Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to shorten the length of pipelines and to maintain the warmth of the floor for a while after stopping the circulation of hot water by holding a heat storage plate by means of a wooden plate, a wooden frame and a metal plate and forming them into an integral body. CONSTITUTION:A wooden frame 3 fixed onto a wooden plate 2 by nails into a square frame shape. Within the wooden frame 3, a heat storage plate 4 is fitted. On the front surfaces of the wooden frame 3 and the heat storage plate 4, a plurality of grooves 5 are formed parallel, and a metal plate 6 fitted into a groove 5 and covering over the full surface is overlapped, and threaded screws are fitted to the wooden frame 3. A heat insulating plate 1 is mounted on the lower surface of the wooden plate 2. This floor structure is constituted such that a groove 5 is continuously laid on a rough floor, and is fixed thereto by utilizing the wooden frame 3, a hot water pipe 9 is arranged at the part of the groove 5 of the metal plate 6, thereafter a veneer plate 7 is laid thereon, and floor finishing material 8 such as carpet or the like or a flooring material is applied thereto to perform floor finishing. Since the uniformity of the floor temperature is obtained by the heat storage material 4, it is possible to widen the piping interval of the hot water pipes 9 and to shorten the length of the hot water pipes 9 and also to maintain warmth of the floor for a while even after stopping the circulation of hot water.

Conventionally, the underfloor heating structure is formed on the rough floor of a wooden house, as shown in Fig. 3. A plate material 10 integrally provided with grooves 5 of the plate 1 and a metal plate 6 formed along the surface is laid on a rough floor, a hot water pipe 9 is installed in the groove 5, and a plywood 7 is laid on top of it. It is formed by pasting a carpet on top of it, or by pasting flooring material instead of plywood 7. In this structure, the metal plate 6 is used to uniformly transfer the heat supplied by the hot water vibrator 9 to the floor, and the room temperature drops as soon as the circulation of hot water in the hot water pipe 9 is stopped. There is a problem. Moreover, the metal plate 6 is
The heat 3 of the hot water pipes 9 is also dissipated into the room from the surface between the hot water pipes 9, and the heat is dissipated uniformly from the entire surface of the floor.
In order to have almost the same temperature as the part near the hot water pipes 9, the distance between the hot water pipes 9 must be made small. If the spacing between the hot water pipes 9 is reduced, the length of the piping becomes longer, and as the length of the piping becomes longer, the temperature difference of the hot water becomes larger between the area near the hot water inlet side and the area near the outlet side. There are other problems.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a wooden board, a wooden frame fixed on the wooden board, a heat storage plate having the same thickness as the wooden frame fitted in the wooden frame on the wooden board, and a heat storage plate that is attached to the wooden frame. A plurality of grooves are formed extending from the edge to the other edge opposite to the one edge, passing through the surface of the heat storage plate, and a wooden plate that fits into the grooves and covers the surface of the heat storage plate and the surface of the wooden frame following it. The heating floor structure includes a metal plate attached to a frame.

According to the structure of the present invention, the wooden board 2, the wooden frame 3, and the metal plate 6 hold the heat storage plate 4 as one body, so the three wooden frames can be used to attach it to a rough floor or to apply it to a floor finishing material, etc. The installed roof and heat storage plate make it possible to further equalize the floor temperature, which allows the piping length to be shortened, and even after hot water circulation has stopped, the floor temperature remains constant for a while. Can keep you warm. Moreover, the metal plate 6 has the effect of quickly raising the temperature of the floor when heating starts.
