Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drum type washing machine that sequentially controls each process such as washing, rinsing, and dehydration in a rotating drum.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a drum type washing machine has been configured as shown in FIG. Hereinafter, the configuration will be described. FIG. 10 also has a drying function.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 10, the housing 1 supports the outer tub 4 with a plurality of suspensions 2 and dampers 3, and the opening of the outer tub 4 is opened and closed by a door 5 so as to be rotatable in the outer tub 4. A rotating drum 6 is provided. Here, the rotating drum 6 has a rotating shaft in a substantially horizontal direction or a substantially inclined direction, is provided with a large number of water passage holes 7 and baffles 8, and is configured to store cleaning water in the outer tank 4. The housing 1 is provided with a water supply valve 9 for washing, a water supply valve 10 for drying, a detergent container 11 and the like, and a drain port 12 provided in the outer tub 4 and a drain cock 13 are communicated by a drain path 14.
[0004]
The blower 16 blows air into the outer tub 4 through the outlet 15, and is provided with a heater 17 communicating with the blower 16. The inside of the outer tub 4 and a heat exchanger (not shown) communicating with the blower 16 constitute a series of drying circulation paths. Water is passed from the drying water supply valve 10 into the heat exchanger through a water supply hose (not shown) (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. When the laundry is put into the rotating drum 6 and the washing process is started, the water supply valve 9 for washing is opened, the washing water is passed through the detergent container 11, and the detergent put in the detergent container 11 is poured into the outer tub 4. [0006]
When the washing process is completed, the drain cock 13 is driven to drain the washing water through the drain passage 14. After draining, the rotary drum 6 is rotated at a high speed of about 1000 r / min to perform dehydration. Further, when the dewatering process is completed, the process shifts to the drying process.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-215893
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional configuration, the washing water in which the water supplied from the washing water supply valve 9 in the early stage of the washing process and the detergent contained in the detergent container 11 are mixed is supplied from the front of the rotary drum 6. Is supplied to the clothes in the rotating drum 6, and during the washing process, the rotating drum 6 rotates to dissolve the detergent and drop by the movement of the clothes to wash the cloth. It took time compared to the pulsator method that puts and washes.
[0009]
In recent years, a pulsator-type washing method in which high-concentration foam is permeated and washed has been growing, and a drum-type washing method is also required. Also, during the washing / rinsing process, the washing process, including the behavior of the clothes during the washing, can be seen through the window glass formed on the door 5, and the state of the clothes can be easily understood. Since the clothes in the drum 6 were hidden by clothing, they were difficult to see, and the amount of washing water was small.
[0010]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, in which washing water in the outer tub is sent while being circulated to the clothing inlet by rotating the rotating drum, so that high-concentration foam infiltrates the clothing, The purpose of this method is to quickly act on dirt to clean the surface and to ensure high cleaning power.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention encloses a rotating drum having a rotating shaft in a substantially horizontal direction or a substantially inclined direction in an outer tank that stores washing water, and overlaps the rotating drum on the clothes input port side of the rotating drum. An outer tub receiving portion is provided, and a groove-like washing water passage is provided on a surface of the upper portion of the outer tub receiving portion that faces the rotating drum. The washing water passage includes a washing water inflow portion formed in a rotating direction of the rotating drum, and a garment. And a discharge guide formed toward the inlet.
[0012]
By rotating the rotating drum, the washing water in the outer tub can be sent while circulating through the washing water passage to the clothing inlet, allowing high-concentration foam to infiltrate the clothing and acting quickly on the soiling of the clothing. And high cleaning power can be secured.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is directed to a rotating drum having a rotating shaft in a substantially horizontal direction or a substantially inclined direction, an outer tank containing the rotating drum and storing washing water, and a clothes input port side of the rotating drum. An outer tank receiving portion provided so as to overlap with the rotary drum, and a groove-like washing water passage is provided on a surface of the upper portion of the outer tank receiving portion facing the rotating drum, and the washing water passage is provided with the rotating water. A washing water inflow portion formed in the rotation direction of the drum, and a discharge guide portion formed toward the clothing inlet, and the washing drum in the outer tub is rotated by rotation of the rotating drum. High-concentration foam can infiltrate the clothing and wash it, allowing it to quickly act on the dirt on the clothing and repeatedly pass the washing water through the clothing, ensuring high cleaning power Can do Kill. In addition, by circulating the washing water from the clothes input port, the washing water can be seen through the window glass, so that the user's anxiety about the washing power in the washing can be reduced, and further, by rotating the rotating drum, By circulating the washing water between the rotating drum and the outer tub, it is possible to wash the clothes by quickly dissolving the detergent and penetrating high-concentration foam.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the groove-like washing water passage is gradually inclined inward from the outer periphery, and the flow of the washing water entering the washing water passage is reduced. Since it bends gradually, it can be sprayed smoothly with low resistance, and can be applied to clothing while circulating washing water.
[0015]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the groove-like washing water passage extends from the inlet of the washing water inflow portion to the discharge guide portion so as to gradually reduce the cross-sectional area. In the case where the amount of water in the rotary drum is small and the number of rotations of the rotary drum is low, for example, the same cross-sectional area can be supplied while circulating the cleaning water that has become the detergent foam in the clothes. In addition, not only the feeling of anxiety about cleaning can be removed, but also the circulating permeation cleaning can be efficiently performed in a short time, so that the cleaning power can be improved.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first to third aspects of the present invention, the groove-like washing water passage has a washing water inflow portion formed in both forward and reverse rotation directions of a rotating drum. Irrespective of the rotation direction of the drum, the washing water that has become the detergent foam can be supplied from the outlet of the discharge guide portion while circulating through the clothes. In addition, by performing washing while changing the number of rotations in the forward and reverse directions, the washing water can be supplied to the clothes in a wider range.
[0017]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, the groove-like washing water passage is a closed space from the inlet of the washing water inflow portion to the discharge guide portion. Since the water does not leak between the outer tank receiving portion and the rotating drum while passing through the groove-like washing water passage, more washing water can be efficiently circulated and supplied to the clothes.

【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same components as those in the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted. Further, since the basic configuration of the entire drum type washing machine is the same as the conventional example, description and illustration will be omitted.
[0019]
(Example 1)
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer tub receiving portion 18 is provided on the clothing input port 19 side of the rotating drum 6 so as to overlap with the side surface of the rotating drum 6. A groove-like washing water passage 20 is provided on a surface facing the rotating drum 6. Here, the rotating drum 6 has a rotating shaft (not shown) in a substantially horizontal direction or a substantially inclined direction, and is configured to store cleaning water in the outer tank 4 including the rotating drum 6.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the washing water passage 20 includes a washing water inflow portion 21 formed in a substantially arc shape in the rotation direction of the rotating drum 6, and a discharge guide portion 22 formed toward the clothing inlet 19. And provided so as to be concave on the surface facing the rotating drum 6.
[0021]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. The water supplied from the washing water supply valve 9 passes through the detergent container 11, and is supplied to the outer tub 4 to a predetermined water level while flowing the detergent previously supplied into the detergent container 11. In the washing process, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotary drum 6 causes the level of the wash water (wash water) in the outer tub 4 to rise, and the wash water flows in the inner circumference of the outer tub 4 in the rotation direction of the rotary drum 6. Rotate to match. In addition, the rotation of the rotating drum 6 causes the clothes in the rotating drum 6 to be agitated, and at the same time, causes the baffles provided in the rotating drum 6 to agitate while raising the washing water to gradually foam the washing water.
[0022]
At this time, by the rotation of the rotating drum 6, the washing water enters the washing water inflow portion 21 of the washing water passage 20 provided in the outer tub receiving portion 18, and passes through the discharge guide portion 22 formed toward the clothes inlet 19. The washing water in the outer tub 4 can be sent while being circulated to the clothes input port 19, and the high-concentration foam can be infiltrated into the clothes for washing, so that the clothes can be quickly acted on and stained. .
[0023]
This allows the detergent foam to pass through the surface of the soiled garment or the garment so that the oil and the particulate soil adhering to the oil combine and carry away the foam. Further, if the foam breaks while passing through the clothes, the washing liquid having a high concentration permeates into the clothes, which also makes it easy to remove dirt. Further, even in the case of slap washing in which the clothes are dropped while being lifted by the baffle during the washing process, the detergent components can sufficiently act on the stains of the clothes by the washing foam.
[0024]
Also in the rinsing step after the washing step, rinsing water (wash water) rotates along the rotation direction of the rotating drum 6 on the inner periphery of the outer tub 4 due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the rotating drum 6. Rinse water enters the wash water passage 20 provided in the receiving portion 18, and can be applied to clothing while circulating the rinse water.
[0025]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the outer tank receiving portion 18 is provided on the clothing input port 19 side of the rotating drum 6 so as to overlap with the rotating drum 6, and the outer tank receiving portion 18 faces the rotating drum 6 above the outer tank receiving portion 18. A groove-like washing water passage 20 is provided on the surface to be washed, and the washing water passage 20 has a washing water inflow portion 21 formed in the rotation direction of the rotating drum 6 and a discharge guide portion 22 formed toward the clothing inlet 19. Since the rotating drum 6 rotates, the washing water in the outer tub 4 can be sent while being circulated to the clothes input port 19, and the high-concentration foam is infiltrated into the clothes to wash the clothes. Since it is possible to quickly act on dirt and repeatedly pass the washing water through the clothes, high washing power can be secured.
[0026]
In addition, since the washing water is circulated from the clothes input port 19, the washing water can be seen through the window glass, so that the user's anxiety about the washing power in the washing can be reduced, and the rotating drum 6 rotates. Thus, by circulating the washing water between the rotating drum 6 and the outer tub 4, it is possible to wash the clothes by quickly dissolving the detergent and penetrating high-concentration foam.
[0027]
(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 5, a groove-like washing water passage 23 is provided on a surface of the upper part of the outer tank receiving portion 18 facing the rotating drum 6, and the groove-like washing water passage 23 is gradually provided inside from the outer periphery. It is formed inclined. The other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted.
[0028]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. In the washing / rinsing process, the inner circumference of the outer tub 4 is rotated by washing water or rinsing water (washing water) in accordance with the rotation direction of the rotating drum 6 due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating drum 6. At this time, the washing water enters the washing water passage 23 provided in the outer tank receiving portion 18 by the rotation of the rotary drum 6, and the flow of the washing water entering the washing water passage 23 gradually bends, so that the resistance is small and It can be sprayed smoothly toward the inlet 19 and applied to clothing while circulating washing water.
[0029]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the groove-like washing water passage 23 is gradually inclined inward from the outer circumference, so that the flow of the washing water entering the washing water passage 23 is gradually bent, so that the resistance is small. It can be sprayed smoothly and can be applied to clothing while circulating washing water.
[0030]
(Example 3)
As shown in FIG. 6, a groove-like washing water passage 24 is provided on a surface of the upper part of the outer tank receiving portion 18 facing the rotary drum 6. From the inlet to the discharge guide 26, the cross-sectional area is gradually reduced. The other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted.
[0031]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. In the washing / rinsing process, the inner circumference of the outer tub 4 is rotated by washing water or rinsing water (washing water) in accordance with the rotation direction of the rotating drum 6 due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating drum 6. At this time, the washing water enters the washing water passage 24 provided in the outer tank receiving portion 18 by the rotation of the rotary drum 6, and can be applied to the clothes while circulating the washing water. At this time, even when the rotation speed of the rotating drum 6 is low and the amount of washing water is small, the washing water can be supplied to the clothes while circulating.
[0032]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the groove-like washing water passage 24 is configured so as to extend from the inlet of the washing water inflow portion 25 to the discharge guide portion 26 so as to gradually reduce the cross-sectional area. Even when the amount of water in the inside is small and the number of rotations of the rotating drum 6 is low, the washing water that has become the detergent foam can be supplied to the clothes while being circulated, for example, so that the washing water can be supplied to the clothes, thereby eliminating anxiety about washing. In addition, since the circulating permeation cleaning can be efficiently performed in a short time, the cleaning power can be improved. Further, by adjusting the amount of water and the number of rotations of the rotary drum 6, the washing water can be supplied to the clothing over a wide range.
[0033]
(Example 4)
As shown in FIG. 7, groove-like washing water passages 27 and 28 are provided on a surface of the upper part of the outer tank receiving portion 18 facing the rotary drum 6, and these groove-like washing water passages 27 and 28 The water inflow portions 29 and 30 are formed in both forward and reverse directions of rotation of the rotary drum 4, and discharge guide portions 31 and 32 are formed toward the clothes inlet 19. The other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted.
[0034]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. In the washing / rinsing process, it is common to rotate the rotating drum 6 to the left and right, respectively, while repeatedly turning the garment while rotating the rotating drum 6, washing water or rinsing water (washing water) uniformly on the front and back of the garment. ) Infiltrate.
[0035]
At this time, the washing water rotates on the inner periphery of the outer tub 4 in accordance with the rotation direction of the rotating drum 6 due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating drum 6. By the rotation of the rotating drum 6, the washing water enters the washing water passage 24 provided in the outer tank receiving portion 18, and the washing water can be circulated on the clothes while circulating the washing water. At this time, the washing water can be supplied to the clothes while being circulated through one of the groove-like washing water passages 27 and 28 according to the rotation direction of the rotating drum 6.
[0036]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the groove-like washing water passages 27 and 28 have the washing water inflow portions 29 and 30 formed in the forward and reverse rotation directions of the rotating drum 6, and thus the rotating direction of the rotating drum 6. Irrespective of the above, it is possible to supply the washing water that has become the detergent foam from the outlets of the discharge guide portions 31 and 32 while circulating the washing water through the clothes. In addition, by performing washing while changing the number of rotations in the forward and reverse directions, the washing water can be supplied to the clothes in a wider range.
[0037]
(Example 5)
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the groove-like washing water passage 33 is provided on a surface of the upper part of the outer tank receiving portion 18 facing the rotary drum 6. A closed space extends from the entrance of the section 34 to the discharge guide section 35. The other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted.
[0038]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. In the washing / rinsing process, the inner circumference of the outer tub 4 is rotated by washing water or rinsing water (washing water) in accordance with the rotation direction of the rotating drum 6 due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating drum 6. At this time, the washing water enters the washing water passage 33 provided in the outer tank receiving portion 18 by the rotation of the rotary drum 6, and the washing water can be applied to the clothes while circulating the washing water. At this time, the wash water is discharged from the discharge guide portion 35 toward the clothes inlet 19 through the groove-like wash water passage 33 which has become a closed space. Since the washing water does not leak between the outer tank receiving portion 18 and the rotating drum 6 while passing through the groove-like washing water passage 33, more washing water is efficiently circulated and supplied to the clothes.
