−図7aに示したように、撚り糸脚22a,22bのうちの一方の撚り糸脚に、たとえば1本のコア糸が存在しており、この場合、サクションスリット25′′は真っ直ぐに、つまりクランプライン14に対して直交する方向に延びているか、またはクランプライン14に対して斜めに延びている;
−図7bに示したように、各撚り糸脚22a,22bにそれぞれ1本の付加糸またはコア糸が存在している;

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spinning machine, particularly a ring spinning machine, in which a multi-stage draft mechanism is provided, and a pair of outlet rollers of the draft mechanism has a perforated area or a perforated area extending over a peripheral surface of a suction device, In particular, a suction roller belongs, said suction roller extending in particular between a corresponding drafting mechanism exit roller and a corresponding roller for a twist stop forming a twist stop gap (Drehungs-Sperrspart) with said suction roller. Along the running path section located on the peripheral surface of the suction roller, the guide surfaces for the two sliver parts of one sliver (fiber bundle) divided at this location or for two slivers fed side by side are provided. And thus form a focusing or condensing stage In the condensing stage, slivers already drafted but not yet twisted are condensed or bundled to form a single compact fiber strand (Kompakttaserstrang). Format.
[0002]
Furthermore, the invention relates to the production of a spun twisted yarn (Spinnzwirn) and to a spun twisted yarn.
[0003]
[Prior art]
In a known spinning machine of this type (DE 19500036, DE 196 08 697), each compact fiber strand formed by suction rollers is passed after a twist stop gap. Spun to form one unique individual yarn. When it is desired to manufacture a plied yarn, a plurality of yarns thus manufactured are twisted to form one plied yarn.
[0004]
Also, the two rovings are merged behind the exit roller of a draft mechanism consisting of a plurality of solid cylinders, and are processed by a spindle and a bell that can rotate almost freely, to give a processed yarn similar to a ply yarn. It is also known to form (EP-A-0 444 486). However, the twist characteristics of the processed yarn produced in this way are not satisfactory.
[0005]
It is also known to divide one roving into two parts by means of a suction roller provided at the exit of a multi-stage drafting mechanism (Austria Patent 398086). However, the two parts are then rejoined before reaching the twist stop gap, so that the final spun yarn is formed from only one fiber strand, as in conventional practice. Is done.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a spinning machine of the type mentioned at the outset, in particular a ring spinning machine and a method, in which a wide variety of yarns with or without twisting properties can be produced. It is to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a spinning machine, particularly a ring spinning machine, in which sliver is supplied by one or two roving bobbins or one or two draft sliver cans. At least one multi-stage draft mechanism is provided, the draft mechanism including a plurality of roller pairs, and a suction device is disposed at or near the exit roller pair of the roller pair. And a perforation area extending over the peripheral surface of the suction device, wherein the suction device is located on a peripheral surface of the suction device that is moved along with one or more slivers. Along provides a guide surface for the sliver, which forms a focusing or condensing step, In the condensing stage, at least one sliver which has already been drafted but at least not yet significantly twisted or not twisted at all is condensed or bundled, advantageously To form a compact fiber strand with a width of less than 1 mm, radially just inside the perforation area of the suction device in the radial direction along said track section moved with said compact fiber strand. A generally defined circumferentially extending notch in the shield forms a defined suction zone which guides one or more of said compact fiber strands in the circumferential direction, A spinning device, in particular a ring spinning device, In the spinning machine of the type that imparts a spinning twist to the compact fiber strand, a rotation speed changing device is disposed in the draft mechanism or the draft mechanism driving device, and the rotation speed changing device individually The number of revolutions of the roller pairs is no longer proportional to each other with respect to time, so that the compact fiber strands are subjected to a time-variable draft.
[0009]
In accordance with a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided at least one fiber strand to be drafted and condensed and at least one additional yarn for components to be spun together, in particular as described above. A spinning machine having a drafting mechanism, a condensing device for at least one fiber strand, and a guide element for the fiber strand. , A guide device is provided for guiding an additional yarn, which is a synthetic yarn and / or an elastic yarn and / or a smooth yarn and / or a crimped yarn, and / or a smooth yarn or a decorative yarn to the fiber strand. The at least one additional yarn is obliquely approached to the at least one fiber strand, or The guide device and the guide element are configured such that at least one fiber strand is obliquely approached to at least one additional yarn, and the two are twisted with each other. When viewed in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the transport rollers (FIGS. 5b, 6b, 7a, 7b, 7c), that is to say in the projection of the arrangement in these figures, The approach was such that the components approached each other along the path to the device, after which the components were twisted together.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a spinning machine for at least one fiber strand to be drafted and condensed and at least one additional yarn for components to be spun together. And a drafting mechanism and a condensing device for at least one fiber strand, and further comprising a guide element for the fiber strand. A guide device is provided for guiding the additional yarns, which are yarns and / or smooth yarns and / or crimped yarns and / or smooth yarns or decorative yarns, to the fiber strands, wherein at least one additional yarn is provided. At least one fiber strand obliquely approached or at least one fiber strand The guide device and the guide element are configured such that the strand is obliquely approached to at least one additional yarn, and the two are twisted with each other, and the transport direction of the component that is not obliquely guided is: Advantageously, it extends in a direction exactly perpendicular to the axis of the transport roller, while the other component does not extend in a direction exactly perpendicular to the axis of the transport roller.
[0011]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a spinning machine, particularly a ring spinning machine, wherein sliver is supplied by one or two roving bobbins or one or two draft sliver cans. At least one multi-stage draft mechanism, wherein a suction device is disposed at a pair of outlet rollers of the draft mechanism, the suction device having a perforation area extending over a peripheral surface thereof, Provide a guide surface for both sliver parts of one sliver divided at this location or two slivers fed side by side along a section of the road located on the peripheral surface of the suction device This forms a condensing stage in which the final draft has already been drafted. Slivers which are at least not yet significantly twisted or not twisted at all are condensed or condensed, especially compact with a width not more than 1.5 mm, preferably less than 1 mm In a spinning machine of the type adapted to form a fiber strand, a shield is provided radially inside the perforation area of the suction device radially along said track section which is moved together with the compact fiber strand. Two axially spaced suction zones, generally defined by circumferentially extending cutouts, each of which separates one fiber strand from the other fiber strand, preferably from the other. Separated by lateral spacing, generally guided in the circumferential direction Subsequently, only one spinning device, in particular a ring spinning device, is provided, which twists the two compact fiber strands together in a twisted form so as to apply a spinning twist to both compact fiber strands simultaneously. did.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The invention also includes that, before the at least one fiber strand is twisted and wound, the fiber strand is drafted in a time-variable manner and subsequently condensed. . Furthermore, the two slivers e.g. from the roving bobbin can be compacted with a suction device, in particular a suction roller, and can be combined, in particular behind the twist stop gap, and twisted together into a twisted yarn. In this case, the individual compact fiber strands are simultaneously provided with a defined and sufficient degree of spinning. At this time, at least one of the fiber strands may be drafted differently. Furthermore, at least one additional yarn can be brought closer to one or more fiber strands at any point.
[0013]
Due to the compactness of the slivers or rovings, the strength of the fiber strands is significantly increased and the fluff which is a hindrance to twisting is reduced. In this case, in particular a relatively low twist is sufficient, which leads to an increased production.
[0014]
With particular preference the distance between the confluence of the two compact fiber strands from the twist stop gap is between 5 and 15 mm, in particular about 10 mm. The lateral distance between the two compact fiber strands in the twist stop gap is preferably 5 to 10 mm, particularly preferably 7 mm. Advantageously, following the twist stop gap, one of the compact fiber strands also breaks when one of the compact fiber strands breaks, as is known per se from EP-A-0444086 mentioned above. A device for rupture is provided.
[0015]
What is important in the present invention is that both compact fiber strands are guided separately up to the twist stop gap, and are then subsequently combined into a single ply yarn in the direction of the spinning device.
[0016]
Other advantageous configurations of the spinning machine according to the invention and the method according to the invention are specified in the claims and in the following embodiments of the invention.
[0017]

A spinning machine is provided.
[0020]
The at least one drafted and compacted fiber strand and the additional yarn are guided by the guide device by appropriately positioning the components that run more or less obliquely, that is, more or less obliquely toward each other. And the structure of the combined yarn consisting of

[0022]
Influencing the structure of the combined yarn comprising at least one fiber strand and additional yarn which has been drafted and compacted, based on the proper positioning of the components running more or less obliquely towards each other. be able to.
[0023]
With reference to FIGS. 1-3, the prior art relating to condensing spinning and in particular twisting of bundled yarns, as disclosed in DE 196 19 307, is described. After understanding this known prior art, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, two flyer roving yarns 11 are arranged in parallel from two roving bobbins 12 arranged on a machine frame (not shown) via a deflection element 28 to form a three-cylinder draft. It is introduced into the mechanism 13. The draft mechanism 13 includes a pre-draft field 23 having an inlet roller pair 37, 37 ', and a main draft field 24. A pair of rollers 29, 29 'provided at the end of the pre-draft field 23 and at the start of the main draft field 24 comprises aprons 30, 30' (shown only schematically) in a known manner. ing. These aprons 30, 30 'extend into the retraction gap or clamp gap 14 of the exit roller pair 25, 26.
[0025]
The lower roller of the pair of outlet rollers 25, 26 is formed as a perforated suction roller 25 with a rotation axis 36 having a significantly larger diameter than the other rollers. The suction roller 25 forms the last clamp gap 14 of the draft mechanism 13 together with the corresponding draft mechanism exit roller 26 which is the upper roller.
[0026]
The fiber bundle that has traveled through the draft mechanism 13 travels around the suction roller 25 over a part of the peripheral surface of the suction roller 25 along the curved travel path section 15 following the clamp gap 14 that is the exit gap. You will be guided. At this time, the sliver is guided to the corresponding roller 27 for stopping twisting. The corresponding twisting stop roller 27 forms a twist stop gap (Drehungs-Sperrspart) 16 for the sliver together with the suction roller 25.
[0027]
The perforation area or perforation area 35 of the suction roller 25 extends over the entire circumference of the suction roller 25 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, but in the axial direction, if necessary, of the fiber strands 22, 22 '. It extends only over a width that is large enough to allow for traversing motion. This ensures that the two fiber strands 22, 22 ′ always contact the perforation area 35 between the clamp gap 14 and the twist stop gap 16.
[0028]
Inside the suction roller 25, a shield 32 curved concentrically with the suction roller 25 is arranged. This shield 32 is interrupted in a suitable manner in the area corresponding to the roadway section 15. The shield 32 is arranged such that an air flow is formed from the outside to the inside in the direction of the arrow 34 in FIG. 1 by the perforation range 35 of the suction roller 25 based on the negative pressure maintained in the inner chamber of the shield 32. ing.
[0029]
Following the twist stop gap 16, the two compacted slivers exiting the twist stop gap 16 are merged and twisted to form a single spun twist yarn 39. The spun twisted yarn 39 is subsequently guided to the classical ring spinning device 17. Since the ring spinning device 17 includes a ring rail 18, a ring 19, a traveler 20, a spindle 21, and a spindle rail 38 common to all spindles, the spindle 21 has two compact fibers. The spun twisted yarn 39 twisted from the strand is supplied.
[0030]
Advantageously, the total draft in the draft mechanism 13 is between 80 and 100 times, in which case the draft in the pre-draft field 23 is only within the general purpose range of 1.1 to 1.3 times.
[0031]
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the penetration in the shield 32 defines two axially spaced suction zones 33, 33 '. Both suction zones 33, 33 ′ extend together in the circumferential direction of the suction roller 25 or in the sliver conveying direction 31 and extend so as to converge toward one another in the direction of the ring spinning device 17.
[0032]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, one end of the suction zone 33, 33 'which is adjacent in the axial direction is viewed in the sliver conveyance direction 31, and the clamp between the suction roller 25 and the corresponding draft mechanism exit roller 26 is provided. It is located just behind the gap 14 where the roving 11 enters. In this range, the suction zones 33, 33 'have the largest axial mutual spacing. Subsequently, the two suction zones 33, 33 'taper in mirror image with respect to a central axis extending between the two suction zones 33, 33' in the circumferential direction and extend substantially parallel to one another provided in the end regions. It transitions into slits or slits that converge slightly toward each other.
[0033]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the convergence of the suction zones 33, 33 'starts at the circumferential point 42 of the suction roller 25 which is seen in FIG. In the embodiment shown, the corresponding circumferential point 42 ′ is located at a large circumferential distance from the clamp gap 14 in the sliver transport direction 31. This is necessary in the embodiment of FIG. This is because in this case only one roving 11 is fed to the multi-stage drafting mechanism 13 and behind the clamping gap 14 the suction zones 33, 33 'are firstly removed from only one sliver. This is because two separate fiber strands 22, 22 'must be formed by spreading in the known manner away from each other. The formation of the two separate fiber strands 22, 22 'is assisted by a blowpipe 40 (shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1) which extends into the extent of the suction zones 33, 33'.
[0034]
When the two separate fiber strands 22, 22 'are formed with significant axial spacing, this spacing is such that bridging between the two fiber strands 22, 22' is at least sufficiently avoided. It is formed in a suitable size. After the two fiber strands 22, 22 'have been formed, the convergence of the two suction zones 33, 33' starts in the sliver transport direction 31 starting from the circumferential surface 42 'as in the embodiment of FIG. However, in this case, the peripheral area provided for this is shorter than in the embodiment of FIG. 2, so that the convergence angle must be increased compared to the embodiment of FIG. Is reduced. As another measure, it is conceivable to increase the diameter of the suction roller 25 and thus the length of the traveling path section 15.
[0035]
Even in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, both compact fiber strands formed along the suction roller 25 are merged and twisted only after passing through the twist stop gap 16 to form the spun twist yarn 39. .
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 4, the draft mechanism 13 is provided with a rotation speed changing device 52d. The rotation speed changing device 52d interferes with the draft mechanism driving device 50. The draft mechanism cylinders 54a, 54b, 54c of recent spinning machines are usually driven by individual draft mechanism motors 50a, 50b, 50c, in which case there are speed reduction transmissions 52b, 52c between each motor and the cylinder. Has been inserted. A pre-draft field of the draft mechanism 13 is provided between the draft mechanism cylinders 54a and 54b, and both draft mechanism cylinders 54a and 54b are advantageously connected to the first reduction gear transmission 52b. On the other hand, it is advantageous that the draft mechanism cylinder 54c corresponding to the exit cylinder of the draft mechanism 13 has a dedicated drive motor 50c and a corresponding reduction transmission 52c. Advantageously, a program control unit is connected to the draft mechanism motors 50a, 50c.
[0037]
In order to produce effect yarns or garment yarns or flake yarns, as already mentioned, the draft in the draft mechanism 13 is varied, rather than kept constant over time. This can be achieved by changing the number of revolutions of each draft mechanism cylinder so that it is not proportional to the number of revolutions of another draft mechanism cylinder. This can be achieved by the rotation speed changing device 52d. The speed change device 52d is preferably realized by a differential transmission. The differential transmission is connected to the speed reduction transmission 52b or 52c of the draft mechanism. Even when the input shafts of the drive motors 50b and 50c and the drive motors 50b and 50c to the deceleration transmission devices 52b and 52c are rotating at a constant rotation speed, the input rotation to the rotation speed change device 52d or the differential transmission device is performed. If the number is temporally variable based on the rotational speed control of the drive motor 50b, the rotational speeds that are not temporally constant in the draft mechanism cylinders 54a, 54b, 54c at the output side of these reduction transmissions 52b, 52c. Be born. Such a speed change device is provided, for example, by the company Amsler.
[0038]
Another reduction gear transmission 52a may be arranged in front of the rotation speed changing device 52d or the differential transmission connected to the reduction gear transmissions 52b and 52c of the draft mechanism. A draft mechanism motor 50a is connected to the reduction transmission 52a.
[0039]
The roving 11 is supplied as a flyer roving or draft sliver from a package, for example a roving bobbin 12 or a can. The draft sliver 11 is then drafted via three draft mechanism cylinders 54a, 54b, 54c, as already described in connection with the previous embodiment, in which case one draft mechanism cylinder with one corresponding roller 27 each. Corresponding arrangement. In the pre-draft field 23, the draft sliver 11 is drafted only weakly. In contrast, in the main draft field 24, the draft sliver 11 is drafted by at least a factor of 10, ie, by a factor of 10, so that the fiber binding becomes increasingly weaker during the course of the drafting process. By the way, if the drafting process is discontinuously performed based on the operation of the rotation speed changing device 52d, this means that the fiber flow is obstructed. Such an obstruction to the fiber flow can be prevented by placing a focusing or condensing device 25 at the outlet from the draft mechanism 13. As an example, a condensing device having a cylindrical air-permeable drum as a main condensing element is shown. This drum is assembled to the draft mechanism cylinder 54c as shown in FIG. However, a condensing element may be provided after the draft mechanism cylinder 54c. That is, the condensing element may be disposed separately and independently from the draft mechanism cylinder 54c. As already explained, it is necessary to press the fiber bundle or draft sliver 11 onto the peripheral surface of the condensing device 25 at a predetermined location by an additional corresponding roller 27. This is also necessary for the other draft mechanism cylinders 54a and 54b. Due to the condensing device 25, which is loaded with suction air from inside, that is to say is supplied with suction air, the fiber bundles 11, which are possibly supplied discontinuously, are first brought together, that is to say bundled. Then, the draft sliver 11 drawn from the perforation area 35 is combined into a (ring spun) yarn. For this purpose, a ring spinning device 17 is provided, which is driven by a spindle 21.
[0040]
In the configuration shown in FIGS. 5 a and 5 b, in addition to the fiber strands 22, another material is supplied to a draft mechanism or a spinning station. This material is in particular an additional yarn 60a, 60b, also called a core yarn, a core yarn or a core yarn. One or more additional yarns 60a and / or one or more additional yarns 60b can be supplied to a single fiber strand 22 or a plurality of fiber strands 22 running side by side at specified locations. . The additional yarns 60a and 60b are wound around, for example, bobbins 60a 'and 60b', and are pulled out from these bobbins. As shown in FIG. 5a, the fiber strand 22 travels through a clamp gap between rollers or cylinders 54a, 27a; 54b, 27b, etc., to a draft mechanism cylinder 54c with corresponding rollers 27c. In this case, the draft mechanism cylinder 54c is formed as the suction roller 25. A convergence zone or a condensing zone as described above further extends between the clamp point between the draft mechanism cylinder 54c and the corresponding roller 27c and the clamp point between the draft mechanism cylinder 54c and the corresponding roller 27d. As shown in FIG. 5A, the additional yarn 60a is supplied to, for example, the inlet side of the first corresponding roller 27c corresponding to the draft mechanism cylinder 54, or another additional yarn 60b is supplied to the second mechanism corresponding to the draft mechanism cylinder 54. 5a and 5b, the additional yarn is embedded in the middle of the fiber strand 22 in the first case, as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b, and in the second case, the corresponding roller In the case of the supply at 27d, it is applied laterally to the fiber strand 22. As can be seen from FIG. 5b, a guide or thread guiding device 61 can be provided movably in the direction indicated by the double arrow. This yarn guiding device 61 brings the additional yarn more or less close to the fiber strand 22 to be condensed as shown in FIG. 5b at the point of supply for the additional yarn 60b1 or 60b2 to the draft mechanism 13. This can affect the position of one or more additional yarns 60a, 60b, 60b1, 60b2 in the yarn 39 to be twisted. With respect to the schematic shown in FIG. 5a, the additional yarns 60a and / or 60b are fed approximately at the center of the fiber strand 22 as written for the additional yarn 60a in FIG. Around 60b, it is envisaged that the fiber strands 22 or fiber formations to be twisted, which are fed to a spinning device or spindle, are wound. In this case, the additional yarns 60a and 60b are present near the center of the yarn 39, and the yarn 39 is wound around the spindle 21 by the ring spinning device 17. However, another effect is obtained if the additional yarn 60b2 is guided toward the edge of the fiber strand 22 in the condensing device 25 by an appropriate position of the yarn guiding device 61 shown in FIG. 5B. That is, when the yarn 39 is twisted based on the operation of the ring spinning device 17, the additional yarn 60b2 is applied so as to go around the simultaneously twisted fiber strand 22, as schematically shown in FIG. 5B. At the same time, another additional yarn 60a or another additional yarn 60a, 60b1 may be present near the inside of the fiber strand 22 to be twisted. Also, unlike the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the clamp line 14 or the clamp gap 14 between the draft mechanism cylinder 54c on the outlet side and the last corresponding roller 27d arranged on the outlet side is exceeded. It is also conceivable for the additional yarn to be introduced only afterwards and for another additional yarn 60a to precede, for example, approach the fiber strand 22 before the corresponding roller 27c or before another corresponding roller 27d. Depending on the appropriate variation of the additional yarn supply, different effects in the final product to be formed can be obtained. Further, the yarn guiding device 61 can be reciprocated during the spinning process. This allows the additional yarn 60b2 to more or less enter the interior of the fiber strand 22 and thus has an additional effect on the yarn 39. Of course, the fiber strands indicated by reference numeral 22 in FIG. 5b can also be merged only after having passed the clamping point between the draft mechanism exit roller 25 and the corresponding roller 27c.
[0041]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6a and 6b, fiber strands 22a, 22b can be fed to the drafting mechanism 13 in parallel with each other from a suitable roving package or roving bobbins 12a, 12b. The names of the various spinning components have been described in the same way as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b, and a repeated description of these spinning components is omitted. The supply of the plurality of additional yarns 60a, 60b can be performed in the same manner as in the case of FIGS. 5A and 5B. When the suction slits 25 ″ shown in FIG. 6 b are applied obliquely and in a direction approaching each other, the two fiber strands 22 a and 22 b substantially correspond to the suction roller 25 by these suction slits 25 ″. It joins at the clamp gap 14 between the roller 27d and is twisted on the running side of the clamp gap 14 based on the rotation of the spindle 21. Furthermore, as described with reference to FIGS. 5a and 5b, two additional yarns 60a, 60b or a single additional yarn can be introduced into the spinning process. This forms one compact decorative yarn (effect yarn) with the fiber strand 22a and another fiber strand 22b. The additional yarn 60a or the additional yarn 60b can be laterally moved in the direction indicated by the double arrow 61 in FIG. As a result, the additional yarn is more or less located inside the twisted fiber strand 22a or the fiber strands 22a and 22b. Thus, the arrangement shown in FIGS. 6a and 6b results in a condensed single-thread heather yarn (Scheinzwirngarn) supplemented by additional or core yarns. Also, instead of guiding the fiber strands 22a, 22b through the same draft mechanism cylinders 54a, 54b, 25; 54c, it is also possible to guide the fiber strands through various different, and possibly parallel, cylinders. is there. Thereby, one fiber strand 22a has a continuous draft, and the other fiber strand 22b receives a discontinuous draft by the draft mechanism 13. As can be seen in FIG. 6b, the perforation area 25a of the suction roller 25 is arranged in the area of the suction slit 25 ″ on the left side in the drawing, whereas another suction slit 25 ″ ″ is located on the suction roller 25. Below another perforated area (not shown), the suction insert is located mirror-symmetrically with respect to the additional thread 60b. The additional yarns 60a and 60b are placed on the draft mechanism exit roller or suction roller 25 outside the perforation range 25a in a range between the suction slits 25 '' and the suction slits 25 ''''. The additional yarns 60a, 60b may be synthetic yarns and / or elastic yarns and / or smooth yarns and / or crimped yarns, or alternatively may be smooth yarns or decorative yarns. In contrast, the fiber strands 22a, 22b are supplied by a continuously or time-variable draft.
[0042]
7a, 7b and 7c show another means for bringing the additional yarns 60a, 60b closer to the drafted fiber strands 22a, 22b. For example, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7a, the additional yarn 60a is brought close to the straight suction slit 25 '' toward the draft mechanism exit roller 25 in the fiber strand 22a on the left side in the drawing. The guidance of the additional yarn is performed by the yarn guiding device 61. Another fiber strand 22b is also drafted, continuously or discontinuously, and is also fed to a drafting mechanism exit roller 25 and twisted with the other components to form a yarn 39. The suction slit 25 '' provided in the condensing element or suction roller 25 runs straight in the embodiment of FIG. 7a and obliquely in the embodiment of FIG. 7c. This also applies to the guidance of the additional yarns 60a and 60b. In the embodiment of FIG. 7c, two fiber strands 22a, 22'a to be condensed run through the same suction slit 25 ''.
[0043]
In contrast, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7b, the second additional yarn 60b is applied to the draft mechanism exit roller 25 in the second fiber strand 22b, or the additional yarn 60aa is centered, In the plane of symmetry of FIG. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7c, as in the case of the embodiment already described with reference to FIG. 6b, an additional yarn 60a and possibly further additional yarns 60aa are provided between the fiber strands 22a and 22b. It is located at the draft mechanism exit roller 25. In this case, the position of the additional yarn relative to the fiber strands 22a and 22b can be affected by the yarn guide device 61 which can be moved in the direction indicated by the double arrow. The perforation area 25a provided on the suction roller 25, commonly referred to as a condensing element, extends over the entire area of the suction roller 25, as can be seen in FIG. 7c, which is loaded by the fiber strands or additional yarns of the suction roller 25. May be. Thus, the following variants are obtained:
As shown in FIG. 7a, for example, one core yarn is present on one of the twisting legs 22a, 22b, in which case the suction slit 25 '' is straight, ie the clamping line Extending in a direction orthogonal to 14 or oblique to clamping line 14;
As shown in FIG. 7b, there is one additional yarn or core yarn on each of the yarn legs 22a, 22b;
-As shown in Fig. 7c, there is a single core yarn or additional yarn 60a and especially another additional yarn 60b in the middle between the two twisted yarn legs 22a, 22b, in which case the suction slit is It may extend straight or individually (25 "a) and / or may extend diagonally (25").
