Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor heat insulating panel suitably used in a space having no floor heating mat in a room having floor heating equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Floor heating technology for heating from the floor of a house has been proposed and put into practical use for the purpose of improving the habitability of a house in a cold region and the house of a house in a warm region in a cold season. For example, in single-family homes, a method of incorporating a floor heating mat on the floor of a base plywood laid on a large scale is adopted, and in apartment buildings such as condominiums, slab floors are used. A method of directly laying a floor heating mat on a surface or on a base plywood laid on a slab floor has been adopted.
In this case, usually, a gap between the peripheral portion of the floor heating mat laid on the floor of the room and the inner wall surface of the room, or a gap where the floor heating mat is not laid at the center of the room or the like. Exists. These gap portions (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “dummy portions”) occupy a considerable area of the room floor, and usually reach about 10 to 50%. At present, such a dummy portion is generally filled with wood (for example, see Patent Literature 1), and the wood is usually nailed and fixed. Further, even in a room where a floor heating mat is not laid, there is a level difference from a room where the floor heating mat is laid, and the floor is generally filled with wood or mortar to adjust the height.
Further, a method has been proposed in which a resin foam such as that used for a base material layer of a floor heating mat is provided on a dummy portion (see Patent Documents 2 and 3).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-2415 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 63-55013 [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-190392
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is more reasonable to be able to construct the floor heating part and the dummy part at the same time as the construction work. However, since the construction of the dummy portion under the above-mentioned current situation is legally classified as a construction work, simultaneous construction is impossible, and equipment construction is complicated.
Therefore, in a method in which the resin foam used for the base layer of the floor heating mat is installed in the dummy portion, a large number of nails are required for complete fixing.
In addition, in order to fix the resin foam with the adhesive, it is difficult to peel off due to poor adhesiveness due to uneven thickness of the adhesive, etc.In addition, put a weight on the resin foam so that it does not peel off for a long time There are problems such as the need to cure.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above problems, and as a result, as a mat used for a dummy portion, a specific pitch is provided on the back surface of a panel made of a resin foam to adjust the adhesive application amount. The present invention has been made possible, and it has been found that it can be securely bonded to a floor surface via an adhesive, and the present invention has been achieved. That is, according to the present invention, the gap between the peripheral portion of the floor heating mat laid on the floor of the room and the inner wall surface of the room and / or the floor heating mat laid on the floor where the floor heating mat is not laid is provided. The present invention relates to a floor heat-insulating panel, characterized in that the panel is made of a resin foam, and has a large number of shallow groove pitches substantially uniformly on the back surface of the panel and further has a deep groove pitch at regular intervals.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. The floor of the room on which the floor heating device is installed is, for example, filled with a floor heating mat 1 and a floor heat insulating mat 2 used for a gap between an inner wall surface in the room as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the floor heating mat 1 has, for example, a base panel 3 made of a foamed resin or the like formed on a slab floor surface, and a surface cut at a right angle to a direction in which the base panel 3 extends has a U-shape. A groove 4 for the heated fluid pipe is formed in a zigzag manner on the surface in a zigzag manner. A heating fluid pipe 5 is embedded in the groove 4. After the heating fluid pipe 5 is buried in the groove 4 for the heating fluid pipe of the base panel 3, a heat radiation sheet 6 such as an aluminum foil is adhered to the surface thereof. Further, a surface finishing material 7 is provided on the heat radiation sheet 6.
[0007]
On the other hand, the floor heat insulating panel of the present invention corresponding to 2 in FIG. 1 is made of a resin foam as a heat insulating material. Such resin foams include polystyrene foam, rigid polyurethane foam, crosslinked polyethylene foam, polypropylene foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, crosslinked rubber foam, thermosetting foam, non-crosslinked polyethylene foam, polyacetic acid. Examples thereof include a vinyl foam, a non-crosslinked rubber foam, and a high-density polyethylene foam, and a polystyrene foam and a rigid polyurethane foam are particularly preferable. The expansion ratio is determined by the type of the resin and the thickness of the substrate, and also by the balance between the lightness of the panel, the heat insulating property, the compressive strength, etc., but is usually about 2 to 60 times, preferably about 10 to 30 times. . Further, the thickness of such a floor insulation panel is usually 5 to 50 mm. The floor insulation panel described above may be the same as the base panel of the floor heating mat.
[0008]
The floor heat insulating panel of the present invention is made of a resin foam as described above, and is characterized by having a large number of shallow groove pitches substantially evenly on the back surface of the panel and a deep groove pitch at regular intervals. Each point in the dotted line portion in FIG. 1 indicates a groove pitch.
The shallow groove pitch is usually a groove shape having a depth of 1 to 4 mm and a width of the opening of 1 to 5 mm, and has a substantially uniform pitch every 1 to 30 mm. Further, the shape may be slightly convex in the vicinity of the outside of the opening. If the depth of the groove exceeds 4 mm, the amount of the adhesive applied tends to increase, which is not preferable. In addition, the groove-shaped concave portion may have a semicircular, U-shaped, V-shaped, or U-shaped cut surface cut at a right angle to a direction in which the groove-shaped concave portion extends, but is particularly limited. It is not done.
A lightweight floor insulation panel is bonded to the floor surface with an adhesive, but if there is no such morning groove pitch on the back surface, if it can not be completely bonded, The tendency that the panel is lifted off partly is remarkable. A similar tendency may be seen in the floor panel of the floor heating mat, but in the case of the base panel, since the heating fluid pipes and the like are distributed and laid, the whole panel is pressed down substantially from the top, Such problems are reduced. By this shallow groove pitch, the adhesive applied to the back surface of the panel can efficiently enter the groove, the floor insulation panel can be in close contact with the floor, and furthermore, the surface tension of the adhesive can be used to make use of the surface tension of the adhesive. Adhesion can be improved.
[0009]
The deep groove pitch usually has a depth of at least twice as large as the above-described shallow groove pitch and a width of the opening of at least twice as large as the above-mentioned shallow groove pitch. It has a mold shape and is provided at intervals of 50 to 300 mm. The depth of the pitch is usually 10 to 80% of the panel thickness. Further, the shape may be slightly convex in the vicinity of the outside of the opening. With such a deep groove pitch alone, the effect of improving adhesiveness like the morning groove pitch is small, but by providing the morning groove pitch, unevenness due to warpage of the floor insulation panel can be absorbed, so the floor insulation panel can be used. Be able to follow the adhesive on the floor.
[0010]
When the floor insulation panel of the present invention is laid in combination with a floor heating mat and used in a room, first, the panel is laid on the floor by applying an adhesive to the back surface having a pitch. In this case, the height of the floor insulation panel may be generally adjusted to the height of the base panel of the floor heating mat. Next, a heat transfer layer provided on the base layer of the floor heating mat and the same layer as the surface finishing material may be provided on the panel. The floor heat insulation mats may be of a size that is easy to construct, and a plurality of them may be laid on the floor.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
In the floor insulation panel of the present invention, by providing unevenness on the back surface of the panel at the two types of pitches as described above, the amount of adhesive applied can be adjusted, and the floor can be securely adhered to the floor via an adhesive. It was done. By using such a panel, installation of floor heating equipment in a room can be facilitated.
