Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of an elevator door device having at least two doors having different opening / closing speeds.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, a door device has been proposed in which a top surface of a sill is flattened to prevent dust from accumulating in the groove, in order to prevent a failure in which dust is accumulated in a groove of a sill for guiding an elevator door and cannot be opened and closed.
[0003]
That is, a door device as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is a typical example. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2)
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-71379 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-8-143256
First, as shown in FIG. 9, the former has two grooves 3a and 3b on the back surface of the sill 3, and the doors 1 and 2 are provided with rollers 1a and 2a via a bracket. The openings, which are guided by the grooves 3a and 3b and are surrounded by a well-known three-way frame, are opened and closed by doors 1 and 2.
[0006]
Next, in the latter, as shown in FIG. 10, a groove 13a for guiding the high-speed door 10 is provided on the back surface of the sill 13, a roller 10a is provided on the high-speed door 10 through a bracket, and a lower end is provided on the low-speed door 11. Grooves 11a and 11b are provided at an intermediate portion. The groove 11a is guided by a roller 12 provided on the upper surface of a sill 13. The groove 11b is guided by a roller 10a attached to the high-speed door 10 via a bracket. Is configured.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the former case, it is necessary to provide a double groove on the back surface of the sill, and since the low-speed door is guided through a long bracket, a smooth opening / closing operation is difficult. On the other hand, in the latter case, there is a problem that the smooth opening / closing operation is difficult to be performed over the entire area of the low-speed door due to the guidance by the roller door shoe.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator door device that can operate more smoothly.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides an elevator door comprising a high-speed door and a low-speed door that opens and closes an opening surrounded by a three-sided frame in the same direction along the longitudinal direction of the sill. In what was done,
1. A first groove and a second groove are respectively provided at a lower end and an intermediate portion of the low-speed door, and a portion which is hidden by the three-sided frame on the upper surface of the sill is provided with a first groove for guiding the first groove over a predetermined dimension. A high-speed door is provided with a second shoe for guiding the second groove.
2. A first shaft is provided at a portion hidden by a three-sided frame on the upper surface of the sill, a second shaft is provided at an intermediate portion of the low-speed door, and the low-speed door has a bearing that moves along the first shaft, The high speed door includes a bearing that moves along the second shaft. Things.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention does not provide a groove in a part that can be seen from the outside in a sill for guiding a door, and guides the door so that the door can smoothly operate in a part that does not cause a problem in design.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial front view of an elevator door device according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a plan view showing each state of the door device according to the present invention.
[0012]
In the figure, 20 is a high-speed door according to the present invention, 21 is a low-speed door according to the present invention, 22 is a sill made of, for example, aluminum die-cast, and a groove 22a is provided on the back surface and a groove 22b is provided on the upper surface. ing. A shoe 20 a is attached to the high-speed door 20 via a bracket, and is configured to be guided by a groove 22 a of a threshold 22.
[0013]
On the other hand, a groove 21a is provided at the lower end of the low-speed door 21 and a groove 21b is provided at substantially the entire width at an intermediate portion, and a shoe 23 described later provided on a threshold 22 is guided to the groove 21a. Then, the shoe 24 provided on the high-speed door 20 is guided through the bracket. (It can be said that the groove 21a is guided by the shoe 23 and the groove 21b is guided by the shoe 24).
[0014]
The shoe 23 is usually provided in the groove 22b at a portion which is hidden by the three-sided frame and cannot be seen from the outside, so as to be adjustable in the width direction of the groove over a predetermined length. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a member 22c of the same quality as the sill may be fitted into the sill so that no groove is present on the upper surface of the sill. Such a treatment may be appropriately performed according to the situation at that time.
[0015]
Here, the structure of the threshold may be as shown in FIG. 5, for example.
That is, the square pipes 31 and 32 are arranged in parallel on the base 30, and both gaps are used instead of the grooves, and a cover 33 is put on the unnecessary portion of the grooves. The cover 33 may be made of, for example, aluminum shape or SUS. How to attach each guide shoe may be as shown in FIG. In this way, even a seemingly complicated threshold can be configured more easily.
[0016]
With this configuration, the low-speed door 21 is guided and moved by the shoe 23 having a predetermined length, as shown in FIG. 3, so that the opening and closing operation can be performed extremely smoothly. With regard to the length of the shoe 23, the longer the shoe, the more reliably the low-speed door 21 can be supported without wobbling. On the other hand, the sliding sound becomes larger, so it is desirable to minimize the length of the shoe 23. .
[0017]
When it is desired to make the length of the shoe 23 as short as possible, the bracket may be extended from the low-speed door 21 and the groove 22a may be guided by another shoe. In this case, only one groove 22a is required on the back surface of the threshold 22.
[0018]
Next, FIG. 7 is a front view showing another embodiment according to the present invention.
In the drawing, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 indicate the same components, but in this embodiment, the relationship between the groove and the shoe is replaced with the relationship between the shaft and the bearing. That is, a shaft 41 is provided on the upper surface of the threshold 22, and a shaft 42 is also provided at an intermediate portion of the low speed door 21. The low speed door 21 is guided by the shaft 41 and the high speed door 20 is guided by the shaft 42. Bearings 44 are provided, respectively. In this way, the door can be smoothly guided over substantially the entire area.
[0019]
In particular, when the doors 20 and 21 are fully opened, as shown in FIG. 8, both ends of the low speed door 21 are appropriately restrained by the shaft 41 (the right end is the engagement between the bearing 43 and the shaft 41, and the left end is the low speed Since the bent portion of the door 21 and the left end of the shaft 41 are in a locked state), a so-called “staggering” preventing effect is exhibited.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in a sill that guides an elevator door, a part that can be seen from the outside is not provided with a groove in particular, so that problems such as design and dust are prevented, and a problem in design is prevented. In such a portion, a smooth opening and closing operation of the door is achieved by arranging a guide member capable of sufficiently supporting and guiding the door.
