Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep appreciable appearance by arranging on a lower part a rising wall portion for covering a sidewall edge of an upper part, and impart the feeling of oneness of the lower part and the upper part. SOLUTION: A bulging step portion 15 edging a body surface 13 of the lower part 1 is arranged along a corner region between the body surface 13 and an under flange 11. The rising wall portions 14 flush with the bulging step portion 15 are arranged continuously in both end faces of a rising flange 12. By covering edges of both side walls 21b of the upper part 2 with the rising wall portions 14 on the lower parts 1, the upper part 2 is integrally assembled and fixed on the lower part 1.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an improvement in a door lining used as an interior material of an automobile door. 2. Description of the Related Art An automobile door lining is provided with a lower portion 1 provided with an armrest 10 and the like as shown in FIG. The upper part 2 having a different mounting surface is formed separately from the upper part 2 of the lower part 1 and integrally assembled and fixed. The lower portion 1 is formed by lowering a lower flange 11 extending from the left and right sides to the bottom, and a rising flange 12 continuous from both ends of the lower flange 12 to the upper side while lowering it from the main body surface 13 and projecting. ing. The upper part 2 has a peripheral wall 21 and is formed in a substantially C-shaped side cross section. As shown in FIG. 8, a boss 22 for screwing is reinforced by a rib 23 and provided on the inner surface side, and a lower surface wall 21a of a peripheral wall 21 is provided on a rising flange 12 of the lower portion 1 as shown in FIG. The screw 3 is inserted from the rising flange 12 of the lower part 1 and screwed into the boss part 22 to be assembled and fixed integrally with the lower part 1. In the door lining for an automobile, as shown in FIG. 9, the side wall 21b of the upper portion 2 comes into contact with the rising flange 12 of the lower portion 1, but the edge of the side wall 21b is visible from the outside. In order to prevent the wall edge of the side wall 21b from being exposed, the standing wall 14 that covers the side wall edge of the lower portion 2 may be provided in a surface near both ends of the rising flange 12 as shown in FIG. However, the standing wall 14 is connected to the rising flange 1.
2 only, the lower surface of the standing wall 14 appears as a step which rises from the surface of the circumferential flange 11 as shown in FIG. 11, and emphasizes the boundary between the lower portion 1 and the upper portion 2. Therefore, the lower part 1 and the upper part 2
Makes me feel strongly different. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, a standing wall covering a side wall edge of an upper portion is provided on a rising flange of a lower portion to maintain good appearance, and the standing wall is provided with a lower wall. An object of the present invention is to provide a door lining for an automobile which can provide a sense of unity between a lower portion and an upper portion even when provided on a rising flange of the portion. In a door lining for an automobile according to the present invention, a lower flange extending from left and right sides to a bottom side, and a rising flange continuous from both side ends of the lower flange to an upper side are formed on a main body surface. Equipped with a lower part formed by lowering the surface, and an upper part formed in a substantially C-shaped side section. The lower wall of the upper part is applied to the rising flange of the lower part, and the upper part is assembled and fixed integrally with the lower part. In addition to providing a bulging step that borders the main body surface of the lower portion along the corner between the main body surface and the lower flange,
A standing wall portion having the same height as the bulging step portion is provided continuously in the surface near both ends of the rising flange, and the standing wall portion of the lower portion covers both side edges of the upper portion near the edge of the upper portion, and the upper portion is lowered. It is constructed by assembling and fixing together. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, the door lining of FIG. 1 has a lower portion 1 provided with an armrest 10 and the like, as shown in FIG.
And an upper part 2 provided with a door opening / closing knob 20 and the like are formed separately, and the upper part 2 is assembled on the upper side of the lower part 1 and integrally assembled and fixed. In the figure, components common to those shown in FIG. 7 are denoted by the same reference numerals. The lower part 1 and the upper part 2 are formed by applying a covering material to a lining substrate. The lining substrate is formed by injection molding an ABS resin or a polypropylene resin. The surface covering material is laminated integrally with the lining substrate by applying a resin sheet or cloth to the lining substrate by vacuum forming. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower portion 1 includes a lower flange 11 extending from the left and right sides to the bottom, and a rising flange 1 extending from both ends of the lower flange 11 to the upper side.
2 is formed by lowering and projecting from the main body surface 13. The upper part 2 has a circumferential wall 21 and is formed in a substantially C-shaped side cross section. This upper part 2
As shown in FIG. 8, a boss for screwing is provided on the inner surface side by reinforcing with a rib. In addition to the basic structure, the lower part 1 has
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bulging step 1 bordering the main body surface 13
5 is provided along the entire periphery of the lower flange 11 by filling a corner portion from the main body surface 13 to the lower flange 11. In addition, a standing wall portion 14 having the same height as the bulging step portion 15 is provided so as to be continuous within a surface near both ends of the rising flange 12. When the upper part 2 is attached to the lower part 1 on the upper side, the side walls 21b of the upper part 2 fit inside the standing wall 14 as shown in FIGS. Is assembled so as to cover the edge of the wall with the wall portion 14. As shown in FIG. 8, the upper portion 2 is formed by applying the lower surface wall 21a of the peripheral wall 21 to the rising flange 12 of the lower portion 1, inserting a screw from the rising flange of the lower portion, and screwing the screw into the boss portion. It is assembled and fixed integrally with the lower part 1. In the door lining for an automobile configured as described above, the upper side of the lower portion 1 is placed on the upper side of the lower portion 1 by covering the side wall 21b near the edge of the wall with the standing wall portion 14 continuing from the bulging step portion 15. As a result, the wall edge of the side wall 21b is assembled in a well-formed form that is not exposed to the outside, and the standing wall portion 14 is continuous from the bulging step portion 15, so that the lower portion 1 and the upper portion 2 Since it has an appearance that surrounds the circumference of, a sense of unity between the two can be provided. In the above-described embodiment, the bulging step 15 is provided along the entire circumference of the lower flange 11. However, the bulging step 15 is formed on the left and right sides except for the lower side of the lower flange 11. It may be provided continuously from the lower side to the standing wall portions 14 on both sides. In this case, if the bulging step 15 is formed on the lower side of the left and right sides with a slope that gradually increases in height from the flange surface of each side, a step can be formed so as not to appear. As described above, according to the door lining for an automobile according to the present invention, the bulging step rimming the main body surface of the lower portion is formed along the main body surface and the corner of the lower flange. At the same time, a standing wall portion having the same height as the bulging step portion is continuously provided in a surface near both ends of the rising flange, and the standing wall portion of the lower portion covers both side wall edges of the upper portion to cover the upper portion. The upper part is assembled and fixed integrally with the lower part, so that the side wall edge of the upper part can be assembled in a good appearance without being exposed to the outside, and the lower part is formed by the standing wall part of the lower part continuing from the bulging step. Since it has an appearance that surrounds the circumference of the portion and the upper portion, a sense of unity between the two can be provided.
