Abstract
【解決手段】 少なくとも一部が、少なくとも一種の生物適合性でかつ吸収性の重合体で構成された分離可能なコイルを身体内腔中に配置して、同コイルが制御された炎症性応答を細胞に対する刺激で起こさせるための生物分解性と生物適合性を有する重合体として作用するようにした血管内炎症性応答法。この血管内炎症性応答法においては、上記の分離可能なコイルを血管区画内または内腔内の部位に移植することによって、血管内細胞操作と炎症性反応が引き起こされる。このコイルを、選択された身体内腔中に配置するため一般に分離可能なコイルに連結したカテーテルを使用する。上記の生物適合性でかつ吸収性の重合体は、血栓形成性である。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一部が、少なくとも一種の生物適合性でかつ吸収性の重合体で構成された分離可能なコイルを身体内腔中に配置して、同コイルが
制御された炎症性応答を細胞に対する刺激で起こさせるための生物分解性と生物適合性を有する重合体として作用するようにした血管内炎症性応答法。 - 前記コイルに成長因子を付加するようにした請求項1に記載の血管内炎症性応答法。
- 前記コイルに血管内皮細胞成長因子を付与して同コイルに成長因子を付加するようにした請求項2に記載の血管内炎症性応答法。
- 前記コイルに塩基性線維芽細胞成長因子を付与して同コイルに成長因子を付加するようにした請求項2に記載の血管内炎症性応答法。
- 前記コイルに血管内皮細胞成長因子と塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子の混合物を付与して同コイルに成長因子を付加するようにした請求項2に記載の血管内炎症性応答法。
- 前記生物適合性でかつ吸収性の重合体で構成された前記分離可能なコイルとして、ポリグリコール酸、ポリグリコール酸/ポリーL−乳酸共重合体類、ポリカプロラクティブ、ポリヒドロキシブチレート/ヒドロキシバレレート共重合体類、ポリーL−ラクチド、ポリジオキサノン、ポリカーボネート類およびポリ酸無水物類からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の重合体で構成されたコイルを用いるようにした請求項1に記載の血管内炎症性応答法。
- 前記コイルとして、前記生物適合性でかつ吸収性の重合体で構成され、その上に放射線不透過性の材料を配置されたコイルを用いるようにした請求項1に記載の血管内炎症性応答法。
- 前記コイルとして、放射線不透過性材料で構成され、その上に前記生物適合性でかつ吸収性の重合体が配置されたコイルを用いるようにした請求項1に記載の血管内炎症性応答法。
