Abstract
【解決手段】 単一パスのマルチカラーの印刷機に用いる光導電性部材は、物理的な継目を有する継目間領域92を含み、継目間領域は、複数のイメージ・オン・イメージ整合マークの1つ(89)を含む。複数の文書間領域90、84が、光導電性部材上に含まれ、プロセス制御マークが形成される。継目間領域がイメージとイメージの整合を監視するために用いられる一方で、プロセス制御マークが、印刷機のタイミングを調整してコピー媒体が光導電性部材上の画像の非同期配置に同期するために監視される。

Claims (4)
- 単一パス(1回通過)のマルチカラー印刷機において用いるための光導電性部材であって、
各々が前記光導電性部材上に記録されるべき画像を受け取る、複数の画像領域と、
物理的な継目を有する継ぎ目間領域であって、前記単一パスにおいて前記画像領域の1つに形成された特定のカラー画像に関連する、複数のイメージ・オン・イメージ整合マークの中の1つを含んでいる、前記継ぎ目間領域と、
プロセス制御マークを形成するための、複数の文書間領域とを備え、
前記継目間領域をイメージ・オン・イメージ整合に用いるとともに、前記プロセス制御マークを、コピー媒体が前記光導電性部材の前記画像領域上の画像の非同期の配置と同期するように前記印刷機のタイミングを調整するために監視する、
ことを特徴とする光導電性部材。 - 前記継目間領域が、さらに継目の前縁の非書き込み領域を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光導電性部材。
- 前記画像領域のすべてが同じ長さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光導電性部材。
- 前記継目間領域が前記文書間領域のいずれよりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光導電性部材。
