Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0035】
このうち遊技制御装置20は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)21a、RAM(Random Access Memory)21b、ROM(Read Only Memory)21c等を有する遊技用マイクロコンピュータ21、入力I/F23a、出力I/F23b、発振器22等により構成されている。
【0040】
図2に示すように、表示制御装置40は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)41、ROM(Read Only Memory)42、RAM(Random Access Memory)43、DMAC(Direct Memory Access Controller)44、発振器45、VDC(Video Digital Controller)46、フォントROM47、VDC46の電気信号(入力信号)を光信号(出力信号)に変換させる際のγ補正を行うγ補正回路48、インターフェイス49などを備えている。
【0041】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball and ball game machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in a ball-and-ball game machine such as a pachinko game machine, a plurality of detection sensors capable of detecting a human body in a non-contact manner are provided on a game board surface, and a front glass plate (front transparent member) covering a front side of the game board. There is an apparatus in which a player can execute a selection operation by holding a hand in front of any of the detection sensors.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the selection operation by the player is not properly performed when a plurality of detection sensors are provided as described above, the ball game machine determines that the detection sensor that the player does not intend to select has been selected and operated. (That is, erroneous detection may occur). When such an erroneous detection occurs, an operation result not intended by the player is generated, which is a problem.
Specifically, for example, a part other than the hand (for example, an arm) is detected by a detection sensor that the player does not intend to select, or a movement line of the hand leading to any detection sensor is detected. Erroneous detection occurs when any of the other detection sensors disposed in the, for example, has detected a hand, resulting in an unintended operation result of the player.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and includes a plurality of detection sensors capable of detecting a hand held by a player in a non-contact manner, and can suppress occurrence of erroneous detection. It aims to provide a gaming machine.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To solve the above problems,
The invention according to
A game board in which a game area is formed, a front transparent member that covers the front side of the game board, and a player disposed on one side in the left-right direction of the front side below the front transparent member to allow the player to play in the game area An operation handle for performing an operation of firing a ball, and a ball game machine including
A plurality of detection sensors that can be detected by the player in a non-contact manner over the front transparent member over a hand held by the player from the outside of the front transparent member,
The input from any of the detection sensors that have detected the hand held by the player is reflected in game control,
Each of the detection sensors is arranged such that no two or more detection sensors are positioned on any straight line passing through a reference position taken on the other side end side of the lower front surface from the front transparent member. I have.
[0006]
Here, an operation handle for performing an operation of firing a game ball is provided on the lower front surface of the front transparent member (therefore, the game is performed) so that the player can easily operate with one hand (usually the right hand in the case of a pachinko game machine). Since it is arranged on one side end (usually, for example, the right side) in the left-right direction of the lower front surface of the board, the other hand (for example, the left hand) is used for selecting the detection sensor.
Furthermore, the selection operation by the other hand is performed, for example, by setting a reference position on the other side end (for example, left side) with respect to the one side end side (for example, right side) in the left-right direction of the lower front surface of the game board as a base end. It is natural to do this by moving your hand on the moving line.
[0007]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the detection sensors are arranged so that no two or more detection sensors are located on any straight line passing through the reference position taken on the other side end side of the front surface below the front transparent member. Since each of them is arranged, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of erroneous detection in the case where the player naturally performs the selection operation with the hand on the opposite side to the operation handle. As a result, it is possible to increase the possibility that the control is reflected in the game as intended by the player.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the ball game machine according to the first aspect,
A center accessory is provided at a substantially central portion of the game board,
Each of the detection sensors is arranged along the outer periphery of the center role.
[0009]
Here, for example, in the case of a first-type pachinko gaming machine, the center role is a portion configured to include a variable display device for displaying a special figure variable display game and an upper armor portion thereof (first portion). In the case of a second-type pachinko gaming machine, the variable prize device is referred to as a (second-type accessory).
[0010]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since each of the detection sensors is arranged along the outer periphery of the center role, the position of the detection sensor can be easily understood by the player.
More specifically, for example, it may be arranged along the periphery of the display screen provided in the center role, in this case, the center role as a unit provided with a detection sensor, easily on the game board Can be attached and detached.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the ball game machine according to the second aspect,
It is characterized by comprising a waiting prompting notifying means for notifying the player before performing the selection operation of the detection sensor that the player's hand is to temporarily wait at a position in front of the center role.
[0012]
The standby prompting notifying unit may be, for example, a display device that performs notification display, but may be a sounding device (speaker) that performs notification by voice.
Further, it is preferable to include a standby prompt notification control unit that controls the execution of the notification by the standby prompt notification unit.
Further, when the player holds his hand at the position in front of the center role, the player is provided with a standby state detection sensor that detects the hand, and after the standby state detection sensor detects the standby state (for example, Thereafter, the selection operation of the detection sensor may not be performed unless it is during a predetermined time).
[0013]
According to the invention as set forth in
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the ball game machine according to any one of the first to third aspects,
Each of the detection sensors is arranged along an arc passing through a point about the reference position and farther from the center of the game board.
[0015]
According to the invention as set forth in
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the ball game machine according to any one of the first to third aspects,
Each of the detection sensors is arranged along an arc passing through a point whose distance from the reference position is farther than the center of the game board and closer to the reference position than the center. And
[0017]
According to the invention described in
In addition, since the amount of the game board surface covered by the arm or the like can be reduced, the display on the display device, for example, can be visually recognized even during the selection operation.
[0018]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the ball game machine according to any one of the first to fifth aspects,
A variation display game based on a plurality of types of identification information can be executed based on a game ball fired based on the operation of the operation handle winning a start winning prize port arranged on the game board, and displaying the variation display game. When the result mode becomes a predetermined special display result mode, a special game state can be generated, and the start of execution of a game ball to the starting winning port is waited for execution of a variable display game as a start memory. Up to a predetermined upper limit number can be stored,
Each of the detection sensors is associated with one of the starting memories,
When the hand held by the player is detected by any of the detection sensors, the reflection of the detected game is performed as a reflection to the control in the game, in which the detected detection sensor is associated with the start memory associated with the variable display game. It is characterized by having execution control means.
[0019]
Here, the “control regarding the variable display game with respect to the starting memory associated with the detection sensor that has detected the hand of the player as a reflection on the control in the game” is, for example, the detection sensor detected. Control for changing the execution order of the variable display game with respect to the given start memory, control for switching between enabling and disabling the advance notice display in the variable display game, control for switching the type of effect in the variable display game, and the like.
[0020]
According to the invention described in
[0021]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the ball game machine according to any one of the first to sixth aspects,
When there is an input from two or more detection sensors at a time, there is provided a valid input specifying means for validating only an input from one detection sensor according to a predetermined priority order. Features.
[0022]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, since an effective input specifying unit is provided, even when there is an input from two or more detection sensors at a time, only an input from one detection sensor is performed in accordance with a predetermined priority order. Is valid (any one of the detection sensors can be specified as selected by the player).
[0023]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the present embodiment, a pachinko game as a suitable example of the ball-and-ball game machine according to the present invention, particularly, a pachinko game machine of a type belonging to the so-called "first type" will be described.

The pachinko gaming machine according to this embodiment is configured as described above, and performs, for example, the following game control.
When a game ball wins the normal variable winning device 9, the winning game ball is detected by the special figure start sensor 9b, and a detection signal is input to the
The effect command data output at this time includes data instructing the fluctuating display state, data of a symbol to be permanently stopped for each fluctuating display area, and fluctuating pattern data. And the corresponding fluctuation pattern (no reach, normal reach, special reach, re-variation after temporary stop, notice, etc.) are designated.
In addition, the length of the fluctuation time of the symbol is set to a plurality of types. For example, a short-term fluctuation time (for example, a fluctuation time of 6 seconds) for mainly performing a fluctuation display without a reach, a medium fluctuation time (for example, a fluctuation time of 10 seconds) for mainly displaying a fluctuation display of a normal reach, and a special reach mainly And a long-term fluctuation time (for example, the fluctuation time is 30 seconds) for performing the fluctuation display.
In addition, in the case of a variable display game in which the fluctuation time is long, the probability of occurrence of the jackpot is set to be high, whereas in the case of the fluctuation display game in which the fluctuation time is short and medium, the probability of the jackpot occurrence is set. [0046]
Next, the arrangement of the selection sensors A, B, C, D will be described in detail.
[0047]
First, in the case of the
Therefore, at the time of this selection operation, the flow lines (the flow lines D1, D2, D3, and D3 shown in FIG. 5) starting from the reference position K on the left side (the left side) on the lower front surface of the
When the left hand is moved on any of the flow lines D1 to D4 (or D5 to D8), for example, if two or more of the selection sensors A to D are arranged on the same flow line, an error occurs. Detection can occur.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, for example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, each of the selection sensors A to D is set so that no two or more selection sensors are located on any straight line passing through the reference position K. Deploy.
That is, two or more selection sensors A to D are located on any straight line passing through the reference position K taken on the other side end side (specifically, for example, the left side) of the front surface below the
As a result of arranging the selection sensors A to D in this way, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of erroneous detection when the player naturally performs the selection operation with the hand (left hand) on the opposite side to the
That is, as shown in FIG. 7, for example, when the selection sensor A is selected by moving the left hand according to the flow line D1, erroneous detection occurs because no other selection sensors BD are present on the flow line D1. Absent.
Therefore, it is possible to increase the possibility of performing the reflection (described later) on the game control as intended by the player.
In addition, since the selection sensors A to D are arranged so that the selection operation of the selection sensors A to D can be more appropriately performed by the left hand, a result that the player releases his / her hand from the operation handle 104 to perform the selection operation by the right hand. As a result, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the operation of the
[0048]
Here, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the selection sensor A can detect the player's hand held over the detectable region R1 in front of the selection sensor A, and the detection sensor B similarly detects the front of the player. The detection sensor C can detect the player's hand held over the detectable region R3 in front of the detectable region R2, and the detection sensor D can detect the hand of the player held over the detectable region R4 in front of the detectable region R3.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, it is more preferable to arrange the selection sensors A to D so that the detectable regions R1 to R4 do not overlap each other. Can be more suitably suppressed.
[0049]
Further, in the present embodiment, more specifically, for example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, it is preferable that the selection sensors A to D are arranged along the outer periphery of the
As described above, as a result of arranging each of the selection sensors A to D along the outer periphery of the
[0050]
Further, in the arrangement described in the present embodiment, more specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, each of the selection sensors A to D is moved from the reference position K in an arc centered on the reference position K. A preferred example is that the distance is arranged along an arc passing through a point farther than the center of the game board 1 (more specifically, for example, the

That is, each of the selection sensors A to D is arranged along an arc passing through a point closer to the reference position K than the center with respect to a point whose distance from the reference position K is farther than the center of the game board. .
In this case, since the moving amount of the left hand can be reduced, the selection operation is easy, and the selection operation can be performed without embarrassing the line of sight of the surrounding players because it is not an overaction.
Further, since the amount of the game board surface covered by the arm or the like can be reduced, the display by the
[0052]
By the way, for example, when the number of startup memories is almost full, the selection operation of the selection sensors A to D may be performed with the right hand separated from the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, the player hands his / her hand to the front position of the center role 400 (however, The notification display H prompting the user to temporarily wait at a position different from the detectable region R1 of each of the selection sensors A to D) is displayed on the

The notification display H is started when a predetermined execution start condition is satisfied. The execution start condition is satisfied, for example, when the number of start storages becomes equal to or more than a predetermined number (for example, when the number becomes full (four) or three or more).
[0053]
However, simply performing the notification display H as described above cannot effectively prevent erroneous detection from occurring if the player does not follow the notification display H.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 10, a standby

[0054]
However, even if the notification display H is performed as shown in FIG. 9 or the standby state of the hand is detected in addition to the notification display H as shown in FIG. If the selection operation is performed by moving a hand on a flow line passing through the detectable regions R1 to R4 of the sensors A to D, erroneous detection may occur.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the input of the detection signal from any of the selection sensors A to D to the
Here, the predetermined time t is preferably set as a time sufficient for the hand to cross each of the detectable regions R1 to R4.
For example, when the hand is moved in the order of the detectable area R1 (selected sensor A) → the detectable area R2 (selected sensor B) → the detectable area R3 (selected sensor C), and finally the selected sensor C is selected and operated. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, a short time t1 (<t) input from the selected sensor A → a short time t2 (<t) input from the selected sensor B → a long time (> t) from the selected sensor C The
As described above, when the input of the detection signal from any of the selection sensors A to D to the
However, after the standby
[0055]
Further, for example, even if only an input from any one of the selection sensors A to D that lasts for a predetermined time t or more is made valid, two or more selection sensors A to D at a time depend on the posture of the arm of the player. When detection occurs, erroneous detection may occur.
That is, for example, when the right hand is moved in accordance with the flow line D9 shown in FIG. 8 to select the selection sensor C, for example, as shown in FIG. The input from the selected sensor C is started while the input from the sensor D is continued, and finally, any of the inputs from the selected sensors C and D may continue for the predetermined time t or more.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when there is an input from two or more selection sensors A to D at a time, the
Specifically, in the case of the
Therefore, when the input from the selection sensors D and C occurs as shown in FIG. 12, although the input from the selection sensor D also continues for the predetermined time t or more, the
By providing the valid input specifying means as described above, even when there is an input from two or more selected sensors A to D at a time, it is possible to make only the input from one selected sensor valid according to the priority order. (Either one of the selection sensors can be specified as being selected by the player), and the result of the selection intended by the player can be reflected in the control of the game.
[0056]
Next, a selected sensor monitoring process performed by the
First, in step S1, it is determined whether or not there has been an input start (rise) from any of the selected sensors A to D. If it is determined that there has been no input, the process proceeds to step S3. Shifts to step S2.
In step S2, a process of clearing the rise monitoring timer (returning it to 0 (zero)) is performed, and the process proceeds to step S3. Here, the rise monitoring timer starts counting the elapsed time at the timing when input from any of the selected sensors A to D is started in step S1 in the selected sensor monitoring process before the previous time.
In step S3, it is determined whether the rise monitoring elapsed time (that is, the predetermined time t) has elapsed. If it is determined that the elapsed time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S4.
In step S4, it is determined that only the input from any one of the selected sensors A to D is valid according to the priority order. If there is only an input from any one of the selection sensors A to D in the first place, it goes without saying that the input from the selection sensor to which the input was made is determined to be valid.
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S3 that the rise monitoring elapsed time has not elapsed, the process proceeds to step S5.
In step S5, it is determined whether or not a selection reception time (for example, 5 seconds) has elapsed. Here, the selection reception time is, for example, equal to a predetermined time during which the selection operation can be received after the standby
Then, in step S5, if it is determined that the selection reception time has not elapsed, the selection sensor monitoring process is terminated, while if it is determined that the selection reception time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S4. Similarly, only the input from any one of the selection sensors A to D is determined to be valid according to the priority order. That is, even if there is an input from any of the selection sensors A to D for a short time that is less than the monitoring elapsed time before the selection reception time elapses, any one of the selection sensors A to D according to the priority order. Only the inputs from A to D are determined to be valid. Therefore, even when the selection operation is performed with a quick movement, it is possible to reflect the selection operation in the game.
Note that an input for only a short time that is less than the monitoring elapsed time may not be regarded as valid.
[0057]
Next, an example of “reflection to game control” performed based on input of a detection signal from the selection sensors A to D to the
[0058]
First, in the present embodiment, each of the selection sensors A to D is associated with one of the start memories.
Specifically, for example, as shown in the upper and middle sections of FIG. 14, the selection sensor A is associated with the start memory based on the earliest (first) start prize, and the selection sensor B is The selection sensor C is further associated with the start memory based on the next (second) start winning, the selection sensor C is further associated with the start memory based on the next start winning, and the selection sensor D is finally (fourth). It is associated with the start memory based on the generated start winning.
[0059]
Therefore, the selection sensor A is associated with the special figure
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the selection sensors A to D are arranged at positions near the corresponding special figure
[0060]
When the hand held by the player is detected by any of the selection sensors A to D, the
That is, the
[0061]
In the case of the present embodiment, more specifically, the “control regarding the variable display game for the start memory associated with the detected selection sensors A to D” includes, for example, the order of the execution control of the variable display game for each start memory. Is changed.
That is, for example, when there are four start memories, the selection operation of the selection sensor C associated with the start memory of the variable display game which is normally executed and controlled thirdly (of course, the selection operation in which the input is valid) Is performed, the selection sensor C performs a process of moving up the order of the execution control of the variable display game with respect to the corresponding start memory (for example, moving up to the first position). Alternatively, a process of moving down (for example, moving down at the end) may be performed.
Note that the display mode of the special figure start storage display near the selected sensor may be changed (for example, blinking, color change, etc.) to notify that the selected sensor has been selected.
[0062]
As described above, according to the
As a result, it is possible to increase the possibility that the control is reflected in the game as intended by the player.
[0063]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the first type of pachinko gaming machine, and may be applied to other types of pachinko gaming machines such as a third type of pachinko gaming machine and a second type of pachinko gaming machine, and may be arranged. The present invention is also applicable to ball game machines other than pachinko game machines such as ball game machines and sparrow ball game machines.
In addition, although the infrared sensors are illustrated as the selection sensors (detection sensors) A to D, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, other optical sensors (for example, sensors for detecting reflection of laser light), ultrasonic sensors, and magnetic sensors For example, any device that can detect a player's hand through the

Further, the arrangement of each of the selection sensors A to D may be the same as that described above, except that the selection sensors A to D are located on any straight line passing through the reference position K taken on the other side of the front surface below the
In addition, the
[0064]
In the above description, an example in which only one input from one of the selection sensors A to D is made valid is described. In short, it is sufficient that only one input can be determined to be valid during input at a time. Immediately after the input from one of the selected sensors A to D is determined to be valid, the input from the other selected sensors A to D can be determined to be valid immediately (from two or more selected sensors A to D). For example, it may be possible to determine the execution control order of all the four start memories.
In this case, specifically, for example, by performing a selection operation in the order of the selected sensor D → the selected sensor C → the selected sensor B → the selected sensor A, the execution control sequence of the start memory, which was originally fourth, becomes first, The execution control sequence of the start memory, which was originally the third, was set to the second, the execution control sequence of the start memory, which was the second, was set to the third, and the execution control sequence of the start memory, which was originally the first, was set to the fourth. , Each can be changed.
In this case, it is preferable to notify the user each time one input is determined to be valid, and to notify the user of the next input (that is, a selection operation for the player).
That is, it is possible to sequentially determine that inputs from two or more selected sensors (any two or more of the selected sensors A to D) are valid, and each time the input from one selected sensor is determined to be valid, Is provided (for example, the
[0065]
Further, the “control regarding the variable display game for the start memory associated with the detected selection sensors A to D” is not limited to the above example. Control, control for switching the type of effect in the variable display game, and the like.
The notice display may be, for example, a display for notifying the reliability of the display result mode of the variable display game being the special display result mode, or a change when the display result mode of the variable display game is the special display result mode. A display (for example, a display for giving a notice of whether or not a change will occur if a big hit occurs) or the like is given as to whether or not a special display result mode composed of symbols (for example, a slotted pattern such as “7, 7, 7”) is derived and displayed. .
The switching of the effect type in the variable display game includes, for example, switching of the background display and switching of the type of the appearing character.
[0066]
Further, in the above description, the example in which the upper limit number of the start memory is four is described, but the upper limit number of the start memory may be three or less, or may be five or more.
However, if the upper limit number of the start memories is large, providing a selection sensor in a one-to-one correspondence with each start memory may cause a problem such that the detectable area overlaps. May be provided correspondingly.
Specifically, for example, when the upper limit number of the start memory is six, the selection sensor A is set to correspond to the start memory based on the earliest (first) start winning as shown in the upper and lower parts of FIG. In addition, the selection sensor B is associated with the start memory based on the next (second) start winning, the selection sensor C is further associated with the start memory based on the next start winning, and the selection sensor D is further associated. It is preferable to associate the start memories based on all the start winnings (fourth to sixth starting wins) generated thereafter.
In this case, for example, when the selection sensor D is selected and operated, for example, the execution control order of the variable display game with respect to the start memory based on the fourth to sixth start winnings and the first to third start winnings Control to completely replace the execution control order of the variable display game with respect to the start memory based on the start memory.
Alternatively, there may be provided a selection switch that can switch a selectable range of the start memory. That is, for example, a state in which the start memory based on the first to third start winning a prize is a selectable range and a state in which the start memory based on the fourth to sixth start winning a prize is a selectable range alternately. May be provided.
[0067]
In addition, by selecting the selection sensors A to D, it is possible to select information display (the number of revolutions from the opening of the store, the number of revolutions from the previous big hit, etc.), or to input information (for example, input a name). Or switch the brightness of the screen (for example, by providing a level gauge and arranging each of the selection sensors A to D along the level gauge, depending on which selection sensor is selected). Or the like).
[0068]
In addition, the embodiments disclosed this time are to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the terms of the claims, rather than the description above, and is intended to include any modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the terms of the claims.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, each of the detection sensors is arranged such that no two or more detection sensors are located on any straight line passing through the reference position taken on the other side end side of the lower front surface from the front glass plate. In addition, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of erroneous detection when the selection operation is naturally performed by the hand on the side opposite to the side where the player operates the operation handle. As a result, it is possible to increase the possibility that the control is reflected in the game as intended by the player.
