Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of an elevator door device having at least two doors having different opening / closing speeds.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, a door device has been proposed in which dust accumulates in a groove of a sill that guides an elevator door and prevents the dust from collecting in the groove by flattening the upper surface of the sill.
[0003]
That is, a door device as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is a typical example. (For example, see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2)
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-71379 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-8-143256
First, as shown in FIG. 9, the former has two grooves 3a and 3b on the back surface of the sill 3, and the doors 1 and 2 are provided with rollers 1a and 2a via brackets. The doors 1 and 2 are used to open and close an opening surrounded by a well-known three-way frame guided by the grooves 3a and 3b.
[0006]
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the latter is provided with a groove 13a for guiding the high speed door 10 on the back surface of the sill 13, the high speed door 10 is provided with a roller 10a via a bracket, and the low speed door 11 is provided with a lower end portion. Grooves 11a and 11b are provided in the middle, and the groove 11a is guided by a roller 12 provided on the upper surface of the sill 13, and the groove 11b is guided by a roller 10a attached to the high-speed door 10 via a bracket. It is configured.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the former case, it is necessary to provide a double groove on the back surface of the sill, and the structure for guiding the low-speed door through a long bracket makes it difficult to smoothly open and close. On the other hand, in the latter case, there is a problem that it is difficult to perform a smooth opening / closing operation over the entire area of the low-speed door because of the guidance by the roller door shoe.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator door device capable of smoother operation.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a groove for guiding the high-speed door is provided in the sill of the elevator door including the high-speed door and the low-speed door that opens and closes the opening surrounded by the three-way frame in the same direction along the longitudinal direction of the sill. The first shaft is provided on the upper surface of the sill in a portion concealed by the three-way frame, the second shaft is provided in the middle portion of the low-speed door, and the low-speed door moves along the first shaft. The high-speed door includes a bearing that moves along a second shaft. When the low-speed door and the high-speed door are fully opened, the right end of the low-speed door is engaged with the first shaft and the bearing. In addition, the left end of the low-speed door is such that the bent portion of the low-speed door engages with the left end of the first shaft.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the sill for guiding a door, the present invention does not provide a groove in a portion visible from the outside, and guides the door so that smooth operation of the door is possible in a portion that does not cause a problem in design.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial front view of an elevator door device according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a state plan view showing each state of the door device according to the present invention.
[0012]
In the figure, 20 is a high-speed door according to the present invention, 21 is a low-speed door according to the present invention, 22 is a sill made of, for example, aluminum die cast, and a groove 22a is provided on the back surface and a groove 22b is also provided on the top surface. ing. A shoe 20 a is attached to the high-speed door 20 via a bracket, and is configured to be guided by a groove 22 a of the sill 22.
[0013]
On the other hand, the low-speed door 21 is provided with a groove 21a at the lower end and a groove 21b at the intermediate portion with a substantially full width. The groove 21a guides a later-described shoe 23 provided on the sill 22, and against the groove 21b. The shoe 24 provided on the high-speed door 20 is guided through the bracket. (It can be said that the groove 21a is guided by the shoe 23 and the groove 21b is guided by the shoe 24)
[0014]
The shoe 23 is normally provided in a groove 22b that is hidden by the three-way frame and cannot be seen from the outside, and is adjustable in the width direction of the groove over a predetermined length. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a member 22c of the same quality as the sill can be inserted, and the ridge can be formed so that no groove exists on the upper surface of the sill. Such treatment may be appropriately performed according to the situation at that time.
[0015]
Here, for example, the structure of the threshold may be as shown in FIG.
That is, the square pipes 31 and 32 are arranged in parallel on the base 30 and both gaps are used instead of grooves, and the cover 33 is covered on unnecessary portions of the grooves. The cover 33 may be made of, for example, an aluminum shape or SUS. Each guide shoe may be attached as shown in FIG. In this way, even a sill with a seemingly complicated shape can be configured more easily.
[0016]
If comprised in this way, especially the low speed door 21 will be guided and moved by the shoes 23 of predetermined length, as shown in FIG. 3, Therefore An opening / closing operation | movement can be performed very smoothly. As for the length of the shoe 23, the longer it is, the lower the door 21 can be reliably supported without wobbling, but the sliding sound becomes larger on the contrary, so it is desirable to suppress the length of the shoe 23 as much as possible. .
[0017]
When it is desired to make the length of the shoe 23 as short as possible, a bracket may be extended from the low speed door 21 and the groove 22a may be guided by another shoe. In this case, only one groove 22a is required on the back surface of the sill 22.
[0018]
Next, FIG. 7 is a front view showing another embodiment according to the present invention.
In the figure, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 denote the same components, but in this embodiment, the relationship between the groove and the shoe is just replaced with the relationship between the shaft and the bearing. That is, the shaft 41 is provided on the upper surface of the sill 22, and the shaft 42 is provided in the middle portion of the low speed door 21. The low speed door 21 is guided by the shaft 43 and the high speed door 20 is guided by the shaft 42. Each bearing 44 is provided. In this way, the door can be smoothly guided over substantially the entire area.
[0019]
In particular, when the doors 20 and 21 are fully opened, as shown in FIG. 8, both ends of the low speed door 21 are appropriately restrained by the shaft 41 (the right end is engaged with the bearing 43 and the shaft 41, and the left end is a low speed). Since the bent portion of the door 21 and the left end of the shaft 41 are engaged, a so-called “fluctuation” prevention effect is exhibited.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in the sill for guiding the elevator door, there is no particular groove in the portion that can be seen from the outside, so that problems such as design and dust can be prevented while not causing a design problem. In such a case, a smooth opening / closing operation of the door is achieved by arranging a guide member that can sufficiently support and guide the door.
