Detailed Description
In order to further describe the technical means and effects adopted for achieving the preset aim of the invention, the following detailed description refers to the specific implementation, structure, characteristics and effects according to the application of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments. In the following description, different "an embodiment" or "an embodiment" do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics of one or more embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine drum includes an outer tub 1 and an inner tub 2. Wherein the outer cylinder 1 comprises a front cylinder 12 and a rear cylinder 11. The rear cylinder 11 is embedded with the bearing housing 5 (specifically, the bearing housing 5 is embedded in the bottom of the rear cylinder 11 by insert molding). The bearing seat 5 is provided with a bearing 4. The bottom of the inner cylinder 2 is provided with a shaft 3, and the inner cylinder 2 can be assembled on the outer cylinder 1 by inserting the shaft into a bearing 4 on a bearing seat 5 through a cover shaft.
The present embodiment provides a washing machine drum cleaning system, which is mainly used for cleaning a set area of a washing machine drum. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the drum cleaning system of the washing machine of the present embodiment includes a shower 6. Wherein the spraying device 6 is provided on the outer wall of the inner tub 2 of the drum of the washing machine to spray water to a set area of the drum. Wherein, when the water inlet 611 of the spraying device 6 rotates to the water containing area of the drum along with the inner drum 2, water in the water containing area can enter the spraying device 6 from the water inlet 611.
With the above arrangement, in the drum cleaning system of the washing machine provided in this embodiment, when the water inlet of the spraying device 6 rotates to the water containing area in the process of rotating the inner drum 2, water in the water containing area can flow into the spraying device from the water inlet 611, and the spraying device 6 further sprays water to the set area of the drum, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the set area of the drum. Therefore, the washing machine roller cleaning system of the embodiment can spray and clean the roller without arranging an additional water pump and arranging a complex pipeline outside the roller, thereby simplifying the structure of the washing machine and reducing the cost of the washing machine.
Example 2
Preferably, compared with the previous embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the spraying device 6 of the present embodiment sprays water from the spraying device 6 under the action of centrifugal force during the rotation of the inner drum 2.
As the spray device 6 rotates with the inner barrel 2, the water in the spray device 6 is subjected to centrifugal force. The drum cleaning system of the washing machine provided by the embodiment utilizes the centrifugal force to spray the water in the spraying device under the action of the centrifugal force. Therefore, the drum cleaning system of the washing machine of the present embodiment further reduces the cost of the washing machine.
Example 3
Preferably, compared with the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, when the water inlet 611 of the spraying device 6 in the present embodiment rotates to the water containing region of the drum along with the inner drum 2 at a set rotation speed, the water in the water containing region enters the spraying device 6 from the water inlet 611 under the action of inertia.
In the drum cleaning system of the washing machine provided in this embodiment, only the rotation speed of the inner drum 2 is required to reach the set rotation speed, so that water enters the spraying device 6 through the water inlet 611 under the action of inertia whenever the water inlet 611 of the spraying device 6 rotates to the water containing area. Therefore, the spraying device provided by the embodiment does not need to be provided with other parts, and only utilizes the inertial action of the spraying device rotating along with the inner cylinder 2 to realize the purpose of injecting water into the spraying device 6, thereby further simplifying the structure of the washing machine and reducing the cost of the washing machine.
Preferably, the method comprises the steps of, the set rotation speed is larger than the rotation speed of the inner cylinder when the washing machine washes clothes. Through the arrangement, the beneficial effects of two aspects can be realized: on the one hand, when cleaning the washing machine cylinder, make inner tube pivoted speed increase to the settlement speed, the inertia of spray set water inlet is bigger like this, and the water that gets into in the spray set is more, improves washing efficiency. On the other hand, when the washing machine washes clothes, the rotating speed of the inner cylinder is smaller, the inertia is smaller, and the smaller inertia is insufficient to enable water to enter the spraying device (particularly a later-mentioned spraying box), so that sewage during washing can be prevented from entering the spraying device, and the spraying device is blocked.
Example 4
Preferably, the present embodiment provides a drum cleaning system for a washing machine, and as compared with the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the spraying device 6 in the present embodiment includes: a water pipe 61, a spray box 63 and a one-way valve 62. The water inlet 611 of the spraying device 6 is arranged at one end of the water pipe 61, and the water inlet 611 is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner cylinder (herein, the outer side wall refers to the side wall area except the bottom and the top on the outer wall of the inner cylinder), and the water inlet 611 is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner cylinder, so that the water level requirement of the water containing area of the roller is further reduced, and the purpose of saving water is achieved while water is conveniently fed; preferably, the water inlet 611 is provided on the outer side wall of the inner barrel at a position near the bottom surface of the inner barrel. The spray box 63 is provided with spray holes 631, and the spray box 63 communicates with the other end of the water pipe 61. A check valve 62 is provided at the communication between the shower box 63 and the water pipe 61 to prevent the water in the shower box 63 from flowing into the water pipe 61.
Preferably, the water inlet 611 of the spraying device 6 is arranged in a funnel-shaped structure, and the small diameter end of the water inlet 611 is connected with the water pipe 61. This further facilitates the entry of water in the water containing region into the shower 6 through the water inlet 611.
Preferably, the spray holes 631 of the spray box 63 are further provided as follows: spray holes with different water outlet angles are formed in the spray box 63, so that water sprayed by the spray box 63 in a rotating way can be uniformly applied to a set area.
The washing machine roller cleaning system provided by the embodiment is provided with the simple structure by arranging the spraying device, spraying holes are reasonably arranged on the spraying box, and the purpose of cleaning the roller setting area can be realized by matching with the rotation of the inner cylinder.
If the water inlet 611, the water pipe 61 and the shower box 63 are made of metal (preferably stainless steel), they may be fixed to the inner tube 2 by welding or caulking. And, the water inlet 611 and the water pipe 61, and the water pipe 61 and the shower box 63 may be connected by welding. If the water inlet 611, the water pipe 61 and the shower box 63 are made of non-metal materials, the water inlet 611, the water pipe 61 and the shower box 63 may be fixed to the inner cylinder 2 by additional welding or riveting metal strips (e.g., stainless steel strips). And, the water inlet 611 and the water pipe 61, and the water pipe 61 and the spray box 63 can be connected by glue adhesion/interference.
Example 5
Preferably, the present embodiment provides a washing machine drum cleaning system, and the setting area of the present embodiment includes an outer tub bottom surface of the washing machine drum, compared to the above-described embodiments. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the shower box 63 is for being disposed on the outer bottom of the inner tub 2 of the washing machine.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the spray holes 631 are further arranged as follows: the spraying holes 631 are arranged in a plurality of rows distributed along the radial direction of the bottom of the inner cylinder 2 (a plurality of rows of spraying holes 631 are arranged on the spraying box, and the spraying holes in each row are distributed along the radial direction of the bottom of the inner cylinder of the washing machine. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the spraying holes 631 are distributed in a manner that the straight line of each row of spraying holes 631 intersects with the central axis of the inner cylinder 2 and is vertical), wherein the water outlet angles of the spraying holes 631 in the same row are different, and/or the water outlet angles of at least two rows of spraying holes 631 are different.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, wherein fig. 5 is a partial sectional view of one row of shower holes 631 on the shower box 63; fig. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view of another row of spray holes adjacent to fig. 5. Specifically, the angles between the central axis of the spray holes and the central axis of the inner tube 2 in the direction extending in the same radial direction of the inner tube 2 are different (i.e., the inclination angles of the spray holes 631 in the radial direction are different). Preferably, the water outlet angles of the spray holes in two adjacent rows and even multiple rows are not the same (the fewer the number of spray holes in the radial direction, the more rows the different the adjacent spray hole angles are). The purpose of this design is: the number of the spraying holes 631 distributed in the radial direction of the first inner cylinder is not too large, the more the spraying holes 631 are, the closer the distance between the innermost spraying hole 631 and the central axis of the inner cylinder 2 is, the smaller the centrifugal force at the spraying hole 631 is, so that the smaller the water outlet pressure of the spraying hole 631 is, and the undesirable water blowing effect is possibly caused. Secondly, because the number of the spraying holes 631 in the radial direction of the inner cylinder is not large, if the water outlet angle of the spraying holes is not changed, the sprayed water flow can only clean a small annular area (because the inner cylinder 2 rotates) on the inner bottom surface of the rear cylinder, if the angles of the spraying holes in each row are reasonably arranged, a plurality of rows of spraying holes in radial arrangement can be utilized, and the water outlet can cover the inner bottom surface of the whole rear cylinder.
In addition, the washing machine drum cleaning system provided in the present embodiment is mainly used for cleaning the bottom surface of the outer drum (the bottom surface of the outer side of the rear drum) of the washing machine drum. In addition, in the dehydration process, the inner cylinder rotates at a high speed, and water thrown out from the clothes in the inner cylinder has the same scouring effect on the inner side surface of the outer cylinder, and the outer side surface of the inner cylinder and the inner side surface of the outer cylinder can be cleanly washed under the action of the inner cylinder and the outer side surface of the outer cylinder. Therefore, the outer side surface of the inner cylinder and the inner side surface of the outer cylinder of the washing machine do not need an additional cleaning system.
Example 6
Preferably, the present embodiment provides a washing machine drum cleaning system, and the washing machine drum cleaning system further includes a cleaning control system as compared with the above embodiments. The cleaning control system is used for being connected with a water inlet control module of the washing machine, so that when the drum of the washing machine is cleaned, the water level in the drum of the washing machine is controlled to reach a set water level. Wherein, this settlement water level satisfies: when the water inlet of the spraying device rotates to the lower end, the water level of the water containing area in the roller is higher than the position of the water inlet. The cleaning control system is used for being connected with a drainage control module of the washing machine so as to drain sewage in the drum of the washing machine after cleaning is finished. Here, when the drum cleaning system of the washing machine is started, if the drum is pinched with the dirty water, the cleaning control system controls the drainage module to drain the dirty water in the drum of the washing machine. The cleaning control system is used for being connected with an inner cylinder rotation control module of the washing machine so as to enable the inner cylinder of the washing machine to rotate at a set speed.
Through the arrangement, the washing machine roller cleaning system further improves the automation of cleaning rollers of the washing machine roller cleaning system, and therefore cleaning efficiency is improved.
Preferably, if the water temperature control module is disposed on the washing machine, the cleaning control system is used to connect with the water temperature control module of the washing machine, so as to heat the water in the drum of the washing machine to a set temperature (the set temperature is not lower than 90 ℃, preferably 95 ℃) when the drum of the washing machine is cleaned, so that the spray device sprays high-temperature water flow. If the washing machine is not provided with the water temperature control module, the washing machine roller cleaning system further comprises: heating device and temperature detecting device. Wherein the heating device is used for heating the water entering the roller. The temperature detection device is used for detecting the temperature of water in the roller. The cleaning control system is respectively connected with the heating device and the temperature detection device and is used for heating the water in the roller to a set temperature. Preferably, the set temperature is not lower than 90 ℃, preferably 95 ℃. Through such setting, the washing machine cylinder cleaning system that this embodiment provided still possesses the effect of high temperature sterilization, and spray set can spray high-speed high temperature rivers promptly, reaches the dual effect of cleanness and sterilization.
Example 7

a drum cleaning process on the washing machine is started. Wherein, the washing machine should be separately provided with the drum cleaning procedure.
And (3) water injection step: and opening a water inlet valve of the washing machine to enable the water level in the drum of the washing machine to reach the set water level.
And (3) cleaning: the inner cylinder of the washing machine is rotated, and when the water inlet of the spraying device is rotated to the water containing area of the cylinder, water in the cylinder of the washing machine enters the spraying device from the water inlet; and the spraying device sprays water to a set area of the drum.
Preferably, the washing machine drum cleaning method is to use the washing machine drum cleaning system according to any of the above embodiments to clean a set area of the drum.
Preferably, after the cleaning step, the method further comprises: and discharging the sewage in the drum of the washing machine. The arrangement is so as to prevent sundries in the sewage from blocking the water pipe and the spraying holes.
Preferably, before cleaning the washing machine drum, if sewage exists in the drum; the method further comprises the step of draining the sewage in the drum of the washing machine after the step of starting the cleaning procedure of the drum on the washing machine and before the water injection step.
Preferably, the washing machine drum cleaning method further comprises: and heating the water in the drum of the washing machine to a set temperature. This step is performed simultaneously with the water injection step and the cleaning step. Preferably, the set temperature is greater than 90 ℃, preferably 95 ℃.
In summary, in the drum cleaning system, method and washing machine provided by the embodiments of the present invention, when the water inlet of the spraying device rotates to the water containing area along with the rotation of the inner drum, water in the water containing area can flow into the spraying device from the water inlet, and the spraying device further sprays water to the setting area of the drum, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the setting area of the drum. Therefore, the invention can spray and clean the roller without additional water pump, thereby simplifying the structure of the washing machine and reducing the cost of the washing machine.
