Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a method of adjusting the camera angle of view of the crack inspection device, specifically, for example, when inspecting a tunnel formed of reinforced concrete or the like, a traveling girder of a monorail, a floor plate of a bridge, etc., the inner wall surface of the tunnel, the traveling girder surface of a monorail, The present invention relates to a camera angle-of-view adjustment method for a crack inspection device for inspecting a surface of a floor plate of a bridge for cracks.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When conducting maintenance and repair / reinforcement of the tunnel, it is necessary to conduct periodic inspections and surveys to understand the state of damage and deterioration of the inner wall surface of the tunnel, and to evaluate and diagnose the durability of the tunnel based on the results. There is.
Conventionally, a method for inspecting a concrete wall on a tunnel inner wall surface using a method for inspecting a crack on an inner wall surface of a tunnel and a display method thereof disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-141660, for example, which has been previously filed by the present applicant has been known. ing. In this conventional crack inspection method, a vehicle is equipped with a plurality of cameras (such as a CCD camera) capable of capturing digital images, and while moving the vehicle in the length direction of the tunnel, each camera captures an image of an inner wall surface. Is stored in a storage medium, and a feature of an image showing a crack on an inner wall surface is emphasized from each of the stored image data to check for a crack.
[0003]
[JP-A-2001-141660]
[0004]
The tunnel has an arch shape when viewed from the front. The vehicle travels while maintaining a constant distance from the inner wall surface of the tunnel. When a plurality of cameras are used and the inner wall surface is divided into a plurality of images in the circumferential direction of the tunnel, it is necessary to adjust the angle of view of each camera in advance.
Conventionally, the angle of view is adjusted by directly applying a scale (ruler) to the inner wall surface of the tunnel, and using this as a guide, a part of the angle of view of each camera is overlapped with the adjacent one, and the zoom lens of each camera is adjusted. Was continuously changed. The work of applying the scale to the inner wall surface of the tunnel was performed by an operator riding on a lift platform of an aerial work vehicle prepared for that purpose.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional camera angle-of-view adjustment method, the scale is directly applied to the inner wall surface of the tunnel to adjust the angle of view of each camera. For this reason, for example, before capturing an image of the ceiling of the tunnel, an operator has to ride on an elevator of an aerial work vehicle and adjust the angle of view of each camera. As a result, it takes a long time to adjust the angle of view, and the operator is forced to work at high altitude in an unstable posture.
[0006]
[Object of the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a camera angle-of-view adjustment method for a crack inspection apparatus that can perform an angle-of-view adjustment operation safely, has good workability, and can shorten the operation time. .
Another object of the present invention is to provide a camera angle-of-view adjustment method for a crack inspection apparatus that can adjust the angle of view even with a narrow angle-of-view adjustment stage.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a camera angle-of-view adjustment method for a crack inspection apparatus that can reduce the cost of forming a dummy wall surface.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1, wherein the image of the wall surface of the wall to be inspected to be inspected for cracks is captured by a camera, the obtained image data is processed, and the camera is inspected by a crack inspection apparatus that inspects the wall surface for cracks. In the camera angle-of-view adjusting method for a crack inspection apparatus for adjusting the angle of view, a dummy wall surface having substantially the same shape as the wall surface is arranged on an angle-of-view adjustment stage provided at a position separated from the wall surface, and the inspection is performed. A camera is arranged at an imaging position of a dummy wall surface corresponding to an imaging position of a wall surface of a wall, and thereafter, a camera image of a crack inspection device that adjusts an angle of view of the camera on the wall surface of the inspection target wall using the dummy wall surface. This is an angle adjustment method.
[0008]
The type of the wall to be inspected for cracks is not limited. For example, the inner wall surface of a tunnel, the surface of a traveling girder of a monorail, the surface of a floor plate of a bridge, and the like can be given. In addition, the outer wall of the building may be used.
As the camera, a video camera, a still camera, or the like can be employed. The number of cameras used is not limited. One or two or more units may be used. In the case of two or more cameras, the angle of view adjustment of each camera may be performed simultaneously or in a predetermined order.
For example, in a method of inspecting a crack on an inner wall surface of a tunnel, a plurality of cameras are mounted on the vehicle and arranged at a predetermined pitch along a circumferential direction of the tunnel, and the vehicle is moved in a length direction of the tunnel facing the inner wall surface. The image may be taken while traveling. Alternatively, the camera may be fixed to a floor surface (including the ground) near a wall to be inspected for crack inspection.
Based on the crack component thus obtained, the overall length of the crack, the width of each portion of the crack, the area of the crack, and the like are obtained.
[0009]
The angle-of-view adjustment stage may be placed anywhere as long as it is away from the wall surface of the wall to be inspected. For example, they may be arranged on a horizontal plane, or may be arranged on an inclined plane that intersects with the horizontal plane at a predetermined angle (for example, 45 degrees).
There is no limitation on the method of directing the camera in which the lens is directed to the wall surface of the inspection target wall to the dummy wall surface of the angle-of-view adjustment stage provided at a location away from the wall surface. For example, the camera itself may be moved, or a predetermined number of mirrors (lenses as necessary) may be used.
The size of the dummy wall is not limited. It suffices to have at least the size of each section (for one screen) captured by each camera.
Here, the meaning of adjusting the angle of view of the camera on the wall surface of the inspected wall using the dummy wall surface will be described. Although the wall surface of the inspected wall and the dummy wall surface are arranged at different positions, they have substantially the same shape. Therefore, arranging a camera at the imaging position of the dummy wall surface corresponding to the imaging position of the wall surface of the inspected wall and adjusting the angle of view of the camera with respect to the dummy wall surface by using this camera is substantially equivalent to using the camera. Thus, the angle of view of the wall surface to be inspected is adjusted.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a wall surface of a wall to be inspected for cracks is imaged by a camera having a zoom function, and obtained image data is processed to inspect the wall surface for cracks. Before, in the camera angle-of-view adjustment method of the crack inspection apparatus for adjusting the angle of view of the camera, a dummy wall surface having a shape substantially similar to the wall surface is arranged on an angle-of-view adjustment stage provided at a position separated from the wall surface. And
A camera is arranged at the imaging position of the dummy wall surface corresponding to the imaging position of the wall surface of the inspected wall, and then, using the dummy wall surface, adjusts the angle of view of the camera on the wall surface of the inspected wall, A camera angle-of-view adjusting method for a crack inspection apparatus for correcting an angle of view of the camera based on a distance from the dummy wall surface to a wall surface of the inspected wall.
The size of the dummy wall is not limited. The dummy wall surface may be larger or smaller than the wall surface of the inspected wall as long as the shape is substantially similar to the wall surface of the inspected wall. However, the smaller angle allows the angle of view to be adjusted with a narrower angle of view adjustment stage, which is advantageous when the angle of view adjustment stage has space limitations.
The angle of view is corrected by changing the magnification of the zoom lens. The angle-of-view correction value C for correcting the angle of view of the camera based on the distance from the dummy wall surface to the wall surface of the inspected wall can be obtained by the following formula.
[0011]
(Equation 1)
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the camera angle of view of the crack inspection apparatus according to the first or second aspect, wherein the angle-of-view adjustment stage is disposed on a horizontal plane or an inclined surface inclined by a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal plane. This is the adjustment method.
The angle-of-view adjustment stage may be arranged on a horizontal plane, or may be arranged on an inclined surface inclined at an arbitrary angle (30 degrees, 45 degrees, etc.) with respect to the horizontal plane. The dummy wall surface is arranged on a horizontal plane or an inclined plane with the arrangement of the angle-of-view adjustment stage.
When the camera is provided in the upper part of the vehicle, as a structure for moving the camera to the angle-of-view adjustment stage provided on a horizontal surface or an inclined surface, for example, a mounting frame for mounting the camera on the vehicle is provided in the vehicle width direction. It is possible to adopt a structure that is rotatable about a turning shaft toward the center. The rotation of the mounting frame may be manual. Alternatively, an automatic type using a motor or the like as a driving source may be used.
[0013]
In the invention according to claim 4, a plurality of the cameras are used, the angle of view is adjusted in a predetermined order for each camera, and the dummy wall surface is provided for each camera whose angle of view is adjusted. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein only the imaging portion is disposed on the angle-of-view adjustment stage.
The angle of view may be adjusted one camera at a time, or may be adjusted for a plurality of cameras (two, three, etc.).
Here, to arrange the dummy wall surface for each camera whose angle of view is to be adjusted and only the imaging portion of that camera on the angle of view adjustment stage means that the dummy wall surface is divided into a plurality of sections according to the angle of view of each camera, When the angle of view is adjusted, it means that only the corresponding portion of the dummy wall surface is arranged on the angle of view adjustment stage for each camera whose angle of view is adjusted. The divided dummy wall surface portion may be a plate piece such as a placard, for example.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 5 is the camera view angle adjusting method for a crack inspection device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the inspected wall is a concrete wall of a tunnel.
The type of tunnel is not limited. For example, a tunnel dedicated to vehicles or a tunnel dedicated to pedestrians may be used. Alternatively, a tunnel for one lane may be used, and a tunnel for two or more lanes.
[0015]
[Action]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the angle of view of the camera disposed at the predetermined imaging position is adjusted using the dummy wall surface arranged on the angle of view adjustment stage. Although the wall surface of the inspection target wall and the dummy wall surface are arranged at different positions, they have substantially the same shape. Therefore, arranging a camera at the imaging position of the dummy wall surface corresponding to the imaging position of the wall surface of the inspected wall, and adjusting the angle of view of the camera with respect to the dummy wall surface by this camera, substantially means that the camera is The angle of view is adjusted with respect to the wall surface of the inspected wall.
As a result, the angle of view adjustment operation can be performed safely, and the workability is good and the operation time can be reduced.
[0016]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the angle of view of the camera disposed at a predetermined imaging position is adjusted using the dummy wall surface arranged on the angle of view adjustment stage. The wall surface of the inspected wall and the dummy wall surface are arranged at different positions, but have substantially similar shapes. Therefore, first, a camera is arranged at the imaging position of the dummy wall surface corresponding to the imaging position of the wall surface of the inspected wall, and the camera adjusts the angle of view of the camera with respect to the dummy wall surface. Next, based on the angle-of-view correction value calculated from the distance from the dummy wall surface to the wall surface to be inspected, the camera angle of view obtained using the dummy wall surface is corrected.
As a result, the angle of view adjustment operation can be performed safely, and the workability is good and the operation time can be reduced. Further, the angle of view can be adjusted even with a narrow angle of view adjustment stage.
[0017]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the angle-of-view adjustment stage is disposed on a horizontal plane or an inclined surface, when adjusting the angle of view at the ceiling of the tunnel, for example, the employee can turn his head in the conventional manner. You are released from working in an unstable position facing upwards.
[0018]
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, at the time of adjusting the angle of view of each camera, only the imaging portion of each camera whose angle of view is adjusted is arranged on the angle of view adjustment stage to adjust the angle of view. Thus, it is not necessary to form the entirety of the dummy wall surface, and the cost of forming the dummy wall surface can be reduced.
