Abstract

該入口通路が供給ガスに対して気密な移送手段を形成する反応器シェルに接合されていることを特徴とする、上記反応器に関する。

Claims (8)
- 高温でのガスの接触反応を含む化学的方法のための反応器において、
断熱材料の層によって取り囲まれた高温での運転に適するガス不透過性バスケットを含み、該断熱材料が高圧での運転に適する反応器シェルによって取り囲まれており、
該バスケットが入口通路、および固定触媒床を取り囲む壁よりなり、そして
該入口通路が供給ガスに対して気密な移送手段を形成する反応器シェルに接合されていることを特徴とする、上記反応器。 - バスケットの内部表面がアルミナまたはジルコニアの様なセラミック材料で被覆されている、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 電気的加熱器が触媒床の入口層の周りの壁の外側面に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 加熱器の位置でバスケットの内部表面が、部分酸化反応で活性の触媒物質で被覆されている、請求項3に記載の反応器。
- 触媒物質が白金、ロジウム、ルテニウムまたはニッケルである、請求項4に記載の反応器。
- 触媒床中の触媒が粒子または一体物の状態で存在する、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の反応器を使用する方法において、炭化水素の接触的部分酸化に用いる、上記方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の反応器を使用する方法において、反応性ガスの温度が500℃〜1300℃、好ましくは900℃〜1200℃の範囲内にある、上記方法。
