Abstract
【解決手段】 粒子形状物質(80)を取り扱うための装置が、この物質を収容し取り扱うための加工室(13)を有する。ベース(22)は一方を他方の上にして異なる平面で互いに重なるように配置された複数のガイドプレートからなり、その間にスロットが配置され、これを介して加工エア(78)が加工室(13)内に本質的に水平方向成分動作で方向付けられ得る。ガイドプレートと相互作用する垂直調整器(72)が設けられており、これを用いてガイドプレートの間の距離とこれによるスロットの高さが可変に構成されている。

Claims (10)
- 粒子形状物質(80)を取り扱うための装置であって、物質(80)を収容して取り扱うための加工室(13)を有し、加工室(13)のベース(22)が、一方を他方の上にして異なる平面で互いに重なるように配置された複数のガイドプレート(26−31)からなり、その間にスロット(36−42)が形成されており、これらを介して加工エア(78)が加工室(13)内に本質的に水平方向成分動作で方向付けられていて、ガイドプレート(26−31)と相互作用する垂直調整器(72)が設けられており、これを用いてガイドプレート(26−31)の間の距離とこれによるスロット(36−42)の高さが可変に構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- ガイドプレート(26−31)の間の垂直距離がゼロから最大距離まで可変である方式で、垂直調整器(72)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- ガイドプレート(26−31)が、垂直調整可能な方向に行き来する振動をされ得るように、垂直調整器(72)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 垂直調整器(72)が、ガイドプレート(26−31)の各々と接続される少なくとも1つの調整トラバース(52)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 垂直調整器(72)が、ベース(22)の中央に配置される垂直調整部材(64)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 放射方向外側から内側へ見たときに、一方を他方の上に配置した環状のガイドプレート(26−31)からなるベース(22)において、中央の直立した垂直調整部材(64)があり、これが横材(58)の放射方向内側端部に接続されていて、その放射方向外側端部において旋回可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 垂直調整部材(64)が、圧縮エア調整スタッド(66)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 垂直調整器(72)が、ベース(22)の下方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 調整トラバース(52)が、放射方向に延在した複数の横材(58)、特に3つから6つの横材(58)を有することを特徴とする請求項4から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 一方を他方の上に配置したガイドプレートの異なるグループからなるベースの場合に、各グループが垂直調整器と相互作用することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
