Because of this, it is difficult to impart high-intensity color development, and in such a case, a paint containing glittering powder is spray-coated on the surface of the molded product. For example, a thermoplastic resin sheet is vacuum formed into a predetermined shape, and then spray coating is applied to the surface of the molded product to finish the product. There is also a method of finishing by attaching a metal vapor deposition foil to the molded product, but in this case, although a feeling of brightness can be obtained, since it has a glossy metallic tone, it is different from the metallic texture by painting.

The thermoplastic resin sheet according to the present invention obtained by heat-sealing this decorative film maintains the aligned state of the glittering powder, and a molded product obtained by vacuum molding the thermoplastic resin sheet also has the glittering property. Maintain powder alignment. This makes it possible to impart a high-luminance appearance similar to spray coating of a coating containing glittering powder. On the other hand, when the resin filled with the glittering powder is molded, the glittering powder is randomly dispersed in the molded product, so that the light hitting the surface of the molded product causes irregular reflection, and it is difficult to obtain high brightness.

Contains a thermoplastic resin binder and an organic solvent. A general paint ink may be added for color adjustment. This ink is solid-printed / coated on one surface of a transparent thermoplastic resin film to form a decorative film. The printing / coating mentioned here is a method such as so-called gravure printing, microgravure printing or roll coating printing. The transparent thermoplastic resin film is made of acrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate or the like, and is preferably a transparent film having a light transmittance of 40% or more. The glittering powder is a powder of aluminum, mica, glass or the like, and may contain a trace amount of pigment in order to improve color development.

It is made of styrene resin such as olefin resin such as polypropylene and polyethylene. Here, the thermoplastic resin binder, which is an ink component, also serves as an adhesive layer for attaching the decorative film to the thermoplastic resin sheet. In order to increase the adhesive strength, another adhesive layer may be added between the printed / applied ink layer and the transparent thermoplastic resin film and between the ink layer and the thermoplastic resin sheet. The thermoplastic resin sheet may be a single layer, or may have a two-layer structure of a thin surface layer to which a decorative film is attached and a thick base layer or more, and the surface layer may be a coloring layer for color adjustment.
