Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tile roof with a waterproof structure in which a tiled roof has a waterproof structure to prevent the tile from leaking.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Spillover is a phenomenon of water leakage near the eaves, which is common in snowy areas in the early spring, where the melted snow from the warm attic is blocked by icicles at the eaves and enters the interior of the building, causing a leak.
Tile roofs have a structure that starts roofing from the eaves and stacks tiles in order from the bottom, so it has a waterproof effect against rainfall from the top, but it does not resist flooding from the eaves like overflowing. There's no way to stop it.
For this reason, it easily causes rain leakage, which in turn causes corrosion of the roof foundation and significantly reduces the durability of the tiled roof.
[0003]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to improve the durability of a tiled roof by preventing rain leakage due to inundation inside a building, preventing corrosion of a roof basement associated therewith.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention is configured as follows.
[0005]
That is, the tile roof of the present invention is constructed by stacking a metal plate to form a flat-roof metal roof, and attaching a tile bar between the seams of the metal roof. The above object is achieved by fixing a roof tile and roofing the roof.
[0006]
Further, the tile roof for preventing leakage of the present invention is characterized in that the roof tile is formed of a metal plate bent into a hat shape, and the metal plate is riveted or spot-welded and attached to the metal roof. .
[0007]
Further, the tile roof for preventing leakage according to the present invention is characterized in that a gap is provided between the tile bar and the seam, so that rainwater flowing to the metal roof through this gap is not dammed.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is an external view of a tile roof for preventing leakage from falling in which the present invention is implemented.
The tile roof for preventing leakage is constructed by stacking a plurality of metal plates 1 together to form a flat-roofed metal roof, which is formed at equal intervals along the inclination direction of the metal roof. A tile 3 is attached between the seams 2, a tile 4 is fixed to the tile 3, and a roof is roofed.
When constructing a metal roof, a roof other than a tile can be constructed without removing the existing roof.
The seam joint is performed by using a double winding seam structure disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-198728.
The roof tile 3 is shorter than the working width of the metal plate 1 and is provided with a gap between the two seams 2 on both sides, and the gap is drained to prevent rainwater flowing between the seams 2. Not to be.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 2, the seam 2 is formed by mutually raising the edges of the metal plate 1, joining the metal plates 1 together with the double-sided adhesive tape 5 therebetween, and bending the front end of the metal plate 1 into two pieces. The metal plates 1 are joined.
In addition, a step portion a is provided on both sides with a symmetrical width to reinforce the scaffold of the vertical seam joint 2 to make it hard to fall down and secure a space for accommodating the double-sided adhesive sheet 5.
Further, a nail hole b is provided at one end of one metal plate 1 to serve also as a suspender, and a nail 6 is driven into the nail hole b to nail the metal plate 1 to the roof base 7.
[0011]
The double-sided adhesive tape 5 covers a wide area from the rising portion to the turn-up portion of the fly seam 2, thereby preventing infiltration into the fly seam 2 caused by capillary action.
In addition, a core material having excellent thermal conductivity such as aluminum is inserted to prevent breakage caused by thermal expansion or thermal contraction.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 3, the tile bar 3 is formed by bending a metal plate into a hat shape, and joining the bottom surface of the outer bent portion c to the metal plate 1 to fix the tile bar 3 to the metal roof.
Joining is performed using means such as riveting and spot welding.
For this reason, the same material as the metal roof, such as a copper plate, a stainless steel plate, and a galvalume steel plate, which can be riveted and spot-welded on site, is used for the metal plate.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, the tile 4 hooks the nail d on the roof 3 and nails 6 on the roof 3 through the nail hole b to fix it.
The nailing depth is fixed in the middle of the tile bar 3 and the tile 4 is fixed to the tile bar 3 without making a hole in the metal plate 1 or the roof base 7 under the tile bar 3.
The tile 4 has a streak at a portion to be laid in the lateral direction, and the tile 4 is engaged with the streak to prevent a lateral displacement.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a tiled roof is stacked on a metal roof, so even if water enters the inside of the tiled roof due to leakage or the like, the metal roof does not leak water to the roof foundation. In addition to preventing the roof from leaking and preventing corrosion of the roof foundation, the durability of the conventional tiled roof can be greatly improved.
