has an open part in any two or more of the upper surface and the side surface or the back surface or the front surface in the tank storage part, when the tank is mounted on the oil receiving tray, the tank can be mounted from a substantially horizontal direction, The tank can be easily attached and detached without lifting, improving usability.
[0019]
In the oil-fired heater according to the second aspect, the second handle is located substantially at the center of the longitudinal direction of the tank, and the handle is arranged so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tank.
[0020]
And when carrying the second handle, the inclination of the tank can be regulated, and the tank is greatly inclined, the hand is pinched between the second handle and the tank, and the lower end of the tank is close to the floor. There is no need to worry about it becoming difficult to hold.
[0021]
Further, the oil-fired heating machine according to claim 3 has a configuration in which the first handle and the second handle are arranged so that the handle directions are orthogonal to each other.
[0022]
Since the handle direction of the first handle and the handle of the second handle are arranged orthogonally, when the tank is placed or when the tank is turned over when the tank is set in the device, the handle directions are orthogonal. The hand can be easily turned back, and the reversing operation can be easily performed.
[0023]
In the oil-fired heater according to claim 4, one or more partition plates or tanks are provided below the second handle to partition the upper space in the tank when the second handle is located on the upper surface so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. It has a configuration in which a plurality of sheets are arranged at appropriate places in the inside.
[0024]
Then, one or a plurality of partition plates are provided at the lower portion of the second handle to partition the upper space in the tank so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction when the second handle is positioned on the upper surface. Because of this, the upper space in the tank when being carried is partitioned by a partition plate, and the movement of the space is regulated.
[0025]
In other words, if a liquid fuel and an air layer are provided in the tank, the space above the tank moves due to a slight inclination of the tank when being carried, and it becomes difficult to hold the liquid fuel in the tank by moving the center of gravity of the liquid fuel. The space in the upper part of the tank is partitioned by a partition plate, and the movement of the space is restricted, so that the movement of the center of gravity is reduced, and the difficulty in holding the space due to the movement of the space is reduced. This is better if the number of spaces to be partitioned is large, and the height of the partition is small even if there is a shift in the center of gravity of the liquid fuel, which is too large to be partitioned by the partition, and the tank becomes lighter as the space increases. It is good if it is a level that does not hinder the difficulty of holding.
[0026]
Further, the oil-fired heating machine according to claim 5 is configured such that the partition plate is inclined so that the fuel in the tank flows downward when the filler plate is set to the device with the filler port facing downward.
[0027]
And since the partition plate is inclined so that the fuel in the tank flows downward when the filler port is down, the liquid fuel flows smoothly downward with the tank set slightly inclined to the equipment, The liquid fuel in the tank can be used up.
[0028]
Further, the oil-fired heater of claim 6 is configured such that the center of the second handle is located closer to the refueling port side than the center of gravity of the tank.
[0029]
Since the second handle is positioned closer to the filler port than the center of gravity of the tank, the center of gravity of the tank is closer to the first handle when carrying, and the filler port side is higher than the opposite first handle side. The movement of the space is restricted, the movement of the center of gravity is reduced, and the effect of reducing the difficulty of holding by the movement of the space can be obtained with a simple configuration.
[0030]
In addition, since the fuel filler side is higher than the opposite first handle side, it is difficult to damage the fuel filler port when carrying, and even if the liquid fuel leaks slightly from the fuel filler part, it falls on the floor or the like as it is and becomes dirty. Is also gone.
[0031]
Further, the oil-fired heating machine according to claim 7 is configured such that the handle portion of the second handle is inclined with the tank so that the fuel filler port is inclined upward.
[0032]
Since the handle portion of the second handle is inclined with respect to the tank so that the filler port is inclined upward, the same effect as in claim 6 can be obtained in which the filler port side is higher than the opposite first handle side. In addition to being obtained, certainty is increased by combining with claim 6.
[0033]
Further, the oil-fired heating machine according to claim 8 is configured such that an oil amount window for checking the oil amount in the tank is disposed in the opening.
[0034]
And, since the oil amount window for checking the oil amount of the tank is located at the above-mentioned open part, the oil amount of the tank can be seen at a glance from the outside, so that the user can easily determine when to refuel. , Increasing usability.
[0035]
The oil-fired heating machine according to claim 9 is configured such that the second handle is disposed on a surface having an oil amount window for checking the oil amount in the tank.
[0036]
Since the second handle is provided on the surface with the oil amount window for checking the oil amount of the tank, the direction of the oil amount window of the tank must be used when placing the tank when refueling the tank. It is natural for the user to be able to refuel while checking the oil level, which increases the usability, and when the liquid fuel is refueled, when carrying the tank, the heavy fuel tank comes into contact with the wall around the corner and turns the refueling port. Although it is easy to be damaged, the filler port side is in front of the user, which makes it easier for the user to pay attention, and the filler port is not easily damaged naturally.
[0037]
The oil-fired heater according to claim 10 is configured such that when the tank is mounted on the oil pan, a magnet is disposed at an appropriate position on a wall different from the open portion of the tank storage portion.
[0038]
Since magnets are arranged at appropriate places on the wall different from the open part of the tank storage part, when the tank is mounted on the oil pan, the tank will be magnetized in a different direction from the open part of the tank storage part of the equipment body. With a simple configuration, there is no need to worry about the tank falling to the open side for any reason, such as vibration, and there is no worry about the open section being opened and the tank being detached from the tank storage section. As a result, it is not necessary to detach the fixing means, and the tank can be easily attached and detached.
[0039]
In the oil-fired heating machine according to the eleventh aspect, when the tank is mounted on the oil pan, the tilt holding means is disposed so that the tank is tilted and held in a direction different from the opening of the tank storage portion of the device body. There is a configuration.
[0040]
The effect of claim 10 is realized by another method. Since the tilt holding means is provided, when the tank is mounted on the oil pan, the tank is opened at the tank storage portion of the device body. The tank is tilted and held in a different direction from the above, so there is no need to worry about the tank falling to the open side for any reason such as vibration, and there is no worry about the open section being opened carelessly and the tank detaching from the tank storage section. And the fixing means does not have to be detached when the tank is attached or detached, and the tank can be easily attached or detached.
[0041]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described using a tank of an oil-fired heater.
[0042]
(Example 1)
1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a tank according to an embodiment of the present invention is attached to and detached from equipment, FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of the tank, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a main part of a fueling cap, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a view showing a form during carrying, and FIG. 6 is a view showing a form during refueling of a cartridge-type refueling tank.
[0043]
In the drawing, 11 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped tank for storing fuel, 12 is an oil amount window for confirming the amount of fuel in the tank 11, and 13 is a tank provided at an appropriate position on one end face in the longitudinal direction of the tank 11. A filler port for supplying and discharging fuel, 13a is a screw portion provided on the outer peripheral portion of the filler port 13, 14 is a filler cap provided on the filler port 13 detachably, and a screw portion provided on the inner surface of the filler cap 14. 14a and the screw portion 13a of the oil filler 13 are engaged with each other.
[0044]
Reference numeral 15 denotes a valve cylinder provided integrally with the fuel supply cap 14 and having a plurality of through holes 15a, and a valve mechanism 16 is provided therein. The valve mechanism 16 is provided between the fuel cap 14 and the valve cylinder 15, and includes a valve body 17, a valve seat 18, and a spring 19, and opens and closes the discharge port 20 of the fuel cap 14. Reference numeral 21 denotes an oil pan for temporarily storing fuel for supplying fuel to the burner of the oil combustor. Reference numeral 22 denotes a socket attached to an upper opening of the oil pan 21, and a valve push-up pin 23 projects from the socket 22. It is formed.
[0045]
Reference numeral 24 denotes a first handle provided at an appropriate position on one longitudinal end face of the tank 11 on the opposite side of the oil filler 13, and a tank having an oil amount window 12 located substantially in the middle between the first handle 24 and the oil filler 13. A second handle 25 is arranged at an appropriate position on the side surface of the tank 11 so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tank 11, and the handle directions of the first handle 24 and the second handle 25 are orthogonal to each other.
[0046]
Reference numeral 26 denotes a partition plate which partitions the upper space in the tank 11 so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction when the second handle 25 is positioned on the upper surface. In addition, the partition plate 26 is inclined so that the fuel in the tank 11 flows downward when the fuel supply port 13 is set downward and the apparatus is set in the apparatus.
[0047]
The oil pan 21 is disposed at the lower portion of the main body of the apparatus. The tank 11 which is usually detachably provided is mounted thereon to supply fuel to the oil pan 21. A tank storage portion 27 for storing the tank 11 is disposed above the receiving tray 21. The tank storage portion 27 is provided so that the tank 11 can be mounted substantially horizontally when the tank 11 is mounted on the oil receiving tray 21. An opening portion 28 is provided in the storage portion 27 from near the upper portion of the oil receiving tray 21.
[0048]
The opening 28 is configured to open the upper surface, the side surface, and the rear surface of the device main body, and when the tank 11 is mounted on the oil receiving tray 21, the first handle is provided on the upper surface of the device main body, that is, the upper surface of the tank 11. And the second handle is disposed on the side of the tank 11 on the open side located on the side of the equipment body facing the open portion 28 of the tank 11, and the amount of oil for confirming the amount of oil in the tank 11 A window 12 is provided.
[0049]
In the above configuration, the operation will be described. First, when the tank 11 is attached to the receiving port 22 of the oil receiving tray 21 with the oil supply cap 14 facing downward, the valve push-up pin 23 pushes up the valve element 17 against the spring 19, The closed state of the discharge port 20 of the refueling cap 14 by the seat 18 is released. As a result, the fuel in the tank 11 is supplied into the oil receiving tray 21 through the receiving port 22 and is stored up to the oil level of the discharge port 20 of the refueling cap 14. Then, when the oil level in the oil pan 21 is reduced by consumption by the burner, air enters the tank 11 through the discharge port 20, and the fuel in the tank 11 is supplied into the oil pan 21 by the air replacement action. By repeating this, the oil level in the oil receiving tray 21 is kept constant. When the fuel in the tank 11 decreases to the end of the refueling cap 14, that is, to the discharge port 20, the supply of the fuel is continued from the plurality of through holes 15 a provided in the outer periphery of the valve cylinder 15, Will run out of fuel.
[0050]
Next, when the fuel in the tank 11 becomes empty, the tank 11 is removed from the receiving port 22. At this time, since the operation of the valve mechanism 16 pushing up the valve element 17 by the valve push-up pin 23 is released, the valve element 17 returns to the original state by the spring 19 and closes the discharge port 20 via the valve seat 18. Keep in condition. Then, the tank 11 is carried to a refueling place, the refueling cap 14 is removed, and refueling is performed by a siphon pump or the like.
[0051]
Here, an open portion 28 is provided in the tank storage portion 27 from the vicinity of the upper portion of the oil pan, and since the open portion 28 has three surfaces, that is, the upper surface, the side surface, and the rear surface of the device main body, the tank is provided in the oil pan. When the tank 11 is mounted, the tank 11 can be mounted in a substantially horizontal direction, so that the user can easily attach and detach the tank 11 without lifting the tank 11, thereby increasing the usability.
[0052]
In addition, even if the tank 11 is full of fuel, the tank 11 can be mounted without lifting, and the user does not need to lift the heavy tank 11 in an unreasonable posture, and there is no worry about back pain or the like.
[0053]
Further, if a tobira that opens and closes from the vicinity of the upper portion of the oil receiving tray 21 is provided in the tank storage portion 27, the user holds the tank 11 from above when the tank 11 is lifted. If the opening 28 is added to the upper surface of the device main body, the number of doors becomes two or more, and the attachment / detachment of the tank 11 becomes two-action, so that the usability is deteriorated and the configuration becomes complicated. However, since the open portion 28 of the tank storage portion 27 of the device main body is configured to have three surfaces of the top surface, the side surface, and the back surface of the device main body, the tank 11 can be attached to and detached from the oil pan 21 in one action. As a result, the convenience is increased, and since the tobira is not provided, the usability is further increased without disturbing the attachment and detachment of the tank 11.
[0054]
Further, since an opening 28 that opens and closes from the vicinity of the upper portion of the oil receiving tray 21 is provided in the tank storage portion 27, the upper surface of the oil receiving tray 21 that is dirty with oil or dust can be easily cleaned, and the season At the end, the fuel can be easily extracted from the oil pan 21.
[0055]
Further, since the first handle is provided on the upper surface of the tank 11 and the second handle 25 is provided on the side surface of the tank 11 on the open surface side facing the open portion 28 of the tank 11, the second handle 25 is provided when the portable device is carried. The user can carry the handle 25 and bring the center of gravity of the tank 11 closer to the center of the body of the user, and can hold the tank 11 with one hand. In other words, since the center of the body of the user and the center of gravity of the tank 11 are close to each other, the user can hold the tank 11 lightly, and even if the tank 11 is long, it can be held sideways, so that the distance from the floor can be increased. Thus, there is no possibility of holding the tank 11 by lifting it.
[0056]
Furthermore, when the tank 11 is placed when refueling the tank 11 or when the tank 11 is set in the apparatus, the reversing operation of the tank 11 can be performed by holding the second handle 25, which facilitates the reversing operation. And the usability increases.
[0057]
The second handle 25 is located substantially at the center of the longitudinal direction of the tank 11 and is disposed so that the handle direction is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tank 11. When carrying, the inclination of the tank 11 can be regulated, the tank 11 is greatly inclined, and the hand is pinched between the second handle 25 and the tank 11, or the lower end of the tank 11 is close to the floor. There is no need to worry about it becoming difficult to hold.
[0058]
Also, since the handle direction of the first handle 24 and the second handle 25 is disposed orthogonally, the tank 11 for refueling the tank 11 having both the first handle 24 and the second handle 25 is placed. In such a case, or when the tank 11 is set in the device, at the time of the reversing operation of the tank 11, the holding direction is orthogonal and the hand is easily turned, so that the reversing operation can be easily performed.
[0059]
Further, one partition plate 26 for partitioning the upper space in the tank 11 so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction when the second handle 25 is positioned on the upper surface, or a plurality of partition plates 26 at a proper position in the tank 11 is provided. Since the sheets are arranged, the upper space in the tank 11 when being carried is partitioned by the partition plate 26, and the movement of the space is regulated.
[0060]
In other words, when the liquid fuel and the air layer are provided in the tank 11, the space above the tank 11 moves due to a slight inclination of the tank 11 when being carried, and the center of gravity of the liquid fuel in the tank 11 moves. Although it is difficult to hold the space, the upper space in the tank 11 is partitioned by the partition plate 26, and the movement of the space is regulated. As shown in FIGS. 5 (a), 5 (b) and 5 (c), The movement of the center of gravity is reduced, and the difficulty of holding by the movement of the space is reduced. This is better as the number of spaces to be partitioned is larger, and the height of the partitioning plate 26 is set to a value corresponding to the increased space even if the center of gravity of the liquid fuel that is too large to be partitioned by the partitioning plate 26 moves. It suffices that the level 11 is light enough to make it hard to hold.
[0061]
Further, since the partition plate 26 is inclined so that the fuel in the tank 11 flows downward when the fuel filler is turned down, the liquid fuel can be smoothly supplied in a state where the tank 11 is set slightly inclined to the device. It flows downward, and the liquid fuel in the tank 11 can be used up.
[0062]
Further, since the oil amount window for checking the oil amount of the tank 11 is provided in the opening 28, the oil amount of the tank 11 can be seen at a glance from the outside, so that the user can judge when to refuel. It becomes easy to use and the usability increases.
[0063]
Since the second handle 25 is provided on the surface having the oil amount window for checking the oil amount of the tank 11, when the tank 11 is refilled, the oil amount of the tank 11 must be always set. The direction of the window is the user's side, and it is naturally possible to refuel while checking the amount of oil, which increases the usability, and when carrying the tank 11 after refueling the liquid fuel, the weight is heavy and the wall around the corner is turned. Although the filler hole is easily damaged by contact, the filler side is in front of the user, which makes it easier for the user to pay attention, and the filler hole is not easily damaged naturally.
[0064]
(Example 2)
FIG. 7 is a configuration diagram of the tank according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The same portions as those described in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. Only different portions will be described.
[0065]
In FIG. 7, the center of the second handle 33 is positioned closer to the refueling port 34 side than the center of gravity of the tank 31, and the handle of the second handle 33 is positioned so that the refueling port 34 is inclined upward. It is configured to be inclined.
[0066]
In the above configuration, the center of the second handle 33 is positioned closer to the refueling port 34 side than the center of gravity of the tank 31, and the handle of the second handle 33 is positioned so that the refueling port 34 is inclined upward. When carrying the tank 31, the center of gravity of the tank 31 becomes closer to the first handle 32, and the refueling port 34 tends to be higher than the opposite first handle 32, so that the movement of the space described above is prevented. The movement of the center of gravity is reduced due to the restriction, and the effect of reducing the difficulty of holding by the movement of the space in the first embodiment can be obtained with a simple configuration.
[0067]
In addition, since the refueling port 34 side is higher than the opposite first handle 32 side, it is difficult to damage the refueling port 34 when carrying, and even when the liquid fuel slightly leaks from the refueling port 34 part, it is still on the floor or the like. It will not fall and become dirty.
[0068]
Further, since the partition plate 26 as shown in the first embodiment is not required, the configuration is simplified, and the usability can be increased at low cost.
[0069]
(Example 3)
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a main part showing a state of installation on an apparatus according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. The same portions as those described in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. Only different portions will be described.
[0070]
In FIG. 8, when the tank 44 is mounted on the oil receiving tray 43, the tank 44 is held on a wall different from the opening 42 of the tank housing 41 on the wall different from the opening 42 of the tank housing 41. The magnet 45 of the fixing means is disposed in such a manner.
[0071]
In the above configuration, since the magnet is disposed at an appropriate position on the wall different from the open portion 45 of the tank storage portion 41, when the tank 44 is mounted on the oil receiving tray 43, the tank 44 becomes the tank storage portion 41 of the device main body. Is held by magnetic force in a direction different from that of the open portion 42. With a simple configuration, there is no fear that the tank 44 falls down to the open portion 42 side for some reason such as vibration. There is no need to worry about the 44 being detached from the tank storage section 41, and the safety is increased. In addition, there is no need to detach the fixing means, and the tank 44 can be easily attached and detached.
[0072]

The same portions as those described in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. Only different portions will be described.
[0073]
In FIG. 9, when the tank 52 is mounted on the oil receiving tray 51, the oil receiving tray 51 on the opening 54 side is held so that the tank 52 is tilted and held in a different direction from the opening 54 of the tank housing 53 of the device main body. The configuration is such that a projection 51a is provided on the upper surface.
[0074]
In the above-described configuration, the effect of the third embodiment is realized by another method. Since the protrusion 51a is provided on the upper surface of the oil pan 51 on the side of the open portion 54 which is the inclined holding means, the oil pan is provided. When the tank 52 is mounted on the tank 51, the tank 52 is tilted and held in a direction different from that of the open portion 54 of the tank storage portion 53 of the device main body. There is no need to worry about falling down, and there is no need to worry about the opening 52 being opened carelessly and the tank 52 detaching from the tank housing 53, thus increasing the safety. Attachment and detachment of 52 are also facilitated.
[0075]
In the above embodiment, a configuration in which the handle direction of the first handle 24 and the second handle 25 is orthogonal to each other, a configuration in which a partition plate 26 that partitions the upper space in the tank 11 so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and The configuration in which the partition plate 26 is inclined and the configuration in which the second handle 25 is disposed on the surface of the oil amount window 12 for confirming the oil amount in the tank 11 have been described at the same time. The configuration in which the center of the second handle 33 is positioned farther from the center of gravity of the tank 31 than the first handle 32 and the configuration in which the second handle is inclined are described at the same time. The configuration is not limited to the configuration of the embodiment as long as the effect can be achieved.
[0076]
