この発明は、水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物に関し、さらに詳しくは、安定性が良好で、ニキビ部分に塗布しやすく、肌に塗布した際に清涼感を有し、かつ高い保湿性を有する水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物に関する。

【従来の技術】
水性スティック状組成物は、携帯に便利であること、部分的に使用することが可能であること、使用時に高い清涼感が得られること、使用後のべたつき,ギラツキが少なく、あっさりとした使用感であること等から、様々な商品が上市,提案されている。

例えば、ヒドロコロイドとカラギーナンを含有する水性の固体化粧品組成物(特許文献1)、水と脂肪酸石鹸と油分と粉末を含有する固形状水中油型メーキャップ化粧料(特許文献2)、アルキル及び/またはアルケニルオリゴグリコシド、油性物質、及びノニオン性乳化剤を含有するスティック状の水性化粧品(特許文献3)等が開示されている。

しかしながら、これらのスティック状化粧料は、水溶性高分子を多量に含むため仕上がりが粉浮きする、保存中及び使用中に水分が蒸発しひび割れを生じる、使用後に皮膚が乾燥する、等の問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明においては、上記のような問題点を解決し、安定性が良好で、ニキビ部分に塗布しやすく、肌に塗布した際に清涼感を有し、かつ高い保湿性を有する水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物を提供することを目的とした。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するにあたり、種々検討を行ったところ、水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物において、角質軟化・剥離剤,殺菌剤,皮脂抑制・吸収剤,プロテアーゼ阻害剤,リパーゼ阻害剤,テストステロン5α−リダクターゼ阻害剤,ビタミンB6塩酸塩,スルフォ石炭酸塩,アルギニン及びその誘導体から選ばれる一種または二種以上と、水溶性多価アルコールと、高級脂肪酸塩と、水溶性高分子と、精製水とを含有する、水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物を配合することにより、安定性が良好で、ニキビ部分に塗布しやすく、肌に塗布した際に清涼感を有し、かつ高い保湿性を有する水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物が得られることを見いだし、本発明を完成するに至った。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を説明する。まずはじめに、抗アクネ有効成分として用いる、角質軟化・剥離剤,殺菌剤,皮脂抑制・吸収剤,プロテアーゼ阻害剤,リパーゼ阻害剤,テストステロン5α−リダクターゼ阻害剤,ビタミンB6塩酸塩,スルフォ石炭酸塩,アルギニン及びその誘導体について、説明する。

本発明において用いる角質軟化・剥離剤としては、ベタイン類、イオウまたはイオウ化合物、二硫化セレン、サリチル酸、尿素とそれらの誘導体及び塩のうち少なくとも一つであることが好ましい。角質軟化・剥離剤を配合することにより、皮膚に対して角化異常を抑制し、コメド形成の原因となる角栓を除去することができる。

角質軟化・剥離剤の水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物への配合量は、組成物全量に対して、0.0001〜10.0重量%が好ましく、0.001〜5.0重量%がより好ましい。0.0001重量%未満では所望の角質軟化・剥離効果が発揮され難いため好ましくない。また、10.0重量%を超えると溶解性が劣る傾向が顕著になり、製剤上好ましくなく、配合量に見合ったニキビ抑制効果の増大が認められない傾向にもなり好ましくない。

本発明において用いる殺菌剤としては、イオウまたはイオウ化合物、ヒノキチオール、トリクロサン、トリクロロカルバニリド、クロロヘキシジン塩酸塩、クロロヘキシジングルコン酸塩、ハロカルバン、クロロフェネシン、塩化ベンゼトニウム、塩化ベンザルコニウム、塩化リゾチーム、塩酸アルキルジアミノエチルグリシン、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、安息香酸、感光素201号、チモール、ヘキサクロロフェン、ベルベリン、チオキソロン、ユキノシタエキス、オウバクエキス、オウゴンエキスとそれらの誘導体及び塩のうち少なくとも一つであることが好ましい。殺菌剤を配合することにより、プロピオニバクテリウム アクネスの増殖を抑え、ニキビがひろがり悪化することを抑制することができる。

併用する抗菌・殺菌剤の配合量は、水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物全量に対して0.001〜10.0重量%が好ましく、0.01〜5.0重量%がより好ましい。0.001重量%未満では所望の殺菌効果が発揮されにくいため好ましくなく、10.0重量%を超えて配合しても配合量に見合ったニキビ抑制効果の増大が認められない傾向があり、好ましくない。

皮脂抑制・吸収剤としては、ゴボウエキス、油溶性ゴボウエキス、シャクヤクエキス、セージエキス、トウキンセンカエキス、ボダイジュエキス、ヤグルマギクエキス、塩酸ピリドキシン、ジカプリル酸ピリドキシン、ジパルミチン酸ピリドキシン、グリチルリチン酸ピリドキシン、ジラウリン酸ピリドキシン、トリパルミチン酸ピリドキシン、リン酸ピリドキサール、シクロデキストリン、マイカ、パール剤、タルク、酸化鉄、酸化チタンとそれらの誘導体及び塩のうち少なくとも一つであることが好ましい。皮脂抑制・吸収剤を配合することにより、皮膚に対して温和に過剰な皮脂の分泌を抑え、刺激の原因となる遊離脂肪酸を抑制することで、ニキビの増悪を抑制することができる。

併用する皮脂抑制・吸収剤の配合量は、水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物全量に対して0.001〜30.0重量%が好ましく、0.01〜10.0重量%がより好ましい。0.001重量%未満では所望の皮脂抑制・吸収作用の効果が発揮されにくいため好ましくなく、30.0重量%を超えて配合しても配合量に見合ったニキビ抑制効果の増大が認められない傾向があり、好ましくない。

本発明において用いるプロテアーゼ阻害剤としては、トラネキサム酸、グアニジノ安息香酸、p−アミノメチル安息香酸、グアニジン、アセタミド、ベンザミジン、アンチパイン、プラスミノストレプチン、ロイペプチン、アプロチニン、ウシ膵塩基性トリプシンインヒビター、大豆トリプシンインヒビター、トウモロコシプロテアーゼインヒビター、リマ豆プロテアーゼインヒビターとそれらの誘導体及び塩のうち少なくとも一つであることが好ましい。プロテアーゼ阻害剤を配合することにより、角質水分量を増加させ、経皮水分蒸散量を抑制し、皮膚そのものの抵抗力を高めることでニキビのできにくい肌に改善することができる。

併用するプロテアーゼ阻害剤の配合量は、水性スティック状抗アクネ用組成物全量に対して0.001〜20.0重量%が好ましく、0.01〜10.0重量%がより好ましい。0.001重量%未満では所望の肌荒れ抑制効果が発揮されにくいため好ましくなく、20.0重量%を超えて配合しても配合量に見合ったニキビ抑制効果の増大が認められない傾向があり、好ましくない。

本発明で用いるリパーゼ促進剤は、特に微生物性リパーゼに対して阻害活性を有しているものが好ましく、具体的には、ハッカ属植物抽出物,オトギリソウ属植物抽出物,キハダ属植物抽出物,イブキジャコウソウ属植物抽出物,ユーカリ属植物抽出物,クワ属植物抽出物,トクサ属植物抽出物,スノキ属植物抽出物,イラクサ属植物抽出物,シナノキ属植物抽出物,ニワトコ属植物抽出物,アマ属植物抽出物,フタバアオイ属植物抽出物,アシアサルム属植物抽出物,ミカン属植物抽出物が例示される。

ハッカ属(Mentha L.)植物は、シソ科(Labiatae)に属する双子葉植物であり、特にその種類は限定されず、イエハッカ(Mentha arvens L. var. piperascens Malinv.; Mentha haplocalyx Briq. var. piperascens (Malinv.) Wu et Li),ベルガモットミント(Mentha aquatica L. ; Mentha citrata Ehrh.),ハッカ(Mentha haplocalyx Briq.),ホースミント(Mentha longifolia (L.) Huds. ; Menthasylvestris L.),セイヨウハッカ(Mentha piperita L.),ペニローヤルミント(Mentha pulegium L.),ミドリハッカ(Mentha spicata L. ; Mentha viridis L.)等が例示される。これらのハッカ属植物の中でも、微生物性リパーゼ阻害作用の点から、イエハッカ(Mentha arvens L. var. piperascens Malinv.; Mentha haplocalyx Briq. var. piperascens (Malinv.) Wu et Li)及びハッカ(Mentha haplocalyx Briq.)から選択される1種又は2種の抽出物を用いることが好ましい。全草若しくは、花,葉,茎,根等各部位を用いることができるが、全草若しくは葉を用いることが特に好ましい。

オトギリソウ属(Hypericum L.)植物は、オトギリソウ科(Guttiferae)に属する双子葉植物であり、特にその種類は限定されず、トモエソウ(Hypericum ascyronL.),ビヨウヤナギ(Hypericum chinense L. var. salicifolia (Sieb. et Zucc.) Choisy),オトギリソウ(Hypericum erectum L.),ヒメオトギリ(Hypericum japonicum Thunb.),キンシバイ(Hypericum patulum Thunb.),セイヨウオトギリ(Hypericum perforatum L.)等が例示される。これらのオトギリソウ属植物の中でも、微生物性リパーゼ阻害作用の点から、オトギリソウ(Hypericum erectum L.)及びセイヨウオトギリ(hypericum perforatum L.)から選択される1種又は2種を用いることが好ましい。全草若しくは、花,葉,茎,根等各部位を用いることができるが、全草若しくは葉,花を用いることが特に好ましい。

キハダ属(Phellodendron Rupr.)は、ミカン科(Rutaceae)キハダ属(Phellodendron Rupr.)に属する双子葉植物で、特にその種類は問わないが、生薬「黄蘗」の基原植物である、キハダ(Phellodendron amurense Rupr.)を用いる事が好ましい。花,葉,茎,根,樹皮,根皮等の各部位を用いることができるが、樹皮を用いることが特に好ましい。

イブキジャコウソウ属(Thymus L.)は、シソ科(Labiatae)に属する双子葉植物で、特にその種類は問わないが、イブキジャコウソウ(Thymus serphyllum L. subsp. quinquecostatua (Aelak.) Kitamura),ヨウシュイブキジャコウソウ(Thymus serphyllum L. subsp. quinquecostatua (Aelak.) Kitamura subsp. serphyllum),タチジャコウソウ(Thymus vulgaris L.)等が例示される。これらのイブキジャコウソウ属植物の中でも、微生物性リパーゼ阻害作用の点から、タチジャコウソウウ(Thymus vulgaris L.)を用いることが好ましい。全草若しくは、花,葉,茎,根等各部位を用いることができるが、全草若しくは葉を用いることが特に好ましい。

ユーカリ属(Eucalyptus L’Herit)は、フトモモ科(Myrtaceae) に属する双子葉植物であり葉から採取されるユーカリ油は薬用,殺虫剤,香料に用いられ、その主要成分はシネオールである。 ユーカリノキ(Eucalyptus)属植物としては、まずユーカリノキ(Eucalyptus globulus Labill.)及びその近縁植物が挙げられ、生薬「ユーカリ油」(Oleum Eucalypti)の基原植物である。近縁植物としては、ユーカリプタス ポリブラクテア(Eucalyptus polybractea R. T. Baker),ユーカリプタス ディベス(Eucalyptus dives Schauer.)が挙げられる。その他、レモンユーカリ(Eucalyptus citriodora Hook.),ユーカリプタス ピペリタ(Eucalyptus piperita Sm.),ユーカリプタス グンニイ(Eucalyptus gunnii Hook. fil.),ユーカリプタス マカルツリ(Eucalyptus macarthuriDecne. Et Maiden),ユーカリプタス ロストラタ(Eucalyptus rostrata Schlecht.),ユーカリプタス スタイゲリアナ(Eucalyptus staigeriana F. v. M.)等も用いることができる。葉,枝,樹皮,花,果実等の各部位及び全木を用いることができるが、葉を用いることが好ましい。

クワ属(Morus L.)は、クワ科(Moraceae)に属する双子葉植物であり、特にその種類は問わないが、マグワ(Morus alba L. ; Morus atropurpure Roxb.),シマグワ(Morus australis Poir. ; Morus acidosa Griff.),ヤマグワ(Morus bombycis Koidz. ; Morus alba L. var. stylosa Bur. ; Morus japonica Bailey nonSieb.),ハチジョウグワ(Morus lagayamae Koidz.),ログワ(Morus latifolia (Bur.) Poir. ; Morus alba L. var. latifolia Bur. ; Morus multicaulis Perr. ; Morus alba L. var. multicaulis Loud.),モウコグワ(Morus mongolica (Bur.) Schneid. ; Morus alba var. mongolica Bur.),クロミグワ(Morus nigraL.),アカミグワ(Morus rubra L.)等が例示される。これらのクワ属植物の中では、原料供給の面から、マグワ(Morus alba L. ; Morus atropurpure Roxb.)若しくはヤマグワ(Morus bombycis Koidz. ; Morus alba L. var. stylosa Bur. ;Morus japonica Bailey non Sieb.)、及びこれらの栽培用の品種を用いることが好ましい。クワ属植物から抽出物を得る際の使用部位は、葉が好ましい。

トクサ属(Equisetum L.)は、トクサ科(Equisetaeae)に属するシダ植物であり、特にその種類は問わず、たとえばスギナ(Equisetum arvense L.)、トクサ(Equiswtum hyemale L.)、及びイヌドクサ(Equisetum ramosissimum Desf.)が、例示される。全草若しくは、根を除く全草,葉,茎,根等各部位を用いることができるが、根を除く全草を用いることが特に好ましい。

スノキ属(Vaccinium L.)は、ツツジ科(Ericaceae)に属する双子葉植物であり、特にその種類は問わず、たとえばローブッシュ・ブルーベリー(Vacciniu m anguistifolium Ait.),ラビットアイ・ブルーベリー(Vaccinium ashei Reade.),ハイブッシュ・ブルーベリー(Vaccinium australe Small),シャシャンボ(Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.),ウスノキ(Vaccinium hirtum Thunb.),アクシバ(Vaccinium japonicum Miq.),クランベリー(Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait.),ビルベリー(Vaccinium myrtillus L.),ナツハゼ(Vaccinium oldhami L.),イワツツジ(Vaccinium praestans Lamb.),スノキ(Vaccinium smallii A. Gray var. glabrum Koidz.),クロマメノキ(Vaccinium uliginosumL.),コケモモ(Vaccinium vitis−idea L.)などが例示される。全草若しくは、葉,茎,花,果実等各部位を用いる事ができるが、果実を用いる事が好ましい。また、そのリパーゼ阻害作用の点から、コケモモを用いる事が好ましい。

イラクサ属(Urtica L.)植物は、イラクサ科(Urticaceae)に属する双子葉植物であり、特にその種類は限定されないが、イラクサ(Urtica thunbergiana Sieb.et Zucc.),ホソバイラクサ(Urtica angustifolia Fisch. et Zucc.),アサノハイラクサ(Urtica cannabina L.),セイヨウイラクサ(Urtica dioica L.),エゾイラクサ(Urtica platyphylla Wedd.),イヌイラクサ(Urtica urense L.)等が例示される。これらのイラクサ属植物の中でも、その効果の点からイラクサ(Urtica thunbergiana Sieb. et Zucc.)及びセイヨウイラクサ(Urtica dioica L.)から選択される1種又は2種を用いることが好ましい。全草若しくは、花,葉,茎,果実,根等各部位を用いることができるが、全草若しくは根,葉を用いることが特に好ましい。

シナノキ属(Tilia L.)は、シナノキ科植物(Tiliaceae)に属する双子葉植物であり、その種類は特に限定されないが、アメリカシナノキ(Tilia americana L. ; Tilia glabra Vent.),フユボダイジュ(Tilia cordata Mill. ; Tilia ulmifolia Scop. ; Tilia parvifolia Ehrh.),セイヨウシナノキ(Tilia europaea L.),シナノキ(Tilia japonica (Miq.) Simonk.),ヘラノキ(Tilia kiusiana Makino et Shiras.),オオバボダイジュ(Tilia maximowicziana Shiras.),ボダイジュ(Tilia miqueliana Maxim.),ナツボダイジュ(Tilia platyphyllos Scop. ;Tilia grandifolia Ehrh.)が例示される。これらのシナノキ属植物の中でもその効果の点からフユボダイジュ(Tilia cordata Mill. ; Tilia ulmifolia Scop.; Tilia parvifolia Ehrh.),セイヨウシナノキ(Tilia europaea L.),ナツボダイジュ(Tilia platyphyllos Scop. ; Tilia grandifolia Ehrh.)から選択される1種又は2種以上を用いることが好ましい。花,葉,茎,根等の各部位を用いることができるが、葉若しくは花を用いることが特に好ましい。

ニワトコ属(Sambucus L.)植物は、スイカズラ科(Caprifoliceae)に属する双子葉植物であり、その種類は特に限定されないが、アメリカニワトコ(Sambucus canadensis L.),クサニワトコ(Sambucus javanica Reinw. ex Bl. subsp. chinensis ; Sambucus chinensis Lindl.),セイヨウニワトコ(Sambucus nigra L.),ニワトコ(Sambucus racemosa L. subsp. sieboldiana (Miq.) Hara),トウニワトコ(Sambucus williamsii Hanse)等が例示される。これらのニワトコ属植物の中でも、セイヨウニワトコ(Sambucus nigra L.)及びニワトコ(Sambucus racemosa L. subsp. sieboldiana (Miq.) Hara)から選択される1種又は2種を用いることが好ましい。果実,花,葉,茎,根等の各部位を用いることができるが、果実,葉若しくは花を用いることが特に好ましい。

アマ属(Linium L.)植物は、アマ科(Linaceae)の一年生、二年生、又は多年生草本で、繊維や種子、種子油が利用されている。本発明においては、その美白効果の点からアマ(Linium usitatissimum L.)の種子であるアマニン(Lini Semen)からの抽出物を用いることが好ましい。かかる種子は、そのまま若しくは脱脂処理した残さを用いることができる。

フタバアオイ属(Asarum L.)及びアシアサルム属(Asiasarum L.)は、ウマノスズグサ科(Aristrochiaceae)の双子葉植物で、フタバアオイ(Asarum caulescens Maxim.),カナダサイシン(Asarum canadensis Mich.),アサラバッカ(Asarum europaeum L.)等のフタバアオイ属(Asarum L.)植物、ウスバサイシン(Asiasarum Sieboldii Miq.),オクエゾサイシン(Asiasarum heterotropoides Fr. Schum.),ケイリンサイシン(Asiasarum heterotropoides Fr. Schum. var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitagawa)等のアシアサルム属(Asiasarum L.)植物を用いることができ、その効果の点から、フタバアオイ(Asarum caulescens Maxim.)及びウスバサイシン(Asiasarum Sieboldii Miq.)から選択される1種又は2種を用いることが好ましい。全草,葉,茎,根等の各部位を用いることができるが、根を用いることが好ましい。

本発明においては、上記植物は生のまま抽出に供してもよいが、抽出効率を考えると、細切,乾燥,粉砕等の処理を行った後に抽出を行うことが好ましい。抽出は、抽出溶媒に浸漬して行う。抽出効率を上げるため撹拌を行ったり、抽出溶媒中でホモジナイズしてもよい。抽出温度としては、5℃程度から抽出溶媒の沸点以下の温度とするのが適切である。抽出時間は抽出溶媒の種類や抽出温度によっても異なるが、4時間〜2週間程度とするのが適切である。

抽出溶媒としては、水の他、メタノール,エタノール,プロパノール,イソプロパノール等の低級アルコール、1,3−ブチレングリコール,プロピレングリコール,ジプロピレングリコール,グリセリン等の多価アルコール、エチルエーテル,プロピルエーテル等のエーテル類、酢酸エチル,酢酸ブチル等のエステル類、アセトン,エチルメチルケトン等のケトン類などの極性有機溶媒を用いることができ、これらより1種又は2種以上を選択して用いる。また、生理食塩水,リン酸緩衝液,リン酸緩衝生理食塩水等を用いてもよい。抽出の際の植物と溶媒との比率は特に限定されないが、植物1に対して溶媒0.1〜1000重量倍、特に抽出操作,効率の点で、0.5〜100重量倍が好ましい。
