Abstract
Description
【0001】

"Variable display" refers to a case where the identification information sequentially changes, for example, a case where a pattern "7" which is one identification information changes to a pattern "8" which is another identification information, or a case where the pattern "9" changes to another pattern. In addition to the case where the identification information moves and is displayed while one identification information is displayed in the display area where the identification information can be displayed, for example, when one symbol ""7" moves while being displayed in the display area.
The “variable display result” refers to a display that has been stopped and displayed after the identification information has been variably displayed as described above. When the variable display result has a specific display mode, a predetermined game value is given. Will be. The game value can be, for example, a game ball. The game value is obtained, for example, by storing data equivalent to the number of game balls in a RAM (Random Access Memory) or the like of the control unit. It may be provided.
The “specific display mode” refers to a predetermined variable display result, and examples of the specific display mode include “7”-“7”-“7”. When the variable display result has the specific display mode, a predetermined game value is given.
[0025]
The “variable display unit” refers to a unit capable of variably displaying a plurality of types of identification information. When the variable display result on the variable display section has a predetermined specific display mode, a predetermined game value is given.
Specifically, for example, the variable display unit includes a screen showing a variable display game in which at least a plurality of variable symbols are displayed from the start of the variable display until the plurality of variable symbols are stopped and displayed as one game. The image is displayed. Further, on the screen image, in addition to the image indicating the variable display game, an effect image including a still image, a moving image, and the like may be displayed. The variable display section is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include those formed of a plastic liquid crystal or a liquid crystal panel.
[0026]
A “liquid crystal panel” is a liquid crystal layer, an alignment film provided on both sides thereof, a transparent electrode, a color filter, and the like (hereinafter, also referred to as a liquid crystal layer and the like) sandwiched between two glass substrates and two glass substrates. A substrate in which a polarizing plate or the like is provided on the outer surface of a substrate and which can display an image.
The liquid crystal panel used in the ball game machine of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a conventionally known liquid crystal panel can be used.
[0027]
Further, the “plastic liquid crystal” refers to a liquid crystal panel in which a liquid crystal layer or the like is sandwiched by a plastic substrate instead of a glass substrate.
The plastic liquid crystal used in the ball game machine of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a conventionally known plastic liquid crystal can be used.
In the present invention, which of the liquid crystal panel and the plastic liquid crystal is used is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected in consideration of, for example, manufacturing cost, impact resistance, and the like. is there.
Hereinafter, a case where a liquid crystal panel or a plastic liquid crystal is provided as the variable display unit will be described. In the present invention, the liquid crystal panel and the plastic liquid crystal are collectively referred to as a liquid crystal panel or the like.
[0028]
The size of the liquid crystal panel or the like provided in the ball game machine of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as a player can visually recognize an image displayed on the liquid crystal panel. Since the area where the obstacle nail can be implanted on the game board becomes small and the path where the game ball falls is limited, the movement of the game ball becomes monotonous. The position where the liquid crystal panel or the like is provided is not particularly limited as long as it can be provided on the front surface of the game board or can be fitted into a part of the game board. The position and size of the liquid crystal panel and the like can be appropriately set in consideration of, for example, the area where the obstacle nail is planted, the size of the effect image and the screen image showing the variable display game, the manufacturing cost, and the like. It is. In addition, the number of liquid crystal panels and the like provided in the ball game machine of the present invention is not necessarily one, and a plurality of liquid crystal panels and the like may be provided.
The driving method of the liquid crystal panel or the like according to the present invention is not particularly limited, and various conventionally known driving methods such as an active matrix driving method, a passive matrix driving method, and a dynamic driving method can be used. .
[0029]
In the present specification, a “picture” refers to a combination of a pattern and a color, and a “picture film” refers to a film on which the above-described pattern is drawn on the front surface and / or the back surface.
In addition, only the above-mentioned pattern may be drawn on the picture film, or only the above-mentioned color may be drawn. Also, letters, numbers, symbols, etc. may be drawn on the picture film. Further, the pattern drawn on the pattern film may partially transmit light or may block all light.
In the present invention, a method of forming a pattern on a pattern film is not particularly limited, and a printing layer may be formed on a transparent film by gravure printing or the like, or a seal or the like on which the pattern is drawn may be attached to the film. May be attached.
[0030]
The position where the picture film is provided is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the picture film is provided in front of the position where the light source is provided. This is because the light emitted from the light source can efficiently reach the picture film.
The method of arranging the picture film is not particularly limited, and may be attached to the front of a transparent substrate constituting a game board, or inserted into the vicinity of the front of the transparent substrate. A portion may be formed and inserted into the picture film insertion portion, but it is preferable that the portion is attached to the front surface of the transparent substrate. This is because attaching the pattern film to the transparent substrate can be performed relatively easily.
[0031]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the picture film has an opening formed in a portion located in front of the variable display section. This is because the player can clearly see the effect image and the like displayed on the variable display unit.
[0032]
In the present invention, it is also preferable that the picture film has a substantially transparent non-picture drawing area in which no picture is drawn in a portion located in front of the variable display section. This is because the player can clearly see the effect image and the like displayed on the variable display unit. Here, the substantially transparent state means that the non-pattern drawing area is transparent to the extent that the image displayed on the variable display unit can be clearly seen through the picture film, The visible light transmittance is preferably at least 30%, more preferably at least 50%.
[0033]
The material of the transparent substrate constituting the game board of the pachinko gaming machine of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably made of resin. This is because it is possible to implant the obstacle nail on the surface relatively easily. The thickness of the transparent substrate is desirably 4 to 6 mm. If the thickness is less than 4 mm, the thickness is too thin and the strength is poor, and when the obstacle nail is planted in the game board, the game board may be broken. Too thick and inferior in economics. The thickness of the transparent substrate is more preferably 5 mm. When implanting the obstacle nail, it is desirable that the length of the portion of the obstacle nail embedded in the transparent substrate is 2 to 4 mm. If it is less than 2 mm, the angle of the implanted nail may be changed due to collision with the game ball, and if it is more than 4 mm, it is too deep and the transparent substrate may be cracked. It is. The length of the portion of the obstacle nail embedded in the transparent substrate is more preferably 3 mm.
[0034]
The method of implanting the obstacle nails on the game board as described above is not particularly limited, but, for example, an obstacle is mounted on a transparent substrate serving as a game board by a nailing machine (for example, an air nailing machine or the like). It is possible to use a method of implanting nails. When implanting an obstacle nail on a transparent substrate by this method, it is desirable to previously form a pilot hole at a position where the obstacle nail is implanted. This is because the occurrence of cracks and the like in the transparent substrate can be prevented, and the defective product occurrence rate can be reduced.
[0035]
As a method of implanting an obstacle nail on a game board, for example, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a resin material (for example, polyvinyl chloride) that can implant an obstacle nail relatively easily is used. Obstacle nails 66 are implanted in a base material made of a soft resin material such as resin) to form
[0036]
7A shows a
According to the method as shown in FIG. 7, it is possible to more reliably prevent the occurrence of cracks or the like in the transparent substrate, and it is possible to further reduce the defective product occurrence rate.
[0037]
The “light source” refers to a source that emits light, and examples thereof include a cold cathode fluorescent tube, a hot cathode fluorescent tube, electroluminescence (EL), and a light emitting diode (hereinafter, referred to as an LED). it can.
In the present invention, the number of the light sources provided on the game board is not particularly limited as long as it is one or more. One light source may be provided on each of the upper and lower parts of the game board, May be provided. The light emitted from the light source may be white light or colored light. The position where the light source is provided is not particularly limited as long as light can be emitted from the side of the game board toward the center of the game board. It is desirable to be provided on the side. Since light can be efficiently incident on the game board, the picture film can be made brighter, and an image can be efficiently displayed on a liquid crystal panel or the like.
[0038]
The “protective layer” is a layer provided on the front of the game board including the variable display section and protecting the variable display section and the game board. The material of the protective layer is not particularly limited, but is preferably made of a soft resin. This is because an impact or the like when a game ball collides can be reduced. The method for providing the protective layer on the front of the game board is not particularly limited, and a film made of a soft resin or the like may be attached to the front of the game board, or a soft resin or the like may be applied to the front of the game board. However, a method of attaching a film made of a soft resin or the like to the front of the game board is desirable. This is because the film can be relatively easily attached to the front surface of the game board.
The protective layer is desirably substantially transparent. This is because the player can clearly see the effect image displayed on the variable display section, the pattern drawn on the game board, and the like. Here, the substantially transparent state is such that the effect image displayed on the variable display unit, and the pattern drawn on the game board can be clearly recognized through the protective layer. In addition, it means that the protective layer is transparent, the visible light transmittance is desirably 30% or more, and more desirably 50% or more.
[0039]
The `` government '' is a device provided in a ball-and-ball game machine, a part of which is openable and closable, and which can provide a certain profit to a player by satisfying a predetermined condition, for example, In a pachinko gaming machine, an attacker having a shutter and a special winning opening that is opened intermittently by opening and closing the shutter when in the big hit game state can be cited.
[0040]
In the present invention, it is preferable that a notifying unit for notifying that the accessory is being opened is provided inside or near the accessory. This is because the player can easily notice that the accessory has opened. As a method of performing the notification, for example, in a pachinko gaming device, during a jackpot game, when the special winning opening is in an open state, a method of blinking or lighting a decorative lamp or the like provided inside or near the special winning opening, etc. Can be mentioned.
At this time, the decorative lamp and a control unit that transmits a command signal for turning on or off the decorative lamp and supplies power functions as a notification unit.
[0041]
The "winning opening" is a member provided on the game board so that a game ball can enter, and this member has an opening through which the game ball can enter. When a game ball enters the opening, the game ball is paid out with a predetermined payout number (for example, 5 balls). In the present invention, it is preferable that the winning opening includes a substantially transparent resin member. When the light from the light source is applied to the winning opening, the winning opening appears to shine. Further, since the edge of the winning opening shines more strongly than other portions, the player can clearly recognize the position of the winning opening.
In addition, the above substantially transparent means that a member constituting the winning opening is transparent to the extent that the player can clearly see the light from the light source applied to the winning opening.

【The invention's effect】
According to the ball game machine of the present invention, the game board is composed of a transparent substrate disposed so that the pattern can be visually recognized from the front on the pattern film on which the pattern is drawn, and the variable display section is provided with the game A light source is provided on the front of the board or fitted into a part of the game board, and irradiates light from a side portion of the game board toward a center portion of the game board. When a light is applied from the light source, a part of the light travels toward the front of the game board, and another part of the light plays the game. It progresses toward the reflective film provided on the back of the board. Light incident on the reflective film is reflected by the reflective film and travels toward the front of the game board, and a part of the light is incident on the back of a variable display unit such as a liquid crystal panel. Thus, when viewed from the front of the game board, part or all of the picture film disposed on the game board appears to be shining, and light is supplied to a variable display section such as a liquid crystal panel. Can display an image. As a result, the attention of the player can be directed to the pattern drawn on the game board, and a liquid crystal panel without a backlight used only for displaying an image on a liquid crystal panel or the like can be provided. In addition, the thickness of the pachinko gaming device can be reduced.
[0070]
Further, for example, by using a light source capable of continuously irradiating white light and a light source capable of intermittently irradiating a plurality of colored lights as the light source, a stable image can be displayed on the liquid crystal panel. At the same time, it is possible to draw the player's attention and to perform a bold and diverse effect using the entire game board. Therefore, the player can enjoy the effect of the entire game board including the liquid crystal panel, and can enjoy the game for a long time without feeling tired.
