Abstract
【解決手段】駆動シャフト1は、第1長手軸A1を持つ第1装着部2と、第2長手軸A2を持つ第2装着部3と、さらに製造により生じる湾曲を持つ管要素4とを含む。結合を目的として、管要素4は、中心線Mの2点で基準軸Rと交差するように保持される。第1長手軸A1を持つ第1装着部2と第2長手軸A2を持つ第2装着部3とは、基準軸Rに位置調整される。その後、管要素4と装着部2,3との間の径方向間隙が閉じられた状態で、装着部2,3が管要素4の管端部に溶接される。

Description
第1長手軸と第1円筒形受入面とを持つ第1装着部と、
第2長手軸と第2円筒形受入面とを持つ第2装着部と、
製造により生じる湾曲と湾曲した中心線と所望長さLとを持ち、管壁と第1管端部と第2管端部とを含む管要素と、
で構成され、
管壁と装着部の受入面との間に径方向間隙が設けられる、
駆動シャフトを組み立てるプロセスにより、上記目的が達成され、
前記プロセスは、以下のプロセス段階、すなわち、
管要素が、中心線の2点が基準軸上にある状態で保持される段階と、
第1装着部が、第1長手軸が基準軸上にあるとともに第1装着部と管形部とが部分的に重複した状態で保持される段階と、
第2装着部が、第2長手軸が基準軸上にあるとともに第2装着部(3)と管要素とが部分的に重複した状態で保持される段階と、
第1装着部と第2装着部とがそれぞれ、径方向間隙が閉じられた状態で管要素の管端部に溶接される段階と、
を含む。
前記中心線(M)の2点が基準軸(R)上にある状態で、前記管要素(4)を保持する工程と、前記第1長手軸(A1)が前記基準軸(R)上にあるとともに、前記第1装着部(2)と前記管要素(4)とが部分的に重複した状態で、前記第1装着部(2)を保持する工程と、前記第2長手軸(A2)が前記基準軸(R)上にあるとともに、前記第2装着部(3)と前記管要素(4)とが部分的に重複した状態で、前記第2装着部(3)を保持する工程と、前記径方向の間隙(15,16)が閉じられた状態で、前記第1装着部(2)と前記第2装着部(3)を前記管要素(4)の前記第1、第2管端部に溶接する工程を含む駆動シャフトの組立方法。

Claims (3)
- 第1長手軸(A1)と第1円筒形受入面(12)を有する第1装着部(2)と、
第2長手軸(A2)と第2円筒形受入面(13)を有する第2装着部(3)と、
製造により生じた湾曲と、湾曲した中心線(M)と、所望の長さ(L)を有する管要素(4)で、前記管要素(4)は管壁(14)と、第1管端部と、第2管端部を有し、
前記管壁(14)と前記第1、第2装着部(2,3)の前記第1、第2円筒形受入面(12,13)との間には径方向の間隙(15,16)が設けられ、
前記中心線(M)の2点が基準軸(R)上にある状態で、前記管要素(4)を保持する工程と、
前記第1長手軸(A1)が前記基準軸(R)上にあるとともに、前記第1装着部(2)と前記管要素(4)とが部分的に重複した状態で、前記第1装着部(2)を保持する工程と、
前記第2長手軸(A2)が前記基準軸(R)上にあるとともに、前記第2装着部(3)と前記管要素(4)とが部分的に重複した状態で、前記第2装着部(3)を保持する工程と、
前記径方向の間隙(15,16)が閉じられた状態で、前記第1装着部(2)と前記第2装着部(3)を、前記管要素(4)の前記第1、第2管端部に溶接する工程を含む駆動シャフトの組立方法。 - 第1長手軸(A1)を有する第1装着部(2)と、
第2長手軸(A2)を有する第2装着部(3)と、
製造により生じる湾曲と湾曲した中心線(M)を有する管要素(4)を含み、
前記第1長手軸(A1)が基準軸(R)上にある状態の前記第1装着部(2)と、前記第2長手軸(A2)が前記基準軸(R)上にある状態の該第2装着部(3)と、前記中心線(M)が前記基準軸(R)の2点で交差する状態の前記管要素(4)が、軸方向で部分的に重複するように位置調整されて配置されて、溶接により接続された駆動シャフト。 - 第1長手軸(A1)を有する第1装着部(2)と、第2長手軸(A2)を有する第2装着部(3)と、製造により生じる湾曲と湾曲した中心線(M)と所望の長さ(L)を有する管要素(4)とを含む駆動シャフトを結合するための結合装置であって、
前記第1長手軸(A1)が基準軸(R)上にある状態で該第1装着部(2)を同軸に保持するための第1保持要素(17)と、
第2長手軸(A2)が該基準軸(R)上にある状態で該第2装着部(3)を同軸に保持するための第2保持要素(18)と、
前記中心線(M)の2点が該基準軸(R)上にある状態で該管要素(4)を保持するための押え要素(19,20)とを含み、
前記押え要素(19,20)が前記保持要素(17,18)の間に配置されている結合装置。
