Abstract

［課題］家庭の冷凍庫で簡単にアイスキャンデーが製れるようにしたい。
［解決手段］プラスチックなどの容器に、水といろいろ取り合わせた味成分との液を、詰めて、容易に開けうる蓋をして密閉し、容器の長辺より適当に長い柄（スティック）を別に添えて、それを冷凍する場合に、蓋を開けて容器の液の中に柄を、先端は沈めて他端は容器の縁から食み出すように、差し込んで、冷凍するようにした、フリーザーキャンデーと呼ぶことにする、アイスキャンデー用液缶詰。

［発明の属する技術分野］
家庭の冷蔵庫で簡単にアイスキャンデーが製れるようにしたい。

［従来の技術］
従来のアイスキャンデー用の液はプラスチックの管に入れられており、家庭の冷凍庫で氷にして、管から取り出して食べるようになっていた。しかしこの方法では柄（スティック）を設けることが出来ず、昔のアイスキャンデーのようには製れなかった。

［発明が解決しようとする課題］
そこで昔のアイスキャンデーのように柄を設けうるものを開発したい。

［課題を解決するための手段］
そのまま冷凍すれば、柄の付いたアイスキャンデーとなるものが発明できないかといろいろ考えてみたが、全体を包むものはどうしても柄のところに氷がついてしまうし、柄を外に出して包むとそこからの液漏れを完全に防ぐには相当なコストを掛けなくてはならない。そこで液と柄を別々にして包み、冷凍庫で凍らす際に柄を液に差し込んで凍らすことを考え付いた。
その本発明は「特許請求の範囲」に簡潔に述記してある。

［発明の効果］
今日、以前のようにアイスクリームやアイスシャーベットなどが売れない。総じて品質が低下したことにもよるが、冷蔵庫の普及と自動販売機の普及により、冷たい飲料が手軽に摂れるようになったからであろう。
冷たい飲料も好ましいものではあるが、もっと冷たいものになると氷菓子と言うことになる。
氷菓子をメーカーで製って冷凍車で各店舗に運び、冷凍ショウケースで販売するには膨大なエネルギーを食う。そうであっても飲料との競争上販価を上げることはできない。ひっきょう赤字販売となり、氷菓子を置く店舗は少なくなってしまった。
そのエネルギーを節約するには、製造・流通・販売上の冷凍エネルギーの使用を中止して、家庭の冷凍庫だけを活用すると好い。
本発明はこの思想に基づいたもので、低コストに提供できるので、時には氷菓子で涼を楽しみたい人や子供には大いに歓迎されよう。

  1. プラスチックなどの容器に、水といろいろ取り合わせた味成分との液を、詰めて、容易に開けうる蓋をして密閉し、容器の長辺より適当に長い柄（スティック）を別に添えて、それを冷凍する場合に、蓋を開けて容器の液の中に柄を、先端は沈めて他端は容器の縁から食み出すように、差し込んで、冷凍するようにした、フリーザーキャンデーと呼ぶことにする、アイスキャンデー用液缶詰。
