Description

The present invention relates to a box carrier used when a box such as a corrugated cardboard box or a plastic container is stacked and conveyed in a vertical direction. It is suitable for the purpose of taking out the contents in order from the top box in the state where the boxes are stacked on the transported car.

In a so-called plastic container, the contents are contained in the container and used for transportation, and the contents are taken out at the transportation destination (the place where the contents are used) and collected. In such a container, the volume of the container when folded and collected is reduced, and various structures have been proposed for the folding structure (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

In addition, this container has a structure that can be vertically engaged so as not to be stacked up and down, and has been stacked and transported by being stacked on a carriage (for example, Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4). . In these carts, a side plate is provided on the bottom plate (Patent Document 3), or a ridge is formed on the side of the cart body (Patent Document 4), and is positioned at the bottom of the stacked containers. The container to be used has a structure that does not shift with respect to the carriage.
JP2007-112445A JP 2006-193164 A JP2007-22440 JP-A-1-95342 JP-A-7-312989

However, in the conventional cart, there was a device in which the lowermost container is not displaced with respect to the cart, but in the upper containers in the second and subsequent stages, the containers were locked up and down, but the upper container was the cart. There was no ingenuity. Therefore, when the containers are displaced due to vibration or impact of a step, the upper side of the stacked containers may fall down. In particular, the container is usually a flat rectangle, and when the stacked container falls down, it has fallen toward the edge on the long side.

In addition, the conventional cart does not take into account the collection of the container that has been taken out of the contents, and can be collected by folding the container containing the contents into the cart that has been transported, or collecting separately folded containers. Was.

In general, there is a difference between the time when the contents are put in and the container is carried and the time when the contents are taken out and the container is no longer needed and is folded. Therefore, since the transport of the container containing the contents and the transport of collecting the folded container are separate operations, there is a problem that the container and the cart cannot be handled integrally by transport and recovery. It was.

Therefore, for example, when placing the containers filled with the cart on the cart, taking out the contents from the container sequentially, and folding the container, it is necessary to secure a place for temporarily placing the folded container. there were. In particular, in retail stores such as supermarkets, it is necessary to display containers with containers on carts and to fold the containers one after another as soon as the contents of the sale are sold and empty. Since it was not possible, there was a problem in terms of work efficiency, such as temporarily storing containers in the warehouse for each type.

In addition, in the trolley for florets, an invention has been proposed in which an intermediate shelf is accommodated in the lower part of the trolley (Patent Document 5), but unlike an intermediate shelf that is an accessory of the trolley, accommodating a folded container is not possible. could not.

However, in the present invention, since the support or the contact member arranged along the side surface of the stacked boxes is attached to the flooring, the box storage portion (the container storage space) is further provided. Solved.

Further, the second invention is a cart for transporting a boxed object that is used by stacking it up and down by locking the upper surface and the lower surface to each other, and is configured as follows. It is a car.
(1) The rectangular shape of the box is rectangular, the long side of the four sides of the box is the long side, and the short side is the short side.
(2) Install casters on the lower surface of the floor material on which the stacked boxes are placed.
(3) The support | pillar or contact member arrange | positioned along the both long side surfaces of the said box thing is each attached to the said flooring.

Moreover, in each said invention, it is comprised as follows, It is a cart for a box thing characterized by the above-mentioned.
(1) When the horizontal length of the lateral side surface or the long side surface is L, the column or the abutting member is
(3/4) × L to (1/2) × L
It is located in the range.
(2) On the floor material, protrusions were provided at positions along the outer peripheral edge of “the lowest box among the boxes to be stacked” on the side on the take-out side.

In addition, another invention is a boxed vehicle according to each of the above-described inventions, which is configured as follows.
(1) Provide a box housing part for holding the box with the contents as it is or folding it on the column or the abutting member.

Moreover, in this invention, it is the cart for boxed goods characterized by comprising the flooring and the boxed article accommodating part as follows.
(1) Among the plurality of boxes stacked on the flooring, the used boxes are folded in order from the top, and can be stored in the box storage unit.
(2) The contents can be taken out from the box positioned at the top of the stacked boxes in a state where the used box is stored in the box storage section.

Moreover, in this invention, it is comprised as follows, It is a cart for cartons characterized by the following.
(1) The flooring has a planar U-shaped structure with the open side opened from the closed side,
(2) It is possible to nest multiple box transportation vehicles by inserting the floor side of another box transportation vehicle on the open side of the floor material of one box transportation vehicle and inserting the closing side. did.
(3) In the state of nesting, all or a part of boxes can be accommodated in the box container of each box truck.

The “box” in the above is a container used for transporting contents such as potatoes, cardboard boxes, plastic containers, etc., which is returned when the contents have been transported, and is again filled with the contents. It is used as a returnable box, and refers to a box having a structure in which the upper surface and the lower surface are locked to each other when stacked vertically to prevent lateral displacement.

(1) In the present invention, when the upper surface and the lower surface are locked to each other and a box such as a returnable box is stacked and used for transportation, the column or the abutting member is attached to the stacked box. Because it is arranged along both lateral sides, it can be safely transported without hindering the loading and unloading of boxes, and preventing the stacked boxes from shifting or collapsing due to impact during transportation. . In addition, when columns or abutting members are arranged along both long sides of a flat rectangular box, it is possible to prevent collapse in the long side direction, which is particularly easy to collapse, so that the box can be transported more safely. be able to.

In addition, when the horizontal length of the lateral side surface or the long side surface is L, the support column or the contact member is
(3/4) × L to (1/2) × L
In the case of being positioned in the range, the box can be loaded and unloaded with the vicinity of the center of the box, so that the loading and unloading work can be efficiently carried out without the support or the contact member getting in the way. Furthermore, if a protrusion is provided at a position along the outer peripheral edge of the “bottom box of the boxes to be stacked” on the side surface on the take-out side on the floor material, the bottom box Since the movement of the box is restricted, the stacked boxes can be transported more safely.

(2) In addition, if a box storage unit is provided on the support column or the abutting member to store the boxed product as it is or as it is folded, the contents can be used using a box truck that has transported the box. The box can be stored around the box transport vehicle without securing a space for storing the box that is no longer needed.

At this time, among the plurality of boxes stacked on the flooring, the used boxes are folded in order from the top so that they can be stored in the box storage unit, and the used boxes are stored in the box storage unit. In this state, if the contents can be taken out from the box located at the top of the stacked boxes, the box carrier can be opened as it is in the display space, and the contents in the ranking can be taken out. Furthermore, since the contents that are not taken out can be stored around the box transporter, it is effective when used in a retail store or when the contents are used as manufacturing parts in a factory.

In addition, if the flooring is structured so that it can be nested, and all or some of the boxes can be stored in the box storage section of each box transporter, the same cart can be used. Thus, when the above-described work is performed, the work of taking out the contents is made efficient, and there is an effect that the used box can be efficiently collected.

(1) The flooring 1 to which the casters 8 and 8 are attached is a flat U-shaped flooring 1 that is flatter on the open side 3 than the closing side 2 and is formed so that nesting is possible.
A plastic container (hereinafter referred to as “PLACON P”) can be laminated on the flooring 1, and the flooring 1 has a closed side 2 as a front surface 1A, an opposing other side as a back surface 1B, and an adjacent other side as a side surface 1C. 1C.
On the both side surfaces 1C and 1C side of the flooring 1, the first support columns 12 and 12 that can be arranged along the lateral side surface 51c of the placon P are erected slightly closer to the back side near the center. Moreover, the 2nd support | pillars 16 and 16 which can control the movement to the back side 1B side of the platen P in the vicinity of the back surface 1B on the both side surfaces 1C and 1C side of the flooring 1 are erected. A locking projection 10 is projected from the upper surface of the closing side 2 (front side 1A) of the flooring 1.
As described above, the box carrier 30 is configured (FIGS. 1, 3 to 7).

(2) The stacked placons P and P are in contact with the first struts 12 and the second struts 16 and are restricted from moving to other than the front side 1A. Movement to the side 1A is restricted. Therefore, the placons P and P can be easily loaded and unloaded from the front side 1A of the boxed material transport vehicle 30, and the stacked placons P can be prevented from collapsing during transport and transported safely.
In this case, the platen P (length L × width W × height H, L> W) is formed by the lateral side surface 51c (the first struts 12 and 12 abut in the longitudinal direction of the length L. Since the first support column 12 is positioned on the side surface 51c side where there is a high possibility of collapse, it is possible to efficiently protect the stacked plastic computers P with a small number of members. Don't be.
Further, when the platform P is loaded and unloaded, the first column 12 (second column 16) serves as a guide so that the lowest platform P can be positioned and the platform P can be accurately stacked. Can be prevented.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the box is loaded and unloaded only from the front side.

[1]収容するプラスチックコンテナP(箱物) [1] Plastic container P to be stored (box)

The plastic container P to be accommodated (hereinafter referred to as “platon”. Box) has a planar shape of L × W × H1 (FIGS. 1C and 2). Here, the distance between the front side surface 51a and the rear side surface 51b is longitudinal L, the distance between the lateral side surface 51c and the lateral side surface 51c is lateral W, and the distance between the upper edge 52 and the lower edge 52a constitutes the height H.

In addition, when the platen P is stacked one above the other, the upper edge 52 of the lower platen P and the lower edge 52a of the upper platen P are engaged with each other, and are piled up with some impact. Each platen P, P is formed so as not to be displaced in the horizontal direction (not shown).

Further, since the platen P is formed with the length L> the width W (FIG. 2), the lateral side surfaces 51c and 51c constitute the long side surface, and the front side surface 51a and the rear side surface 51b constitute the short side surface.

[2] Configuration of the boxed vehicle 30

(1) The bar (solid or hollow) is bent into a plane U shape, one side is the closed side 2, the other side is the open side 3, and the open side 3, 3 is wider than the closed side 2 In the structure, the closing side 2 of the other flooring 1 can be inserted during nesting.

In addition, the second flat plate 7 is fixed to the ends of the open sides 3 and 3 of the flooring 1, respectively. Casters 8 are fixed to both sides of the lower surface of the first flat plate 6 and the lower surfaces of the second flat plates 7 and 7, respectively. Further, a locking projection 10 is provided on the upper surface of the closing side 2 of the flooring 1 so as to restrict the outward movement of the front side surface 51a of the platen to be placed. The caster 8 on the closing side 2 (first flat plate 6 side) is a free type, and the caster 8 on the open side 3 (second flat plate 7, 7 side) is a fixed type.

The structure of the flooring 1 is such that the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the placon P (the lower edge 52a of the side surfaces 51a, 51b, 51c) is the edge of the open side 3, 3 of the flooring 1, depending on the shape of the placon P to be placed And it forms so that it may be located inside the latching protrusion 10. FIG.

(2) The flooring 1 has the closed side 2 as the front face 1A, and the front face 1A as the side from which the accommodated placon P is taken out (the side where the unloading operation is performed). Further, the opposite side (open side 3) of the front surface 1A is defined as the back surface 1B. The other sides adjacent to the front surface 1A and the back surface 1B are defined as side surfaces 1C and 1C, respectively.

(3) The first struts 12 and 12 are respectively arranged at positions on the both side surfaces 1C and 1C of the flooring 1 along the lateral side surface 51c of the platen P to be placed. The upper ends of 12 and 12 are connected by a cross member 14 that crosses the upper side of the flooring 1, and the lower ends 13 of the first struts 12 and 12 are fixed to the second flat plate 7, respectively. The first struts 12 and 12 and the cross member 14 are formed in a substantially inverted U shape in a front view by bending one bar or pipe member.

At both ends of the back surface 1B of the flooring 1, the second support columns 16 and 16 are arranged at positions where the rear side surface 51b of the placon P to be placed is arranged along the vicinity of the corner (near the side surface 51c). The upper ends of the second struts 16 and 16 are connected by a cross member 18 traversing the top of the flooring 1, and the lower ends 17 of the second struts 16 and 16 are fixed to the second flat plates 7 and 7, respectively. The second struts 16 and 16 and the cross member 18 are formed by bending one bar or pipe material into a substantially inverted U-shape in front.

The first strut 12, in a plan view, is disposed at the position of the length L 1 from the (side 51b of the position after Purakon P) the inner surface of the second strut 16, with respect to the longitudinal L of Purakon P,
L 1 ≒ (1/3) x L
It is formed to the extent. That is, the first support column 12 is arranged at a position of about (2/3) × L in a horizontal distance from the position of the locking projection 10 of the flooring 1 (the front side surface 51a of the platen P).

(4) In plan view, the U-shaped reinforcing member 21 is fixed to the first support column 12 with the open ends 22 and 22, and the inner periphery on the closing side is the outer side (outer periphery side) of the second support columns 16 and 16. Secure to. The reinforcing member 21 is provided with reinforcing members 21 </ b> A and 21 </ b> B in two upper and lower stages, and the straight portion on the closing side located between the second support columns 16 and 16 constitutes the protection part 23 of the platen P.

Further, the distance L 5 between the upper surface of the upper reinforcing member 21A and the upper surface of the cross member 14 (first support column 12), the distance L 6 between the lower surface of the upper reinforcing member 21A and the upper surface of the lower reinforcing member 21B, lower The distance L 7 between the lower surface of the side reinforcing member 21B and the upper surface of the flooring 1 is formed to be larger than the lateral W of the placon P. Therefore, between the first support column 12 and the second support column 16, the upper reinforcing member 21 </ b> A constitutes the first placon accommodating portion 25, and the reinforcing members 21 </ b> A and 21 </ b> B constitute the second placon accommodating portion 26. In addition, the third placon housing portion 27 is configured between the flooring 1 and the reinforcing member 21B.

In addition, since the distance between the first support columns 12 and 12 (the distance between the second support columns 16 and 16) is formed substantially the same as the width W (short side) of the platen P to be accommodated, For L
Distance between first struts 12 and 12 (distance between second struts 16 and 16) <L
Formed.

(5) The box carrier 30 is configured as described above (FIGS. 1A to 1C).

[3] Use of box carrier 30

(1) This box transporter 30 is set so as to stack and accommodate four placons P 1 , P 2 , P 3 , and P 4 from the front 1A side (blocking 2 side) of the flooring 1. On the upper surface of the flooring 1, the platens P 4 , P 3 , P 2 , P 1 are sequentially placed while being stacked upward.

Purakon P 4 located at the bottom, the front lower edge (bottom) edge of the side surface 51a in contact with the locking projection 10 abuts the lower edge of the back 51b (the bottom) inside the second strut 14, 14 Thus, movement in the length L direction (front-rear direction) is restricted. The horizontal side 51c of Purakon P of the stacked state (Purakon P 4 and each Purakon P 1 to P 3 located at the bottom), 51c is inside of the first strut 12, in contact with the extent not pressed, Alternatively, a slight gap is formed between the inner side of the first support column 12 and the lateral side surface 51c of the platen P. Therefore, the laminated plastic computers P 1 to P 4 are not likely to be laminated even if a slight impact is applied during transportation.

(2) In addition, the lower edge of the crosspiece 14 (the upper end of the first strut 12), between the upper surface 52 of Purakon P 1 of the uppermost, the gap H0 is formed, if the crosspiece 14 is out of the way without, it can work loading and unloading of the uppermost Purakon P 1. The first strut 12, because it is located at the position of the back 1B flooring length L 1 from (rear end) (= 1/3 × L ), the loading and unloading operations of Purakon P 1 to P 4 Since the work can be performed with the central portion 53 in the longitudinal L direction of the platen P (FIG. 2B), the platen P can be held in a well-balanced manner, and efficient loading and unloading work can be performed.

(3) The height can also be accommodated Purakon P of different H 2 (H 2 <H 1 ) and H 1 (FIG. 3). In this case, the placon P is formed by stacking five P 1 to P 5 . In addition, if the upper and lower platens P have the same standard (a structure in which the upper and lower platens P and P can be locked to each other), the platens P having different heights can be used in appropriate combinations (not shown).

(4) Further, in FIG. 3, in the state in which the platens P 1 to P 5 are stacked on the box carrier 30, the upper side of the uppermost platen P 1 is opened (the upper lid is removed), and the front 1A side The contents can be taken out (from the side of the obstruction 2) (FIG. 3 (c)).

When all the contents of the uppermost platen P 1 are taken out, the uppermost platen P 1 is folded into the platen PP 1, and placed in the first platen housing 25. In this state, the upper part of the second platen P2 is opened (the upper cover is removed), and the contents can be taken out from the front 1A side (blocking 2 side) in the same manner. Therefore, the height position of the upper reinforcing member 21A is located above the upper edge 52 of the second placon P2.

Also, if issued all second contents of Purakon P 2, and Purakon PP 2 fold the second Purakon, it is placed on the first Purakon housing portion 25. In this state, the upper part of the third platen P3 can be opened (with the top cover removed), and the contents can be taken out.

Also, if issued all third contents of Purakon P 3, and Purakon PP 3 fold the third Purakon P 3, is placed on the second Purakon housing portion 26. In this state, the upper part of the fourth platen P4 can be opened (with the top cover removed), and the contents can be taken out. Therefore, the height position of the lower reinforcing member 21B is located above the upper edge 52 of the fourth placon P4.

Further, when all the contents of the fourth placon P 4 are taken out, the fourth placon P 4 is folded into the placon PP 4 and placed in the second placon accommodating portion 26. In this state, by opening the upper fifth Purakon P 5 (remove the lid), you can remove the contents. When all the contents of the fifth placon P5 have been taken out, they are folded and placed in the third placon accommodating portion 27 (not shown).

As described above, the first storage unit 25 and the second storage unit 26 have a structure that can store two folded plastic computers PP.

Further, in the state in which the folded placons PP 1 to PP 5 are accommodated, the empty carts 30 and 30A (the placon P is not placed on the flooring 1) can be nested and accommodated in a space-saving manner. (FIG. 3A, chain line 30A). Accordingly, for example, in a retail store such as a supermarket, the placons P 1 to P 5 are placed in the box transportation vehicle 30 while being placed on the sales floor, and the empty placons P 1 to P 4 are folded while the placons P 1 to P 4 are folded. it is possible to display and sell the contents of the P 5. In this case, the empty placons P 1 to P 4 can be accommodated in the boxed vehicle 30 as they are without moving to a warehouse or the like, and when the sale ends, the entire boxed vehicle 30 is withdrawn. Can be distributed efficiently.

[4] Other embodiments

(1) In the said Example, the plane position of the 1st support | pillar 12 is set.
L 1 ≒ (1/3) x L
Although it is desirable for the loading / unloading work of the Placon P to be formed to the extent,
(3/4) × L ≦ L 1 ≦ (1/2) × L
Even if it is formed to the extent, there is no hindrance to the loading and unloading operation of the placon P (not shown). In addition, if the plane position of the 1st support | pillars 12 and 12 is based on the front side surface 51a of the platen P,
(1/4) × L to (1/2) × L
Preferably, the position is (2/3) × L.

4(c))。 (2) Further, in the above embodiment, the Purakon P 1 to P 12 of the other heights H 3 (H 3 <H 2 ), can also be accommodated by laminating 12 stages (Figure 4). In this case, first, the vertical member 36 is connected to the edge of the cross member 35 to form an L shape, and the platen holding member 34 is formed. The edge of the cross member 35 of the platen holding member 34 is fixed to a cylindrical member 33 that is rotatably attached to both the second support columns 16 and 16. The platen holding members 34 and 34 are usually accommodated between the second support columns 16 and 16 (FIG. 4A). When the platen holding members 34 and 34 are opened to the outside, the vertical members 36 and 36 are in contact with each other. The cross members 35, 35 are arranged with an angle. In this case, the upper part of the cross members 35, 35 is defined as a fourth placon accommodating portion 28 (FIG. 4A, chain line shown, FIG. 4C).

In this case, when the first to third placons P 1 to P 3 are emptied, they are folded and accommodated as PP 1 to PP 3 in the fourth placon accommodating portion 28, and 4 to 7 When the second platens P 4 to P 7 are emptied, they are folded into PP 4 to PP 7 and are accommodated in the first accommodating portion 25, and the 8th to 11th placons P 8 to P 11 are emptied. as PP 8 ~PP 11, it can be accommodated in the second housing portion (FIG. 4 (c)). Accordingly, each empty platen P can be folded into PP and accommodated in each platen accommodating portion 25-28, and the lower platen P can be opened without any trouble in the state where the folded placon PP is accommodated. The contents can be taken out sequentially.

(3) In the above-described embodiment, the placon P is folded and accommodated as the placon PP. However, the placon P may be accommodated without being folded. In this case, the rotation shaft 39 of the grid-like opening / closing plate 38 is horizontally disposed at the lower end portion of the second support column 16, and the rotation shaft 39 is pivotally supported between the second support columns 16 and 16 (FIG. 5). The opening / closing plate 38 is normally arranged in the vertical direction and is accommodated between the second support columns 16 and 16 (solid line 38 in FIGS. 5B and 5C) and is held in the horizontal direction when opened (FIG. 5C ) 38), the placon P can be placed on the opening / closing plate 38, and the placon housing 40 is formed.

Therefore, the empty first to third placons P 1 to P 3 can be sequentially placed and stacked in the placon accommodating portion 40, and the contents can be taken out from the lower placon P without any trouble ( FIG. 5 (c)).

(4) Moreover, in the said Example, although the movement of the placon to the back side was controlled by the 2nd support | pillar 16, the 2nd support | pillar 12 is arrange | positioned at the side surface 51c side of the placon P, It is also possible to provide a horizontal platen pressing member 43 between 16 and restrict the movement of the platen P to the back side (FIG. 6).

In this case, the upper end of the first support column 12 and the upper end of the second support column 16 are connected by a hemispherical member 24 to form an inverted U-shape, and the intermediate portion between the first support column 12 and the second support column 16. Are connected by a platen pressing member 43. The lower end 13 of the first support column 12 and the lower end 17 of the second support column 16 are fixed to the second flat plate 7 respectively. The planar positions of the first support columns 12 and 12 are the same as those in the above-described embodiment (FIG. 2), and the second support columns 16 and 16 are positioned in the vicinity of the corners with the rear side surface 51b on the lateral side surface 51c of the platen P (see FIG. 6 (d)).

Since the horizontal placon pressing member 43 is installed and fixed outside the second support columns 16 and 16 (opposite the front surface 1A of the flooring 1), the inverted U-shaped support columns 12 and 16 are prevented from shaking. At the same time, the movement of the accommodated placon P to the back side is restricted. In this way, the boxed vehicle 30 is configured (FIGS. 6A, 6B, and 6C). Other structures not described are the same as those in the above-described embodiment (FIG. 1), and the loading / unloading operation of the platen P is the same.

(5) Moreover, in the said Example, although at least one of the support | pillars 12 and 16 was arrange | positioned along the horizontal side surface 51c of a placon, the support | pillar 12 (support | post 16) is arrange | positioned at the back surface 1B side of the flooring 1, It is also possible to follow the rear side surface 51b of the placon P (not shown). In this case, it is necessary to provide the support column 12 with a member that is disposed along the lateral side surface 51c of the platen P and restricts the movement of the stacked platen P in the width W direction.

(6) Moreover, in the said Example, although arrange | positioned along the horizontal side surfaces 51c and 51c of all the laminated | stacked placon P and P using the 1st support | pillar 12, at least the placon P located in the upper part laminated | stacked , P can be protected along the lateral sides 51c, 51c of P.

For example, in the box transport vehicle 30 of FIG. 1, the first strut is omitted, and the second strut 16 is moved along the lateral side surface of the placon P to the transverse members 20 b and 20 b of the U-shaped placon contact member 20. Can also be fixed (FIG. 11). In this case, the longitudinal member 20a of Purakon abutment member 20, in plan view, is disposed at the position of the length L 1 from the (side 51b of the position after Purakon P) the inner surface of the second strut 16, vertical L of Purakon P Against
L 1 ≒ (1/3) x L
Arrange so that

Therefore, Purakon contact member 20, 20, lateral sides 51c of Purakon P 1 to P 3 located at the top of Purakon P 1 to P 5 by stacking, because it is located along 51c, P 4 located below , does not contact the P 5, is slightly safety than first strut 12 is inferior, can be compared with the prior art, increase dramatically the safety of laminated Purakon. At this time, the horizontal member 20b of the lower is preferably located next to the side surface 51c of Purakon P 5 located at the bottom (Fig. 11).

(7) Moreover, in the said Example, although the 1st support | pillar 14 and the 2nd support | pillar 16 were provided in the open | release side 3 of the flooring 1, the 1st support | pillar and the 2nd support | pillar are provided in the obstruction | occlusion side 2 of the flooring 1. (Not shown).

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the box can be loaded and unloaded from the back side as well as from the front side.

The placon P, which is a box used for the box carrier, is the same as that in the first embodiment (FIGS. 2 and 7 (d)).

[1] Configuration of box carrier 30

(1) The flooring 1 has the same structure as that of the first embodiment, and is formed in a substantially U shape in which the closed side 2 is narrow and the open sides 3 and 3 are widened. A first flat plate 6 with casters 8 and 8 fixed to both sides of the lower surface is fixed to the closing side 2, and a second flat plate 7 with casters 8 fixed to the open sides 3 and 3, respectively.

The flooring 1 has the closed side 2 as the front surface 1A, the opposite side (open side 3) of the front surface 1A as the back surface 1B, and the other side adjacent to the front surface 1A and the back surface 1B as side surfaces 1C and 1C, respectively. On the upper surface (front surface 1A) of the closed side 2 of the flooring 1, a locking projection 10 similar to that of the first embodiment is fixed along the lower edge of the front side surface 51a of the platform P to be placed. Further, the locking projection 11 is fixed along the lower edge of the rear side surface 51b of the placon P to be placed on the upper surface (rear surface 1B) of the open side 3 of the flooring 1. Restricted by the locking projections 10 and 11, the movement of the platen P in the front-rear direction (the direction indicated by the arrow 60 in FIG. 7A) is restricted.

(2) First struts 12 and 12 are disposed on the side surfaces 1C and 1C side of the flooring 1 and arranged along the lateral side surface 51c of the platen P to be placed, respectively.

At both ends of the back surface 1B of the flooring 1, second pillars 16 and 16 are respectively arranged at positions where the side surface 51c of the platen P to be placed is arranged along the vicinity of the corner (near the rear side surface 51b).

It is formed to the extent (FIG. 7D). That is, the first support column 12 is arranged at a position of about (2/3) × L in a horizontal distance from the position of the locking projection 10 of the flooring 1 (the front side surface 51a of the platen P).

Further, struts 12 and 16 are formed at the same height, the lower edge of the crosspiece 14 and (the upper end of the first strut 12), between the upper surface 52 of Purakon P 1 of the uppermost, the gap H 0 is formed It has become so.

(3) Both struts 12 and 16 are connected by reinforcing members 45 and 45 in the horizontal direction. Three reinforcing members 45 are provided, which are 45A, 45B, and 45C from the top.

The distance L 5 between the upper surface of the uppermost reinforcing member 45A and the upper surface of the cross member 14 (cross member 18), the distance L 6 between the lower surface of the uppermost reinforcing member 45A and the upper surface of the second reinforcing member 45B, the second reinforcement The distance L 7 between the member 45B and the lowermost reinforcing member 45C and the distance L 8 between the lower surface of the lowermost reinforcing member 45C and the upper surface of the flooring 1 are both greater than the lateral W and height H 1 of the platen P. Form large. Therefore, between the first support column 12 and the second support column 16, the upper reinforcing member 45 </ b> A constitutes the first placon accommodating portion 25, and the reinforcing members 45 </ b> A and 45 </ b> B constitute the second placon accommodating portion 26. And between the reinforcement members 45B and 45C comprises the 3rd placon accommodation part 27, and between the flooring 1 and the reinforcement member 21B comprises the 4th placon accommodation part 28. As shown in FIG.

here,
Since the distance between the first struts 12 and 12 (the distance between the second struts 16 and 16) is formed to be substantially the same as the width W (short side) of the platen P to be accommodated, the vertical (long side) L of the placon P Against
Distance between first struts 12 and 12 (distance between second struts 16 and 16) <L
Formed.

(4) The box carrier 30 is configured as described above (FIGS. 7A to 7C).

[2] Use of box-like transport vehicle 30

(1) This box transport vehicle 30 is used in the same manner as the box transport tool 30 of the first embodiment. That is, this box transporter 30 is set so as to stack and accommodate five placons P 1 to P 5 from the front 1A side (closed 2 side) of the flooring 1. Then, the platens P 5 , P 4 , P 3 , P 2 , P 1 are sequentially placed while being stacked upward. The loading and unloading work is performed in the same manner as before.

Moreover, since there is no member (post | support etc.) which presses the back side 51b side of the platen P on the back surface 1B side of the flooring 1, the stacking operation and the unloading operation can be performed from the back surface 1B side.

At the lowermost stage, the platen P 5 is configured such that the lower edge (bottom) of the front side surface 51 a abuts and engages with the locking projection 10, and the lower edge (bottom) of the rear side surface 51 b abuts against the locking projection 11. Since it stops, the movement of the front-back direction (arrow 60 direction of Fig.7 (a)) is controlled. The horizontal side 51c of Purakon P of the stacked state (Purakon P 5 and each Purakon P 1 to P 4 located at the bottom), 51c is inside of the first strut 12, in contact with the extent not pressed ( (Alternatively, a slight gap is formed between the inner side of the first support column 12 and the lateral side surface 51c of the platen P). Accordingly, the stacked upper and lower surfaces of the laminated plastic computers P 1 to P 5 are locked with each other, and the columns 12 and 16 are more likely to fall down in the stacked state due to the support columns 12 and 16 (the direction indicated by the arrow 61 in FIG. 7A). Is protected by the first support column 12, there is no possibility that the stacks of the placons P 1 to P 5 are shifted even if a slight impact is applied during transportation.

(2) Further, in the same manner as in Example 1, the lower edge of the cross member 14, 18 (the upper end of the first strut 12 and second strut 16), between the upper surface 52 of Purakon P 1 the uppermost, clearance since H 0 is formed (FIG. 7 (c)), without being crosspiece 14 obstruct the work loading and unloading of Purakon P 1 of the uppermost stage, it can be easily. The first strut 12, because it is located at the position of the back 1B flooring 1 (rear end) from the length L 1 (= 1/3 × L), unloading of Purakon P 1 to P 4 work At this time, since the work can be performed with the center vicinity 53 in the longitudinal L direction of the platen P (FIG. 2B), the platen P can be held in a well-balanced manner, and efficient loading and unloading work can be performed.

(3) In the same manner as in Example 1, the box was for vehicles 30, in a stacked state Purakon P 1 to P 5 containing the contents, open Purakon P 1 on the top, contents The contents can be freely taken out, and the empty placon P can be folded in order and accommodated in the placon accommodating portions 25-29. Also in this case, since there is a gap H 0 when the contents are taken out from the uppermost platen P 1 (FIG. 7C), there is no problem in taking out the contents.

In other words, the empty platen P 1 is folded and accommodated in the first platen accommodating portion 25, and the second platen P 2 is opened and the contents are displayed without the folded placon P 1 being in the way. Can be taken out. Hereinafter, in turn, the Purakon P 2 folded first Purakon housing portion 25, folded to Purakon P 3 to the second Purakon housing portion 26, the Purakon P 4 folded second Purakon accommodating portion 26 or the third Purakon housing portion 27.

Further, similarly to the first embodiment, the box transport vehicles 30 and 30 can be nested in the state in which each of the platen Ps is folded and accommodated in the platen accommodation units 25 to 28 (see FIG. 3A).

[3] Other embodiments

(1) In the above-described embodiment, the placon housing portions 25 to 28 are formed between the support columns 12 and 16, but a placon housing portion 48 may be formed above the support columns 12 and 16 (FIGS. 8 and 9). ).

That is, in the embodiment, the first support column 12 is formed shorter than the second support column 16 (the second support column 16 is longer than the first support column 12), and the cross member 18 is formed so as to be positioned above the cross member 14. To do. A flat substantially U-shaped bottom member 47 having the same closed shape as the flooring 1 and a narrow open side is formed, and the bottom member 47 is directed toward the front side 1A of the flooring 1 (the bottom member 47). 47 are disposed so as to be inclined such that the closed side 47a is higher than the open side 47b. An intermediate portion of the bottom member 47 is fixed to the upper surface of the cross member 14 of the first support column 12, and ends of the open side 47 b and 47 b of the bottom member 47 are fixed to the side surfaces of the second support columns 16 and 16. In this state, the closing side 47a of the bottom member 47 is arranged so as not to protrude from the closing side 2 of the flooring 1 (that is, the bottom member 47 is positioned above the flooring 1).

Here, from the bottom member 1 and the cross member 18 of the second support column 16 (further, from the cross member 14 of the first support column 12 and the upper end portion of the second support column 16), a placon housing portion 48 is formed (FIG. 8 ( c).

In the boxed vehicle 30, the loaded plastic computers P 1 to P 10 are sequentially folded and placed on the bottom member 47 of the folded plastic computer PP 1 to PP 9 plastic container housing portion 48 (FIG. 8 ( c)). Further, in the box-goods vehicles 30, put diagonally Purakon P 1 which emptied into the bottom member 47 of Purakon accommodating portion 48 as it is, folding the Purakon P 2 to P 9, folding Purakon PP 2 ~PP 9 as can be accommodated side by side in the lateral direction on the Purakon P 1 (FIG. 9). In addition, a plurality of box transportation vehicles 30 and 30 can be nested in these states (not shown).

(2) Moreover, in the said Example, another Example is the same as that of Example 1. FIG.
