Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is to fix ballasts constituting a track bed of a track to each other to increase ballast resistance and prevent ballast from scattering. By using this, easy maintenance work can be realized in a short period after spraying. To a roadbed stabilizer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The trackbed of the tracked track has a trackbed lateral resistance that restricts the lateral movement of the sleeper against lateral pressure acting on the sleeper from the rail. It is necessary to increase the lateral resistance in order to cope with excessive lateral pressure caused by the rail overhang force due to temperature changes during the intense heat season and the centrifugal force when the train passes through a curve. In addition, it is necessary to prevent the wind pressure caused by high-speed running of the train and the scattering of ballast caused by the fall of ice and snow attached to the vehicle body during the cold season.
[0003]
In order to satisfy such demands, a method of spraying a ballast made of synthetic resin on the ballast around the sleeper to fix the ballasts to each other has been adopted in many cases. A roadbed stabilizer comprising a one-component moisture-curable polyurethane prepolymer composition having the following is widely used.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, conventional ballast stabilizers maintain the ballast sticking force for a long time, for example, by suppressing weathering deterioration over time. When maintenance work is performed after intense midsummer or after a winter snowfall period, there is a case in which a machine such as a multiple tie tamper does not easily collapse and a maintenance management problem occurs.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve such problems of the prior art, and its main purpose is to maintain sufficient fixing strength for a short period of time where lateral resistance is required after spraying a roadbed stabilizer. It is still another object of the present invention to provide a roadbed stabilizer comprising a polyurethane prepolymer composition which can be easily broken by a multiple tie tamper or the like after the period has passed.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, in the present invention, a polyurethane prepolymer composition comprising an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer obtained from an aromatic polyisocyanate and an active hydrogen-containing compound, and a diluent, is sprayed on a roadbed. A ballast stabilizer that fixes the ballast to each other and uses a hydroxyl group-containing compound containing an oxyethylene group as a component of the active hydrogen-containing compound, and preferably contains a oxyethylene group as a component of the hydroxyl group-containing compound. One-part moisture-curable polyurethane prepolymer composition using polyether polyol and / or polyether monoalcohol containing oxyethylene group is used. Thereby, a hydrophilic group is provided, and an effect of accelerating weather deterioration is obtained. Therefore, the period until maintenance work such as break-through becomes easy is shortened. By these means, there is obtained an advantage that maintenance work such as breaking down can be realized in a short period of time after spraying the roadbed stabilizer.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the constitution of the track bed stabilizer according to the present invention will be described in detail.
[0008]
The ballast stabilizer according to the present invention comprises a isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer obtained from an aromatic polyisocyanate and an active hydrogen-containing compound, and a polyurethane prepolymer composition comprising a diluent. A one-pack moisture-curable polyurethane prepolymer composition, which is a roadbed stabilizer to be fixed, wherein a hydroxyl group-containing compound having an oxyethylene group is used as a component of the active hydrogen-containing compound.
[0009]
Aromatic polyisocyanates include, for example, 1,3- and 1,4-phenylene diisocyanate, 2,4- or 2,6-tolylene diisocyanate and mixtures thereof, 2,4- or 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and these , Polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate containing diphenylmethane diisocyanate (polymeric MDI), 2,2′-bis (4-isocyanatophenyl) propane, 4,4′-diisocyanatodiphenyl ether, and the like. Modified polyisocyanates such as urea, allophanate, biuret, and isocyanurate may be used.
[0010]
Examples of the hydroxyl group-containing compound that is a component of the active hydrogen-containing compound include polyether polyols and polyether monoalcohols.
Examples of polyether polyols include diols such as ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, glycerin, triols such as trimethylolpropane, and polyether polyols such as ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, and butylene oxide added to polyhydric alcohols such as pentaerythritol. And a polyether polyol having a molecular weight of 500 to 5000 is preferable.
[0011]
The polyether polyols include amine compounds such as ammonia, mono or diamine (ethylamine, dibutylamine, cyclohexylamine, piperazine, ethylenediamine, N, N-dimethylethylenediamine, stearylamine, N, N-bis (3-aminopropyl) A tertiary nitrogen atom having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 10,000, preferably 2,000 to 5,000, in which an alkylene oxide such as ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide, or the like is added to methylamine), hydrazine, substituted hydrazine (methylhydrazine, dimethylhydrazine) or the like. And an amine-based polyether polyol which is a compound containing an ether bond may be used alone or in combination.
[0012]
As the polyether monoalcohol, monoalcohols such as methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, sec-butyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, n-amyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol , Sec-butyl carbinol, neopentyl alcohol, diethyl carbinol, tert-amyl alcohol, allyl alcohol, crotyl alcohol, methyl vinyl carbinol, 4-penten-1-ol, 4-penten-2-ol, 2- Methyl-4-penten-2-ol, 1,4-pentadien-3-ol, 2,4-pentadien-1-ol, 1,4-hexadien-3-ol, 3,5-hexadiene-2 Ol, 2,4-hexadien-1-ol, propargyl alcohol, 2-hexyn-1-ol, 3-methyl-1-pentyn-3-ol, 4-hexen-1-yn-3-ol, 3- It is a monofunctional hydroxyl group-containing substance obtained by adding an alkylene oxide such as ethylene oxide, propylene oxide or butylene oxide to hexen-5-yn-2-ol or the like in the presence of a basic catalyst such as potassium hydroxide. Preferably, it is a monofunctional hydroxyl group-containing substance having a molecular weight of 76 to 1,000.
[0013]
The hydroxyl group-containing compound used in the present invention is preferably a polyether polyol and / or a polyether monoalcohol containing an oxyethylene group. The oxyethylene group may be contained in the polyether polyol, may be contained in the polyether monoalcohol, or may be contained in both the polyether polyol and the polyether monoalcohol.
Preferably, a polyether monoalcohol containing an oxyethylene group is used as a component of the hydroxyl group-containing compound.
[0014]
It is preferable that the content of the oxyethylene group with respect to all the hydroxyl group-containing compounds is in the range of 10 to 80 wt%. When the content of the oxyethylene group is in the above range, the effect of accelerating the weather resistance deterioration is appropriate, and the time period required for easy maintenance after spraying is appropriate. It is particularly preferable that the content of the oxyethylene group in all the hydroxyl group-containing compounds is 20 to 60% by weight.
[0015]
By reacting an active hydrogen-containing compound containing a polyether polyol and / or a polyether monoalcohol with 100 parts by weight of the aromatic polyisocyanate, the isocyanate group-containing polyurethane prepolymer of the present invention can be produced. The reaction temperature is 10 to 80 ° C, and the reaction time is 1 to 10 hours. A catalyst is not essential, but when the reaction temperature is low, a urethane-forming catalyst such as a tertiary amine such as diazabicyclooctane or triethylamine, dibutyltin dilaurate, or an organometallic compound such as zinc octanoate may be used. Good.
[0016]
By adding the diluent, the viscosity of the polyurethane prepolymer is adjusted at 25 ° C. to preferably 30 to 500 mPa · s, and various organic solvents are used.
[0017]
The diluent controls the flash point of the entire ballast stabilizer. For example, a diluent having a flash point of 70 ° C. or more under the atmospheric pressure is employed to raise the flash point of the entire ballast stabilizer to 70 ° C. It is preferable to raise it above.
[0018]
Furthermore, the diluent is caused by the odor of the entire ballast stabilizer, and the one having a vapor pressure at 20 ° C. of 0.8 mmHg or less can be used to reduce the odor of the entire ballast stabilizer. Good for working environment and surrounding environment. Although it is possible to constitute it alone, a diluent having a vapor pressure at 20 ° C. of 0.8 mmHg or more can be adopted as long as it does not significantly affect the working environment and the surrounding environment.
[0019]
Since the ballast stabilizer can be sprayed with a simple spraying device such as a watering can, and it is necessary to obtain sufficient fixing force, the fluidity is adjusted so that an appropriate amount of synthetic resin remains on the ballast surface after spraying. There is a need. For this purpose, the diluent is preferably contained at a ratio of 20 to 40% by weight based on the total amount of the polyurethane prepolymer composition. When the content of the diluent is 20 to 40 wt%, it is easy to spray with a simple spraying device such as a watering can, and the resin adheres sufficiently to the ballast surface, and a sufficient fixing force is obtained.
[0020]
At the same time, it is necessary to adjust the terminal isocyanate group content in the polyurethane prepolymer so as to ensure sufficient fixation to the ballast. The content of terminal isocyanate groups in the polyurethane prepolymer is preferably 10 to 20% by weight. When the content of the terminal isocyanate group in the polyurethane prepolymer is 10 to 20% by weight, the strength of the conjugate between the resin and the ballast increases.
[0021]
As described above, the active hydrogen-containing compound contains an oxyethylene group-containing hydroxyl group-containing compound as one of the components, and preferably contains an oxyethylene group-containing polyether polyol and / or an oxyethylene group as the hydroxyl group-containing compound. By using a polyether monoalcohol to be prepared, in particular, a polyether monoalcohol containing an oxyethylene group, the weather resistance of the resin adhering to the ballast surface is accelerated, and after the ballast stabilizer is sprayed, the collapse in a short period of time is achieved. Thus, a roadbed stabilizer capable of performing maintenance work such as the above can be obtained.
[0022]
【Example】
Hereinafter, Examples and Comparative Examples of the track bed stabilizer in the present invention are shown.
[0023]
Example 1

After the reaction was completed, the mixture was cooled to room temperature, 30.0 parts by weight of triethyldiphenyl was added as a diluent, and the mixture was stirred for 30 minutes. The characteristic values of the obtained polyurethane prepolymer composition were an NCO group content of 11.5%, a viscosity of 130 mPa · s / 25 ° C., and a nonvolatile content of 70%.

The performance of the polyurethane prepolymer composition obtained as described above was evaluated according to the following criteria. The evaluation results are also shown in Table 1.
Evaluation criteria and workability: Those that can be easily sprayed with a watering can were accepted.
Flash point: Measured by the Cleveland open method.
-Curability: Two hours after spraying, those exhibiting the following fixability were accepted.
-Odor: A relative evaporation rate of 10 or less with n-butyl acetate as 100 was regarded as acceptable.
[0026]
-Stickiness of ballast: A sample was applied to 100 cc of crushed stone having a size of 5 to 10 mm, and a specimen having a compression strength of 100 kg or more was set to pass.
-Acceleration of deterioration: A resin mortar is made of No. 1 silica sand and the wet-dry cycle is repeated. The test passes if the compressive strength of the resin mortar drops to 15 kgf / cm 2 or less in 30 to 45 cycles.
・ Maintenance workability in a short period of time: When the ballast was scattered and stuck to the actual ballast using the same method as the maintenance work, it was measured how many months it would easily break down. Pass is 3-12 months.
×: Within 3 months ○: 3 to 12 months ×: 12 months or more
[Table 1]
(○: passed, ×: failed)

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer obtained from an aromatic polyisocyanate and an active hydrogen-containing compound, and a polyurethane prepolymer composition comprising a diluent are dispersed on a roadbed to form a ballast. A roadbed stabilizer which adheres to each other, using a hydroxyl group-containing compound containing an oxyethylene group as a component of the active hydrogen-containing compound, preferably a polyether polyol containing an oxyethylene group as a component of the hydroxyl group-containing compound By using a one-pack moisture-curable polyurethane prepolymer composition using a polyether monoalcohol containing an oxyethylene group and / or an oxyethylene group, a hydrophilic group is provided, and an effect of accelerating weather deterioration is obtained. Thus, after a short period of time requiring a lateral resistance after spraying the roadbed stabilizer, the ballast can be easily broken down by a multiple tie tamper or the like. By spraying using this track bed stabilizer, it becomes possible to adjust the sustainability and deterioration of the function of the track bed stabilizer in accordance with maintenance work such as break down within a short period of time, and it is easy to break down etc. Maintenance work can be realized.
