<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a sheetlike pack cosmetic in which an emulsified composition having high moisture retaining effect is efficiently infiltrated into the skin, is used for ameliorating symptoms such as keratodermia at sites of elbow, knee, heel, ankle, or the like, xeroderma, hypertrophic keratin, rough skin, chaps, and has excellent storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: This sheetlike pack cosmetic is obtained by supporting an emulsified composition containing a polyhydric alcohol, a higher alcohol, an oily component except the higher alcohol, an emulsifying agent and water on and/or in a support body. In the sheetlike pack cosmetic, the mixing ratio of the polyhydric alcohol to water in the emulsified composition kept on the support body is 2:1-9:1 by mass ratio and the amount of the polyhydric alcohol and water mixed is 50-95 mass % on the basis of the total of the emulsified composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はスキンケア分野において使用するシート状化粧料に関し、更に詳しくは保湿効果の高い乳化組成物を効率よく肌へ浸透させることができ、肘や膝、踝、踵等の部位の角化症、乾燥肌、肥厚性角質、荒れ肌、ひび割れ等の症状の改善に用いられる、保存安定性に優れたシート状パック化粧料に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
肘や膝、踝、踵等の部位の角化症、乾燥肌、肥厚性角質、荒れ肌、ひび割れ等の症状の改善する為の製品としては、従来クリームや化粧水、乳液等が市販されている。更に近年では、高分子を架橋させた膏体に有効成分を保持させ、それを支持体上に塗工したゲル状シートパック等も市販されている。しかしながら、クリームや化粧水、乳液では流動性を有するために、使用時に垂れや流れ等が生じると共に、適用部位に塗布しても比較的早く乾燥してしまい、保湿成分の効果を持続させることができず、手指等の汚染や、時には衣服等の汚染を伴うこともあり、取り扱い性の点で満足できるものではない。またゲル状シートパックは、膏体自体に粘着力があり、皮膚への密着性を高くして持続的に患部を被覆することができるが、架橋された高分子によって保湿成分が強く保持されているため、皮膚への浸透性が悪くなり、保湿効果、改善効果に関して、不十分な点がある。また、支持体に塗工した膏体は水分が蒸散しやすく、使用感の悪化や、保湿効果の低下等、保存安定性の面での問題点もある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記従来技術の問題点を解決するためになされたものであって、従来のクリームや乳液、ゲル状シートパックでは達し得なかった皮膚面上での保湿作用をできるだけ長く維持し、皮膚面の各症状を改善するための保湿効果を最大限に発揮できるシート状パック化粧料を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は上記事情に鑑み、鋭意研究を重ねた結果、多価アルコール、高級アルコール、高級アルコール以外の油性成分、乳化剤、及び水を必須成分とする乳化組成物を、支持体上及び／又は支持体内部に保持させたシート状パック化粧料により、上記課題を解決し得ることを見出し、本発明を完成したものである。

また本発明者は、支持体に保持させる乳化組成物中の多価アルコールと水との配合比又は配合量を限定することにより、保湿効果及び保存安定性が特に優れたシート状パック化粧料が得られることを見出した。

すなわち本発明の請求項１は、多価アルコール、高級アルコール、高級アルコール以外の油性成分、乳化剤、及び水を含有する乳化組成物を、支持体上及び／又は支持体内に保持させてなるシート状パック化粧料である。

また本発明の請求項２は、支持体に保持させる乳化組成物中の多価アルコールと水との配合比が、質量比で２：１〜９：１であることを特徴とする請求項１記載のシート状パック化粧料である。

また本発明の請求項３は、支持体に保持させる乳化組成物中の多価アルコール及び水の配合量が、乳化組成物の総量を基準として、５０〜９５質量％であることを特徴とする請求項１又は２記載のシート状パック化粧料である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明について詳述する。

本発明のシート状パック化粧料は、多価アルコール、高級アルコール、高級アルコール以外の油性成分、乳化剤、及び水を含有する乳化組成物を、支持体上及び／又は支持体内部に保持させてなるシート状パック化粧料であり、支持体に保持させている組成物が、安定な乳化粒子を形成することによって粘性を出した乳化組成物であるという点で、高分子等を架橋させたゲル状組成物を支持体に塗工した従来のシート状パック化粧料とは異なる。

本発明のシート状パック化粧料は、乳化組成物を皮膚に密着させることによって、皮膚への保湿効果を長く維持でき、また支持体による閉塞効果で更に保湿効果を増すことができる。更に支持体に保持された乳化組成物の水分蒸散抑制効果が高いので、これを包装した容器中、及び支持体等にカビ等の微生物が繁殖するのを防ぎ、長期間高い保湿効果を維持した良好な状態を保つことができる。

本発明に用いられる多価アルコールとしては、通常化粧料で使用されているものであれば特に制限されない。例えばグリセリン、ジグリセリン、ポリグリセリン、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、１，３−ブチレングリコール、イソプレングリコール、ソルビトール、マルチトール等が挙げられる。これらの内、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、ポリエチレングリコール、１，３−ブチレングリコール、ソルビトール、及びマルチトールは、保湿効果や水分蒸散抑制効果に優れる点から好ましい。

本発明に用いられる多価アルコールの配合量としては、乳化組成物の総量を基準として、４０．０〜８０．０質量％（以下、％と略す）が好ましく、特に好ましくは、５０．０〜７０．０％である。配合量が４０．０％未満であると、水分蒸散抑制効果が悪くなる場合があり、８０．０％を超えて配合すると、使用時にべたつき感が増加する場合があり、好ましくない

本発明に用いられる高級アルコールとしては、セチルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール、ラウリルアルコール、オクチルドデカノール、ヘキシルデカノール、ミリスチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、アラキルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、コレステロール、フィトステロール等が挙げられる。また高級アルコールの配合量としては、乳化組成物の総量を基準として、０．０１〜１０．０％が好ましく、特に好ましくは０．１〜５．０％である。配合量が０．０１％未満、又は１０．０％を超えて配合すると、乳化安定性が悪くなる場合があり、支持体に保持させるのに適した粘度を保つことが難しくなり好ましくない。

本発明に用いられる高級アルコール以外の油性成分としては、流動パラフィン、パラフィン、軽質イソパラフィン、軽質流動イソパラフィン、流動イソパラフィン、スクワラン、植物性スクワラン、セレシン、マイクロクリスタリンワックス等の炭化水素、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、ベヘニン酸、オレイン酸、イソステアリン酸、１２−ヒドロキシステアリン酸、ウンデシレン酸等の脂肪酸、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ステアリン酸エチル、オレイン酸エチル、リノール酸イソプロピル、カプリル酸セチル、ラウリン酸ヘキシル、ミリスチン酸デシル、パルミチン酸セチル、ステアリン酸ステアリル、オレイン酸オレイル、リシノール酸セチル、ラウリン酸イソステアリル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、パルミチン酸２−エチルヘキシル、パルミチン酸イソステアリル、ステアリン酸２−エチルヘキシル、オレイン酸イソデシル、リシノール酸オクチルドデシル、イソステアリン酸エチル、イソステアリン酸イソプロピル、２−エチルヘキサン酸セトステアリル、２−エチルヘキサン酸ステアリル、イソステアリン酸ヘキシル、ジオクタン酸エチレングリコール、ジオレイン酸エチレングリコール、ジカプリル酸プロピレングリコール、ジ（カプリル・カプリン酸）プロピレングリコール、ジオレイン酸プロピレングリコール、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、ジオクタン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、トリカプリル酸グリセリル、トリ２−エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル、トリ（カプリル・カプリン酸）グリセリル、トリウンデシル酸グリセリル、トリイソパルミチン酸グリセリル、トリイソステアリン酸グリセリル、テトラミリスチン酸ペンタエリスリトール、オクタン酸イソステアリル、ジメチルオクタン酸オクチルドデシル、イソステアリン酸イソセチル、ヒドロキシステアリン酸２−エチルヘキシル、セバシン酸ジイソプロピル、ステアリン酸コレステリル、オレイン酸フィトステリル、１２−ヒドロキシステアリン酸イソステアリル等のエステル油、アボガド油、アルモンド油、オリーブ油、ククイナッツ油、ゴマ油、小麦胚芽油、コメ胚芽油、コメヌカ油、サザンカ油、サフラワー油、大豆油、月見草油、ツバキ油、トウモロコシ油、ナタネ油、パーシック油、パーム核油、パーム油、ヒマシ油、ヒマワリ油、ホホバ油、グレープシード油、マカデミアナッツ油、綿実油、メドウホーム油、ヤシ油、落花生油、ローズヒップ油等の植物性油脂、牛脂、豚脂、馬脂、タートル油、ミンク油、卵黄油、パーセリン油等の動物性油脂、カルナウバロウ、キャンデリラロウ、コメヌカロウ、ラノリン、ミツロウ等のロウ、メチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、シリコン樹脂、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、メチルシクロポリシロキサン、オクタメチルトリシロキサン、テトラメチルヘキサシロキサン、高重合メチルポリシロキサン等のシリコーン油、パーフルオロポリエーテル等のフッ素油等が挙げられる。また高級アルコール以外の油性成分の配合量としては、乳化組成物の総量を基準として、０．０１〜２０．０％が好ましく、特に好ましくは５．０〜１５．０％である。配合量が０．０１％未満であると保湿効果が不十分な場合があり、２０．０％を超えて配合すると、乳化安定性が悪くなる場合があり好ましくない。

本発明に用いられる乳化剤としては、ベタイン型、スルホベタイン型、スルホアミノ酸型等の両イオン性界面活性剤、脂肪酸セッケン、α−アシルスルホン酸塩、アルキルスルホン酸塩、アルキルアリルスルホン酸塩、アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸塩、セチル硫酸ナトリウム等のアルキル硫酸塩、アルキルエーテル硫酸塩、アルキルアミド硫酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルアミドエーテル硫酸塩、アルキルリン酸塩、アルキルアミドリン酸塩、アルキロイルアルキルタウリン塩、Ｎ−ステアロイル−Ｌ−グルタミン酸ナトリウム等のＮ−アシルアミノ酸塩、スルホコハク酸塩、パーフルオロアルキルリン酸エステル等の陰イオン性界面活性剤、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレン多価アルコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、多価アルコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル等の非イオン性界面活性剤、テトラアルキルアンモニウム塩等の陽イオン性界面活性剤、レシチン、リゾフォスファチジルコリン等の天然系界面活性剤、ポリエーテル変性シリコーン、アミノ変性シリコーン等のシリコーン系界面活性剤等が挙げられる。また乳化剤の配合量としては、乳化組成物の総量を基準として、０．０１〜１０．０％が好ましく、特に好ましくは０．１〜５．０％である。配合量が０．０１％未満であると乳化安定性が悪くなる場合があり、１０．０％を超えて配合すると、皮膚への刺激等の問題があり好ましくない。

本発明の乳化組成物中の多価アルコールと水との配合比が、質量比で２：１〜９：１であるか、また乳化組成物中の多価アルコール及び水の配合量が、乳化組成物の総量を基準として、５０．０〜９５．０％であると、保湿効果と保存安定性が特に優れたシート状パック化粧料を得ることができる。

本発明の乳化組成物にはこれらの他にも、例えば一般に化粧料で用いられている増粘剤、香料等をはじめ、ｐＨ調整剤、防腐剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、顔料、並びに美容、美顔及び皮膚の治療等を目的とする薬効成分等の各種化粧料成分を適宜配合することができる。

増粘剤としては、例えばカルボキシビニルポリマー、アルキル変性カルボキシビニルポリマー、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、トラガントガム、アルギン酸ナトリウム、カラギーナン、キサンタンガム、ジェランガム、寒天、ペクチン、ゼラチン、ポリアクリルアミド、ベントナイト、スメクタイト、無水ケイ酸等が挙げられる。

ｐＨ調整剤としては、例えばクエン酸、クエン酸ナトリウム、リン酸一水素ナトリウム、リン酸二水素カリウム、乳酸、酒石酸等の有機酸、無機酸及びその塩類等が挙げられる。

防腐剤としては、例えばメチルパラベン、エチルパラベン、プロピルパラベン、ブチルパラベン等のパラオキシ安息香酸エステル、フェノキシエタノール、エタノール、デヒドロ酢酸等が挙げられる。

本発明に用いられる支持体としては、その材質に特に制限はなく、本発明の乳化組成物を良好に上面及び／又は内部に保持できるものであればよく、例えば織布、不織布等で乳化組成物との浸透相性の良好なものを選択できる。その材質としてはポリエステル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、レーヨン、キュプラ、麻、絹、パルプ等が挙げられる。また、肘や膝、踵等の屈曲部への適用においても十分に密着性を有するように柔軟性の高いものであることが好ましい。

また支持体内部全体にこの乳化組成物を含浸させた場合には、乳化組成物が支持体の裏面（背面）から滲み出して、手指等を汚染する可能性があるので、このような場合には支持体の裏面にプラスチックフィルム等を積層して裏抜け防止を行うことが好ましい。

本発明のシート状パック化粧料は、皮膚に貼付して乳化組成物中に配合されている各成分を十分に皮膚に浸透させるために、乳化組成物を保持した支持体背面に、これよりも大きな粘着シートで、全面を覆うように粘着被覆して皮膚接着性を補強することが好ましい。

【実施例】
次に、本発明を実施例により更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれによって何ら限定されるものではない。尚、配合量は全て質量％である。

実施例１〜４
下記表１中（１）〜（３）、（４）、及び（５）〜（８）を別々の容器で８０℃に加熱し、完全に溶解した後、（５）〜（８）に（１）〜（３）を投入しながら攪拌し、次いで（４）を混ぜ合わせてホモミキサーで均一に分散し、３５℃まで冷却して、乳化組成物を得た。得られた乳化組成物をＰＥＴ１００％の不織布（目付量１００ｇ／ｍ^２）に塗工し、不織布の上面、及び内部に乳化組成物が保持されたシート状パックとした。塗工量は３００ｇ／ｍ^２とし、肘や踵に使いやすい大きさにカットし、それよりも大きい粘着シートで覆い粘着力を補強した。

比較例１
下記表２中（１）〜（３）を均一に溶解し、予め（４）に（５）を溶解させた溶液を更に加えて攪拌し、更に（６）を加えて均一な液状物を得る。得られた液状物をポリエステルフィルムに溶液としての塗布厚が１ｍｍとなるようにして塗布し、実施例１と同様の不織布を貼り合せて、６０℃で約１０時間加熱放置し、ゲル状シートパックを得た。

実施例１〜４、及び比較例１について、水分蒸散試験、及び使用試験を行って効果を比較した。水分蒸散試験は、それぞれのサンプルをアルミ積層フィルムの袋に包装し、４５℃にて２４時間放置し、各サンプルの質量変化（質量減少率）や容器内の様子を調べた。また使用試験は２５〜４０歳の女性パネラー１０名ずつに上記実施例１〜４、及び比較例１のシート状パックを寝ている間、乾燥の気になる肘や踵に使用してもらい、使用時の使用感、及び翌日の肌状態を総合評価してもらった。結果を表３に併せて示す。

表３より、実施例１〜４のシート状パックの水分蒸散抑制効果が高いことがわかる。特に、実施例１〜３のシート状パックの水分蒸散抑制効果は格別に優れていた。一方、比較例１のゲル状シートパックは包袋中に水分蒸散して結露しており、支持体の不織布がやや濡れていた。また使用感及び肌の乾燥状態の改善効果についても、実施例１〜４のシート状パックが良好であったが、特に実施例２〜４のシート状パックは、べたつき感が少なく、肌へのなじみ等の使用感、及び使用後の肌の改善効果に優れていた。

実施例２
下記の組成の乳化組成物を常法により調製した後、ＰＥＴ１００％の不織布（目付量１００ｇ／ｍ^２）に塗工し、不織布の上面、及び内部に乳化組成物が保持されたシート状パックとした。塗工量は３００ｇ／ｍ^２とし、肘や踵に使いやすい大きさにカットし、それよりも大きい粘着シートで覆い粘着力を補強した。
