Description
【0001】

本実施の形態では、top1=tHsp+4℃、tcl1=tHsp−1.5℃、top1h=tHsp+0.5℃、tcl1h=tHsp−0.5℃として求める(図6参照)。
【0060】
S1op=S1ops(設定カーテン1撤収日射量)+S1α(遮光日射補正値)・・・・(2)

(Interim period)
During winter and summer, and in the middle of summer and winter, cooling may be performed during the day and heating may be performed at night. That is, in the daytime, the cooling is performed when the inside air temperature tin exceeds the cooling set temperature tCsp, and in the nighttime, the heating is performed when the inside air temperature tin falls below the heating set temperature tHsp. In this case, the inside air temperature tin is maintained at the cooling setting temperature tCsp during the daytime, and the inside air temperature tin is maintained at the heating setting temperature tHsp during the nighttime.

In addition, the applicant has not been able to find prior art documents related to the present invention by the time of filing. Therefore, prior art document information is not disclosed.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above-described conventional technology, the inside air temperature tin in the greenhouse 1 is maintained at the heating setting temperature tHsp in winter, and is maintained at the cooling setting temperature tCsp in summer, and the average thereof over the year is obtained. The temperature will be maintained at approximately the median of the heating set temperature tHsp and the cooling set temperature tCsp.
[0012]
Here, for example, when the cooling set temperature tCsp is set to 30 ° C. and the heating set temperature tHsp is set to 25 ° C., and phalaenopsis is grown in the greenhouse 1 from a seedling state, flower buds are formed in 12 to 15 months. Thereafter, when the cooling set temperature tCsp is raised to 25 ° C. and the heating set temperature tHsp is raised to 18 ° C., the product can be shipped in 4 to 5 months. As described above, when phalaenopsis is grown in the greenhouse 1 provided with the cooling /
[0013]
However, the inside air temperature tin in the greenhouse 1 fluctuates due to the outside air temperature, the amount of solar radiation, and the like, and the set temperature cannot often be maintained. In this case, the “set temperature” refers to a heating set temperature tHsp for heating control and a cooling set temperature tCsp for cooling control. A case where the inside air temperature tin is within a predetermined temperature range defined for the heating set temperature tHsp and the cooling set temperature tCsp is defined as a state where the inside air temperature tin maintains the set temperature.
[0014]
For example, in winter, when the outside air temperature is low, the temperature rise of the inside air temperature tin when the heating is turned on becomes slow, and the temperature drop of the inside air temperature tin when the heating is turned off becomes fast. Conversely, when the outside air temperature is high, the temperature rise of the inside air temperature tin when the heating is turned on becomes faster, and the temperature drop of the inside air temperature tin when the heating is turned off becomes slower (the heating is turned off). At this time, the inside air temperature tin may further rise due to the residual heat.) Therefore, when the outside air temperature is low, the inside air temperature tin changes to a low value, and when the outside air temperature is high, the inside air temperature tin changes to a high value, and the heating set temperature tHsp may not be maintained.
[0015]
Similarly, for example, in summer, when the outside air temperature is high, the temperature drop of the inside air temperature tin when the cooling is turned on becomes slow, and the temperature rise of the inside air temperature tin when the cooling is turned off becomes fast. Conversely, when the outside air temperature is low, the temperature drop of the inside air temperature tin when the cooling is turned on becomes faster, and the temperature rise of the inside air temperature tin when the cooling is turned off becomes slower (the cooling is turned off). At this time, the inside air temperature tin may further decrease due to the residual heat.) Therefore, when the outside air temperature is low, the inside air temperature tin changes to a low value, and when the outside air temperature is high, the inside air temperature tin changes to a high value, and the cooling set temperature tCsp may not be maintained.
[0016]
It can be said that the amount of solar radiation is the same as the outside air temperature. In winter, when the amount of solar radiation is small, the inside air temperature tin changes to a low value, and when the amount of solar radiation is large, the inside air temperature tin changes to a high value, and the heating set temperature tHsp May not be maintained. Further, in the summer, when the amount of solar radiation is small, the inside air temperature tin changes to a low value, and when the amount of solar radiation is large, the inside air temperature tin changes to a high value, so that the cooling set temperature tCsp may not be maintained.
[0017]
The amount of hot air discharged from between the
[0018]
As described above, in the prior art, the inside air temperature tin in the greenhouse 1 fluctuates due to the external environment such as the outside air temperature and the amount of solar radiation, and the set temperature cannot be often maintained. Therefore, it is difficult to adjust the flowering time of Phalaenopsis orchid. In other words, there is a possibility that a problem that shipment cannot be performed at a time when the selling price is high may occur.
[0019]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to suppress fluctuations in the inside air temperature due to the external environment such as the outside air temperature and the amount of solar radiation, and to control the flowering time of plants such as phalaenopsis. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for controlling an environment in a greenhouse that can be adjusted.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention determines a heating set temperature and a cooling set temperature, performs heating when the inside air temperature in the greenhouse is lower than the heating set temperature, and sets the inside air temperature in the greenhouse to the cooling set temperature. In a method for controlling the environment in a greenhouse in which cooling is performed when the temperature exceeds the set temperature, the heating set temperature and the cooling set temperature are corrected according to the external environment.
According to the present invention, the heating set temperature is corrected according to the external environment such as the external temperature and the amount of solar radiation, and the heating control in the greenhouse is performed according to the corrected heating set temperature. Further, the cooling setting temperature is corrected according to the external environment such as the external temperature and the amount of solar radiation, and the cooling control in the greenhouse is performed according to the corrected cooling setting temperature.
[0021]
For example, a difference between the heating set temperature and the outside air temperature is obtained as an outside air temperature difference, the outside air temperature difference is multiplied by a predetermined cooling addition coefficient to obtain an added amount, and the added amount is added to the cooling set temperature. To obtain the corrected cooling set temperature. In this way, when the outside air temperature decreases in winter, the heating set temperature is set to a higher temperature, and a change in the inside air temperature, which tends to change to a lower temperature, is suppressed. Conversely, when the outside air temperature increases in winter, the heating set temperature is set to a low temperature, and a change in the inside air temperature that tends to change to a high heating temperature is suppressed.
Further, for example, the difference between the cooling set temperature and the outside air temperature is obtained, the difference is obtained as the outside air temperature difference, the outside air temperature is multiplied by a predetermined cooling additional coefficient to obtain an added amount, and the added amount is calculated as the cooling set temperature. To obtain a corrected cooling set temperature. In this manner, when the outside air temperature increases in the summer, the cooling set temperature is set to a low temperature, and a change in the inside air temperature that tends to change to a high temperature is suppressed. Conversely, when the outside air temperature becomes low in the summer, the cooling set temperature is set high, and the change in the inside air temperature that tends to change to a low temperature is suppressed.
[0022]
Further, the present invention provides a temperature between a roof of a greenhouse and a curtain extended under the roof as a temperature outside the curtain, and a roof of the greenhouse according to a difference between the temperature outside the curtain and a predetermined target temperature. In the environmental control method for controlling the amount of opening of a skylight provided in a greenhouse, the control amount when the skylight is opened is corrected according to an external environment.
According to the present invention, the skylight is opened according to the difference between the outside curtain temperature and the predetermined target temperature, but the control amount when opening the skylight is corrected by the external environment such as the external temperature and the amount of solar radiation. . For example, the difference between the target temperature and the outside air temperature is obtained, and the proportional sensitivity when opening the skylight (opening proportional sensitivity) is corrected according to the difference. Furthermore, in the summer, when the outside air temperature increases (when the difference between the target temperature and the outside air temperature increases), the open-time proportional sensitivity is increased. Thus, in summer, when the difference between the target temperature and the outside air temperature increases, the opening amount of the skylight increases, and the amount of hot air discharged to the outside increases.

[0031]
[Outdoor temperature correction of heating set temperature]
In winter, when the outside air temperature is low, the temperature rise of the inside air temperature tin when the heating is turned on becomes slow, and the temperature drop of the inside air temperature tin when the heating is turned off becomes fast.
[0032]
In order to prevent such a state from occurring, in the present embodiment, the fluctuation of the inside air temperature tin due to the outside air temperature is suppressed as described below, and the heating set temperature tHsp can be maintained. That is, the outside air temperature correction of the inside air temperature tin is performed so as to fall within a predetermined temperature range defined with respect to the heating set temperature tHsp. FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing an outside air temperature correction process of the heating set temperature tHsp performed by the CPU 8-1 periodically (every 15 minutes in this example).
[0033]
The CPU 8-1 determines the 15-minute average outside air temperature tout based on the outside air temperature tout from the outside
[0034]
Then, the CPU 8-1 multiplies the determined outside air temperature difference Δtout by a predetermined heating additional coefficient KH1 to determine an additional amount Hα (° C.) (step 303). Then, the obtained additional amount Hα is added to the heating set temperature tHsp to obtain a corrected heating set temperature tHsp ′. Thereafter, the corrected heating set temperature tHsp 'is used in place of the heating set temperature tHsp until the next 15 minutes have elapsed. The heating additional coefficient KH1 used in
[0035]
By performing such outside air temperature correction, when the outside air temperature tout decreases in winter, that is, when the absolute value of the outside air temperature difference Δtout increases, the heating set temperature tHsp is set to be higher. In addition, a change in the inside air temperature tin that tends to shift to a lower level is suppressed. Conversely, in the winter, when the outside air temperature tout increases, that is, when the absolute value of the outside air temperature difference Δtout decreases, the heating set temperature tHsp is set to a low value and tends to change to a high value. The change in the inside air temperature tin is suppressed. Thereby, even if the outside air temperature tout fluctuates, the inside air temperature tin can be maintained at the desired heating set temperature tHsp.
[0036]
(Outside air temperature correction of cooling set temperature)
In summer, when the outside air temperature is high, the temperature drop of the inside air temperature tin when the cooling is turned on becomes slow, and the temperature rise of the inside air temperature tin when the cooling is turned off becomes fast.
[0037]
In order to prevent such a state from occurring, in the present embodiment, the fluctuation of the inside air temperature tin due to the outside air temperature is suppressed as follows, and the cooling set temperature tCsp can be maintained. That is, the outside air temperature correction of the inside air temperature tin is performed so as to fall within a predetermined temperature range defined with respect to the cooling set temperature tCsp. FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing the outside air temperature correction process of the cooling set temperature tCsp performed by the CPU 8-1 periodically (every 15 minutes in this example).
[0038]
The CPU 8-1 determines the 15-minute average outside air temperature tout based on the outside air temperature tout from the outside
[0039]
Then, the CPU 8-1 multiplies the obtained outside air temperature difference Δtout by a predetermined additional coefficient KC1 for cooling to obtain an additional amount Cα (° C.) (step 403). Then, the obtained additional amount Cα is added to the cooling set temperature tCsp to obtain a corrected cooling set temperature tCsp ′. Thereafter, until the next 15 minutes have elapsed, the corrected cooling set temperature tCsp 'is used instead of the cooling set temperature tCsp. The additional coefficient KC1 for cooling used in
[0040]
By performing such outside air temperature correction, when the outside air temperature tout increases in the summer, that is, when the absolute value of the outside air temperature difference Δtout increases, the cooling set temperature tCsp is set to a low value. In addition, a change in the inside air temperature tin that tends to change to a higher value is suppressed. Conversely, in the summer, when the outside air temperature tout decreases, that is, when the absolute value of the outside air temperature difference Δtout decreases, the cooling set temperature tCsp is set to a high value and tends to change to a low value. The change in the inside air temperature tin is suppressed. Thus, even if the outside air temperature tout fluctuates, the inside air temperature tin can be maintained at the desired cooling set temperature tCsp.
[0041]
(Insolation correction of heating set temperature and cooling set temperature)
The same can be said of the amount of solar radiation as well as the outside air temperature. In winter, when the amount of solar radiation is small, the inside air temperature tin changes to a low value, and when the amount of solar radiation is large, the inside air temperature tin changes to a high value, and the heating set temperature tHsp May not be maintained. In the summer, when the amount of solar radiation is small, the inside air temperature tin changes to a low value, and when the amount of solar radiation is large, the inside air temperature tin changes to a high value, so that the cooling set temperature tCsp may not be maintained. By correcting the heating set temperature tHsp and the cooling set temperature tCsp with the amount of solar radiation, the fluctuation of the inside air temperature tin can be suppressed.
[0042]
When the heating set temperature tHsp and the cooling set temperature tCsp are corrected by the amount of solar radiation, for example, a reference amount of solar radiation is determined, and the difference between the reference amount of solar radiation and the 15-minute average amount of solar radiation is determined as the amount of solar radiation. The difference in the amount of solar radiation is multiplied by an additional coefficient to obtain an additional amount with respect to the heating set temperature tHsp or the cooling set temperature set temperature tCsp.
[0043]
[Correction of heating set temperature and cooling set temperature in the interim period]
[0044]
Here, in the middle period close to summer, the inside air temperature tin is generally higher. In this case, the frequency at which the inside air temperature tin falls below the heating set temperature tHsp is low. Even if the inside air temperature tin falls below the heating set temperature tHsp, heating is not performed. In many cases, the temperature falls between the set temperature tHsp. Also, in the middle near the winter, the inside air temperature tin generally shifts to a lower value. In this case, the frequency of the inside air temperature tin exceeding the cooling set temperature tCsp is low, and even if the inside air temperature tin exceeds the cooling set temperature tCsp, cooling is not performed, and the average daily temperature is equal to the cooling set temperature tCsp and the heating. In many cases, the temperature falls between the set temperature tHsp.
[0045]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, by correcting the heating set temperature and the cooling set temperature in the interim period as described below, by maintaining a suitable temperature, by maintaining a constant room temperature, Adjustment and energy saving at the time of flowering are attempted. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a correction process of the heating set temperature and the cooling set temperature in the intermediate period performed by the CPU 8-1.
[0046]
During the cooling operation (summer), the room temperature is maintained by the cooling, so the cooling set temperature is set to a suitable target room temperature. The heating set temperature is set at a temperature lower by 2 ° C. in order to avoid simultaneous operation.

(Skylight control)
The CPU 8-1 determines whether the current time is the cooling use time (April to September) or the heating use time (October to March) based on the timekeeping function, the outside air temperature, and the magnitude of the amount of solar radiation. If the current time is the cooling use time, the CPU 8-1 sets the outside-curtain temperature tR from the outside-curtain temperature sensor 7 as a control input temperature, and according to the temperature difference between the control input temperature and the skylight set temperature tRsp, the

[Heating time (October to March)]
The CPU 8-1 obtains the curtain 1 withdrawal temperature top1, the curtain 1 withdrawal temperature tcl1, the curtain withdrawal temperature histop1h, and the curtain withdrawal temperature histic tcl1h from the heating set temperature tHsp. In the present embodiment, it is determined that top1 = tHsp + 4 ° C., tcl1 = tHsp−1.5 ° C., top1h = tHsp + 0.5 ° C., and tcl1h = tHsp−0.5 ° C. (see FIG. 6).
[0060]
[Extension]
The CPU 8-1 deploys the curtain 20 in the following priority order (1) and (2).

(2) 15-minute average solar radiation S Fifteen Is smaller than the curtain 1 withdrawal solar radiation S1op (S15 <S1op: see FIG. 7A).
[0061]
However, in the extension control of the curtain 20, S Fifteen Even if <S1op, if tin ≧ top1h, the extension of the curtain 20 is prohibited. When the outside air temperature is high, specifically, (tHsp-toout Fifteen ) ≦ Δt1op (FIG. 7B), the extension of the curtain 20 is prohibited in any case.
[0062]

{Circle around (1)} When the inside air temperature tin is higher than the curtain 1 withdrawal temperature top1 (tin ≧ top1: see FIG. 6).
(2) When the outside air temperature is high, specifically, (tHsp-toout Fifteen ) ≦ Δt1op (see FIG. 7B).
(3) 15-minute average solar radiation S Fifteen Is greater than the insolation S1op of the curtain 1 withdrawal (S Fifteen ≧ S1op: see FIG. 7 (c)).

S1op = S1ops (setting curtain 1 withdrawal solar radiation) + S1α (shading solar radiation correction value) (2)
[0065]
The shaded solar radiation correction value S1α in the above equation (2) is obtained according to the following equation (3).

In the equation (3), KH1 represents an outside temperature curtain coefficient, which is an increase (decrease) in the amount of withdrawal (expansion) solar radiation per 1 ° C. of the inside and outside temperature difference, and can be set as a value of 0 to 0.03.
[0066]
[Cooling use period (April to September)]
The CPU 8-1 sets, for example, 8:00 to 17:00 as the curtain 1 expansion time zone, and unconditionally expands the curtain 20 when the current time is within the curtain 1 expansion time zone. In other time zones, the 15-minute average solar radiation S Fifteen Is greater than the curtain 1 spreading solar radiation amount S1cl (S Fifteen > S1cl: see FIG. 7 (d)) Fifteen In the case of <(S1cl-S1clh (curtain 1 extended solar radiation hiss)) (see FIG. 7E), the curtain 20 is withdrawn. When tin> top1 (curtain 1 withdrawal temperature) as an emergency, the curtain 20 is withdrawn unconditionally.
[0067]
[Outdoor temperature correction of curtain 1 spreading solar radiation]
The CPU 8-1 corrects the curtain 1 spreading solar radiation amount S1cl according to the outside air temperature. Specifically, according to the following equation (4), the curtain 1 spreading solar radiation amount S1cl is obtained according to the difference between the target temperature and the outside air temperature. Thereby, the curtain 1 spreading solar radiation amount S1cl decreases as the outside air temperature decreases.
S1cl = S1cls (setting curtain 1 spreading solar radiation) + S1β (shading solar radiation correction value) (4)

The shaded solar radiation correction value S3α in the above equation (6) is obtained according to the following equation (7).
S3α = (tHsp-tout Fifteen ) × KH3 (7)
In the equation (7), KH3 represents an outside temperature curtain coefficient, which is an increase (decrease) in the amount of withdrawn (extended) solar radiation per 1 ° C. of the inside and outside temperature difference, and can be set as a value from 0 to 0.03.
