Description

The present invention relates to an outslide door mechanism used for opening / closing a vehicle entrance / exit and opening / closing an opening of a building or the like, and in particular, has a simple structure and smoothly pushes the door to the outside of the opening to open the opening. The present invention relates to an out-slide door mechanism that is slid in the direction.

Conventionally, a sliding door used for opening / closing a vehicle entrance / exit and an opening of a building needs to have an accommodation portion for accommodating the sliding door in the vehicle or the building on the side of the entrance / exit or the opening. It was necessary to ensure. As a mechanism for sliding the door without providing a storage space for the slide door, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-320964 discloses an out-slide door mechanism that slides the door body after pushing it out of the opening.
JP 2003-320964 A

However, the outslide door device for vehicles has a complicated drive mechanism, and guide rails that push the door outward and slide it to the side are the outer walls located at the top and bottom inside the opening and at the center of the opening. It is necessary to provide in three places. The guide rail installed on the outer wall is indispensable to keep the sliding door and the outer wall sliding without any interference when the sliding door is pushed outward from the opening and slides along the outer wall. It was something that could not be done. From the aesthetic point of view, there was a problem with the state where the guide rail was always exposed on the outer wall of the frame.

An object of the present invention is to provide an outslide door mechanism that solves the above-described problems of the prior art, has a simple structure, and can smoothly open and close the door without providing a guide rail on the outer wall of the housing.

In order to solve the above problems, an outslide door mechanism according to the present invention is an outslide door mechanism that opens and closes an opening of a housing, and is fixed integrally to the inside of the door body and the door body. A slide guide portion extending in parallel with the direction, a guide rail having an extrusion guide portion extending from the end of the slide guide portion into the door body in a direction perpendicular to the slide guide portion, and an inner side of the housing. A base bracket, a first link member pivotally supported on the base bracket about a vertical axis, and a pivot member pivotally supported on the base bracket about a vertical axis, the first link member And a second link member constituting a parallel link, and the first link member and the second link member are rotatably supported about a vertical axis. A first member that is rotatably supported by the second link member with a vertical axis as an axis, and that moves relative to the extrusion guide portion and the slide guide portion; a shaft support portion between the cursor member and the second link member; A second roller rotatably supported about the vertical axis and relatively moving the slide guide portion; and a third roller rotatably supported about the vertical axis by the cursor member and the slide guide portion relatively moved. And a roller.

The outslide door mechanism of the present invention may be configured such that when the door body is in a closed state, the first roller is positioned on the push-out guide portion, the second and third rollers are positioned on the slide guide portion, An opening direction force is applied to the door body, and the force is applied to an opening / closing force generation point of the first roller to generate a door pushing force in a direction to push the door body outward, and the first and second links A member is rotated to move the first roller relative to the end of the slide guide portion along the push guide portion to push the door body outward of the housing, and the first to third rollers are The door main body can be slid in the opening direction while maintaining a constant distance between the door main body and the outer wall of the housing while being positioned directly above the slide guide portion.

In the outdoor slide mechanism of the present invention, when the door body is in an open state, the first to third rollers are positioned in a straight line with the slide guide portion, and the first link member and the second link member In a state in which the cursor member is not rotatable, the door body can be slid in the closing direction by keeping a constant distance between the door body and the outer wall of the housing, and the door body is attached to the end portion of the slide guide portion. When the position where one roller comes into contact is reached, a door closing force acts on the opening / closing force generation point of the first roller, and generates a door pulling force in a direction to pull the door main body inward, and the first and second The link member is rotated to move the first roller from the end portion of the slide guide and move relatively along the guide portion so that the door body is pulled into the closed position of the opening. That.

Further, the outslide door mechanism of the present invention is characterized in that the outslide door mechanism is arranged above and below the door body.

The outslide door mechanism according to the present invention is characterized in that the outslide door mechanism is used as a door for a vehicle or an opening / closing door of an opening of a structure.

In the outslide door mechanism for opening and closing the opening of the housing according to the present invention, a door main body, a slide guide portion that is integrally fixed to the inside of the door main body, and extends in parallel with the sliding direction of the door main body, and the slide guide portion A guide rail having an extrusion guide portion extending into the door body in a direction perpendicular to the slide guide portion from an end of the base, a base bracket fixed to the inside of the housing, and a vertical axis about the base bracket A first link member pivotally supported; a second link member pivotally supported by the base bracket about a vertical axis; and forming a parallel link with the first link member; A cursor member that is rotatably supported by the one link member and the second link member with a vertical axis as an axis, and a vertical axis as an axis with respect to the second link member A first roller that is pivotally supported and relatively moves between the push-out guide portion and the slide guide portion, and a shaft support portion between the cursor member and the second link member that is rotatably supported around a vertical axis as the slide guide. The guide rail is provided on the housing side by a configuration including a second roller that relatively moves the portion and a third roller that is rotatably supported by the cursor member with a vertical axis as an axis, and that relatively moves the slide guide portion. When the door body can be pushed out and retracted smoothly, and the door body is pushed outside the opening, the door body can be opened with a constant distance between the door body and the outer wall of the housing. It is possible to slide in the closing direction from the direction or fully open state. As a result, it is not necessary to install a guide rail for maintaining the interval on the outer wall of the housing, and an excellent effect can be exhibited.
In addition, the configuration in which the outslide door mechanism is arranged above and below the door body only requires fixing the base bracket on the housing side, and the installation work at the opening becomes easy.
Moreover, it can be used as an opening / closing door for a vehicle or a structure, and can be a highly versatile outslide door mechanism.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a door closed state of the out-slide door mechanism of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a state of transition from a door closed state to a door open state, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a state where the door is pushed outward, and FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a state where the door is fully opened.

The outdoor slide mechanism 1 according to the present invention is used for doors for opening / closing vehicles such as entrances and exits of vehicles, baggage transport ports, and doors for opening / closing buildings. The outslide door mechanism 1 has a door body 3 that opens and closes an opening formed in a housing 2 of a vehicle or a structure. The case 2 in the present invention is the outer shell of the vehicle body in the case of a vehicle, the outer wall in the case of a structure, and the opening is an entrance / exit or a luggage entry / exit in the case of a vehicle. It is a person or luggage entrance. A guide rail 5 is integrally fixed inside the door body 3 that opens and closes the opening of the housing 2 (inside the vehicle or indoors). The guide rail 5 includes a slide guide portion 6 that extends parallel to the sliding direction of the door body 3, and an extrusion guide portion 7 that extends from the end of the slide guide portion 6 into the door body 3 in a direction orthogonal to the slide guide portion 6. ing.

The base bracket 4 is fixed inside the vicinity of the opening of the housing 2. One end of the linear first link member 8 is pivotally supported by a tip end portion away from the fixed portion of the base bracket 4 so as to be rotatable about a vertical axis. One end of a substantially C-shaped second link member 9 in a top view is pivotally supported in the vicinity of the fixed side of the base bracket 4 so as to be rotatable about a vertical axis. The first link member 8 and the second link member 9 constitute a parallel link.

The other end of the first link member 8 is pivotally supported about one end of a substantially L-shaped cursor member 10 in a top view and a vertical axis. The vicinity of the other end of the second link member 9 and the other end of the cursor member 10 are pivotally supported about a vertical axis.

A first roller 11 is rotatably supported on the other end of the second link member 9 about a vertical axis. A second roller 12 is rotatably supported on a shaft supporting portion near the other end of the cursor member 10 and the other end of the second link member 9 with a vertical axis as an axis. A third roller 13 is rotatably supported on the middle portion of the cursor member 10 with a vertical axis as an axis.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which the door body 3 is in the closed position at the opening of the housing 2. When the door body 3 is in the closed state, the first roller 11 is positioned on the pushing guide portion 7 of the guide rail 5, and the second roller 12 and the third roller 13 are on the right side of the slide guide portion 6 of the guide rail 5 ( Hereinafter, it is referred to as “closing direction”).

When a door opening force in the direction of the arrow is applied to the door body 3 in the closed state shown in FIG. 1, the force is applied to the shaft of the first roller 11 via the extrusion guide portion 7 formed in the door body 3. It acts on the opening / closing force generation point B which is a branch. When the door opening force F acts on the opening / closing force generation point B, a door pushing force F1 is generated as a component force thereof, and the second link member 9 is counterclockwise with the second link member 9 and the shaft support portion A of the base bracket 4 as the center. Rotate in the direction. The counterclockwise rotation of the second link member 9 acts on the first link member 8 that forms a parallel link with the second link member 9, and the first link member 8 is centered on the shaft support portion of the base bracket 4. 1 link member 8 is rotated counterclockwise.

FIG. 2 shows a state where the door body 3 is pushed out of the housing 2 from the closed state. When the door opening force F acts on the opening / closing force generation point B and the door pushing force F1 is generated as the component force, the first link member 8 and the second link member 9 constituting the parallel link rotate counterclockwise. The door body 3 is pushed outward from the opening of the housing 2 by the door pushing force F1. As the first link member 8 and the second link member 9 rotate in the counterclockwise direction, the first roller 11 relatively moves the push guide portion 7 of the guide rail 5. The counterclockwise rotation of the first link member 8 and the second link member 9 constituting the parallel link is transmitted to the cursor member 10, and the second roller 12 and the third roller 13 pivotally supported by the cursor member 10 are transmitted. It moves relative to the left side (hereinafter referred to as “opening direction”) along the slide guide portion 6 of the guide rail 5.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the door body 3 has been pushed out to the outside of the housing 2. In this state, the first link member 8 and the second link member 9 constituting the parallel link rotate counterclockwise, and the first roller 11 moves relative to the pushing guide portion 7 of the guide rail 5 to slide the guide portion. 6 end in the closing direction. As a result, the first roller 11, the second roller 12, and the third roller 13 are positioned on the slide guide portion 6 in a straight line. In this state, the 1st link member 8 and the 2nd link member 9 which comprise a parallel link will be in the state which cannot rotate. As a result, even if a force in the direction opposite to the door pushing direction is applied to the door body 3, the door body 3 is prevented from moving in the direction of the outer wall of the housing 2, and the door opening force F does not act on the opening / closing force generation point B. Therefore, the first roller 11, the second roller 12, and the third roller 13 are relatively moved in the opening direction along the slide guide portion 6 while keeping the distance between the door body 3 and the outer wall of the housing 2 constant. Slide the door body 3 in the fully open direction.

FIG. 4 shows the door body 3 in a fully opened state. From the state in which the door body 2 of FIG. 3 has been pushed out to the outside of the housing 2, the door body 3 is slid while maintaining a constant distance between the door body 3 and the outer wall of the housing 2, and the first roller 11. The second roller 12 and the third roller 13 move relative to the opening direction end of the slide guide portion 6 of the guide rail 5. Even when the door body 3 is fully opened, the distance between the door body 3 and the outer wall of the housing 2 is kept constant.

In order to bring the door body 3 into the closed state, a door closing force −F in the direction opposite to the force in the door opening direction is applied to the door body 3 in the state shown in FIG. The door body 3 slides while maintaining a constant distance from the outer wall of the housing 2. When the end in the closing direction of the slide guide portion 6 of the guide rail 5 formed integrally with the door body 3 shown in FIG. 3 comes into contact with the first roller 11, the door closing force -F is generated at the opening / closing force generation point. Acting on B, a door pull-in force -F1 is generated as its component force, the first link member 8 and the second link member 9 constituting the parallel link are rotated clockwise, and the first roller 11 is a slide guide portion. The door body 3 is moved relative to the pushing guide portion 7 from the end portion 6 in the closing direction, and the door body 3 is moved to the closed state of the opening portion of the housing 2 by the door pulling force -F1. Finally, the opening of the housing 2 of the door body 3 shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the outslide door mechanism of the present invention, it can be applied as an open / close door that can be easily installed at a vehicle entrance / exit and an opening of a building with a simple structure, and a guide rail is provided on the outer wall of the frame. Therefore, it is possible to provide an outslide door mechanism that is excellent in aesthetics and that can smoothly open and close the door.
