しかしながら、Y2 O3 とTiO2 の合計量とそれらの比率、さらにはMoとWの合計量を特公平5−18897号公報の教示のように調整してマルテンサイト系酸化物分散強化型鋼を製造しても、酸化物粒子が均一に微細分散化されない場合もあり、この場合には目的とする高温強度の向上効果が達成できないことになる。
