Description

【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the prefabricated storage furniture according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a pair of left and right outer plates, one or more middle plates disposed between the two outer plates, one or more ground plates, An assembling-type storage furniture in which a top plate and a top plate are detachably connected to each other so as to be orthogonal to each other, and each of the outer plate, the base plate and the top plate has an L-shaped end step along the front and rear side edges. And has an end step having a T-shaped cross section along the front and rear side edges of the middle plate, and the directions of the L-shaped end step and the T-shaped end step are the front and rear of the storage furniture, respectively. The height is low at the end side and high at the inside.
[0052]
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to increase the number of storage units in a horizontal line by an arbitrary number of assembling storage furniture, but do not project the back plate, the drawer end plate, and the opening / closing door from the rear surface or the front surface of the furniture. It is possible to provide an assembling-type storage furniture that can be mounted as described above and has an excellent appearance.
[0053]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the assembling-type storage furniture according to the first aspect, the end steps of the L-shaped cross section and the T steps of the cross section of the ends of the respective boards are respectively provided. The connecting member formed in the hollow end fitting portion and connecting the ends of the plates to each other includes a fitting piece fitted into the end fitting portion of each plate.
[0054]
Therefore, in addition to the effect of the invention as set forth in claim 1, the fitting piece of the connecting member for connecting the middle side plate and the ends of the top plate and the base plate when the plurality of storage portions are laterally increased is provided. It fits into the hollow end fitting part of the L-shaped cross section and the T-shaped cross section of the end of the plate, so that the appearance is clean and strong without displacing the plates, and it can be securely attached and detached. This has the effect of facilitating assembly work.
[0055]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the prefabricated storage furniture according to the second aspect, the connecting member connects an upper end and a lower end of each of the outer plates to a left end or a right end of the main plate and the top plate. It is constituted by a connecting member, and an additional connecting member that is connected and used back to back to connect the upper and lower ends of the middle plate to the left end or the right end of the main plate and the top plate.
[0056]
Therefore, it is possible to easily add the storage section simply by preparing two types of connection members for the end and the extension.
[0057]
Furthermore, the invention according to claim 4 is the assembly type storage furniture according to claim 3, wherein each of the outer plate, the base plate, and the top plate has an inner surface that protrudes inward in a longitudinal direction of the storage furniture. The middle connecting plate has a central fitting portion that protrudes on both left and right sides thereof and that opens up and down. And a linking member for increasing the number of ends of the base, which extends in the front-rear direction of each of the plates, a central fitting piece extending longitudinally and longitudinally to be fitted to the central fitting portion, and an end fitting to each of the end fitting portions. The fitting pieces are formed so as to protrude in directions orthogonal to each other.
[0058]
Since the central fitting piece of each connecting member is fitted into the central fitting portion of each plate, the assembling strength is further enhanced. If the base plate, the top plate, the outer plate and the middle plate, and the two connecting members are formed in a symmetrical shape in the depth direction of the storage furniture, the two connecting members can be shared via the four corners of each plate, and the number of parts can be significantly increased. The effect is that it can be reduced to a small amount.
[0059]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the prefabricated storage furniture according to the third or fourth aspect, one of the end connecting member and the additional connecting member is engaged with and disengaged from the other member. In the case where the projections are provided, an effect is obtained in that the end connecting member and the additional connecting member can be prevented from easily shifting or coming off from each plate in the assembled state.
[0060]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the assembly type storage furniture according to any one of the third to fifth aspects, the central fitting portion and the central fitting piece are fastened and fixed by fastening screws. Since the assembling strength of the furniture is further strengthened and the fastening screw is located inside the storage furniture, it has an effect of having a good appearance.
