Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a new business that records the work performance and bills the originator of the cost when the executing company entrusted with the business from the prime contractor performs the cleaning work on behalf of the contractor on the construction site. About the model.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Clean-up work is a task that always occurs at the construction site, and most of the problems only need to be performed by each contractor after the work.
However, recent construction is limited in terms of construction period and budget, there is no room for personnel and time for each contractor, and it is difficult to ensure that every worker at the site does not perform cleaning properly. Cases are increasing.
For this reason, the prime contractor is currently paying a great deal of money for cleaning up the construction site. Will require a lot of effort.
[0003]
In addition, if each contractor performs the cleaning work individually, a large number of workers will enter the facility redundantly, which will not only reduce the work efficiency, but also the procedures for admission, education and labor management for new visitors. Due to such factors, the amount of office work is greatly increased.
In addition, when the interior construction work at the site reaches its peak, the inside of the site becomes confused, and not only efficiency but also safety and quality problems arise.
[0004]

[0008]
FIG. 1 shows a business flow of the cleaning management system with the present invention implemented.
The executing company that has been entrusted with the operations of the prime contractor performs the following operations.
First, the executing company explains the purpose of the system to the contractor at the construction site at the time of boarding, and gains an understanding of the site (step 1).
Then, every day in the morning after the morning bow, employees of the executing company conduct patrols on the site to inspect the construction site and check the status of organization at each construction site (step 2).
Thereafter, at the time of the process meeting held in the daytime, a corrective recommendation is made to a contractor who does not sufficiently arrange the construction site (step 3).
The correction recommendation is made by creating a correction request A1 shown in FIG.
Thereafter, a confirmation patrol is carried out between 16:00 and 16:00, and it is confirmed whether the items pointed out by 16:00 have been improved (step 4).
If the items pointed out by 16:00 have not been improved, an operator for forcibly removing the leftover garbage is arranged by 17:00 (step 5).
After explaining the arrangement for forced removal at the morning meeting the following day, the garbage left at the construction site is forcibly removed from 8:00 (step 6).
At the same time, the status of the abandoned garbage is recorded on photographs and drawings, and the manpower and time required for the work after the forced removal are input to a personal computer to record the work results (step 7).
The recording of the status of the garbage by photograph or drawing is performed by creating the forced removal execution record A2 shown in FIG.
In addition, photos are taken using a digital camera and input to a personal computer together with the results data for management.
Thereafter, a deduction slip or deduction material is output from the personal computer at the time of billing and submitted to the prime contractor (step 8).
Note that the date and time setting described above is an example of a task to be performed, and does not specify a date and time of the task of the present invention.
[0009]
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a cleaning management system with the present invention implemented.
The tidy-up cleaning management system includes input means 101 for inputting performance data of tidy-up cleaning work from the screen 10 of the personal computer, recording means 102 for recording the input performance data on the storage medium 20 of the personal computer, and storage medium 20. Distributing means 103 for distributing the recorded performance data to each contractor, calculating means 104 for calculating the cost required for cleaning-up work for each contractor based on the distributed performance data, It comprises an issuing means 105 for issuing a deduction slip A3 for deducting from the price.
[0010]
The input means 101 includes an input number from the screen 10 of the personal computer, a photograph number for associating with a site photograph, a date for removing and indicating abandoned garbage, a name of a trader who discharged the abandoned garbage, a place where the abandoned garbage is left ( Enter the data such as construction section / floor), contents of the abandoned garbage (classification / name), and the man-hour and time required for removal.
[0011]
The calculation means 104 calculates the cost required for removal by multiplying the artificial time and time allocated to each company by the unit price of the worker, and determines the amount charged by each company.
[0012]
The issuing unit 105 determines a deduction amount based on the calculated amount of charge for each vendor, and issues a reduction slip A3 for each vendor.
At this time, a daily compulsory removal confirmation A4 shown in FIG. 5, a vendor compulsory removal confirmation A5 shown in FIG. 6, and a compulsory removal cost request confirmation A6 shown in FIG. 7 are created as attachments to the deduction slip A3.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the tidy-up cleaning management system of the present invention is based on the originator's liability when the executing company outsourced by the prime contractor performs tidy-up cleaning work on behalf of the contractor at the construction site. The cost is borne by the contractor at the construction site.
Therefore, since the cost to be borne by each contractor, which was conventionally borne by the contractor, can be reduced, the profitability of the contractor can be improved, and the cleaning work can be entrusted to the executing company collectively. This eliminates duplication of work, improves work efficiency, and reduces the labor burden on employees involved in cleaning up and cleaning work.
For this reason, the present invention is extremely effective as a new business model for efficiently and effectively operating the cleaning management work at the construction site.
