本発明は、投薬指示間違い防止プログラムに係り、特に医師が行う投薬指示の間違いを防止する投薬指示間違い防止プログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、病院などの医療機関では、医師による診断後の処方指示,投薬指示などをコンピュータシステムを通じて行うオーダシステムが導入されている。このようなオーダシステムは、医師から入力された投薬指示に、誤った薬の組み合わせや患者の症状にそぐわない投薬などの薬の禁忌が含まれていないかをチェックする機能を有していることが多い。

従来のオーダシステムでは、医師から入力された投薬指示に薬の禁忌などのエラーがあった場合、医師に対してエラーを通知すると共に、投薬指示の修正を要求する。この場合、医師はエラーの原因を調べ、エラーのあった投薬指示を修正してエラーのない投薬指示をオーダシステムに再入力していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のオーダシステムでは、医師から入力された投薬指示にエラーがあった場合、医師に対して投薬指示の修正を要求する。この場合、医師はエラーの原因を文献検索など様々な方法で調べ、エラーのあった投薬指示を修正してエラーのない投薬指示をオーダシステムに再入力しなければならなかった。

特に種類が多く、且つ入れ替わりも頻繁に発生する薬の禁忌を全て把握することは、医師であっても困難であった。したがって、医師はエラーのあった投薬指示を修正する作業に多大な時間を費やさなければならない場合があり、本業である診療の効率が低下するという問題があった。

本発明は、上記の点に鑑みなされたもので、投薬指示の修正を容易に行うことができ、投薬指示の間違いを防止できる投薬指示間違い防止プログラムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、コンピュータを、1人以上の医師が以前に行った投薬指示間違いの内容と、前記投薬指示間違いに対して行った修正の内容とを対応付けて格納する履歴情報格納手段と、前記医師が投薬指示を行う前または後に、前記投薬指示間違いの内容およびその投薬指示間違いに対応する修正の内容を画面上に表示する履歴情報表示手段として機能させることを特徴とする。

本発明の投薬指示間違い防止プログラムは、1人以上の医師が以前に行った投薬指示間違いの内容と、前記投薬指示間違いに対して行った修正の内容とを対応付けて格納しておくことで、次回以降に投薬指示をおこなう前または後に投薬指示間違いの内容およびその投薬指示間違いに対応する修正の内容を画面上に表示する。したがって、医師は以前に修正実績のある薬を容易に識別でき、診療の効率を向上できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態について図面に基づいて説明する。

図1は、本発明によるオーダシステムの一実施例の構成図である。オーダシステム1は、オーダシステム用のクライアント2a〜2nと,オーダシステム用のサーバ3と,LAN(Local Area Network)などのネットワーク4とを含むように構成される。

クライアント2a〜2nは例えば医師が操作する端末であって、ネットワーク4を介してサーバ3に接続されている。サーバ3はクライアント2a〜2nに対してオーダシステム1に掛かるサービスを提供するコンピュータであって、通信処理部5と,オーダ入力処理部6と,エラーチェック処理部7と,エラー履歴情報管理部8と,エラー表示画面作成部9と,オーダデータベース10と,投薬チェックパターンマスタ11と,エラー履歴情報管理ファイル12とを含むように構成される。

通信処理部5は、クライアント2a〜2nとの間で通信を行う。オーダ入力処理部6は、医師による投薬指示などのオーダをオーダデータベース10に格納する。オーダデータベース10は、医師から入力された投薬指示などのオーダを格納している。

サーバ3の処理に係る投薬指示間違い防止プログラムは、例えば記録媒体24の配布やダウンロードによって提供される。なお、投薬指示間違い防止プログラムを記録した記録媒体24は、CD−ROM、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク(MO)等の様に情報を光学的,電気的或いは磁気的に記録する記録媒体、ROM、フラッシュメモリ等の様に情報を電気的に記録する半導体メモリ等、様々なタイプの記録媒体を用いることができる。

(付記3) 前記履歴情報表示手段は、前記医師が行う投薬指示の対象となる患者の情報またはその患者の疾病の情報を取得し、前記投薬指示の対象となる患者またはその患者の疾病に応じて、前記投薬指示間違いの内容およびその投薬指示間違いに対応する修正の内容を画面上に表示することを特徴とする付記1記載の投薬指示間違い防止プログラム。
(付記4) 前記履歴情報表示手段は、前記投薬指示間違いに対して行った修正の回数を計数し、前記修正の回数に応じた順番で前記投薬指示間違いに対応する修正の内容を画面上に表示することを特徴とする付記1記載の投薬指示間違い防止プログラム。
(付記5) コンピュータを、
1人以上の医師が以前に行った投薬指示間違いの内容と、前記投薬指示間違いに対して行った修正の内容とを対応付けて格納する履歴情報格納手段と、
