The heights of the horizontal partition plate 24, the vertical partition plate 25, and the peripheral frame portion 60 are, as will be described later, a space when the second container 40 is inserted into the first container 20 storage portion and is fitted therein. It is formed sufficiently lower than the height of the vertical wall portion 22 and the horizontal wall portion 23 so as not to become a physical obstacle. A notch 29 is provided at the center of the upper end of the lateral wall portion 23 so that when the first container is stacked and operated, the hand can be inserted into the first container to hold it firmly. . Further, a handle 28 is provided so as to engrave the ridge of the bottom plate portion 21 and the lateral wall portion 23. Since the container box according to the present invention uses expanded polyethylene, which is a flexible material, when the containers are stacked to form a container group, the vertical wall portion 22 (longitudinal direction) is formed due to the weight of the transported product. In order to prevent the container from being unable to be stacked due to the bending of the wall portion of the vertical wall portion 22 in the out-of-plane direction, a locking hole 63 is provided outside the upper end surface of the vertical wall portion 22, and an outer surface of the bottom plate of the vertical wall portion 22. A locking portion 64 that locks in the locking hole 63 is provided on the side. The part partitioned by the horizontal partition plate 24 and the vertical partition plate 25 becomes the storage location 30 for the transported article 90. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the transport articles 90 are stored in two rows in the storage section. The horizontal partition plate 24 and the vertical partition plate 25 may be increased or decreased in the storage section according to transportation conditions. In addition, 80 is a mark.

On the outer surface of the bottom plate portion, a second layer formed by stacking steps is formed.
Of the horizontal partition plate 44 provided on the inner surface of the bottom plate in order to individually partition the storage space for the transported goods by the upper and lower containers so that the transported goods stored in the upper and lower containers of the container group of 10 do not collide with each other. A horizontal rib 46 is provided at the same position as the position, and a vertical rib 47 is provided at the same position as the positions of the plurality of vertical partition plates 45.
Are respectively projected downward. The protruding heights of the horizontal ribs 46 and the vertical ribs 47 from the outer surface of the bottom plate portion are formed to be the same as the protruding height of the L-shaped fitting portion 70 from the outer surface of the bottom plate portion, and the protrusion of the transported article 90 from the end surface of the opening. It is formed deeper than the height. When the second container 40 is stacked, the U-shaped portion (open end of the second container) formed by the horizontal wall portion 43 and a part of the vertical wall portion 42 is inside the L-shaped fitting portion 70. Since it is inserted, it can be stacked stably. The shapes of the horizontal ribs 46, the vertical ribs 47, and the L-shaped fitting portions 70 described above have been studied in consideration of cushioning performance. As a result, the box in the present embodiment can be suppressed to about one third or less of the impact given to the transported product in the conventional box made of dumpler.

An automatic machine (not shown) is used for storing / removing the transported article 90. In the case 10 according to the present embodiment, the sizes of the first container 20 and the second container 40 are different, but the L-shaped fitting portions 70 are provided at the four corners of the outer wall of the second container 40. By being provided, the second
The outer dimension of the first container 20 determined by the outer surface of the L-shaped fitting portion 70 of the first container 20 becomes equal to the outer dimension of the first container 20.
Therefore, if the respective containers are arranged in the positioning device of the automatic machine, the storage positions 30, 50 of the respective containers become the same, so that the transporting goods 90 can be loaded into the first and second containers by one automatic machine. It is suitable because it can be stored and taken out.

Stacking of the first container will be described.
At the time of stacking the first container group, the fitting frame portion 62 on the outer surface of the bottom plate portion of the upper container fits into the storage portion (open end) of the lower container. This makes it possible to prevent the container group from collapsing. Further, the locking hole 3 on the outer side of the upper end surface of the vertical wall portion 22
0 and the engaging portion 64 on the outer side of the lower end surface of the vertical wall portion 22 are engaged with each other to suppress the deflection of the side wall in the out-of-plane direction,
The containers can be stacked more stably. Moreover, since the load from the upper container is always applied to the side wall of the lower container, the load of the upper container is not applied to the transported product, which is preferable.

When the first container 20 is stacked, the positions of the horizontal ribs 26 and the vertical ribs 27 provided on the outer surface of the bottom plate portion of the upper container are the same as those of the horizontal partition plate 24 and the vertical partition plate 25 of the lower container. Since it coincides with the position, it is partitioned by the upper and lower partition plates, ribs, etc. into a space for accommodating the individual transport products 90. Therefore, it is possible to prevent breakage or the like without the transportation products 90 coming into contact with each other. Further, the horizontal ribs 26 and the vertical ribs 27 also function as reinforcing members for the bottom plate portion of the container 20.

Next, stacking of the second container will be described. In the second container group, the U-shaped portion formed by the upper end surface of the lateral wall portion 43 and the partial upper end surface of the vertical wall portion 42 in the lower container has an L-shaped fitting in the upper container. Fit into the part 70. Accordingly, the load from the upper container is always applied to the side wall portion of the lower container, which is preferable because the load of the upper container is not applied to the transported product.
When the second container 40 is stacked, the positions of the horizontal ribs 46 and the vertical ribs 47 provided on the outer surface of the bottom plate portion of the upper container match the positions of the horizontal partition plate 44 and the vertical partition plate 45 of the lower container. Therefore, the ribs on the outer surface of the bottom plate of the upper container and the partition plate of the lower container partition the space to store individual transportation items. Therefore, it is possible to prevent breakage and the like without the transportation products coming into contact with each other. Further, the vertical ribs 47 of the upper container are stored in the lower container.
Since it enters into the gap between 0 and 90 and acts as a stopper, the container does not collapse even when a lateral force is applied, so that the containers can be stably stacked.

A container group formed by stacking the respective containers will be described. The upper surface of each container group stacked up to a predetermined height remains open. Each container 2 that constitutes the container box 10 in the present embodiment
Since 0 and 40 are formed so that they can be fitted to each other when facing each other, the second container 40 is placed in the uppermost container 20 of the first container group, and the uppermost container 40 of the second container group. Is the first
If each of the containers 20 is fitted in place of the upper lid, the transport article 90 housed in the uppermost container can be suitably protected. The respective container groups are returned and transported after the transportation of the transported product 90, after the volumes are reduced by fitting the first container 20 and the second container 40 with their accommodating portions facing each other at the destination. In addition, even after the volume is reduced, the space formed by the partition plate in each container can be used as a storage place for the transportation item, and thus the transportation item can be transported at the time of returning.
Therefore, as in the present embodiment, it is preferable to make the numbers of the containers 20 and 40 equal during transportation (departure place) of the transported product 90 because return loss is eliminated.

Next, the state when the case is returned will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, when the lateral partition plate 44 of the second container 40 is fitted into the storage portion of the first container 20 so as to face it, the outer wall portions 43 and 49 of the second container have the first outer wall portions 43 and 49. It is formed at a height equal to or lower than the height at which it comes into contact with the peripheral frame portion 60 of the container 20 and simultaneously comes into contact with the lateral partition plate 24 of the first container.
In addition, the notch 49 of the second container is also the reinforcing portion 6 of the first container.
It is formed in a shape that fits in 1. This makes the first
It is possible to reduce the volume of the two containers 20 and the second container 40 to about one volume. In this way, the transport volume when the shipping container 10 is returned can be made significantly smaller than the transport volume when shipping. The first container 20 and the second container 40 are fitted into each other in their storage portions, and a frictional force acts between the outer wall portions of the first container 20 and the second container 40. This is preferable because there is no risk of the pieces being disassembled into pieces due to impact during transportation.

FIG. 7 is a plan view showing another embodiment of the container, FIG. 8 is a plan view showing another embodiment of the container, and FIG. 9 shows another embodiment of the container. It is a side view. As shown in FIG. 7, in the present embodiment, the vertical partition plate 100 of the storage portion of the container is provided with the thick part 100a in which the member thickness near both ends of the vertical partition plate 100 is increased. According to this, when the transportation items are stored in the storage unit, the transportation items are sandwiched by the vertical partition plates 100, and thus there is no possibility of collision with each other during transportation of the transportation items. Goods can be transported stably.

On the inner bottom surface of the storage portion, the partition plate 10 is provided on the inner surface of the bottom plate portion at the storage portion 102 immediately adjacent to the vertical wall portion (longitudinal wall portion) 101 and on the partition plate 100 side.
A stepped portion 103 that extends in the same direction as 0 and that is higher on the partition plate 100 side is provided, and the transportation item stored in this storage location 102 is slightly inclined to the vertical wall portion 101 side. According to this, when the transported article 90 that is tilted toward the side wall 101 side of the box and stored is deformed by the weight of the transported article 90 that is stored in the box at the center of the bottom plate, the transported article 90 is Since the container is tilted inwardly of the container box, the transport article 90 can be erected in the storage location that is individually partitioned by the partition plate of the lower container and the rib provided on the bottom plate portion of the upper container. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the transported article 90 from interfering with the ribs on the outer surface of the bottom plate portion of the upper container, so that when the container group is formed, the stacking of the containers is surely fitted and the transported article is provided with the upper side. It is suitable because the load from the container is not applied.

As shown in FIG. 8, by arranging an edge cut portion 111 at some places of the fitting frame portion 110, examining the shapes of the horizontal ribs 112 and the vertical ribs 113, and forming them so that a load is evenly applied to each of them. The flexural deformation of the bottom plate in the out-of-plane direction can be mitigated, and the entire bottom plate part can be deformed so as to sink uniformly. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, a check box 121 is provided outside the side wall 120. The check box 121 is divided in a grid pattern, and the number of times of use can be recorded in each section. Therefore, it is possible to confirm the cost-effectiveness of using the box according to the present invention,
This is effective when checking the durability of the container. 7 to 9, only one container has been examined, but it goes without saying that the same may be applied to the other container.

As a form other than the container described in the embodiment, a simple spacer may be provided instead of the L-shaped fitting portion of the second container. When stacking the second container in this form, the upper container is simply stacked on the lower container, but the ribs of the upper container are stored in the lower container. Since the state of digging into the gap of does not change, the load will not collapse even if a lateral force is applied to the stacked containers. Further, in the present embodiment, foamed polyethylene is used as the material of the container case, but the same effect as that of the present invention can be obtained by using foamed polyolefin such as foamed polypropylene or foamed polyurethane.

According to the packing box according to the present invention, the transportation volume when the packing box is returned can be made smaller than the transportation volume of the packing box 10 at the time of shipping. Therefore, the transportation cost when the packing box is returned. Has the effect of significantly reducing. In addition, when the shipping container is used and the volume of the shipping container is reduced and the product is then returned and transported, the transported product can be stored as necessary. As a result, empty transportation is eliminated, and the transportation cost can be further reduced.

Furthermore, by matching the outer shape of the first container and the maximum outer shape of the second container, it is possible to match the planar position of the storage location of the transported item in each container. As a result, an automatic machine can be used when storing / removing transported items in their respective containers.
The time required for storage is greatly reduced.

Further, by providing a step with the partition plate side raised at the storage location closest to the side wall, the transported goods stored at this storage location are stored in advance with inclination toward the side wall. , When the bottom plate of the container is bent after packing the transport items in the container, the transport item stands up on the partition plate side (center side of the container). Since the transported item is stored and does not interfere with the rib of the upper container, the fitting function is not hindered.
