Abstract

Claims (11)
- 長手軸線(A)を有する1本の長尺な本体が、
・外部ねじ山(4)が設けられたねじ頭部(3)で構成され、他の部分の直径より大きい直径の基部(2)と、
・ねじ山を有していない中間部(5)と、
・及び、外部ねじ山(7)が設けられた端部(6)と、
を有する、小さい骨破片を接合する骨を接合及び圧縮するねじにおいて、
前記ねじ頭部(3)と端部(6)は、第1に、当該各部に形成されたねじ山(4,7)の最大軸方向長を越えて伸延され、第2に、タッピング手段を構成するように各ねじ山を挿通して形成された少なくとも1つの溝(10)をそれぞれ有し、
また、前記端部(6)の終端ゾーン(8)には、前記中間部や端部(5,6)の受け入れあるいは骨破片の収容空間となる段取り手段(11)が設けられたことを特徴とするねじ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの溝(10)は、つる巻き線状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ。
- 前記つる巻き線状の溝(10)の傾斜は、20°〜40°、好ましくは約25°としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のねじ。
- 前記各溝(10)の深さは、一定としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記各溝(10)の深さは、各溝(10)の始端から終端に規則正しく変化するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記各溝(10)の深さは、ねじの終端ゾーン(8)に向かうに伴い増大することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のねじ。
- 前記各溝(10)の最終の部分は、ねじ本体の厚さまで穿設したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のねじ。
- 前記段取り手段(11)は、実質的に軸方向に伸延された歯(11A)により形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記長手軸線の周りで角度的に規則正しく離間するように、前記基部と端部(2、6)に形成した3つの溝(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 袋ねじを形成するように長尺な中央穴(12)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記溝(10)と中央穴(12)との各接続部分が、前記段取り手段(11)を形成する歯(11A)を有していることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のねじ。
