Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat device, and more particularly to a vehicle seat device having rigidity suitable as a luggage compartment when stored and capable of being so-called full flat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a vehicle seat device in which a concave portion is formed in a vehicle floor and a seat can be stored in the concave portion. The seat disposed at the front of the concave portion of the vehicle floor has a back portion tilted forward and the seat is pivoted rearward about a support shaft provided at the rear portion of the seat in a state where the seat is overlapped with the seat portion. It is designed to be housed in a recess (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-63421 A
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional technique, the seat is rotated and stored in the recess of the floor in a flat state, thereby securing a flat bottom surface of the cargo room between the floor in front of the recess and the back surface of the seat portion of the stored seat. However, if a space is formed between the front portion of the back of the seat and the front end of the recessed portion of the stored seat, the rigidity of the bottom wall of the luggage compartment is reduced in this space. There is. Therefore, if the seat is lowered downward in order to secure the clearance between the head of the seat occupant and the roof, the space is further expanded, and the degree of freedom in design is reduced.
[0005]
In addition, it is conceivable to change the positions of the concave portions and the seats so that the above-mentioned space does not occur. If further restrictions are imposed, there is a problem that the arrangement of the equipment in the vehicle compartment becomes more difficult.
[0006]
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle seat device capable of easily storing a seat and forming a flat and rigid luggage compartment bottom wall in a state where the seat is stored. I do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is directed to a seat (for example, in the embodiment) provided in front of a recess (for example, the recess 10 in the embodiment) formed on the floor of the vehicle (for example, the third floor 7 in the embodiment). The third row of seats 4) is arranged in an upward position where the seat can be seated, and the seat is folded down with its back (for example, the back 4b in the embodiment) forward and overlapped with the seat (for example, the seat 4c in the embodiment). A seat device for a vehicle which is stored in the concave portion by a storing operation of rotating the seat portion rearward around a support shaft (for example, the support shaft 22 in the embodiment) at a rear portion of the seat portion, wherein the seat is in the upward state. The board (for example, the board 27 in the embodiment) is provided on the lower side of, and the board and the sheet are connected by a rotational connection mechanism (for example, the link mechanism 64 in the embodiment). At the time of the storing operation of the seat, the rear portion of the seat portion of the seat in the upward state (for example, the rear end portion K in the embodiment) is sunk into the lower rear portion of the board so that the board is seated. It is characterized in that it bridges over the back surface of the part (for example, the back surface 4A in the embodiment) and the floor in front of the concave portion (for example, the board bracket 32 in the embodiment (otherwise, a vehicle body component such as the cross member 30)).
[0008]
With this configuration, when the seat is folded back with the back portion folded forward and the seat portion overlapped with the seat portion, the seat is rotated rearward around the support shaft at the rear portion of the seat portion. Penetrates into the lower rear portion of the board below the seat, and spans the board over the back surface of the seat portion and the floor in front of the concave portion, so that the space between them can be closed by the board.
In addition, since the board is hung over the back surface of the seat portion of the seat stored in the recess and the floor in front of the recess, the floor can be easily flattened only by using a board capable of closing a space formed between the two. realizable.
Further, since the board and the seat are connected by the rotary connection mechanism, the operation of the board can be stabilized when the seat performs a retracting operation and its seat sneaks under the rear of the board.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the rotation connecting mechanism is a link mechanism, and a board-side engaging portion provided at a rear portion of the board (for example, a board-side engaging portion in the embodiment). A member 53), a seat-side engaging portion (for example, the seat-side engaging member 60 in the embodiment) provided at a rear portion of the seat in the upward state, and a board-side engaging portion and a seat-side engaging member. It is characterized by having a link member (for example, the link member 63 in the embodiment) rotatably connected to each of the joint portions.
[0010]
With this, when performing the storing operation of rotating the seat rearward around the support shaft at the rear of the seat in the folded state, when the rear part of the seat in the upward facing state sinks below the rear part of the board, Even if the board is pushed forward, tilted or lifted, the board-side engaging portion provided at the rear of the board is linked to the seat-side engaging portion provided at the rear of the seat in the upward state. , The operation of the board can be stabilized. Further, by providing the link member, it is possible to set a space in which the sheet-like member is interposed between the bottom of the sheet and the board when the sheet is in the upward state.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the invention, on the back side of the rear portion of the seat in the upward state, a mounting surface (for example, in the embodiment) on which the board is mounted after the storing operation. The mounting surface 57B is formed so as to be recessed toward the seat surface (for example, the seat surface 4B in the embodiment) from the rear end surface (for example, the end surface 57A in the embodiment).
[0012]
Thereby, when the board is placed on the mounting surface of the seat after the storing operation, the mounting surface of the seat is formed so as to be recessed to the seat surface side from the end surface on the back side. Can be prevented from protruding from the end surface of the container, and a flat bottom wall of the cargo room can be formed.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to any one of the first to third aspects, a flexible sheet-shaped member (for example, in the embodiment) extends from an upper surface of the board to a back surface of the seat portion. A sheet-shaped member S) is provided.
[0014]
With this configuration, a portion extending from the top surface of the board to the back surface of the seat can be covered with the sheet-like member when the seat is stored, so that the appearance of the bottom wall of the luggage compartment is improved. Also improve. For example, a rubber sheet can be selected in response to loading luggage or the like painted with rainwater.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a vehicle seat device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a two-box type vehicle. The vehicle 1 has a seat arrangement structure in which a first-row seat 2, a second-row seat 3, and a third-row seat 4 are arranged on a floor F in three rows from the front to the rear. The vehicle seat device according to the present embodiment is specifically applied to the third row seat 4 described above.
[0016]
The first floor 5 on which the first-row seats 2 are placed is connected to a second floor 6 located at a position higher by a step d1, and the second-row seats 3 are placed on this second floor 6. The second floor 6 is connected to the third floor 7 at a position higher by the step d2, and the third row of seats 4 is placed on the third floor 7. As a result, the third row of seats 4 can secure the knee height of the occupant in the sitting posture due to the step d2 formed in front of the third row seat 4, and can provide a comfortable sitting feeling. The third floor 7 is formed at a position where both side portions are high. The front edge of the first floor 5 is connected to the lower edge of the dash lower 8, and the spare tire is formed to drop downward from the rear of the cabin so as to be deeper from the front to the rear on the rising surface of the third floor 7. A recess 10 for accommodating 9 and the like is formed.
[0017]
A cross member 30 having a trapezoidal cross section is provided in the front upper surface of the third floor 7, specifically, a low front portion of the third floor 7 dropped from both side portions of the third floor 7 in the vehicle width direction. Attached to. A cross member 50 having an L-shaped cross section is attached to the lower surface of this front portion of the third floor 7 in the vehicle width direction. A concave portion 51 that is recessed is formed in the vehicle width direction, and a reinforcing plate 52 is attached in the vehicle width direction so as to cover the opening side of the concave portion 51. A third row of seats 4 is arranged above the cross members 30 and 50 and the concave portion 51 from the cross member 30 toward the front of the concave portion 10.
[0018]
Therefore, the floor F is formed in a step-like manner with the first floor 5, the second floor 6, and the third floor 7 so as to rise from the front to the rear for each row of seats. Note that P indicates a hip point.
[0019]
Here, an engine 11 is arranged at the front of the vehicle 1, and a differential gear 13 at the rear of a propeller shaft 12 connected to the engine 11 is arranged in a space 14 below the third floor 7. Further, a fuel tank 16 is disposed in the space 15 below the second floor 6. The lower portions of the fuel tank 16, the differential gear 13, and the concave portion 10 of the spare tire 9 are set at substantially the same position.
Therefore, the minimum ground clearance H determined by the fuel tank 16, the differential gear 13, and the lower part of the recess 10 can be secured, and the cabin space (height h 1) from the first floor 5 and the cabin space from the second floor 6. (Height h2) can be sufficiently secured.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3, each of the row seats 2, 3, and 4 basically includes a seat portion 2c, 3c, 4c and a back portion 2b, 3b, 4b supported so as to be capable of being turned upside down. The first-row seat 2 and the second-row seat 3 are left and right independent seats, and the third-row seat 4 is a so-called bench seat in which the left and right are integrated. Headrests 2r, 3r, 4r are attached to the backs 2b, 3b, 4b of the row seats 2, 3, 4, respectively.
[0021]
The second row of seats 3 is composed of a seat portion 3c and a back portion 3b, and the seat portion 3c is formed of a foldable sheet that can be raised to the front side and that can hold the back portion 3b forward and hold a horizontal state.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, a pair of slide rails 17 are attached to the second floor 6 in the front-rear direction. The base end of the link 18 is supported on the slide rail 17 via a bracket 20 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction and rotatable. The lower end of the front portion of the seat portion 3c is connected to the rotating end of the link 18 via the bracket 21. Supported rotatably.
[0022]
The lower end of the back portion 3b is supported by a rear portion of the slide rail 17 via a hinge bracket 19 so as to be able to lean forward, and the headrest 3r provided at the upper end of the seat portion 3b is supported to be able to bend forward. Here, reference numeral 27A denotes a backboard, which is rotatably attached to the lower back portion of the back portion 3b of the second-row seat 3 via a backboard bracket 31 and extends over an upper surface of a board bracket 32 described later. It is long enough to be The material of the backboard 27A is a resin, but may be formed of metal.
[0023]
Therefore, the seat 3c is slid forward (arrow (1) in FIG. 5), and further rotated until it rises to the front side via the link 18 (arrow (2) in FIG. 6), and the headrest 3r is tilted forward. In this state (arrow (3) in FIG. 6), the back portion 3b is rotated forward through the hinge bracket 19 (arrow (4) in FIG. 7), and the backboard 27A is centered on the backboard bracket 31. When the rotating end is mounted on the upper surface of the board bracket 32 by rotating to the rear side, the headrest 3r of the back portion 3b fits between the pair of links 18 and 18 and the back surface of the back portion 3b is on the high side of the third floor 7. Folds flush with the surface.
[0024]
In this state, the back board 27A flattens the space between the back surface of the back portion 3b of the second row seat 3 and the upper surface of the rear board bracket 32. Although the tip of the headrest 3r protrudes below the surface of the second floor 6, it fits in a step d1 formed between the first floor 5 and the second floor 6, so that the backrest 3b has a folding function. There is no adverse effect.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 8, the third-row seat 4 includes a seat portion 4c and a back portion 4b, and is arranged in an upward state in which the seat can be seated on the front side of the concave portion 10. That is, the support shaft 22 penetrates the seat portion 4c of the third-row seat 4, and the support shaft 22 penetrates the side wall of the concave portion 10, and is provided on the side of the vehicle body along the front-rear direction. , 35 via a bearing bracket 36 so as to be rotatable.
[0027]
A locking bracket 23 which is opened downward is attached to a front portion of the side wall of the seat portion 4c, and a locking pin 25 projecting from a vehicle body side wall (not shown) is locked to the locking portion 24 of the locking bracket 23. By doing so, the rotation of the third row seat 4 toward the front side is restricted.
[0028]
In this manner, with the rear portion being supported by the support shaft 22 and the front portion being supported by the locking pins 25 via the locking brackets 23, the third row of seats 4 is positioned on the front side of the concave portion 10. The front portion of the seat portion 4c is positioned above the member 30, and the rear portion of the seat portion 4c is disposed so as to be inclined so as to drop into the concave portion 10, and the support shaft 22 is directly moved to the side as described above. It is supported by frames 35, 35.

Thereafter, it extends forward while inclining diagonally upward, covers the board bracket 32, and further extends forward while descending along the front inclined surface 30A of the cross member 30.
[0032]
On the upper side of the board bracket 32, a flat board 27 is placed (supported) at its front end via a floor sheet 26, and the rear end of the board 27 is in the third row of seats facing upward. 4 is suspended from the rear of the seat 4c.
[0033]
The board 27 extends in a direction opposite to the upwardly facing seating surface 4B of the seating portion 4c of the third row of seats 4 in the upward state, that is, along the downwardly facing rear surface 4A, and extends from the front to the rear to the vicinity of the support shaft 22. It is a plate member made of metal or resin. That is, the board 27 is provided below the third row of sheets 4 in the upward state. As shown in FIG. 14, board-side engaging members (board-side engaging portions) 53 such as wires extending in the vehicle width direction are arranged at a predetermined pitch in the vehicle width direction at the rear end of the board 27. Have been. Here, the board 27 is formed with a notch 54 which is concavely cut at a position where the board-side engaging member 53 is provided at the rear end edge, and the end of the board 27 is formed in the notch 54. The board-side engaging member 53 is fixed so as to be located at the edge position. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 15, the board 27 is formed of a folded portion 55 having a shape that is folded while being rounded into a substantially cylindrical shape. The board side engaging member 53 is fixed so as to surround it.
[0034]
A seat frame 57 is provided on the back surface 4A side of the seat 4c of the third row seat 4, and as shown in FIGS. 8 to 13, most of the seat frame 57 is the seat 4c. Of the back surface 4A, and has a stepped shape in which a mounting surface 57B recessed by the thickness of the board 27 is formed on the rear surface in the upward state on the seat surface 4B side of the end surface 57A. . The mounting surface 57B is parallel to the end surface 57A. The end surface 57A and the mounting surface 57B together constitute a back surface 4A facing the back side in the seat portion 4c.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 16 and FIG. 17, near the boundary between the end surface 57A of the seat frame 57 and the mounting surface 57B, a seat-side engaging member (a seat-side engaging portion) such as a wire extending in the vehicle width direction. ) 60 are arranged at a predetermined pitch in a plurality of vehicle width directions. Here, a rectangular hole 61 is formed in the seat frame 57 at a position where the seat-side engaging member 60 is provided. The joining member 60 is fixed by welding or the like.
[0036]
As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the board-side engaging member 53 provided at the rear of the board 27 and the seat-side engaging member 60 provided at the rear of the seat 4c in the upward state are linked. The link mechanism (rotation connection mechanism) 64 is connected by the member 63.
[0037]
Here, the link member 63 is rotatably connected to each of the board-side engaging member 53 and the seat-side engaging member 60. The link member 63 is formed at both ends with hook portions 65 and 66 which are rotatably and non-detachably engaged with the board-side engaging member 53 and the seat-side engaging member 60, respectively. 66 are connected by a flat plate portion 67. Here, the link member 63, the board-side engaging member 53, and the board 27 are hinged, and the link member 63, the seat-side engaging member 60, and the seat frame 57 are hinged, It has a so-called double hinge structure.
[0038]
As described above, the rear end portion of the board 27 placed on the upper side of the board bracket 32 via the floor sheet 26 is suspended via the link member 63 by the seat portion 4c of the third-row seat 4 in the upward state. I have.
[0039]
On the other hand, on the upper surface of the board 27, a sheet-like member S formed of a flexible resin or the like is affixed over substantially the entire surface, and the sheet-like member S is folded upward at the rear side of the board 27. It is attached to the end face 57A on the back side of the seat 4c of the third row of seats 4 in the upward state.
[0040]
Here, the rear end of the board 27 is disposed at a position where the rear end of the seat 4c of the third row seat 4c interferes with the turning trajectory of the rear end K in the upward state, and interlocks with the storage operation of the third row seat 4. The third row of seats 4 is displaced above the third row of seats 4, and is hung between the third row of seats 4 and the board bracket 32 in the stored state of the third row of seats 4. The third floor 7 and the upper surface of the board bracket 32 constitute a flat and rigid cargo compartment bottom wall. That is, when the third row seat 4 is stored, the rear end K of the seat 4c of the third row seat 4c in the upward state is sunk into the lower rear portion of the board 27 so that the board 27 is positioned on the rear surface 4A of the seat 4c. It hangs over the mounting surface 57B and the board bracket 32 which is the floor in front of the concave portion 10. The front portion of the board 27 may be directly supported on the upper surface of the cross member 30 by omitting the board bracket 32.
[0041]
Accordingly, the back portion 4b of the third row seat 4 in the upward state shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is tilted forward around the hinge bracket 28 (arrow (5) in FIG. 8), and the headrest 4r is tilted forward. In the state shown in FIG. 10, the engagement of the locking pin 25 on the vehicle body side from the locking portion 24 of the locking bracket 23 of the seat 4 c is released, and the seat 4 c and the back 4 b are moved around the support shaft 22. At the time of the storing operation of the third-row seat 4 to be rotated rearward (arrow (6) in FIG. 10), the seat 4c of the third-row seat 4 is provided at the rear end of the board 27 as shown in FIGS. The rear end K of the board 27 abuts on the mounting surface 57B, and as shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. At this time, the rear end of the board 27 is lifted above the third row sheet 4 (arrow (7) in FIG. 10), and the board 27 located below the third row sheet 4 is moved to the third row sheet 4. Is placed on the upper side. In this storing operation, first, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the board 27 which has been suspended from the seat frame 57 via the link member 63 of the link mechanism 64 is placed on the seat 4c. Although it is pressed forward by the surface 57B, the rotation of the seat portion 4c causes the seat-side engaging member 60 of the link mechanism 64 to pivot upward about the support shaft 22. Since the rear portion of the connected board 27 is pulled up, the board 27 is properly placed on the mounting surface 57B of the rear end portion K of the seat portion 4c, and as a result, the rear end portion K of the seat portion 4c is satisfactorily placed on the board. 27 will be sunk under the rear.
[0042]
Then, the third-row seat 4 is further rotated, and from the standing state, the third-row seat 4 is further rotated by its own weight (arrow (6) in FIG. 12), as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13. The third row of seats 4 is folded so as to be flush with the surface of the third floor 7 and stored above the spare tire 9 in the recess 10, and the space on the front side of the recess 10 is closed off by the board 27 without discomfort. Will be done. At this time, the rear portion of the board 27 is connected via the link member 63 so that the distance to the seat 4c is kept constant, so that the mounting surface recessed by the thickness of the board 27 from the end surface 57A of the seat 4c. As a result, the board 27 and the rear surface 4A of the seat 4c are flush with each other. Then, the upper surface of the floor sheet 26 laid on the board bracket 32, the upper surface of the board 27, and the back surface 4A of the seat 4c of the third-row seat 4 are covered by the sheet-shaped member S without a step and a seam.
[0043]
As described above, when the storing operation is performed on the third-row seat 4 as described above, when the rear end portion K of the seat portion 4c of the third-row seat 4 enters the lower rear portion of the rear portion of the board 27, the above-described operation is performed. As described above, the board 27 is pushed forward, inclined or lifted, but the board-side engaging member 53 provided at the rear of the board 27 is provided at the rear end K of the seat 4c. Since the board 27 is connected to the side engaging member 60 by the link member 63, the operation of the board 27 can be stabilized, and the board 27 is prevented from being displaced from the seat portion 4c of the third-row seat 4 at the end of the storing operation. it can. As a result, wrinkles are not generated in the sheet-like member S, and the board 27 does not go over the mounting surface 57B of the seat portion 4c and rise on the end surface 57A.
[0044]
Here, the folded thickness dimension of the seat portion 4c and the back portion 4b is set to a dimension substantially equal to the depth dimension D from the bottom of the floor sheet 26 to the height of the upper surface of the backboard bracket 32 mounted on the third floor 7. Have been. Therefore, the board 27, the third floor 7 on both sides of the board 27, and the back surface 4 </ b> A of the seat 4 c of the third-row seat 4 form a flat bottom wall of the cargo room. In FIGS. 8, 10 and 12, reference numeral 29 denotes a tail gate for opening and closing the rear opening of the vehicle body.
[0045]
According to the above-described embodiment, the retracting operation in which the third row of seats 4 is turned rearward around the support shaft 22 at the rear portion of the seat portion 4c in a folded state in which the back portion 4b is folded forward and the seat portion 4c is overlapped. Is performed, the rear end portion K of the seat 4c of the third-row seat 4 in the upward state is sunk into the lower rear portion of the board 27 provided below the third-row seat 4, and the board 27 is seated on the seat 4c. And the back board bracket 32 constituting the third floor 7 in front of the recess 10, and the space A between the two can be closed by the board 27. Therefore, the backboard bracket 32, the board 27, and the back surface 4A of the seat portion 4c of the third-row seat 4 that form the third floor 7 on the front side of the concave portion 10 form a flat and rigid cargo compartment bottom wall. can do.
[0046]
Further, the board 27 is hung over the back surface 4A of the seat portion 4c of the third-row seat 4 stored in the recess 10 and the backboard bracket 32 constituting the third floor 7 in front of the recess 10, so that the board 27 is interposed between the two. The floor F can be easily flattened only by using the board 27 capable of closing the formed space A. Therefore, the versatility can be improved without imposing any restrictions on the vehicle interior layout and without being limited to a specific vehicle type.
[0047]
Further, since the board 27 and the third-row seat 4 are connected by the link mechanism 64, when the third-row seat 4 performs a retracting operation and its seat portion 4c sinks into the lower rear portion of the board 27, Operation can be stabilized.
[0048]
In other words, when the third row of seats 4 is folded and the retracting operation of rotating the seat 4c rearward about the support shaft 22 at the rear of the seat 4c is performed, the rear end K of the seat 4c of the third row of seats 4 is obtained. Pushes, tilts or lifts the board 27 forward when it sinks below the rear of the board 27. In this case, the board-side engaging portion 53 provided at the rear of the board 27 also Since the link member 63 is connected to the seat-side engaging portion 60 provided at the rear end K of the portion 4c, the operation of the board 27 can be stabilized. Therefore, the operation of the board 27 during the storing operation can be stabilized with a simple configuration. Further, by providing the link member 63, it is possible to set a space in which the sheet-shaped member S is interposed between the lower part of the seat and the board 27 when the third-row seat 4 is in the upward state.
[0049]
Further, when the board 27 is placed on the placement surface 57B of the seat portion 4c by the storing operation, the placement surface 57B of the seat portion 4c is formed so as to be recessed to the seat surface 4B side from the end surface 57A on the back side. The board 27 can be prevented from protruding from the rear end face 57A of the seat 4c. Therefore, a step between the board 27 and the seat portion 4c can be eliminated, and a flat bottom wall of the cargo room can be formed.
[0050]
In addition, the front side of the board 27 with the third row of seats 4 stored is merely placed on the backboard bracket 32 via the floor sheet 26, and the rear portion is also connected via the link mechanism 64. Since it is swingable with respect to the row seats 4, when an object is dropped under the board 27, the board 27 can be easily opened and closed to take out the object.
[0051]
In addition, when the third-row seat 4 is stored, a portion extending from the upper surface of the board 27 to the back surface 4A of the seat 4c of the third-row seat 4 can be covered with the sheet-shaped member S. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an unbroken luggage compartment bottom wall covered with the sheet-like member S in the sheet storage state, and to improve the appearance of the luggage compartment bottom wall, and to improve usability by selecting a sheet material. For example, a rubber sheet can be selected in response to loading luggage or the like painted with rainwater. In addition, as described above, since the board 27 and the third-row seat 4 are connected by the link mechanism 64, no excessive force is applied to the sheet-like member S provided over the board 27 and the durability is improved. Can be improved.
[0052]
Further, by arranging the third-row seat 4 in front of the concave portion 10, the third-row seat 4 itself can be worked into an inclined shape, and the third-row seat 4 can be worked in a simple structure without working the seat legs. The seat surface of the seat 4 can be inclined, and the knee height of the occupant can be sufficiently secured at the rising portion of the third floor 7.
[0053]
In addition, the board 27, which had been located under the third-row seat 4 until then, is moved to the upper side of the third-row seat 4 by utilizing the turning force of the third-row seat 4 which rotates during the storing operation. The space 27 between the back surface 4A of the seat portion 4c of the third-row seat 4 stored in the concave portion 10 and the board bracket 32 in front of the concave portion 10 can be closed, so that the board 27 is conscious. First, the board 27 can be arranged by the storing operation of the third-row sheet 4.
[0054]
When the third-row seat 4 is rotated for storage, the back surface 4A of the seat portion 4c of the third-row seat 4 that rotates about the support shaft 22 is not caught by the board 27 and the third-row seat 4 is not caught by the board 27. After the rear end K of the seat 4c of the third row seat 4 abuts against the rear end of the board 27, the rotation of the third row seat 4 with its own weight is added. As a result, the rear end of the board 27 can be displaced upward, so that the storage operation of the third-row seat 4 is not adversely affected from the beginning to the end of the rotation operation of the third-row seat 4. The posture of the board 27 can be changed.
[0055]
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the second-row seat 3 is folded by the backboard 27 </ b> A and the back floor 27 </ b> A so as to be substantially flush with the surface of the third floor 7 in the folded state. Accordingly, in a state where the third-row seat 4 is stored in the floor seat 26 of the concave portion 10 of the spare tire 9, the back surface 4 </ b> A of the seat 4 c of the third-row seat 4 corresponds to the third floor 7. It is held in a horizontal state flush with the surface. Further, the front end and the rear end of the board 27, which were hidden under the third row seat 4 and were not visible, overlapped with the board bracket 32 and the back surface of the seat 4c of the third row seat 4. Thus, a flat surface is formed without discomfort together with the third floor 7 on both sides of the board, and the recess 10 can be closed.
[0056]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, a luggage space having a flat bottom wall is formed from the rear of the first-row seat 2 to the rear end of the horizontal-hold state of the third-row seat 4, and a wide flat full-flat floor is formed. Can be made possible. Therefore, it can be effectively used not only as a loading space but also as a versatile vehicle interior space, and convenience can be improved.
[0057]
Since the floor F is formed stepwise so as to rise rearward, the third floor 7 is elevated from the ground, and the degree of freedom of arrangement of the rear wheel suspension (not shown), the fuel tank 16, and the exhaust pipe (not shown). As a result, complex suspension systems, large fuel tanks and large silencers can be installed.
[0058]
When the third-row seat 4 is used, the occupant can be seated at a lower position while securing the occupant's view, so that the occupant's head clearance can be ensured by that much and the third-row seat 4 is placed in the recess 10. In the stored state, it is possible to secure a flat luggage space with a sufficient size.
[0059]
Therefore, in order to ensure that the occupant sits on the third-row seat 4 while securing the view, the overall height of the vehicle must be reduced compared to the conventional method in which the overall height of the vehicle must be increased to seat the occupant at a high position. And the degree of freedom in modeling can be increased.
[0060]
Of course, the third-row seat 4 and the board 27 of this embodiment can be applied to the rear-row seat of the vehicle in which the front and rear two-row seats are arranged. Further, it is possible to connect the seat and the board by a hinge mechanism instead of the link mechanism 64.
[0061]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the seat is folded rearward with the back portion folded forward and the seat portion is overlapped with the seat portion, and the seat is rotated rearward about the support shaft at the rear portion of the seat portion. When the operation is performed, the rear portion of the seat in the upward direction of the seat is sunk into the rear lower portion of the board below the seat, and the board is bridged over the back surface of the seat portion and the floor in front of the concave portion, and between the two. The space can be closed by the board. Therefore, a flat and rigid cargo compartment bottom wall can be formed by the floor on the front side of the concave portion and the back surface of the seat portion of the board and the seat.
In addition, since the board is hung over the back surface of the seat portion of the seat stored in the recess and the floor in front of the recess, the floor can be easily flattened only by using a board capable of closing a space formed between the two. realizable. Therefore, the versatility can be improved without imposing any restrictions on the vehicle interior layout and without being limited to a specific vehicle type.
Further, since the board and the seat are connected by the rotary connection mechanism, the operation of the board can be stabilized when the seat performs a retracting operation and its seat sneaks under the rear of the board.
[0062]
According to the invention according to claim 2, when performing a storing operation of rotating the seat rearward around the support shaft at the rear portion of the seat in the folded state, the rear portion of the seat in the upward facing state is the board. Even if the board is pushed forward, tilted, or lifted when diving under the rear, the board-side engaging portion provided at the rear of the board is provided at the rear of the seat in the upward state of the seat. Since it is connected to the side engaging portion by the link member, the operation of the board can be stabilized. Therefore, the operation of the board during the storing operation can be stabilized with a simple configuration. Further, by providing the link member, it is possible to set a space in which the sheet-like member is interposed between the bottom of the sheet and the board when the sheet is in the upward state.
[0063]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the board is placed on the mounting surface of the seat after the storing operation, the mounting surface of the seat is formed so as to be recessed more toward the seat than the rear end surface. In addition, the board can be prevented from protruding from the rear end face of the seat. Therefore, the step between the board and the seat can be reduced or eliminated, and a flat bottom wall of the cargo room can be formed.
[0064]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, when the seat is stored, a portion extending from the upper surface of the board to the back surface of the seat can be covered with the sheet-shaped member. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an unbroken luggage compartment bottom wall covered with the sheet-like member in the sheet storage state, and to improve the appearance of the luggage compartment bottom wall, and to improve usability by selecting a sheet material. For example, a rubber sheet can be selected in response to loading luggage or the like painted with rainwater. In addition, since the board and the sheet are connected by the rotation mechanism as described above, the sheet-like member provided over the board is not subjected to an excessive force, and the durability can be improved.
