本発明は、オンラインで需要家の要望に応じて製品の出荷計画を立てる出荷計画方法に関する。

鉄鋼製品の注文納期を守る方法として、例えば、生産工程の下流工程から上流工程へ遡って作業日を計画し、その計画された作業日を基に、生産工程の上流工程から下流工程に向かって作業日を再計画することで、将来の各生産工程における作業負荷状況、及び各注文製品の出荷可能日を正確に予測する生産管理装置を使用した生産管理方法が適用されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、注文納期は、通常その製品の発注時に取り決められた希望納期であるため一般的に精度が低く、需要家が発注した製品を緊急に必要とする事態が生じたり、希望納期に製品の納入が不要になったりする事態が生じる場合がある。
例えば、需要家が緊急に必要とする製品がまだ仕掛材の状態である場合には、製造者側の出荷部門と工場部門との間で緊急連絡を行なって製造を優先させ、指定した納期に間に合うように製品を製造し出荷していた。このため、緊急出荷が生じた場合は、出荷部門と工場部門の間で緊急連絡等の新たな業務が発生し、双方の負担となっていた。
また、工場部門では、緊急出荷製品の製造を優先させたため、現実の生産状況と生産計画との間には大幅なくるいが生じ、その回復のための業務が更に発生していた。

一方、需要家において希望納期に製品の納入が不要になった場合、希望納期に合わせて製品の出荷が行なわれると、需要家においては不要在庫の発生となっていた。
更に、工場部門の操業変動で荷揃いが遅れた場合や、船等の輸送手段の運行計画が変更となって積載量や出荷日に変更が生じた場合、出荷部門では空荷を防ぐため、出荷可能な状態の製品を確保して輸送手段に積載する製品の荷揃えを緊急に行なう必要が生じていた。
本発明はかかる事情に鑑みてなされたもので、オンラインで需要家の要望に応じて製品の出荷計画を立てることで納期遅れや不要在庫の発生を防止しすることが可能な出荷計画方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的に沿う本発明に係る出荷計画方法は、製造者側に設けた製造者操作端末を有する出荷計画システムと需要家側に設けた需要家操作端末を情報通信回線を介して結び、前記出荷計画システムと前記需要家操作端末を用いて前記需要家が注文した注文製品の出荷計画を立てる方法において、
前記製造者側で出荷可能の注文製品及びその出荷量をデータとして備えた出荷可能製品情報を前記出荷計画システムで作成する第1工程と、
前記出荷計画システムから前記需要家操作端末を用いて前記出荷可能製品情報を受け取り、該出荷可能製品情報に含まれる各注文製品に対して出荷必須製品及び出荷調整製品のいずれか1の指定を行うと共に、該各注文製品に対して出荷希望日、及び出荷希望量を決めて出荷要望情報を作成する第2工程と、
前記出荷要望情報を前記出荷計画システムで受け取り、前記出荷必須製品を出荷するための運搬装置を手配し、前記出荷必須製品の必須製品出荷情報、及びこの手配した運搬装置の積載許容量に応じて発生する余剰積載許容量に基づいて前記出荷調整製品の中から出荷する注文製品とその出荷量の指定を行う調整製品の出荷指示情報を備えた製品出荷情報を作成する第3工程とを有する。

製造者側に設けた製造者操作端末を有する出荷計画システムと需要家操作端末は情報通信回線を介して接続しているので、製造者は製造者操作端末を用いて作成した出荷可能製品情報を、需要家に提供することができる。出荷可能製品情報を提供することで、例えば、製造者は需要家に対して注文した製品の製造進捗状況を知らせることができ、需要家は注文製品が納入される前に、注文製品の使用計画を立案することができる。そして、需要家は、注文製品の使用計画に基づいて出荷要望情報を作成できる。
ここで、出荷必須製品とは、出荷可能製品情報に含まれる全注文製品の中で必ず出荷してほしい製品、すなわち緊急性の高い製品を指す。また、出荷調整製品とは、納入されれば使用できる製品、すなわち非緊急性の製品を指す。

製造者は、需要家が作成した出荷要望情報に基づいて製品出荷情報を作成するので、常に需要家の要求に応じた形で製品を出荷することができる。
また、製造者は、常に出荷要望量に合った運搬能力を有する運搬装置を準備できるとは限らない。従って、運搬装置の運搬能力に余力が発生する場合には、この余剰積載許容量に基づいて、需要家より指定された出荷調整製品を適宜出荷することができるため、運搬装置の運搬能力に応じた出荷を可能とすることができる。

本発明に係る出荷計画方法において、前記運搬装置を船舶とすることができる。船舶を使用することで、一度に多量の製品を安価に出荷することができる。
また、同一方面に存在する複数の需要家において、出荷希望日が近接している場合、寄港地から各需要家までの陸上輸送を最適化するように連携させることで、1つの船で複数の需要家に対して複数の製品を同時に出荷することができる。

本発明の一実施の形態に係る出荷計画方法に適用する出荷計画システム10は、例えば、製品の一例である鉄鋼製品を製鉄所から需要家に、運搬装置の一例である船舶を使用して出荷する場合に適用することができる。
図1に示すように、出荷計画システム10は、製造者側に設けた製造者操作端末11を有し、製造者操作端末11からの指示により出荷可能な注文製品及びその出荷量をデータとして備えた出荷可能製品情報を作成する出荷可能製品情報作成手段12と、出荷計画システム10から情報通信回線13を介して接続され需要家側に設けた需要家操作端末14からの指示に基づいて出荷可能製品情報を需要家操作端末14に表示する出荷可能製品情報表示手段15を有している。

更に、出荷計画システム10は、製鉄所で鉄鋼製品の製造管理を行っている製造管理システム(図示せず)から製造計画データ及び製造実績データが、船会社の配船管理システム(図示せず)から配船管理データが入力されるデータベース21を有している。以下、これらについて詳細に説明する。

また、出荷可能製品情報表示手段15は、情報通信回線13を介した需要家操作端末14からの指示により起動し、データベース21内に格納されている出荷可能製品情報を読込み需要家操作端末14の表示画面に表示する機能を有している。

船舶手配手段18は、製造者操作端末11からの指示で起動し、データベース21内の配船管理データと出荷要望情報とを用いて、出荷希望日に出荷するための船舶を選定する機能を有していることが好ましい。なお、船舶の選定基準としては、例えば、出荷希望日に製品を積載して出航可能となる時間的条件と、出荷希望量の製品積載が可能となる積載許容条件を採用する。
ここで、出荷要望情報作成手段16、出荷要望情報表示手段17、船舶手配手段18は、上記の各機能を発現するプログラムをコンピュータに搭載させることにより構成することができる。

必須製品出荷情報作成手段19は、製造者操作端末11からの指示で起動し、データベース21内に格納されている出荷要望情報に基づいて、各出荷必須製品に対して出荷指令を行う必須製品出荷情報を作成し、作成した必須製品出荷情報をデータベース21内に格納する機能を有している。
調整製品出荷情報作成手段20は、製造者操作端末11からの指示で起動し、データベース21内に格納されている出荷要望情報と、手配した船舶の積載許容量に基づいて、例えば、船舶の積載許容量と全出荷必須製品の差(余剰積載許容量)を求め、この余剰積載許容量に相当する重量の製品を出荷調整製品の中から指定させる調整製品の出荷指示情報を作成し、作成した調整製品の出荷指示情報をデータベース21内に格納する機能を有している。
なお、調整製品の出荷指示情報の作成に際しては、例えば、出荷希望日が実際の出荷日に近い出荷調整製品を優先して指定するようにする。また、データベース21内に格納された必須製品出荷情報及び調整製品の出荷指示情報は、データベース21内では製品出荷情報として一元的に管理される。

更に、調整製品出荷情報作成手段20には、需要家操作端末14からの指示で、データベース21内の製品出荷情報中の調整製品の出荷指示情報を、指示を行った需要家操作端末14の表示画面に表示する機能を備えている。

次に、本発明の一実施の形態に係る出荷計画方法について詳細に説明する。
図2に示すように、出荷計画を行なう製造者は、製造者操作端末11を起動させて出荷計画を開始する(ステップSA1)。
先ず、出荷計画システム10に接続して、出荷可能製品情報作成手段12を起動させる(ステップSA2)。次いで、製品の出荷先を特定するために、例えば、需要家コードを入力する(ステップSA3)。
その結果、出荷可能製品情報作成手段12は、データベース21内に格納されている製造実績データ及び製造計画データを検索し、特定した需要家向けで、例えば、製造を開始している全ての注文製品と、その出荷量をデータとして備える出荷可能製品情報を作成する(ステップSA4)(以上、第1工程)。

図3に示すように、出荷可能製品情報には、出荷計画No.、出荷予定日、出荷の予定量が表記され、注文No.毎に製品の仕様が記載されている。ここで、出荷可能製品情報には、製造を開始した出荷可能となる全ての注文製品が含まれているので、各出荷予定日で出荷される製品の構成は異なっている(図3は、6月6日を出荷予定日とした場合の、出荷可能な全製品の構成を示している)。
続いて、需要家は、出荷要望情報作成手段16を起動させ、表示された出荷可能製品情報の各注文製品に対して出荷必須製品又は出荷調整製品の区分の指定を行うと共に、各注文製品に対して出荷希望量を順次決定して出荷要望情報を作成する。

先ず、出荷希望日となる出荷予定日が記載されている出荷可能製品情報を選択する(図3では、6月6日の出荷可能製品情報が選択されている)。
次に、必ず出荷してほしい注文製品(出荷必須製品)を注文No.から特定し、指示入力欄22の入力部23に、出荷希望量を示す出荷指示重量を入力する(ステップSA8)。また、出荷調整製品の指定は、詳細指示部24の調整材25をクリックすることにより行う(ステップSA9)。
なお、出荷調整製品の指定が行なわれると、入力部23に指示量と共に「調整材」の表示が行なわれる。また、詳細指示部24の上積指定26をクリックすると、この注文番号の製品は、船舶に積載される際に上積みされることになる。
表示された注文番号の製品を今回の出荷計画の対象としない場合は、消去27をクリックする。また、出荷時に特に指示を必要とする製品に対しては、予約ステータス欄28に指示内容を記載する。

次いで、製造者は製造者操作端末11を用いて、必須製品出荷情報作成手段19及び調整製品出荷情報作成手段20を起動させる。先ず、必須製品出荷情報作成手段19を用いて、データベース21内の出荷要望情報に基づいて、出荷必須製品の出荷を指示する必須製品出荷情報を作成し、作成した必須製品出荷情報をデータベース21内に格納する(ステップSA14)。続いて、調整製品出荷情報作成手段20を用いて、データベース21内の出荷要望情報から全出荷必須製品の総出荷量を求め、手配した船舶の積載許容量と全出荷必須製品の総出荷量との差から余剰積載許容量を求めて、この余剰積載許容量に相当する重量の製品(出荷する注文製品とその出荷量)を出荷調整製品の中から指定して調整製品の出荷指示情報を作成し、作成した調整製品の出荷指示情報をデータベース21内に格納する(ステップSA15)。

出荷指令が出されると、出荷する製品が製品倉庫内に保管されているかの確認が行われ(ステップSB3)、確認が完了すると荷役開始を指示する(ステップSB4)。
また、出荷指示されている製品が製品倉庫内に存在しない場合、製造者操作端末11に荷揃え遅れ警報を表示すると共に、情報通信回線13を介して需要家操作端末14にも荷揃え遅れ警報を表示する(ステップSB5)。

以上、本発明の実施の形態を説明したが、本発明は、この実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を変更しない範囲での変更は可能であり、前記した実施の形態や変形例の一部又は全部を組み合わせて本発明の出荷計画方法を構成する場合にも本発明は適用される。例えば、1つの需要家が1つの船舶を占有する場合に関して説明したが、1つの船舶を複数の需要家が予め設定された積載持ち分に応じて共同で使用する場合にも適用できる。この場合は、各需要家の持ち分を積載可能な最大重量として、これから決まる予定量に対して出荷必須製品、出荷調整製品を積載すればよい。

請求項1〜4記載の出荷計画方法においては、製造者側で出荷可能の注文製品及びその出荷量をデータとして備えた出荷可能製品情報を出荷計画システムで作成する第1工程と、出荷計画システムから需要家操作端末を用いて出荷可能製品情報を受け取り、出荷可能製品情報に含まれる各注文製品に対して出荷必須製品及び出荷調整製品のいずれか1の指定を行うと共に、各注文製品に対して出荷希望日、及び出荷希望量を決めて出荷要望情報を作成する第2工程と、出荷要望情報を出荷計画システムで受け取り、出荷必須製品を出荷するための運搬装置を手配し、出荷必須製品の必須製品出荷情報、及びこの手配した運搬装置の積載許容量に応じて発生する余剰積載許容量に基づいて出荷調整製品の中から出荷する注文製品とその出荷量の指定を行う調整製品の出荷指示情報を備えた製品出荷情報を作成する第3工程とを有するので、出荷必須製品の出荷希望日、出荷希望量に応じて運搬装置を手配することにより、製造者側での納期遅れの発生や、需要家側での不要在庫の発生を防止することが可能となる。
また、運搬装置に余剰積載許容量が生じる場合は、需要家が指定した出荷調整製品を積載することにより、常に運搬装置に無駄が生じないようにすることができ、効率的な製品出荷を行なうことが可能となる。
