Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a roof structure, and more specifically, a water retaining structure capable of impregnating and retaining water on a folded plate roof or the like, which is widely used as a roof structure in factories, warehouses, and stores. The present invention relates to a roof structure capable of performing heat insulation and suppressing a heat island phenomenon by laying a plate. Incidentally, the water retention plate in the present invention is, for example, a well-known sintered plate (porous ceramic plate) having a large number of fine continuous holes capable of impregnating and holding water therein, or firing of unglazed tiles or unglazed bricks. A plate (unfired plate) or a lightweight foam concrete plate, which is made of a porous material formed in a flat plate shape.

Description of the Related Art In recent years, in urban areas, green spaces have been lost due to an increase in paved roads and concrete structures, and the so-called heat island phenomenon is likely to occur particularly in summer. As one of the solutions to this problem, rooftop greening in which plants are planted on the rooftop is effective and recommended. However, as a practical matter, there are roofs that cannot be roofed green, such as folded-plate roofs, and it is urgent to take measures for roofs that cannot be greened regardless of existing construction. Especially for the folded plate roof, heat is easily transferred from the material,
In addition, since it is difficult to block the heat from the outside due to the presence of the opening, the heat is accumulated in the attic side, and the heat addition on the indoor side in summer becomes extremely large.

A holding bar is placed, and the folding plate, the water retaining plate, and the holding bar are fastened together to the tight frame with bolts and nuts. In addition, the roof structure according to claim 2 has a plurality of water-retaining members capable of impregnating and retaining moisture inside the existing folded-plate roof in which the folded plate is fixed with bolts and nuts over a tight frame installed on the beam. A plate is laid so as to straddle the top of the folded plate, and a holding bar formed in the shape of a long flat plate is placed on the upper surface of each water retaining plate, and the bolts that fix the folded plate are used to retain the water. Face the mounting hole formed through the plate, and screw the connection cylinder formed by forming a female screw on the inner peripheral surface of the bolt.
It is characterized in that the water retaining plate and the pressing bar are fastened together with the folding plate by screwing mounting bolts to the connecting cylinder.

It is preferable to interpose 4 and to fill the sealing material 15 in the holding bar accommodating groove 10 formed on the upper surface of the water retaining plate 6. Further, it is desirable that a cushion material (not shown) be interposed between the folding plate 2 and the water retaining plate 6 for the purpose of preventing mutual damage to the folding plate 2 and the water retaining plate 6. Further, the bolt through holes 7 formed in the water retaining plate 6 do not need to be opened corresponding to all the bolts 4 that fix the folded plate 2 to the tight frame 3, and the bolts in the portion where the presser bar 8 is placed are not necessary. The bolt through hole 7 may be formed only at a position corresponding to 4. Furthermore, the present invention is preferably applied when the water retaining plate 6 is installed on the folded plate roof A as in the embodiment, but is also applied to roofs such as a roof tile roof structure and a corrugated roof structure. It is possible. At that time, in particular, when the water retaining plate 6 does not fit well like a corrugated roof structure or a folded roof having a small flat portion 2a of the folded plate top 2a, an appropriate supporting member is provided on the lower surface side of the water retaining plate 6. It is good to install.

It is laid temporarily so as to straddle a, and bolt through holes 7 are formed in each water retaining plate 6 at positions corresponding to the fixing bolts 4 having a length of 12 mm fixing the folded plate 2 to the tight frame 3. At the same time, a holding bar accommodating groove 10 for accommodating the pressing bar 8 is formed on the upper surface of the water retaining plate 6, and a recessed hole 16 for accommodating a washer 13 for waterproofing and a waterproof packing 14 is formed on the back surface side. Next, the fixing bolt 4 for fixing the folding plate 2 to the tight frame 3 is inserted into the bolt through hole 7, and the fixing bolt 4 is connected to the connecting cylinder 11 from the upper surface side of the water retaining plate 6.
While being screwed together, a holding bar 8 made of a vinyl steel plate having a width of 30 mm, a length of 1000 mm and a thickness of 2 mm was placed in the holding bar accommodating groove 10 of the water holding plate 6 over the adjacent water holding plates. Finally, the mounting bolt 1 is attached to the connecting cylinder 11.
The water retaining plate 6 and the presser bar 8 were fastened together with the folded plate 2 by screwing 2 together, and the water retaining plate 6 was fixed on the folded plate roof A. The roof edge of the water retaining plate 6 is the folded plate roof A as in the embodiment.
It was cut in accordance with the dimensions of and finished so as not to be aesthetically pleasing.

A plurality of water retaining plates are laid so as to straddle the tops of the folded plates, and a holding bar formed in the shape of a long flat plate is placed on the upper surface of each water retaining plate. Also, since the holding bar is fastened to the tight frame with bolts and nuts together, it is recognized that the heat insulation effect and the effect of suppressing the rise in the atmospheric temperature due to the heat of vaporization of water are exerted, which helps to alleviate the heat island phenomenon. By the action of the plate, it becomes possible to reduce the indoor heat load in the summer.
That is, the water retainer laid on the folded-plate roof contains water in rainy weather, and this water gradually evaporates, and the evaporation latent heat lowers the temperature of the roof surface, thus transmitting the high temperature in the summer to the indoor side. It becomes possible to remarkably reduce the heat addition on the indoor side. Moreover, the water retaining plate can be easily and firmly fixedly installed on the folded plate roof, and the water retaining plate can be constructed at low cost.

While laying a plurality of water retaining plates that can be impregnated and held so as to straddle the top of the folded plate, place a holding bar formed in the shape of a long flat plate on the upper surface of each water retaining plate,
The bolt fixing the folding plate is exposed through the mounting hole formed through the water retaining plate, and the connecting cylinder formed by forming the female screw on the inner peripheral surface is screwed and connected to the bolt, and the mounting bolt is attached to the connecting cylinder. Since the water retaining plate and the holding bar are fastened together with the folding plate by screwing, the water retaining plate can be easily and firmly fixed and installed regardless of whether it is an existing folded plate roof or a new one. At the same time, it becomes possible to reduce the indoor heat load in the summer.

屋根構造。2. A plurality of water retaining plates capable of being impregnated with water inside are provided on the existing folded plate roof in which the folded plates are fixed with bolts and nuts over a tight frame installed on a beam. It is laid so as to straddle the top part, and a holding bar formed in the shape of a long flat plate is placed on the upper surface of each water retaining plate, and the bolts that fix the folding plate are formed through the water retaining plate. The water retaining plate and the presser bar are folded into a folding plate by facing through the hole and screwing a connecting cylinder formed by forming an internal thread on the inner peripheral surface of the bolt, and screwing a mounting bolt into the connecting cylinder. A roof structure characterized by being tightened together.
