Description

【0001】

(1) Since the upper lining material is carried into the tunnel with the arc portion facing upward, the upper lining material may move during transportation or installation, and it is also possible to work under the upper lining material So it is not safe.
(2) Since both the lower lining material and the upper lining material use dedicated carts to carry them into the tunnel, the carts are expensive, and it takes time to store and move the carts.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and it is possible to carry both a lower lining material and an upper lining material into an existing water channel with a simple device, It is an object of the present invention to provide a lining installation method and an lining installation device for an existing horseshoe-shaped channel that can safely carry a lining material.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for lining an existing horseshoe-shaped channel according to the present invention is characterized in that a lining material having a similar cross section slightly smaller than the inner peripheral wall section of the existing horseshoe-shaped channel is divided into a lower lining material and an upper lining material in advance. A method of installing the lower lining material and the upper lining material into the existing horseshoe-shaped waterway by installing the lining, and installing the lining by the following steps (a) to (n). is there.
(A) Leveling is performed so that a predetermined space is formed between the bottom surface of the existing horseshoe channel and the lower lining material.
(B) A transfer roller is attached to the tip of the lower lining material, and the lower lining material is pushed into the existing horseshoe-shaped channel while the rear end of the lower lining material is supported from below by a battery car. Carry in position.
(C) The lower lining material carried to a predetermined position in the existing horseshoe-shaped waterway is jacked up, the transfer roller and the battery car are removed, and the leveler is taken out and installed.
(D) Adjust the installation position of the installed lower lining material, adjust the groove between adjacent lower lining materials, and then temporarily attach the groove.
(E) Welding of the joint between adjacent lower lining materials.
(F) The above (a) to (e) are repeated until the total extension of the connected lower lining material reaches a certain length.
(G) Grout is injected into the gap between the existing horseshoe channel and the lower lining to fix the lower lining.
(H) The arc portion of the upper lining material is turned downward, a transfer roller is attached to the tip of the upper lining material, and the rear end of the upper lining material is supported from below by a battery car. The upholstery is pushed into the existing horseshoe-shaped channel and carried to a predetermined position.
(I) Jack up the upper lining material carried to a predetermined position in the existing horseshoe-shaped waterway, and remove the transport roller and the battery car.
(J) Rotating means for rotating the upper lining material are attached to both ends of the upper lining material.
(K) The upper lining material is rotated by the rotating means until a predetermined posture is attained, and the jack portion provided on the rotating means is operated to adjust the height of the upper lining material to the joining height with the lower lining material. At the same time, the jack portion is also operated to adjust the horizontal connection position of the upper lining material, and after the groove is aligned with the lower lining material, the groove is temporarily attached.
(L) Weld the joint between the lower lining material and the upper lining material and the joint between the adjacent upper lining materials.
(M) The above (h) to (l) are repeated until the total extension of the connected upper lining material is the same as the total extension of the connected lower lining material.
(N) Grout is injected into the gap between the existing horseshoe channel and the upper lining material to fix the upper lining material.
[0009]
Further, the lining installation device for an existing horseshoe-shaped channel according to the present invention is the lining installation device used for installing the upper lining material in the above-described method for installing the existing horseshoe-shaped channel, and runs in the existing water channel. A height adjusting jack is provided on the bogie, and a lifting shaft which is moved up and down by the height adjusting jack is supported by a rotating shaft rotatable around the axis of the upper lining material. The support member fixed to the upper lining is provided with three extensible fixed arms connected to the center of the arc of the upper lining material and both ends of the arc, and the rotating shaft is mounted on the elevating support member. Is rotated by the driving means provided in the first position.
[0010]
In the method for installing an existing horseshoe-shaped waterway according to the present invention, when both the lower lining material and the upper lining material are to be carried into the waterway, only the transport roller and the battery car connected to the distal end are used.
