[0004] However, providing permanent work scaffolds on these relatively small bridges leads to increased costs, and it is economically difficult to install them over all bridges. Therefore, to carry out periodic inspections and to carry out early repairs and maintenance as needed, temporarily build a work scaffold or use an aerial work vehicle or the like Visual inspection is being carried out from the bridge. Construction of such work scaffolds, installation of aerial work vehicles, etc. are performed when the traffic volume of the target overpass or overpass is small and traffic can be easily stopped or vehicle regulation can be performed, or under roads and tracks under bridges There is no problem under conditions such as there is no obstacle to the regulation, but there is a problem under heavy traffic.

According to the present invention, there is provided a locking portion which is detachably locked on a side of a bridge body, and a horizontal bar along a bridge shaft is movable in a bridge axis direction on a laterally outer portion of the bridge body. A number of locking hardware provided with a support portion for supporting the locking hardware, a number of unit worktables having a horizontal bar supported by the supporting portion of the locking hardware, and extending and suspended from the lateral outside of the bridge body, A working scaffold for an existing bridge, comprising a connecting member for connecting the unit working tables to each other. Since there is a railing on the side of the bridge body, an inverted U-shaped locking metal which is put on the railing from above can be detachably locked. A large number of the locking hardware are sequentially locked on the railing of the bridge body. The locking hardware has a horizontal bar support for suspending the horizontal bar of the unit work table outside the side surface of the bridge body, and the unit work table is movably hung along the side surface of the bridge body. The unit workbench has a horizontal bar mounted on the upper part, and a work scaffold plate is mounted on a frame suspended from the horizontal bar. A scaffold is formed on the side of the bridge.

[0008] The work scaffold of the present invention is erected as follows. First, the metal fittings are locked from the end of the bridge body which does not hinder normal vehicle traffic to the railing of the bridge body. 1 to be the scaffold tip
The tip of the horizontal bar of the unit work table is fitted to the support of the latch hardware, the work table is advanced and supported, and then the next latch hardware at the advanced position from the unit work table is removed. The first unit workbench is engaged with the rear end of the horizontal bar of the first unit workbench, and the front end of the horizontal bar of the second unit workbench is fitted and supported forward. The locking of the locking hardware at the forward position and the forward connection of the unit worktable are repeated. In this way, a temporary repair scaffold can be erected. When the inspection and repair are completed, the scaffold can be dismantled and removed by reversing the above method. ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, assembling and disassembly of a work scaffolding becomes possible while ensuring the traffic of the bridge up and down, which is suitable.

First, a work yard is prepared on a road shoulder on the side end of the bridge body 100 outside the traveling road, and the required number of unit work tables 30, connecting members 50, and locking hardware 20 required for the length of the bridge body 100 are transported. And then bring it in. Next, 2
It locks to the individual column 101. Since the locking hardware 20 is lightweight, it may be manually locked using a ladder or the like. Subsequently, the first unit workbench 30 is lifted using a high-altitude work vehicle or a small truck crane if the work yard has room. If you can't afford it, you can do it manually. The horizontal bars 38, 39 of the unit worktable 30 are laterally located between the guide rollers of the locking hardware 20 locked to the rail 101.
Is fitted and advanced. Next, the subsequent unit work table 30 is connected via the lifting connection member 50. Thereafter, a worker is boarded on the unit worktable 30 at the tip, the third locking hardware 20 is suspended on the high rail 101, and the connection of the unit worktable 30, the locking of the locking hardware 20, and the forward movement are repeated. A temporary scaffold 10 having a predetermined length is erected. In this case, if it is possible to temporarily use the overpass 100, the unit workbench 30 and the connecting member 50 may be suspended from the bridge.

According to the present invention, in the case of inspection and repair of an existing overpass or overpass constructed on a route where traffic regulation or operation regulation is difficult, such as a highway or a railway, the bridge can be used on a railing of a bridge body. A plurality of latches that are detachably latched, and a plurality of worktables that are supported by a horizontal bar that fits into the guide structure of the latches and that are extended and suspended outside the bridge body are united and provided. Therefore, inspection and repair of the bridge can be performed without traffic regulation. Further, the workbench is extended and suspended on both sides of the bridge body, and rails are suspended at the lower ends of both worktables in parallel with the bridge body,
It is preferable to provide a suspension work table which is suspended at both ends of the rail and moves the lower surface of the bridge body back and forth so that the entire lower surface of the bridge body can be inspected and repaired.

Further, this work scaffold locks a metal fitting having a guide structure from the end of the bridge body that does not hinder the traffic of the vehicle to the railing of the bridge body, and the level of the first work table serving as the end of the scaffold. The tip of the rod is fitted into the guide structure of the locking hardware, the work table is advanced and supported, and then the next locking hardware at the advanced position is locked with the hand of an operator from the work table, The tip of the second workbench horizontal bar is fitted to the rear end of the workbench and supported forward, and the locking of the forward position locking hardware and the connecting forward movement of the unitized workbench are repeated. When completed, the above-described method can be reversed to dismantle and remove the scaffold, and it is possible to assemble and disassemble the work scaffold while securing the traffic of the upper and lower bridges. Furthermore, due to the partial deterioration of the bridge body, it is possible to check the concrete peeling and dropping in advance and repair it without installing permanent equipment. Not only does regulation become unnecessary, but there is no need to stop traffic or vehicles, and the effect of improving convenience and safety is enormous.
