Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a label writer tape capable of confirming a type and a tape cassette in which the tape is stored.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When printing labels on tapes using a label writer, there are various types of conventionally used tapes having different widths, colors, shapes of die-cut portions (printing areas), and the like. The tape cassette is also provided with characteristics according to the type of tape to be assembled. For example, holes in a pattern corresponding to the type of tape are provided in some of the components of the tape cassette. It is necessary to make the label writer recognize the type of tape to be used in order to make a normal label. Therefore, in the cassette mounting portion of the label writer, for example, discriminating the type of a pin or the like inserted into a hole formed in the tape cassette. A sensor is provided to automatically determine the type of tape when a tape cassette is mounted on a label writer. That is, the label writer recognizes the characteristics of the tape cassette and determines the type of the tape.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there may be a problem that the tape assembled to the tape cassette does not correspond to the type of the tape cassette. In order to assemble the tapes into the corresponding type of tape cassette without fail, in the past, various types of tapes were mixed so that, for example, the tapes were grouped by type and stored in a box. However, the tape itself is not marked so that the type can be recognized. If the tape itself does not have a mark for recognizing the type, it is not possible to confirm whether the type is compatible with the tape cassette before and after assembling the tape, and there is a problem that an assembling error easily occurs.
[0004]
Accordingly, a main object of the present invention is to provide a tape for a label writer and a tape cassette accommodating the tape, which can effectively suppress an error in assembling the tape and the tape cassette.

[0014]
According to the fifth aspect, the mark can be formed relatively easily after the winding of the tape, and the defective assembly rate can be reduced even when the user intends to store the tape being used in the tape cassette.
[0015]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a label writer tape according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the mark is formed of a coating layer.
[0016]
According to the sixth aspect, it is possible to form a mark quickly by applying a coating layer of ink or the like.
[0017]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, there is provided a label writer tape according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the mark is formed by perforation.
[0018]
According to the seventh aspect, it is possible to form a mark which is easy to visually confirm without blurring or bleeding by perforation.
[0019]
The label writer tape according to
[0020]
According to the eighth aspect, since at least one of the information indicating the type of the tape and the information indicating the type of the tape cassette is used as the mark, it is possible to more effectively suppress an assembling error of the assembling operator.
[0021]
A tape cassette according to a ninth aspect is a tape cassette in which the label writer tape according to any one of the first to eighth aspects is housed, and is composed of a plurality of parts assembled together. At least one of the components has a plurality of types having different characteristics from each other, and a mark is formed on the component so that the type can be visually confirmed.
[0022]
According to the ninth aspect, by using a tape cassette having a part having a mark formed so that the type can be visually confirmed with the tape for a label writer according to the first to eighth aspects, the tape cassette and the tape cassette can be combined with each other. The defective assembly rate can be further reduced.
