Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the structure of assembling-type storage furniture, and more specifically, connects a structural shelf to an upper and lower part of a frame constituted by a pair of left and right side plates and a base plate and a top plate to vertically move a storage space. The present invention relates to a structure of prefabricated storage furniture that can be formed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an assembly type cabinet, as a configuration in which a plurality of intermediate shelf plates are arranged between a pair of left and right side plates and a main plate and a top plate, a vertically long shelf receiving member is screwed to the inner surface of the pair of left and right outer plates, A configuration is known in which left and right side edges of a shelf board are inserted and supported in locking slots at the same height of a shelf receiving member (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In addition, a pair of front and rear shelf-length frame pillars is fixed to the inner surfaces of a pair of left and right side plates in the assembling cabinet, and a long shelf support bar is fixed horizontally between the front and rear pair of frame pillars. (Refer to Patent Document 2).
[0004]
Furthermore, as a prefabricated storage body having a high strength frame structure that is easy to manufacture, store, transport, and dismantle, the top plate, the base plate, and the left and right side plates each have an outer wall portion, and an outer wall portion inside the outer wall portion. It includes a hollow reinforcing portion that cooperates and extends in its length direction. A corner connecting member that connects the left and right ends of the top plate and the base plate to the upper and lower ends of the left and right side plates is a fitting piece that extends in a direction orthogonal to the base plate having a length substantially equal to the depth dimension of the top plate, the base plate, and the side plate. It is known that the fitting piece is fitted into the hollow portion of the reinforcing portion and then fixed with a fastening screw (Patent Document 3).

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the prefabricated storage furniture described in Patent Literature 1, the depth of the shelf is formed shorter than the depth of the shelf (top plate, ground plate), and two sliding doors are arranged on the front of the furniture. For this purpose, a long rail is formed integrally with the front edge of the top plate and the base plate in the frontage direction so that the inner surface of the sliding door does not interfere with the front edge of the shelf board. It was not a configuration to attach a door.
[0007]
Further, in Patent Document 2, in order to arrange sliding doors on the upper and lower front sides of the intermediate fixed shelf, a sill rail is formed on the front side of the upper surface of the main plate, and a Kamoi rail is formed on the front side of the lower surface of the top plate. Since the sill member and the sill member are fixed to the front edge of the door, the number of parts increases, and the door of the opening / closing door or the drawer cannot be arranged on the front side of the furniture.
[0008]
Further, in each of Patent Documents 1 and 2, since the left and right side edges of the back plate are dropped into the vertically elongated grooves on the inner surfaces of the pair of left and right side plates and locked, the main plate, the top plate, and the left and right side plates are framed. There is also a problem that the back plate cannot be detachably attached later after being assembled to the body.
[0009]
In the prefabricated storage furniture of Patent Literature 3, since the base plate, the top plate, and the side plate are merely flat, when mounting a back plate for covering the back of the furniture, the back plate is attached to the top plate, the base plate, and the side plate. It must be fixed by directly contacting the vertical surface of each trailing edge, and by screwing it to the thickness of the plate, so that the four peripheral edges of the rear plate are exposed to the outside. Therefore, there is a problem that the appearance becomes worse if the surface of the plate thickness portion on the four peripheral edges is not cleanly decorated, and the depth dimension as furniture increases by the plate thickness of the back plate.
[0010]
Furthermore, even when a drawer is arranged in the storage section of the furniture, the end plate of the drawer projects to the front of the furniture by the thickness of the drawer and is exposed. Was.
[0011]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an assembling-type storage furniture having an excellent appearance in which a back plate, a drawer end plate, and an opening / closing door can be mounted so as not to protrude from the rear and front surfaces of the furniture.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

[0053]
After the outer plate 2, the middle plate 3, the main plate 4, and the top plate 5 are assembled by the end connecting member 6 and the additional connecting member 7 as described above, the main plate 4, the top plate 5, the central reinforcing frame 16 of the outer plate 2 and the central fitting pieces 33b and 43b are fixed at the place of the dish-shaped concave portion 53, and the reinforcing portion 21 constituting the central fitting portion 23 also for the middle side plate 3; The central fitting pieces 33a and 43a are fixed with fastening screws 50 at 53 places of the dish-shaped concave portion with the central reinforcing frame 22. In this way, a large number of storage units can be added in a horizontal row. End connecting members 6 are attached to both ends in the frontage direction of the base plate 4 and the top plate 5 to be added last.
[0054]
Therefore, when a plurality of storage sections are added laterally, the fitting pieces of the connecting member for connecting the middle side plate to the top plate and the end of the main plate are L-shaped and T-shaped at the end of each plate. Since it fits into the hollow end fitting portion of the shape, there is an effect that the appearance is clean and strong without any displacement between the plates, and it can be securely attached and detached and the assembling work is facilitated.
[0055]
Further, the connecting member is an end connecting member that connects the upper and lower ends of the outer plates and the left end or the right end of the base plate and the top plate, and the upper and lower ends of the middle plate and the left end or the right end of the base plate and the top plate. It is composed of a connecting member for end and a connecting member for increasing the number of stations to be used in a back-to-back manner to connect the two. Can be added.
[0056]
Further, the outer plate, the base plate, and the top plate have a hollow center fitting portion at a middle part in the front-rear direction of the storage furniture, which protrudes inward and is opened toward an end of each plate. The side plate has a central fitting portion projecting from both left and right side surfaces thereof and opening up and down, and the end connecting member and the additional connecting member are arranged on a base extending along the front-rear direction of each plate. The front and rear longitudinal fitting pieces to be fitted to the center fitting portion and the end fitting pieces to be fitted to the respective end fitting portions are formed so as to protrude in directions orthogonal to each other. Since the central fitting piece of the member is fitted into the central fitting portion of each plate, the assembling strength is further enhanced. If the base plate, the top plate, the outer plate and the middle plate, and the two connecting members are formed in a symmetrical shape in the depth direction of the storage furniture, the two connecting members can be shared via the four corners of each plate, and the number of parts can be significantly increased. The effect is that it can be reduced to a small amount.
[0057]
Since the central fitting portions and the central fitting pieces at the ends of the plates 2 to 5 extending in directions orthogonal to each other are fastened and fixed by fastening screws, the assembling strength of the storage furniture is further enhanced. Since the fastening screw is located inside the storage furniture, it has an effect of having a good appearance.
[0058]
Next, a description will be given of the work of attaching the structural shelf board 70. In advance, the inner reinforcing frames 16 and 22 and the reinforcing section 21 and the front and rear end step sections 11 and 12 among the inner surfaces of the outer panel 2 and the middle panel 3 are described in advance. Of the optional mounting frames 29a (up to 29d) having a U-shaped cross section, an appropriate one is mounted and fixed, and the surfaces of the central reinforcing frames 16, 22 or the reinforcing portion 21 and the surfaces of the mounting frames 29a to 29d are the same. Keep it flat.
[0059]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 (a), 1 (b) and 13, the storage space 86 having a pair of upper and lower structural shelves 70, 70 opened between the front and rear surfaces of the storage furniture 1. In order to achieve this, the rear edge member 84 is attached to the rear end step 80 of each structural shelf 70 in advance. Each structural shelf 70 is arranged between the inner surfaces of the outer plate 2 and the middle plate 3, and the support pieces 82 at the left and right ends thereof are brought into contact with the surface of the mounting frame 29 a (〜29 d). In this case, as shown in FIG. 12, a head screw 85 for locking is fastened to the surface of the mounting frame 29a (-29d), and the support piece 82 of each structural shelf 70 is attached to the shaft of the head screw 85. By locking the locking groove 83, the structural shelf 70 can be firmly attached without being displaced in the front-rear direction and can be easily removed.
[0060]
In order to form the upper surfaces of the structural shelves 70, 70 into a planar shape, an optional cross section is provided in a concave portion between the central reinforcing frame 73, the front reinforcing frame 75, and the rear end step 80 of the structural shelf 70. What is necessary is just to fit the mounting frame 29a of character shape.
[0061]
1 (a), 1 (b), 5 (a) to 5 (d), 10 (a) to 10 (c) and FIG. As shown in FIG. 13, stepped front end steps 11 and 24 and rear end step sections have a low height on the outside (front and rear end sides of the storage furniture) and a high height on the back side (inside) of the storage section. Since an enclosing frame is formed with 12, 25, a depth dimension D1 of the enclosing frame (FIGS. 1 (a), 1 (b), The opening / closing door 60 and the back plate 61 having substantially the same thickness as those of FIGS. 2, 3, 5 and 10) and the drawer end plate 66 and the sliding door 67 are respectively replaced with the outer plate 2, the middle plate 3, the main plate 4, It can be arranged so as not to protrude from the front and rear end surfaces of the top plate 5.
[0062]
Among the embodiments in which the back plate 61 is fixed in the back opening of the storage furniture 1, FIG. 10 (a) shows a case in which the periphery of the metal plate material of the back plate 61 is bent inward and the surrounding frame 62 is lowered with screws 63. It is fastened to the front end 14 of the height (front end step 24, rear end step 25). In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 10B and 10C, a covering material 64 such as a cloth is attached to only the outer surface of the back plate 61 or the peripheral frame 62.
[0063]
As shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 10A, a U-shaped bent portion 65 is formed on one side edge of the four peripheral edges of the back plate 61, and this bent portion 65 is formed on the outer plate 2, the ground plate 4, and the top plate. The plate 5 and the middle side plate 3 can be engaged with the tall stepped portions 15 (the front and rear end reinforcing frames 26 and the bent portions 20a) to omit the screws 63 at the above-described locations.
[0064]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 and 14, the rear plate 61 is disposed so as to abut the rear edge of the pair of upper and lower structural shelves 70, 70. By removing the rear edge member 84 from the rear end step portion 80 in advance, the width dimension (D3) of the structural shelf 70 is shorter than the width dimension D of the outer panel 2 and the middle panel 3 by D1. After assembling, the rear plate 61 can be mounted so as to fit into the rear end steps 12, 25 of the outer plate 2 and the middle plate 3, and can be easily removed.
[0065]
As shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 14, by attaching the structural shelf 70 having the above-described structure to the middle part of the outer plate 2 and the middle plate 3 in the vertical direction, the strength of the assemblable storage furniture is further improved. The left and right ends of the structural shelf 70 and the members on the inner surfaces of the outer plate 2 and the middle plate 3 may be firmly and fixedly attached via separate mounting brackets or bolts (screw). When the storage space is not increased horizontally (in the case of unit storage furniture), the structural shelf 70 is of course attached between the left and right outer plates 2, 2. Therefore, in the present invention, the side plate includes a combination of both the outer plate 2 and the middle plate 3.
[0066]
