【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はスキンケア分野において使用するシート状化粧料に関し、更に詳しくは保湿効果の高い乳化組成物を効率よく肌へ浸透させることができ、肘や膝、踝、踵等の部位の角化症、乾燥肌、肥厚性角質、荒れ肌、ひび割れ等の症状の改善に用いられる、保存安定性に優れたシート状パック化粧料に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
肘や膝、踝、踵等の部位の角化症、乾燥肌、肥厚性角質、荒れ肌、ひび割れ等の症状の改善する為の製品としては、従来クリームや化粧水、乳液等が市販されている。更に近年では、高分子を架橋させた膏体に有効成分を保持させ、それを支持体上に塗工したゲル状シートパック等も市販されている。しかしながら、クリームや化粧水、乳液では流動性を有するために、使用時に垂れや流れ等が生じると共に、適用部位に塗布しても比較的早く乾燥してしまい、保湿成分の効果を持続させることができず、手指等の汚染や、時には衣服等の汚染を伴うこともあり、取り扱い性の点で満足できるものではない。またゲル状シートパックは、膏体自体に粘着力があり、皮膚への密着性を高くして持続的に患部を被覆することができるが、架橋された高分子によって保湿成分が強く保持されているため、皮膚への浸透性が悪くなり、保湿効果、改善効果に関して、不十分な点がある。また、支持体に塗工した膏体は水分が蒸散しやすく、使用感の悪化や、保湿効果の低下等、保存安定性の面での問題点もある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記従来技術の問題点を解決するためになされたものであって、従来のクリームや乳液、ゲル状シートパックでは達し得なかった皮膚面上での保湿作用をできるだけ長く維持し、皮膚面の各症状を改善するための保湿効果を最大限に発揮できるシート状パック化粧料を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は上記事情に鑑み、鋭意研究を重ねた結果、多価アルコール、高級アルコール、高級アルコール以外の油性成分、乳化剤、及び水を必須成分とする乳化組成物を、支持体上及び/又は支持体内部に保持させたシート状パック化粧料により、上記課題を解決し得ることを見出し、本発明を完成したものである。

また本発明者は、支持体に保持させる乳化組成物中の多価アルコールと水との配合比又は配合量を限定することにより、保湿効果及び保存安定性が特に優れたシート状パック化粧料が得られることを見出した。

すなわち本発明の請求項1は、多価アルコール、高級アルコール、高級アルコール以外の油性成分、乳化剤、及び水を含有する乳化組成物を、支持体上及び/又は支持体内に保持させてなるシート状パック化粧料である。

また本発明の請求項2は、支持体に保持させる乳化組成物中の多価アルコールと水との配合比が、質量比で2:1〜9:1であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシート状パック化粧料である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明について詳述する。

本発明のシート状パック化粧料は、多価アルコール、高級アルコール、高級アルコール以外の油性成分、乳化剤、及び水を含有する乳化組成物を、支持体上及び/又は支持体内部に保持させてなるシート状パック化粧料であり、支持体に保持させている組成物が、安定な乳化粒子を形成することによって粘性を出した乳化組成物であるという点で、高分子等を架橋させたゲル状組成物を支持体に塗工した従来のシート状パック化粧料とは異なる。

本発明のシート状パック化粧料は、乳化組成物を皮膚に密着させることによって、皮膚への保湿効果を長く維持でき、また支持体による閉塞効果で更に保湿効果を増すことができる。更に支持体に保持された乳化組成物の水分蒸散抑制効果が高いので、これを包装した容器中、及び支持体等にカビ等の微生物が繁殖するのを防ぎ、長期間高い保湿効果を維持した良好な状態を保つことができる。

本発明に用いられる多価アルコールとしては、通常化粧料で使用されているものであれば特に制限されない。例えばグリセリン、ジグリセリン、ポリグリセリン、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、1,3−ブチレングリコール、イソプレングリコール、ソルビトール、マルチトール等が挙げられる。これらの内、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、ポリエチレングリコール、1,3−ブチレングリコール、ソルビトール、及びマルチトールは、保湿効果や水分蒸散抑制効果に優れる点から好ましい。

本発明に用いられる多価アルコールの配合量としては、乳化組成物の総量を基準として、40.0〜80.0質量%(以下、%と略す)が好ましく、特に好ましくは、50.0〜70.0%である。配合量が40.0%未満であると、水分蒸散抑制効果が悪くなる場合があり、80.0%を超えて配合すると、使用時にべたつき感が増加する場合があり、好ましくない

本発明に用いられる高級アルコールとしては、セチルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール、ラウリルアルコール、オクチルドデカノール、ヘキシルデカノール、ミリスチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、アラキルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、コレステロール、フィトステロール等が挙げられる。また高級アルコールの配合量としては、乳化組成物の総量を基準として、0.01〜10.0%が好ましく、特に好ましくは0.1〜5.0%である。配合量が0.01%未満、又は10.0%を超えて配合すると、乳化安定性が悪くなる場合があり、支持体に保持させるのに適した粘度を保つことが難しくなり好ましくない。

本発明に用いられる支持体としては、その材質に特に制限はなく、本発明の乳化組成物を良好に上面及び/又は内部に保持できるものであればよく、例えば織布、不織布等で乳化組成物との浸透相性の良好なものを選択できる。その材質としてはポリエステル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、レーヨン、キュプラ、麻、絹、パルプ等が挙げられる。また、肘や膝、踵等の屈曲部への適用においても十分に密着性を有するように柔軟性の高いものであることが好ましい。

次に、本発明を実施例により更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれによって何ら限定されるものではない。尚、配合量は全て質量%である。

下記表1中(1)〜(3)、(4)、及び(5)〜(8)を別々の容器で80℃に加熱し、完全に溶解した後、(5)〜(8)に(1)〜(3)を投入しながら攪拌し、次いで(4)を混ぜ合わせてホモミキサーで均一に分散し、35℃まで冷却して、乳化組成物を得た。得られた乳化組成物をPET100%の不織布(目付量100g/m)に塗工し、不織布の上面、及び内部に乳化組成物が保持されたシート状パックとした。塗工量は300g/mとし、肘や踵に使いやすい大きさにカットし、それよりも大きい粘着シートで覆い粘着力を補強した。

比較例1
下記表2中(1)〜(3)を均一に溶解し、予め(4)に(5)を溶解させた溶液を更に加えて攪拌し、更に(6)を加えて均一な液状物を得る。得られた液状物をポリエステルフィルムに溶液としての塗布厚が1mmとなるようにして塗布し、実施例1と同様の不織布を貼り合せて、60℃で約10時間加熱放置し、ゲル状シートパックを得た。

実施例1〜4、及び比較例1について、水分蒸散試験、及び使用試験を行って効果を比較した。水分蒸散試験は、それぞれのサンプルをアルミ積層フィルムの袋に包装し、45℃にて24時間放置し、各サンプルの質量変化(質量減少率)や容器内の様子を調べた。また使用試験は25〜40歳の女性パネラー10名ずつに上記実施例1〜4、及び比較例1のシート状パックを寝ている間、乾燥の気になる肘や踵に使用してもらい、使用時の使用感、及び翌日の肌状態を総合評価してもらった。結果を表3に併せて示す。

表3より、実施例1〜4のシート状パックの水分蒸散抑制効果が高いことがわかる。特に、実施例1〜3のシート状パックの水分蒸散抑制効果は格別に優れていた。一方、比較例1のゲル状シートパックは包袋中に水分蒸散して結露しており、支持体の不織布がやや濡れていた。また使用感及び肌の乾燥状態の改善効果についても、実施例1〜4のシート状パックが良好であったが、特に実施例2〜4のシート状パックは、べたつき感が少なく、肌へのなじみ等の使用感、及び使用後の肌の改善効果に優れていた。
