Description

【0001】

[0018]
The scaffold frame 2 is provided with a filter that penetrates the non-breathable sheet 3 in the center of the front and rear surfaces 21 and 22 and communicates with the inside and outside of the work space 11 in order to ventilate the work space 11. Ventilation devices 4 and 4 are provided. As shown in FIG. 6, the ventilator 4 has a filter 4b replaceably mounted on the open end of the cylindrical main body 4a, and a ventilation fan 4c rotated by a motor 4d inside the filter is rotatably supported. The ventilation devices 4 with filters 4 are attached to the frame of the scaffolding frame 2 so as to ventilate the working space 11.
[0019]
A fence 16 is erected on the edge of the top frame 2D of the scaffolding frame 2, and a worker is provided on the inner end of the support frame 1 from the inner side of the railing B. A lifting facility 17 composed of a stair that can be raised and lowered with respect to the use frame 2 is mounted.
[0020]
For example, in order to perform the painting work on the outer wall surface B1 of the railing section B of the bridge by the moving scaffolding device A configured as described above, the scaffolding frame 2 is arranged along the outer wall surface B1 of the railing section B, and the supporting frame 1 Is mounted on the upper end surface of the railing section B, and the inner and outer side wheels 6, 7 are brought into contact with the upper end inner and outer wall surfaces B1, B2 of the railing section B so as to be in contact therewith. Is suspended along the front and rear edges of the inner surface of the scaffolding frame 2 so that the scaffolding frame 2 can travel in the front and rear direction in a stable state along the outer wall surface B1 of the railing section B. The sealing members 8 and 8 are closely attached to the outer wall surface B1 of the row section B at an interval in the front and rear, and furthermore, the elastic sealing material 8 'attached to the upper edge of the auxiliary scaffolding base 2' is Keep it in close contact with the outer bottom.
[0021]
In this state, the worker gets into the working space 11 on the upper and lower working floors 12 and 13 of the scaffolding frame 2 and enters the working room through the upper working chamber in the scaffolding frame 2 on the upper working floor 11. The upper half of the outer wall surface B1 of the facing railing section B is painted by spraying a resin liquid or the like, and the railing facing the working room through the lower working room in the scaffolding frame 2 on the lower working floor 12. The lower half of the outer wall surface B1 of the part B is painted. Further, the lower surface of the scaffolding frame 2 extends downward from the lower end of the railing section B, and the auxiliary scaffolding base 2 ′ performs painting work on the outer bottom surface of the railing section B.
[0022]
During this painting work, a part of the material (paint) sprayed on the outer wall surface B1 and the outer bottom surface of the railing section B rebounds from the outer wall surface B1 and the outer bottom surface to the scaffolding frame 2 side. On the inner wall surface having a working opening facing the outer wall surface B1 and the outer bottom surface of the portion B, the elastic sealing members 8, 8 'attached to the peripheral edge thereof are connected to the outer wall surface B1 of the railing portion B and the outer bottom surface. The elastic sealing members 8 and 8 ′ prevent the paint particles rebounding from being scattered outside from between the column section B and the scaffolding frame 2, and all the paint rebounds. The particles are received in the working space 11 of the scaffolding frame 2.
[0023]
Since the work space 11 of the scaffold frame 2 is closed by the non-breathable sheet 3 except for the inner surface of the opening of the scaffold frame 2 that faces the outer wall surface B1 of the railing section B, The suspended particles are suspended in the work space 11 of the scaffold frame 2 without being scattered from the inside of the frame 2 to the outside, and these suspended particles are actuated by the ventilation device 4 with a filter that ventilates the work space 11. The air is trapped by the filter 4b disposed in the ventilator 4 and only the air in the work space 11 is ventilated without being discharged to the outside. The worker wears a dust mask during the spraying operation of the paint and performs the operation.
[0024]
As a material to be spray-coated on the outer wall surface B1 of the railing section B, in addition to resin paints such as urethane resin, urea resin, and urea urethane resin, concrete, mortar, polymer cement-based material, or various short fibers may be used. Is used. In addition to the application work by spraying, when the outer wall surface B1 of the railing section B is subjected to a surface grinding process using a sander or the like, the work is performed using the work scaffolding apparatus A, and the work is performed by grinding. The work space 11 is ventilated while preventing fine powder such as concrete from scattering outside the scaffold frame and capturing fine particles by the filter 4b of the ventilator 4.
[0025]
When the work such as painting on the outer wall surface B1 of the railing section B facing the scaffolding frame 2 is completed, the operator operates the drive motor by remote control to rotate the top wheel 5, and the scaffolding device A is moved to the railing. It is advanced in the horizontal direction along the outer wall surface B1 of the part B to the next painting position, and a continuous painting operation or the like is performed on the previously painted part. Note that, without stopping the scaffolding device A, the painting work or the like may be performed while continuously moving forward at a speed according to the work efficiency of the worker.
[0026]
During this painting operation, when the scaffolding device A reaches an obstacle (not shown) such as a power box or a steel pole arranged along the inner wall surface B2 of the railing B, the inner side wheels 6 The scaffolding device A was temporarily stopped and the wheel frame 9 on which the preceding front end side wheel 6 facing the obstacle was mounted was removed because it could not be moved forward any more when it came to the obstacle. Thereafter, the scaffolding device A is moved forward while the scaffolding frame 2 is stably supported by the top wheels 5 and the remaining inner side wheels 6, 6 and the outer side wheels 7, 7, thereby preventing the obstacle. Is located between the removed front end wheel frame 9 and the next intermediate wheel frame 9.
[0027]
In this state, the scaffolding device A is stopped again, the wheel frame 9 on which the front side wheel 6 is mounted is attached to the original position, and then the intermediate side wheel 6 is mounted. By removing the wheel frame 9 that is present and then moving the scaffolding device A forward again, the obstacle is passed rearward from the removed wheel frame 9 on the intermediate portion side.
[0028]
Hereinafter, in the same manner, the wheel frame 9 on which the side wheels 6 facing the obstacle are mounted is removed, and after the obstacle has passed, the wheel frame 9 is attached to allow the obstacle to pass rearward from the rear end of the scaffolding device A. A painting operation or the like is performed on the outer wall surface B1 of the part B.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the scaffolding device of the present invention, the work floor is laid on the scaffold frame having the inside formed in the work space, as described in claim 1. A work scaffolding device in which the upper end of the scaffold frame is supported on the upper end of a bridge under the bridge via a plurality of wheels, and is movably disposed along the outer wall surface of the bridge. Since the non-breathable sheet is stretched between the frame parts forming the scaffolding frame, leaving an opening on the inner surface facing the outer wall surface of the railing, the work space of the scaffolding frame is Workers move the scaffold frame in the longitudinal direction of the bridge while spraying resin liquid on the outer wall surface of the railing section facing this scaffold frame, or grinding the outer wall surface with a sander Work smoothly As well as, the particles of the paint sprayed on the outer wall rebound or even if the fine powder of the ground outer wall is about to scatter, the outer surface of the scaffold frame other than the inner surface facing the outer wall of the railing section, Since it is covered with a non-breathable sheet, the particles of paint and the fine powder whose outer wall surface is ground can be reliably prevented from being scattered and dropped to the outside by the non-breathable sheet, thereby deteriorating the environment. A coating operation or the like can be performed without the need.
[0030]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the non-breathable sheet is stretched between the sheet mounting frame members fixed on adjacent frame portions of the scaffold frame, the non-breathable sheet is used for the scaffold. A scaffold that can be easily mounted from the outside of the frame using the seat mounting frame material, and can be easily removed and replaced, and furthermore, the scaffold is open facing the outer wall surface of the railing. The outer peripheral edge of the inner side surface of the frame is provided with an elastic sealing material that is in contact with the outer wall surface of the railing, so that the elastic sealing material prevents the gap between the outer wall surface of the railing and the scaffolding frame from being formed. Spray powder or fine powder generated by grinding can be prevented from scattering to the outside, and these paint particles or fine powder can be reliably received in the scaffold frame. Come, this because scaffolding frame also with the elastic sealing member airtightness by said non-permeable sheet is held, scattering outside scaffolding frame, can be reliably prevented from flowing out.
[0031]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the scaffold frame is provided with a ventilation device with a filter that penetrates through the non-permeable sheet and communicates with the inside and outside of the scaffold frame. The air in the frame for scaffolding can be ventilated while catching the paint particles bounced off during the grinding and the fine particles generated during grinding by the filter of this ventilator, improving the working space in the frame for scaffolding. Workability can be improved.
