tr=(G・α・Ts2・g)/(4π2・σt)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding bearing for seismic isolation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A seismic isolation sliding bearing is a device that is disposed between an upper structure and a lower structure of a structure and supports the weight of the upper structure while allowing relative horizontal displacement between the upper structure and the lower structure. . The seismic isolation sliding bearing slidably abuts a horizontal sliding surface defined by a member coupled to the superstructure of the building and a horizontal sliding surface defined by a member coupled to the substructure of the building. In many cases, the horizontal sliding surface on the lower structure side is defined by a surface of stainless steel, and the horizontal sliding surface on the upper structure side is defined by a surface of ethylene tetrafluoride resin.
The smaller the frictional force acting between the stainless steel surface and the tetrafluoroethylene resin surface that are in contact with each other, the better seismic isolation performance is obtained, but the load applied to the contact surface is generally very large Therefore, it is difficult to sufficiently reduce the frictional force acting between them. Therefore, in practice, the seismic isolation sliding bearing does not slide unless the seismic acceleration applied to the substructure of the structure is large enough. In other words, the initial stiffness before sliding out of the stationary state and the unloading stiffness when sliding out in the opposite direction are large, so high-frequency components are input to the upper structure before sliding out, and as a result, excitation of higher-order modes of the upper structure is excited. As a result, the rate of reduction of the acceleration is reduced, and the seismic isolation performance is reduced.
Conventionally, in order to overcome this drawback, a seismic isolation device having a configuration in which a seismic isolation sliding bearing and a laminated rubber are connected in series by stacking laminated rubber on a seismic isolation sliding bearing has been used. When seismic isolation of a structure is performed using a seismic isolation device of this configuration, generally, a seismic isolation device of this configuration is used in combination with a seismic isolation device consisting only of laminated rubber without a sliding bearing. I am trying to do it. If a large earthquake occurs, the seismic isolation device with the seismic isolation sliding bearing and laminated rubber piled up causes the sliding bearing to slide out, reducing the horizontal force applied to the superstructure from the seismic isolation device. In addition, the natural vibration period of the superstructure of the structure is lengthened, and excellent seismic isolation performance is obtained.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the seismic isolation sliding bearing attached to stack the laminated rubber is an extremely useful seismic isolation device having excellent seismic isolation performance, however, the manufacturing cost of the laminated rubber is not so great. It is disadvantageous in that it is expensive due to the added manufacturing cost, and that the overall height of the seismic isolation device also increases.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to have a good seismic isolation performance approaching a conventionally used seismic isolation sliding bearing with laminated rubber attached in series, An object of the present invention is to provide a seismic isolation bearing that can be manufactured at a significantly lower cost than such a type of seismic isolation bearing, and that can keep the height dimension small.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a seismic isolation sliding bearing according to the present invention is provided between an upper structure and a lower structure of a structure and allows relative horizontal displacement between the upper structure and the lower structure. A first assembly coupled to one of the upper structure and the lower structure of the structure to define a smooth first horizontal sliding surface, and an upper part of the structure; A second assembly coupled to the other of the structure and the lower structure, and defining a smooth second horizontal sliding surface, wherein the first horizontal sliding surface and the second horizontal sliding surface are brought into sliding contact with each other. A fixed-side support for fixing a vertical load on a sliding surface and allowing a relative horizontal displacement between the first assembly and the second assembly, wherein the second assembly is fixed to a structure. Defining a structure and the second horizontal sliding surface Friction material layer comprising a tetrafluoroethylene resin sheet, a low friction material layer support structure defining a horizontal support surface for supporting the low friction material layer, the fixed support structure, and the low friction material A horizontally extending rubber sheet interposed between the support structure and the layer support structure, wherein the fixed-side support structure is constituted by a flange plate fixed to the structure and defining a horizontal plane. The low friction material layer support structure is composed of a pedestal block having an upward horizontal surface and a downward horizontal surface, and the pedestal block has one horizontal surface connected to the horizontal surface of the flange plate via the rubber sheet. The low friction material layer is supported on the other horizontal surface, and in the second assembly, the area ratio of the rubber sheet to the area of the resin sheet is 2 to 2. And characterized in that.
In addition, the present invention is configured such that the rubber sheet is subjected to shear deformation in a horizontal direction, thereby suppressing horizontal vibration transmission from a lower structure to an upper structure of the structure. Horizontal shear deformation is suppressed in a part of the rubber sheet in the thickness direction, and horizontal shear deformation is allowed in the remaining area in the thickness direction. The thickness of the region where the deformation is allowed is in the range of 1 mm to 30 mm.
[0005]
According to the seismic isolation sliding bearing of the present invention, when the lower structure of the structure vibrates due to an earthquake or the like, the fixed-side support structure fixed to the structure and the low-friction material layer defining the horizontal sliding surface are provided. Since the rubber sheet interposed therebetween is sheared in the horizontal direction, vibration transmission from the lower structure to the upper structure is suppressed. Further, by appropriately determining the thickness of the rubber sheet, the magnitude of the initial rigidity of the sliding bearing for seismic isolation can be adjusted. Further, even when the horizontality of the first horizontal sliding surface or the horizontality of the second horizontal sliding surface is not good due to a construction error, the rubber sheet is elastically deformed, thereby preventing the sliding surfaces from hitting each other. can do. In addition, these effects can be realized with a seismic isolation sliding bearing at a much lower cost than conventionally used seismic isolation sliding bearings provided with laminated rubber in series.

【The invention's effect】
As apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the upper structure is disposed between the upper structure and the lower structure of the structure while allowing the relative horizontal displacement between the upper structure and the lower structure. A first assembly that is coupled to one of an upper structure and a lower structure of the structure to define a smooth first horizontal sliding surface; and an upper structure and a lower portion of the structure. A second assembly coupled to the other of the structures and defining a smooth second horizontal sliding surface. Then, in the second assembly, the rubber sheet interposed between the flange plate as the fixed-side support structure fixed to the structure and the pedestal block as the bottom friction material layer support structure allows the lower structure to move from the upper structure to the upper structure. In order to suppress the horizontal vibration transmission to the structure, adjust the initial rigidity of the seismic isolation sliding bearing, and prevent the first horizontal sliding surface and the second horizontal sliding surface from hitting each other. In addition, these functions and effects can be realized by a seismic isolation sliding bearing at a much lower cost than conventionally used seismic isolation sliding bearings provided with laminated rubber in series.
Therefore, while having good seismic isolation performance approaching that of seismic isolation sliding bearings in which laminated rubber is attached in series, it can be manufactured at a much lower cost than that type of seismic isolation sliding bearing, and the height dimension is small. A seismic isolation sliding bearing that can be suppressed is obtained.
