Description

Assembled storage furniture
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an assembled storage furniture in which an accessory member is attached to a housing formed by assembling a plurality of plate members.
Background
In the case of constructing an assembled storage furniture suitable for bulk mounting (knock down) or the like, for example, patent document 1 discloses an assembled storage furniture in which a plurality of panels are assembled as a structure of an assembled panel. The assembled storage furniture is configured as a box-shaped housing by connecting left and right side plates, a bottom plate, a top plate, and a back plate to each other, and is opened at the front surface thereof so as to be able to enter the inside from the front.
Further, in order to change the appearance of the storage furniture and/or add a function thereto, patent document 2 discloses a structure in which a cosmetic material and/or a rail member for supporting a sliding door are mounted on a box-shaped housing. That is, the decorative member and/or the rail member includes an attachment piece as an attachment auxiliary member, and the attachment piece is attached to the lateral reinforcement formed on the lower surfaces of the top plate and the floor (bottom plate). In addition, a structure is also disclosed in which a hinge member (hinge device) for supporting a swing door (side hung door) is similarly attached to the front surface.
In this way, in the structure disclosed in patent document 2, the attachment to the ceiling panel and/or the bottom panel can be performed by attaching additional members such as a decorative member, a rail member, and a swing door by using the lateral reinforcement.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the structure of patent document 2, in order to attach the accessory member, it is necessary to perform hole processing or the like for screw fastening on the lateral reinforcement, and therefore, the strength of the lateral reinforcement is reduced, and the strength of the top plate and/or the bottom plate reinforced by the lateral reinforcement is reduced. Therefore, it is considered that the top plate and/or the bottom plate itself is deformed by an external force applied to the accompanying member.
Further, since a large force and/or a large rotational moment act in various directions depending on the additional member, it is considered that an excessive force acts on a connecting portion between the top plate and/or the bottom plate and the side plate, the entire housing is largely deformed, a gap is generated between the members, and the support of the additional member becomes unstable.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems effectively, and more particularly, an object of the present invention is to provide an assembled storage furniture which can stably support an attached component while suppressing deformation of the entire housing even when a large external force acts on the attached component.
Means for solving the problems
To achieve the object, the present invention adopts the following means.
That is, the present invention provides an assembled storage furniture including left and right side plates, a bottom plate, and a top plate, the assembled storage furniture further including: reinforcements provided to the side plates, the bottom plate, and the top plate, respectively; and a connecting portion that connects the adjacent side plates and the top plate and the side plates and the reinforcing members of the bottom plate to each other, wherein the reinforcing members are connected to each other by the connecting portion to form a box-shaped case, and the additional member is attached to the case by at least one of the connecting portions.
With this configuration, the reinforcing members provided in the side plates, the top plate, and the bottom plate are connected by the connecting portions to form the box-shaped case, and the additional member is attached by at least one of the connecting members, whereby the structure for attaching the additional member can be simplified and the number of components can be reduced. In addition, the overall strength can be further improved by reducing the number of holes for attaching additional components.
In order to reduce the number of components and to enable easier assembly, it is preferable that the connecting portion is integrally provided on one of the reinforcing members to be connected.
In order to increase the mounting strength of the additional member and the strength of the entire housing, it is preferable that the mounting structure further include a mounting auxiliary member for mounting the additional member to the housing, the mounting auxiliary member engaging with the coupling portion and being mounted to the other reinforcement member coupled via the coupling portion.
In the above-described specific configuration, it is preferable that the accessory member is a side hung door, and the attachment assisting member constitutes a part of a hinge device that rotatably supports the side hung door.
In another specific configuration, it is preferable that the accessory member is a rail member that slidably supports a sliding door, and the rail member is attached to the housing by the attachment auxiliary member.
In order to increase the strength of the entire housing and also indirectly increase the strength of attachment of the additional members connected thereto, it is preferable that the reinforcing members provided on the side plates extend in the vertical direction, the reinforcing members provided on the bottom plate and the top plate extend in the width direction, and the reinforcing frame structure is configured by connecting the adjacent reinforcing members by the connecting portions.
In addition, the present invention provides an assembled storage furniture including left and right side plates, a bottom plate, and a top plate, wherein the side plates, the bottom plate, and the top plate are provided with respective reinforcing members, the reinforcing members of the adjacent side plates and top plate, and the side plates and bottom plate are connected to each other to form a box-shaped case, one of the adjacent reinforcing members is provided with a connecting portion including a support surface supporting the other reinforcing member and an engaging piece protruding from the support surface toward the other reinforcing member, and the other reinforcing member is provided with an engaging recess portion engaging with the engaging piece when the other reinforcing member is supported by the support surface.
With this configuration, the reinforcing members can be appropriately aligned with each other to facilitate assembly, and the strength of connection between the reinforcing members can be increased to provide a stronger structure.
In order to enhance the adhesion between the adjacent reinforcing members and to further strengthen the reinforcing frame structure during the assembly process, it is preferable that the engaging piece is formed with a side surface inclined, and the reinforcing member formed with the engaging recess is drawn toward the connecting portion along the inclination of the side surface by inserting the engaging piece into the engaging recess.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention described above, it is possible to provide an assembled storage furniture in which deformation of the entire housing is suppressed and an accessory member can be stably supported even when a large external force acts on the accessory member.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the assembled storage furniture Fa according to the embodiment of the present invention is a side hung door type storage furniture in which a furniture main body Fa1 as a hollow housing is mainly attached with a side hung door 7 as an accessory so as to be openable and closable.
As shown in fig. 2, the furniture body Fa1 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape with an open front surface, and is configured by assembling a back plate 1, which is a plate material, side plates 2, which are similarly attached to both side ends of the back plate 1, a top plate 3, which is similarly attached between upper ends of the side plates 2, and a bottom plate 4, which is similarly attached between lower ends of the side plates 2, into a box shape, and forms a housing space sp1 inside. In the following description, the side where the furniture body Fa1 is open is referred to as the front (front side), the side where the back panel 1 is located is referred to as the rear (rear side), the side where the top panel 3 is located is referred to as the upper (upper side), the side where the bottom panel 4 is located is referred to as the lower (lower side), the side of the storage space sp1 enclosed by the back panel 1, the side panel 2, the top panel 3, and the bottom panel 4 constituting the furniture body Fa1 is referred to as the inner side (inner side), the side of the furniture body Fa1 opposite to the storage space sp1 is referred to as the outer side (outer side), the right side when viewed from the front side to the rear side is referred to as the right side (right side), and the left side when viewed from the front side to the.
The side panel 2 constituting the furniture body Fa1 includes a reinforcement 22 extending in the vertical direction at the inner front portion, the top panel 3 includes a reinforcement 32 extending in the horizontal direction at the inner front portion, and the bottom panel 4 includes a reinforcement 42 extending in the horizontal direction at the bottom surface side. The reinforcing members 22, 32, and 42 are connected to each other by brackets 23 and 24 (see fig. 7) serving as connection portions, which will be described later, so that a rectangular reinforcing frame structure FS is formed at the front portion of the furniture body Fa 1.
The back plate 1 is formed by appropriately bending a single sheet of metal plate material by plastic deformation (for example, sheet metal working), and as shown in fig. 3, a right end portion and a left end portion are bent forward at substantially right angles to form a left end surface 1c and a right end surface 1d, respectively, and at the tip end portions thereof, back plate- side coupling portions 10 and 10 are formed as coupling portions. Further, an upper end portion (upper edge portion) is bent inward at a substantially right angle to form an upper end surface 1a, a distal end portion thereof is bent downward at a substantially right angle to form an upper inner wall portion 11a, and a distal end portion thereof is further bent forward at a substantially right angle to form a supporting top plate receiving portion 11b as a supporting plate receiving portion. The end portion of the top support plate receiving portion 11b in the left-right direction is cut in a tapered shape to form a tapered portion 11b 1. The inclination angle of the tapered portion 11b1 is adjusted to be substantially equal to an appropriate inclination angle of the side plate 2 arranged with respect to the back plate 1 when the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 are coupled to each other, which will be described later. The lower end portion (lower edge portion) is bent inward at a substantially right angle to form a lower end surface 1b, and the distal end portion thereof is bent upward and further bent forward at a substantially right angle to form a support bottom plate receiving portion 12 as a support plate receiving portion. In addition, the back plate 1 has, at its upper end, cutout portions 11a1 as insertion recesses opened downward at both left and right ends. The cutout portion (slit) 11a1 is formed by cutting out a portion of both right and left end portions of the upper inner wall portion 11a in a substantially rectangular shape, and the length in the vertical direction from the upper edge 11a2 of the cutout portion 11a1 to the upper surface of the supporting roof panel receiving portion 11b is configured to be substantially equal to the length in the vertical direction of an insertion portion of a protrusion portion described later.
Specifically, the backboard-side connecting portion 10 formed at the left end portion is formed by bending the tip end portion of the left end surface 1c at a substantially right angle to the left to form a1 st parallel portion 10a substantially parallel to the panel portion 1x of the backboard 1, and is formed by further bending the tip end portion thereof at a substantially right angle to the front to form a1 st orthogonal portion 10b substantially orthogonal to the panel portion 1 x. The backboard-side connecting portion 10 is formed in a hook shape having a substantially J-shape in a plan view by bending a tip end portion of the 1 st orthogonal portion 10b at a substantially right angle to the left to form a2 nd parallel portion 10c substantially parallel to the 1 st parallel portion 10a, and further bending a tip end portion thereof at a substantially right angle to the rear to form a2 nd orthogonal portion 10d substantially parallel to the 1 st orthogonal portion 10 b. The 2 nd parallel portion 10c is shorter than the 1 st parallel portion 10a, and the 2 nd orthogonal portion 10d is shorter than the 1 st orthogonal portion 10b, and a predetermined gap is formed between the 2 nd orthogonal portion 10d and a panel portion 2x (see fig. 4) of the side panel 2 in a state of being coupled to the side panel 2 at the assembly position. Further, an engagement window 10bc that opens in the 1 st orthogonal portion 10b and the 2 nd parallel portion 10c is formed in the upper end portion of the backboard-side coupling portion 10. The engagement window 10bc is opened in correspondence with an engagement claw 21c (see fig. 4) described later, and details thereof will be described later.
In addition, a plurality of chassis mounting holes 10b1 for mounting chassis 5 (see fig. 1) are formed in the vertical direction in the 1 st orthogonal portion 10 b. The right end face 1d formed at the right end portion and the back plate-side coupling portion 10 are formed to be left-right symmetrical with respect to the back plate-side coupling portion 10 at the left end portion.
The edge portion including the left end face 1c and the edge portion including the right end face 1d of the back plate 1 are respectively engagement edge portions 10x, 10x to be engaged with the side plates 2, 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the side panel 2 is a member formed by appropriately bending a single sheet of metal plate material by plastic deformation (for example, sheet metal working) into a substantially rectangular shape, and constitutes a side surface of the furniture body Fa 1. The upper and lower ends and the front and rear ends are bent inward at substantially right angles to form an upper end surface 2a, a lower end surface 2b, a rear end surface 2c, and a front end surface 2d, respectively. The edge portion including the rear end face 2c is an engagement edge portion 21x which engages with the back plate 1.
The side plate 2 disposed at the left end of the back plate 1 has a side plate side coupling portion 21 formed at the rear end thereof as a coupling portion engageable with the back plate side coupling portion 10. Specifically, the side-plate-side coupling portion 21 is formed in a substantially コ shape in plan view by forming a parallel portion 21a parallel to the panel portion 2x of the side plate 2 by bending the front end portion of the rear end face 2c substantially at right angles forward, and forming an orthogonal portion 21b substantially orthogonal to the parallel portion 21a by further bending the front end portion thereof substantially at right angles to the left. The upper end of the orthogonal portion 21b is cut away, and an engagement claw 21c having a substantially rectangular shape in side view extends forward from the front end of the upper end of the parallel portion 21a at a position corresponding to an engagement window 10bc (see fig. 3) formed in the back plate side coupling portion 10. In the side plate side coupling portion 21, a chassis attachment hole 21ab is formed at a position overlapping the chassis attachment hole 10b1 of the back plate side coupling portion 10 at the assembly position. The chassis attachment hole 21ab of the side panel side coupling portion 21 is set to be one larger than the chassis attachment hole 10b1 of the back panel side coupling portion 10. Therefore, a mounting aid (not shown) such as a hook for mounting the shelf 5 (see fig. 1) is hardly restricted in position by the shelf mounting hole 21ab, but is restricted in position exclusively by the shelf mounting hole 10b 1. The side plate 2 disposed at the right end of the back plate 1 is bilaterally symmetrical to the side plate 2 disposed at the left end of the back plate 1.
Further, a reinforcement 22 is attached to the front end of the side plate 2 so as to extend in the vertical direction. A plurality of chassis attachment holes 22a are also formed in the reinforcement 22 in a vertically aligned manner at height positions corresponding to the chassis attachment holes 21 ab. The size of the chassis attachment hole 22a is set to be substantially equal to the chassis attachment hole 10b1 of the backboard-side coupling portion 10. Brackets 23, 24 are attached to the rear end side of reinforcement 22 by arc welding or the like at the upper end and the lower end of side plate 2, respectively, so that brackets 23, 24 are integrally provided to reinforcement 22.
As shown in fig. 4, the bracket 23 at the upper end portion is composed of a horizontal piece 23a extending horizontally from the panel portion 2x of the side panel 2 and rising pieces 23b and 23c rising so as to protrude from the front and rear ends of the horizontal piece 23a, respectively. The upper surface of the horizontal piece 23a serves as a support surface 23a2 for supporting the reinforcement 32 (see fig. 10) of the top plate 3 to be connected, and a screw insertion hole 23a1, which is a fixing portion to be screwed to the reinforcement 32, is formed slightly inside the horizontal piece 23 a.
The bracket 24 at the lower end of the side plate 2 is composed of a horizontal piece 24a extending horizontally from the lower end of the reinforcement 22 and upright pieces 24b, 24c that are erected so as to protrude from the front and rear ends of the horizontal piece 24a, respectively. The upper surface of the horizontal piece 24a serves as a support surface 24a2 for supporting the reinforcement 42 (see fig. 8 and 9) of the base plate 4 to be coupled, and a screw hole 24a1 for screwing the reinforcement 42 is formed slightly inside the horizontal piece 24 a. The rising piece 24b located at the front side functions as an engagement piece that engages with the reinforcement 42 by being inserted into an engagement hole 43 (see fig. 9) formed in the reinforcement. The engagement hole 43 does not necessarily have to have a hole shape, and may be configured as a simple engagement recess into which the rising piece 24b can be inserted.
An engaging piece 26 protruding inward is formed at the front upper portion, i.e., the front and upper corner portion, of the side plate 2. The engaging piece 26 includes a plate-shaped portion 26a parallel to the vertical direction, and has a large strength in the vertical direction because a force in the vertical direction can be received by its side portion (japanese character: small opening).
As shown in fig. 5(a), the back plate-side coupling portion 10 has an opening that opens outward in the lateral direction formed by substantially winding the distal end portion thereof, and the side plate-side coupling portion 21 can be inserted into the back plate-side coupling portion 10 through the opening, and the engagement claw 21c can be projected from the engagement window 10bc toward the inside from the direction substantially orthogonal to the extending direction of the engagement edge portions 10x, 21 x. The width dimension of the engagement window 10bc is configured as follows: immediately after the engagement window 10bc is inserted, the engagement claw 21c is positioned on the 1 st parallel portion 10a side in the engagement window 10bc, and from this state, the engagement claw 21c can be moved to the 2 nd parallel portion 10c side. The vertical opening dimension of the engagement window 10bc is configured to be substantially equal to the vertical length of the engagement pawl 21c, and the upper end or the lower end of the engagement pawl 21c abuts against the upper edge or the lower edge of the engagement window 10bc, respectively, thereby being configured to restrict relative movement of the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 along the engagement edge portions 10x, 21x, and in the present embodiment, such engagement pawl 21c and engagement window 10bc serve as the movement restricting portion a. In fig. 5(a), the top support receiving portion 11b of the side plate 2 is not shown.
When the side plate 2 and the back plate 1 are connected as described above, as shown in fig. 5(b), the engagement edge portions 10x and 21x are brought close to each other, and the side plate 2 is disposed obliquely with respect to the back plate 1 so that the panel portions 1x and 2x are substantially opposed to each other. At this time, the side plate 2 is disposed along the tapered portion (inclined portion) 11b1 of the supporting top plate receiving portion 11b provided in the back plate 1 in a plan view, and the engagement claw 21c is inserted into the 1 st parallel portion 10a side of the engagement window 10 bc. The inclination angle of the tapered portion 11b1 of the support top plate receiving portion 11b is set to an angle at which the engagement claw 21c can be smoothly inserted into the engagement window 10bc, and the tapered portion 11b1 can be set as a reference at the time of assembly.
Then, the distal end side of the side plate 2 is relatively rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow X in a state where the back plate-side coupling portion 10 and the side plate-side coupling portion 21 are engaged in this manner, and the side plate 2 is moved to an assembly position substantially orthogonal to the back plate 1 as shown in fig. 6. During this movement, the back-plate-side coupling portion 10 and the side-plate-side coupling portion 21 elastically deform each other, and the back-plate-side coupling portion 10 is involved in the side-plate-side coupling portion 21 to increase the engagement state. In the assembled position, the parallel portion 21c of the side plate side coupling portion 21 abuts against the 2 nd orthogonal portion 10d of the back plate side coupling portion 10, and the rear end surface 2c of the side plate side coupling portion 21 abuts along the 1 st parallel portion 10a of the back plate side coupling portion 10, so that the side plate side coupling portion 21 is accommodated in the back plate side coupling portion 10, and the rigidity of the furniture body Fa1 is secured by the back plate side coupling portion 10 and the side plate side coupling portion 21 in such an engaged state. At this time, as shown in fig. 6(b), the engaging claw 21c is positioned on the 2 nd parallel portion 10c side in the engaging window 10 bc. In this way, the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 are coupled to be orthogonal to each other, and the movement regulating portion a including the engaging claw 21c and the engaging window 10bc regulates the relative movement in the vertical direction, which is the direction parallel to the extending direction, of the engaging edge portions 10x and 21x, and the side plate 2 is attached to the back plate 1. The side plate 2 is similarly attached to the right end side of the back plate 1. In fig. 5(b) and 6(b), the back plate-side coupling portion 10 and the side plate-side coupling portion 21 schematically show the thicknesses and the like of the constituent materials constituting these coupling portions.
Then, as shown in fig. 7, the bottom plate 4 is inserted from the front to the rear, with the rear end portion lower than the front end portion, toward the lower end portion of the back plate 1. The base plate 4 is formed by appropriately bending a single sheet of metal plate material by plastic deformation (for example, sheet metal working), and is provided on the back side with a reinforcement 42 extending in the width direction at the front end and a reinforcement 41 extending in the front-rear direction at a position slightly inward of the left and right ends. Further, fitting grooves 40 cut out substantially equally along the outer shape of the back plate-side coupling portion 10 are formed in the left and right end portions of the panel portion 4x of the bottom plate 4, and the back plate-side coupling portion 10 and the side plate-side coupling portion 21 in the engaged state can be sandwiched from both sides by the fitting grooves 40 as shown in fig. 1. Then, by pressing the front end portion of the bottom plate 4 downward, the rising piece 24b provided at the front portion of the bracket 24 is inserted into the engagement hole 43 formed in the reinforcement 42 on the back surface side of the bottom plate 4 (see fig. 9).
Fig. 8(a) is an enlarged perspective view of the bracket 24 attached to the reinforcement 22 of the side plate 2 and the engagement hole 43 of the reinforcement 42 of the bottom plate 4. Fig. 8(b) is a cross-sectional view taken at a position Z-Z in fig. 8(a), and shows a state in which the rising piece 24b of the bracket 24 is inserted into the engagement hole 43 and engaged therewith.
As described in more detail with reference to fig. 8(a) and (b), the rising piece 24b2 has a substantially rectangular shape in front view, and the rounded portion 24b3 is formed by rounding the upper corner of the width-direction outer side surface 24b1 and the width-direction inner side surface 24b 2. The engaging hole 43 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view and is slightly larger than the rising piece 24 b. The distance L1 between the widthwise outer side surface 24b1 of the rising piece 24b and the reinforcing portion 22 is substantially equal to the distance L2 between the widthwise outer edge 43a of the engagement hole 43b and the side end of the reinforcement 42. Preferably, the dimensions are formed to have a difference in consideration of the amount of dimensional change due to coating in advance, and are substantially equal after coating. Therefore, at the time of assembly, the rising piece 24b can be easily inserted into the engagement hole 43 along the arc portion 24b3 formed at the upper end only by tapping the front portion of the bottom plate 4 from above. At this time, the widthwise outer side surface 24b1 of the upright piece 24 of the bracket 24 substantially abuts against the widthwise outer edge 43a of the engagement hole 43, and a gap is formed between the inner side surface 24b2 and the edge 43 b. In this way, the left and right side plates 2, 2 can be accurately positioned by the bottom plate 4.
Then, the rising piece 24b is completely inserted into the engaging hole 43 (see fig. 9) and engaged with the same, and the rising piece 24c provided at the rear portion of the bracket 24 is made to follow the rear end face 42b of the reinforcement 42, and the reinforcement 42 of the bottom plate 4 is further supported by being in contact with and supported by the support bottom plate receiving portion 25 of the side plate 2 and the upper face 24a2 of the horizontal piece 24a of the bracket 24.
In this state, the bracket 24 is screwed to the reinforcement 42 of the base plate 4 by the screw hole 24a1 by a screw inserted through the rear screw insertion hole 44b formed in the base plate 4 and the screw insertion hole 42a formed in the reinforcement 42 directly below the screw insertion hole. In this way, the reinforcing member 22 of the side plate 2 and the reinforcing member 42 of the bottom plate 4 are firmly connected by the bracket 24. Further, by screwing the bracket 24 and the reinforcement 42, the widthwise outer side surface 24b1 of the rising piece 24b of the bracket 24 and the widthwise outer edge 43a of the engagement hole 43 are brought into stronger contact, and therefore the strength of connection between the reinforcement 22 of the side plate 2 and the reinforcement 42 of the bottom plate 4 can be further increased.
Here, as shown in fig. 9, 2 reinforcing members 41 extending in the front-rear direction are attached to the rear surface of the bottom plate 4 so as to be spaced apart in the width direction. The reinforcing material 41 includes a base portion 41a facing the panel portion 4x of the back panel 4x, extending portions 41b extending from both left and right ends of the base portion 41a toward the panel portion 4x, and an abutting portion 41c extending from a tip end of the extending portion 41b so as to abut against the panel portion 4x, and a horizontal recess portion 41b1 opened toward the back panel receiving portion 12 of the back panel 1 is formed by cutting a rear end of the extending portion 41 b. As described above, in a state where the bottom plate 4 is pressed horizontally, the horizontal recessed portion 41b1 sandwiches the bottom plate receiving portion 12 from the vertical direction, and the upper surface or the lower surface of the bottom plate receiving portion 12 abuts against the upper edge or the lower edge of the horizontal recessed portion 41b1, whereby the rear end portion of the bottom plate 4 is vertically restricted. The opening edge portion of the horizontal recess 41b1 is tapered to facilitate insertion of the bottom board receiving portion 12. In addition, a screw hole, not shown, for attaching the base 6 shown in fig. 1 is formed in the bottom plate 4, and the screw hole is covered with the lid portion 44 a. The bottom plate 4 is attached to the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 in this manner.
As shown in fig. 10, the top panel 3 is a member formed by appropriately bending a single sheet of metal plate material by plastic deformation (for example, sheet metal working) into a substantially rectangular shape, and constitutes the upper surface of the furniture body Fa 1. The front end surface 3a, the rear end surface 3b, the right end surface 3c, and the left end surface 3d are formed by bending the left and right ends and the front and rear ends inward at substantially right angles. Further, the distal ends of the right end surface 3c and the left end surface 3d are bent inward at substantially right angles to form an inner parallel portion 3c1 substantially parallel to the panel portion 3x of the top panel 3, and the distal ends are further bent upward at substantially right angles to form an inner orthogonal portion 3c2 substantially orthogonal to the panel portion 3 x. Further, protruding portions 30 are provided at both left and right end portions of the rear end surface 3b of the top plate 3. The protrusion 30 is a member having a substantially L-shaped cross section and including a plate-like insertion portion 30a extending in parallel with the vertical direction and a reinforcing portion 30b substantially orthogonal to the insertion portion 30a, the insertion portion 30a being formed by extending portions that become a right end surface 3c and a left end surface 3d more rearward than the rear end surface 3b, and the reinforcing portion 30b being formed by extending an inner parallel portion 3c1 more rearward than the rear end surface 3 b. The shape of the protruding portion 30 is not limited to the substantially L-shaped cross section, and may be substantially I-shaped cross section provided with only the insertion portion 30a, but the strength of the protruding portion 30 can be increased by providing the reinforcing portion 30 b.
The top plate 3 includes a reinforcement 32 extending in the left-right direction at a front portion on the back surface side, and the reinforcement 32 is attached to the back surface of the panel portion 3x by means of spot welding or the like. The reinforcement 32 is constituted by a base portion 32a opposed to the panel portion 3x of the top panel 3 with a predetermined distance from the panel portion 3x of the top panel 3, 1 st extending portions 32b, 32c extending from both front and rear ends of the base portion 32a toward the panel portion 3x, respectively, a1 st parallel portion 32e extending from a tip end portion of the 1 st extending portion 32c at the front in parallel with the panel portion 3x, a front end face parallel portion 32g (see fig. 12) extending upward along the front end face 3a from the tip of the 1 st parallel portion 32e, a panel portion parallel portion 32h (see fig. 12) extending rearward along the panel portion 3x from the 2 nd extending portion 32g, a2 nd parallel portion 32d extending parallel to the panel portion 3x from the other 1 st extending portion 32b located rearward, and a2 nd extending portion 32f extending from the rear end of the 2 nd parallel portion 32d toward the panel portion 3 x. The distal end portion of the front end surface 3a is further bent rearward and upward at a substantially right angle, and the portion bent upward comes into contact with the 1 st extending portion 32 c. The left and right ends of the plate material constituting the front end surface 3c are bent backward at substantially right angles to form front end portions 33 constituting the front end portions of the right end surface 3c and the left end surface 3 d. The front end portion 33 is configured to have a substantially L-shape in side view, including a front end region 33a extending along each of the front ends of the right end surface 3c and the left end surface 3d, and a rear region 33b extending rearward from a lower end portion of the front end region 33 a.
In the right end surface 3c and the left end surface 3d constituting the side surfaces of the top plate 3, a side surface opening 34 as an opening is formed by cutting out a portion corresponding to the reinforcement 32 except for the front end portion 33. Further, a roof engaging groove 31 extending in the front-rear direction for engaging with the engaging piece 26 (see fig. 4) is formed in the front side of the side opening 34 by the side opening 34 and the tip portion 33. The upper edge 31c of the roof engaging groove 31, which is the lower edge of the side opening 34, and the lower edge 31b of the roof engaging groove 31, which is the upper edge of the rear region 33b of the front end portion 33, are substantially parallel to each other, and the distance between the upper edge and the lower edge is set to be slightly larger than the vertical dimension of the engaging piece 26 (see fig. 4), so that the engaged engaging piece 26 can be vertically restricted by the upper edge 31c and the lower edge 31b of the roof engaging groove 31.
The reinforcing material 32 is formed with an introduction portion 31a continuous with the side opening 34 by cutting out the front side end portion of the base portion 32 a. The engaging piece 26 (see fig. 4) can be introduced into the space in the side opening 34 from below through the introduction portion 31a, and can be further inserted into the roof engaging groove 31.
Further, an insertion hole 32c1 for inserting the one rising piece 23b of the bracket 23 (see fig. 4) is formed in the other 2 nd parallel portion 32d on the rear side. The rising piece 23b functions as an engaging piece, and the insertion hole 32c1 functions as an engaging recess, and can be positioned by engagement with each other. An insertion opening 32f1 for inserting the other rising piece 23c of the bracket 23 from the side surface side is formed on the rear side of the 2 nd extending portion 32 f. A screw hole (not shown) is formed by welding a nut at a position of the 2 nd parallel portion 32d corresponding to the screw insertion hole 23a1 provided in the bracket 23, and the screw can be screwed in cooperation with the screw insertion hole 23a 1.
When the back panel 1 and the side panel 2 are coupled to the top panel 3, as shown in fig. 11 and 12(a), the top panel 3 is inclined such that the front end portion of the top panel 3 is higher than the rear end portion, and the protrusion 30 provided on the rear end surface 3b of the top panel 3 is inserted into the notch 11a1 of the back panel 1 and engaged therewith, so that the upward displacement is restricted. Then, the front end portion of the top plate 3 is pressed downward as indicated by an arrow, the engaging piece 26 is introduced into the space in the side opening portion 34 from the introduction portion 31a as shown in fig. 12(b), and the rising pieces 23b and 23c of the bracket 23 are inserted into the insertion hole 32c1 and the insertion opening 32f1, respectively, so that the lower surface of the stiffener 32 is supported by the support surface 23a2, as indicated by a two-dot chain line in fig. 11. The rising piece 23b of the bracket 23 is shaped in such a manner as to be easily inserted into the insertion hole 32c1, similarly to the rising piece 24b of the bracket 24. The insertion hole 32c1 and the insertion opening 32f1 have a margin toward the rear side with respect to the rising pieces 23b and 23c, and are configured to be able to move the top plate 3 toward the rear side in accordance with the margin.
By pushing the top plate 3 backward along the arrow from this state, the engaging piece 26 at the introduction portion 31a can be moved relatively into the top plate engaging groove 31, and the engaging piece 26 can be engaged with the top plate engaging groove 31 in the state shown in fig. 12 (c). In this state, the upper end and the lower end of the engaging piece 26 are respectively abutted against the upper edge 31c and the lower edge 31b of the top plate engaging groove 31, and the top end portion of the top plate 3 is positioned in the vertical direction. Then, the fixing is performed by screw fastening using the screw insertion hole 23a1 as a fixing portion and a screw hole (not shown) provided in the reinforcement 32. Thus, the top plate 3 cannot be moved forward, and a stable state in which the position in the vertical direction is restricted can be maintained. At the same time, the reinforcing material 22 of the side plate 2 and the reinforcing material 32 of the top plate 3 are firmly connected by the bracket 23, and the bracket 24 connects the reinforcing material 22 of the side plate 2 and the reinforcing material 42 of the bottom plate 4 to each other, thereby constituting the above-described strong reinforcing frame structure FS (see fig. 1).
Then, the base portion 6 shown in fig. 1 is attached to the back surface side of the bottom plate 4 as necessary, whereby the furniture body Fa1 can be configured.
Further, the piece of furniture Fa according to the present embodiment is attached with two swing doors 7, 7 that open to the left and right in a freely rotatable manner. The vertical hinged door 7 located on the left side is substantially bilaterally symmetrical to the vertical hinged door 7 on the right side when viewed from the front to the rear, but a latch mechanism and/or a locking mechanism for holding the vertical hinged door 7 in a closed state is provided only in the vertical hinged door 7 on the right side. As shown in fig. 2, mounting portions 75 for mounting the swing door 7 are formed at four corners of the front surface of the furniture body Fa. The mounting portion 75 is formed of a1 st opening 75a having a rectangular shape with a long width formed at each of the left and right ends of the top plate 3 or the bottom plate 4, and a2 nd opening 75b having a rectangular shape with a narrow width formed at each of the upper and lower ends of the side plate 1. These openings 75a and 75b are set at substantially the same height position.
Hereinafter, the vertical hinged door 7 shown in fig. 1 and a hinge device 7H (see fig. 13) for supporting the vertical hinged door 7 to the furniture main body Fa so as to be openable and closable will be described in detail, taking the left vertical hinged door 7 as an example.
Fig. 13 is a diagram showing a state in which the vertical hinged door 7 is viewed from the rear, i.e., the inner surface side. As shown in the figure, the vertical hinged door 7 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape by appropriately bending a single sheet of metal plate material by plastic deformation processing (for example, sheet metal processing). The upper and lower ends and the left and right ends are bent inward at substantially right angles to form an upper end surface 7a, a lower end surface 7b, a left end surface 7c, and a right end surface 7d, respectively. A reinforcement 7R extending in the vertical direction is provided substantially at the center of the panel portion 7 x. The upper end surface 7a is further bent perpendicularly downward to form a folded portion 7a1 parallel to the panel portion 7x, and the lower end surface 7b is further bent perpendicularly upward to form a folded portion 7b1 parallel to the panel portion 7 x. Further, the left end face 7c is also bent perpendicularly to the right, i.e., inward, to form a folded portion 7c1 parallel to the panel portion 7 x.
The side of the left end face 7c of the vertical hinged door 7 is set to be a hinge side which becomes a base end in opening and closing, and hinge devices 7H are attached to upper and lower corners of the vertical hinged door. Specifically, upper hinge device 7H is held between folded-back portions 7a1, 7c1 and panel portion 7x, and lower hinge device 7H is held between folded-back portions 7b1, 7c1 and panel portion 7x and screwed. The hinge devices 7H arranged vertically are configured to be vertically symmetrical, and have the same structure. Therefore, the specific configuration will be described below by taking the hinge device 7H disposed below as an example.
As shown in fig. 14, the hinge device 7H is configured by an L-shaped resin bracket 71, a metal plate arm 72 serving as an attachment auxiliary member, a metal flap 73 bent in an L-shaped cross section, and a metal pivot 74.
The bracket 71 is composed of a horizontally extending arm portion 71a and a vertically extending leg portion 71b, and a slit-shaped recess portion 71c capable of accommodating the flat arm 72 is formed behind the arm portion 71 a. The leg portion 71b is provided with a shaft hole 71d that penetrates in the vertical direction and into which the pivot shaft 71a can be inserted. A recess 71e is formed in the lower surface of the bracket 71, and the baffle 73 is inserted from below the recess 71e to position the baffle 73 in the front-rear right-left direction by the recess 71 e.
The plate arm 72 is formed in a substantially L-shape including a distal end piece 72a accommodated in the recess 71c of the bracket 71 and a proximal end piece 72b extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to the distal end piece 72 a. Further, a shaft hole 72a1 serving as a coupling portion to be coupled to the pivot 74 is formed at the tip of the tip piece 72a, and an engaging piece 72c projects at a position shifted forward from the shaft hole 72a 1. Further, at the rear portion of the distal end piece 72a, the engagement piece 72c and the base end piece 72b are formed in a flat shape, and are formed as abutment surfaces 72d which abut against the front surface of the top plate 3 or the bottom plate 4 (see fig. 2) when attached. A part of the base end piece 72b is provided with a shape whose width gradually decreases toward the extending direction, and the base portion thereof is widened toward both sides, and a locking wall 72b2 is formed in front of the widened portion. An engaging portion 72e for engaging with the rising pieces 23b, 24b of the brackets 23, 24 (see fig. 4) is formed at the tip end of the base end piece 72 b. The engaging portion 72e is constituted by an abutting portion 72e1 formed linearly in a plan view and projecting portions 72e2 arranged at both ends thereof and projecting toward the rear, and the interval between the projecting portions 72e2, 72e2 is set to be substantially equal to the width-direction dimension of the rising pieces 23b, 24 b. The base end piece 72b is formed with a screw hole 72b1 for screwing with the reinforcement 32, 42 (see fig. 2) provided in the top plate 3 or the bottom plate 4.
The baffle 73 is an L-shaped member formed by bending a metal plate material, and includes a horizontal piece 73a and an upright piece 73b standing in front thereof. The horizontal piece 73a is formed with a shaft hole 73a1 corresponding to the shaft hole 72a1 of the plate arm 72.
When assembling the hinge device 7H, first, the tip end piece 72a of the flat arm 72 is inserted into the recess 71c of the bracket 71. Then, the shutter 73 is inserted into the recess 71e of the bracket 71, and the pivot shaft 71a is inserted through the shaft hole 71d from above. The tip of the pivot shaft 71a passes through the shaft hole 72a1 of the flat arm and reaches the shaft hole 73a1 of the shutter 73. In this state, the flange portion 74a on the base end side of the pivot 74 is locked by the locking portion 71f formed in the bracket 71, and movement in the axial direction thereof is restricted. Thus, as shown by imaginary lines in fig. 13, the plate arm 72 can be rotated about the pivot 74.
Further, the hinge device 7H is sandwiched between the folded portions 7b1 and 7c1 as described above, and is attached to the back surface side of the side hung door 7 by screwing and integrated. This enables the swing door 7 to rotate with respect to the flat arm 72.
The swing door 7 is attachable to the furniture main body Fa1 shown in fig. 2 via the plate arm 72 of the hinge device 7H as described below, and is rotatably supported by the furniture main body Fa 1. Hereinafter, a structure for attaching the flat arm 72 to the furniture body Fa1 will be described with reference to fig. 2 and 15, taking as an example a case where the lower hinge device 7H is attached.
After the hinge device 7H is set in the state of being attached to the side hung door 7, the base end piece 72b of the plate arm 72 is inserted into the 1 st opening 75a formed in the front surface of the furniture main body Fa 1. Then, the abutment surface 72d formed on the tip piece 72a is brought into abutment with the front surface of the bottom plate 4, and the engagement piece 72c is inserted into the 2 nd opening 75b formed on the front surface of the side plate 2. At this time, the contact portion 72e1 contacts the front surface of the rising piece 24b, and sandwiches the rising piece 24b in the left-right direction between the protruding portions 72e2, 72e 2. That is, the engagement portion 72e of the base end piece 72b, which is constituted by the contact portion 72e1 and the protruding portions 72e2 and 72e2, is position-regulated by the bracket 24 by engaging with the rising piece 24b of the bracket 24. Therefore, the plate arm 72 is also positionally restricted by the auxiliary member 22 of the side plate 2 via the bracket 24.
Further, in this state, the base end piece 72b of the plate arm 72 is screwed to the reinforcement 42 of the base plate 4 by the screw hole 72b1 by a screw inserted through the screw insertion hole 44b formed in the front of the base plate 4. That is, the plate arm 72 is attached to the auxiliary member 42 of the bottom plate 4, and its tip is positionally restricted between the auxiliary member 22 of the side plate 2. Therefore, the plate arm 72 functions in an auxiliary manner, and the auxiliary member 42 of the bottom plate 4 and the auxiliary member 22 of the side plate 2 are more firmly coupled to each other.
The plate arm 72 is positionally regulated in multiple points by the aforementioned screwing of the reinforcement 42 to the base plate 4 and the engagement of the tip end of the base end piece 72b with the bracket 24, in addition to the front surface of the base plate 4 with which the 1 st opening 75a and the 2 nd opening 75b of the base end piece 72b and the engaging piece 72c are inserted and the abutting surface 72d abuts. Therefore, even when external force and/or moment acts on the plate arm 72 in a plurality of directions, the position of the plate arm 72 can be stabilized. In particular, since the distal end of the base end piece 72b is engaged with the bracket 24 on the rear side of the screw hole 72b1 for screwing the reinforcing member 42, the strength against the rotational moment about the screw hole 72b1 can be made very large with a small number of parts by the coupling structure of the auxiliary members 22 and 42. Therefore, even if a foreign object is caught between the vertical hinged door 7 and the furniture main body 7a1 and locked, the position shift of the flat plate arm 72 can be suppressed, and the attached state of the vertical hinged door 7 can be stably maintained even when used for a long period of time.
As described above, the piece of furniture Fa according to the present embodiment is a piece of furniture Fa including the left and right side plates 2, the bottom plate 4, and the top plate 3, and further includes the reinforcements 22, 42, 32 provided on the side plate 2, the bottom plate 4, and the top plate 3, and the brackets 23, 24, the brackets 23, 24 are connection portions connecting the reinforcements 22, 32 of the adjacent side plate 2 and top plate 3 and the reinforcements 22, 42 of the side plate 2 and bottom plate 4, the brackets 23, 24 connect the reinforcements 22, 32, 42 to each other by the brackets 23, 24 to form a box-shaped housing, i.e., a furniture main body Fa1, and the bracket 24 is used to attach the side hung door 7 as an additional member to the furniture main body Fa 1.
With this configuration, the brackets 23 and 24 connect the respective reinforcements 22, 32, and 42 of the side plate 2, the top plate 3, and the bottom plate 4 to form the box-shaped furniture body Fa1, and the bracket 24 is used to attach the side hung door 7, thereby simplifying the structure for attaching the side hung door 7 and reducing the number of components. Further, since it is not necessary to add complicated processing such as hole processing for fixing the vertical hinged door 7, it is possible to improve the strength of the whole while suppressing an increase in manufacturing cost.
Further, since the brackets 23 and 24 are integrally provided on the one reinforcing member 22 to be connected, the furniture body Fa1 can be easily assembled, and the vertical hinged door 7 can be easily positioned.
Further, since the flat arm 72 is provided as an attachment auxiliary member for attaching the vertical hinged door 7 to the furniture main body Fa1, and the flat arm 72 is configured to be engaged with the bracket 24 and attached to the other reinforcement 32 coupled via the bracket 24, by engaging the flat arm 72 with the bracket 23 and attaching the flat arm to the other reinforcement 32 coupled via the bracket 23, it is possible to improve the attachment strength of the flat arm 72, and to reinforce the coupling between the reinforcements 22 and 32, thereby further improving the strength of the entire furniture main body Fa 1.
Further, since the accessory member is the side hung door 7 and the flat plate arm 72 constitutes a part of the hinge device 7H that rotatably supports the side hung door 7, the side hung door type assembled storage furniture Fa can be appropriately configured.
Further, since the reinforcing member 22 provided in each side plate 2 extends in the vertical direction, the reinforcing members 42 and 32 provided in the bottom plate 4 and the top plate 3 extend in the width direction, and the reinforcing frame structure FS is configured by connecting the adjacent reinforcing members 22, 32, and 42 by the brackets 23 and 24, the strength of the furniture main body Fa1 can be further increased by the reinforcing frame structure FS, and the attachment strength of the vertical hinged door 7 connected thereto can also be indirectly increased.
The assembled storage furniture Fa of the present embodiment is an assembled storage furniture Fa including left and right side plates 2, a bottom plate 4, and a top plate 3, wherein the side plates 2, the bottom plate 4, and the top plate 3 are provided with stiffeners 22, 42, and 32, respectively, a furniture main body Fa1 as a box-shaped housing is configured by connecting the stiffeners 22 and 32 of the adjacent side plates 2 and top plate 3 and the stiffeners 22 and 42 of the side plates 2 and bottom plate 4, a bracket 24(23) as a connecting portion is provided on one stiffener 22 of the adjacent stiffeners 22, 42(22, 32), the bracket 24(23) includes a support surface 24a2(23a2) that supports the other stiffener 42(32), and an upright piece 24b (23b) as an engaging piece that protrudes from the support surface 24a2(23a2) toward the other stiffener 42(32), the other stiffener 42(32) is provided with an engagement hole 43 (insertion hole 32c1) as an engagement recess which engages with the rising piece 24b (23b) when the stiffener 42(32) is supported by the support surface 24a2(23a 2).
With this configuration, the stiffeners 22 and 42(22 and 32) can be appropriately aligned with each other to facilitate assembly, and the connection strength between the stiffeners 22 and 42(22 and 32) can be increased to provide a stronger structure.
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the plate arm 72 constituting the lower hinge device 7H is attached by the bracket 24, but the same attachment structure can be applied between the plate arm 72 constituting the upper hinge device 7H and the upper bracket 23. Thus, both the upper and lower flat arms 72, 72 can be appropriately positionally regulated, and the mounting position of the vertical hinged door 7 can be further stably maintained.
In the above embodiment, the brackets 23 and 24 as the connection portions are provided on the auxiliary member 22 of the side plate 2, but the brackets 23 and 24 may be provided on the side of the adjacent auxiliary member 22 or 32 or 22 or 42, and the brackets 23 and 24 may be provided on the side of the auxiliary members 32 and 42 of the top plate 3 and the bottom plate 4 so as to be connectable to the auxiliary member 22 of the side plate 2. In addition, in order to facilitate the assembly, it is advantageous to provide the brackets 23 and 24 integrally with one of the auxiliary members 22, 32, and 42 in advance, but the brackets may be configured to be separate from one of the auxiliary members 22, 32, and 42 and attached to the auxiliary member 22, 32, and 42 on the side to be connected at the stage before the assembly. In the case of such a configuration, it becomes advantageous in terms of packing and/or transportation. Of course, instead of the connection portions of the brackets 23, 24, the auxiliary members 22, 32, 42 may be formed integrally with the auxiliary members 22, 32, 42 by bending a part of the auxiliary members 22, 32, 42.
In the above-described embodiment, although the stored furniture Fa of the side hung door type is provided with the side hung door 7 as an additional component, the additional component may be changed to various components, for example, as shown in fig. 16, when the rail member 9 as an additional component is mounted to the furniture main body Fa1, the stored furniture Fa α of the side hung door type can be configured by slidably supporting a sliding door (not shown) to the rail 9a extending in the left-right direction provided to the rail member 9, in this case, if the mounting pieces 92 as the flat plate-shaped installation auxiliary members are provided in the vicinity of both ends of the rear surface 9b of the rail member 9, the protruding pieces 92b having the same shape as the base end piece 72b provided to the flat plate arm 72 and the engaging pieces 92c having the same shape as the engaging pieces 72c are formed on the mounting pieces 92, the mounting pieces 631 can be mounted to the furniture main body Fa1 in the same manner as the flat plate arm 72, that is configured in this way, and the stored furniture Fa of the side hung door type can be configured appropriately.
Further, instead of the structure in which the furniture body Fa1 can be opened forward as shown in fig. 1 and 16, it may be an assembled furniture in which the furniture body Fa1 is opened upward. Further, the present invention can be applied not only to the rectangular assembled storage furniture but also to cases where the number of plate members is different, such as triangular columns, pentagonal columns, and hexagonal columns.
In the above embodiment, the arc portion 24b3 is formed at the upper portion of the rising piece 24b of the bracket 24, so that the insertion into the engagement hole 43 can be facilitated, but in addition to this, the side surface 24b1 on the outer side in the width direction may be inclined so as to be positioned on the inner side in the width direction as extending upward from below. That is, the rising piece 24b may be formed such that the side surface 24b1 is inclined, and the reinforcement 42 having the engagement hole 43 formed therein is drawn toward the bracket 24 along the inclination of the side surface 24b1 by being inserted into the engagement hole 43, whereby the adhesion between the adjacent reinforcements 22 and 42 is improved during the assembly process, the reinforcing frame structure FS is made stronger, and the strength of the furniture body Fa1 is improved.
Various modifications can be made to the other configurations without departing from the scope of the present invention.
